Ronald J. Romano-Gould
I've had an credit card account for several years. My credit card expired 7/31/22 and I received a new card in the mail. On the new card, my name appeared as Ronald Gould instead of Ronald J. Romano Gould as it has always been (that's my legal name).
I called Capitol One 2 separate times to correct the issue and spent over 2 hours on those calls. I did not change the name on the account. I understand that you as well as myself would like to find out what happened but I was put on hold for extended periods of time and the representatives said that the could tell the date the name got changed but not by whom.
I asked that since my identity was established, could they please just transfer my account to a new number and correct the name... I was made to feel like I was a scammer or something…
