I have been going to hardees for awhile now. Your bugars have been my favorite go to bugars but I have had some medical problems that to where I couldn't eat my favorite bugar for over a year so today I decided I was determined to have my favorite bugar.

But to my suprise when I got home mouth ready for my bugar I couldn't believe my burger was burned to where it was actually black I am not a person to complain but this really has me upset I was going there every morning to get breakfast for like 5 years your biscuit an gravy an loaded omelet were the greatest .

So I guess from now on lunch will another place of choice anyway I'm sorry about complaining but how hard is it to make a bugar that isn't burnt an also soggy an cold fries. SINCERELY ON OF YOUR FORMER SATASIFIED COUSTMERS

Tye Carl's Jr. In Marysville Washington is a complete joke. Literally the 4 times I have gone there is always an issue. The first time they weren't even open when their hours are 24hours when I had just drove 30 miles to get there because it was the only place open in 60 miles radias and they were not open.

The second time they were out of what I wanted which was the French Toast sticks. The third time they had no chicken Tenders. Then fourth time they were out of Chicken Tenders again, but they did have the French Toast sticks.

I had to wait 15minutes because the lady said that the machine was being cleaned, but they had them. But after leaving and driving 20 miles down the freeway I went to eat them and there was no put syrup in the bag.

I got a California classic burger which was very dry with barely any sauce and a very hard crunchy bottom bum and the bottom patty seemed a bit colder than the top one I was honestly disappointed I went to the one on pacific highway Tigard Oregon

After 5 min in line, we noticed the vehicles were not moving red flag. A new car pulled behind. After 15 min, the two vehicles in front got their orders. When it was our turn to order, no one was answering in the drive-thru, so we decided to wait; we thought maybe they were busy. We stayed 8 min and nobody could take our order so we decided to leave. The car behind did something. My family and the people behind ended up with no food and waited over 25min waiting. Sad but true; check drive-thru times to prove what I’m saying.

I regularly get coupons in the mail for Carl's Jr. in the mail and am thankful for them. I use them. Today I visited the Carl's Jr. in Shawnee, OK and was told that the coupon was not valid in Shawnee.

It is the same coupons I get monthly. She was certain that the coupon was not for Shawnee in spite of getting them in the mail yesterday. She said she was the manager, but I had never seen her before and really doubt she was the manager.

Ordered 5 jalapeno burgers only got 2 and 1 wrong burger that I'm allergic to didn't get 2 of our drinks customer service was bad

I ordered the Famous Star combo meal, and it was the worst combo meal I have ever eaten. One bite was all I could stomach of the burger. I ordered my meal at the drive-thru, and when I got home and opened the bag, the burger was sloppily crafted, condiments spewing from all sides of the burger, and not warm.

I took a bite and bit into stale, old bread smothered in condiments completely void of taste. The fries fared no better as they were cold, wilted, and appeared like they hadn't cooked completely in the deep fryer. After one bite, my meal ended up in the trashcan, leaving me completely disappointed.
