I just went to store #1100508 at 5:26PM today (5/18/23). I placed an order for a combo #13 (Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich) - large size. The person taking the order then asked if I wanted it to be a combo - I said yes.

He asked what size - I said large, and said I wanted to get fries and a diet coke. He asked what kind of drink I wanted - I repeated again - diet coke. He asked what kind of fries (they only have one kind) - I said French Fries.

I was about to order another item, when he told me to hold on for a second. Another person came on and read back an order that was complete fantasy compared to what I ordered - she mentioned a combo #4 (I guess that's a burger of some kind) - I told her it was wrong.

Took over 35 min to get my order only 1 cust ahead of me orders were filled for others who came in after . The 1 in front of me waited almost 40 min for hers . The cook looked stoned and kept getting confuse ls so he started filling orders out if order .

Drive thru person was not able to answer a question on the menu, I dive to window . she is sweeping up trash in parking lot with head set on.She get back to window ask me if I want a straw for my OJ ask for payment with my PIN # un usual. I've been having issues when using the app. The app doesn't accept the eligible bar codes I enter stating something went wrong. I was also unable to use the reward points of over 1000 points. This is very frustrating and I feel that I've been and are being ripped off.

I went to my local store at 6740 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99208 tonight May 10th at 8:50pm. The lobby was closed but the drive-thru was open. I pulled up to order and the girl told me that they only had a few people working and it was mandatory that they take breaks.

Therefore, I needed to go elsewhere because they were all taking their breaks. There was no one else in the drive thru nor in the parking lot. As I pulled around I noticed a male behind the front counter counting money and someone behind the grill.

I managed a fast food franchise and I agree that employees need to take their breaks.

However, that is usually staggered so that someone is available to help customers while the other is on break. I drove 45 minutes to get Carl's Jr just to be turned away. I will not be back as…

I went through the drive thru at the Carl's Jr. in Arroyo Grande, Ca. (05/09/23). We had over a $50 order and when I returned home they had messed up the order. I tried calling them before they closed on their phone line and all it did was ring and ring and then switch to a computer noise. I tried several times. that wasn't the problem.

Getting the order correct is the problem. is not being able to contact the establishment on the number they adverize for you to contact them. I couldn't make it back before they closed, and if I can't contact them how can the problem get fixed?

I guess we should have gone to Burger King or even Taco Bell. I don't make the same mistake twice.

When into ur store cj 100233 Hemet California I mistakenly ordered a sandwich with out coke and fries when I noticed I went back to tell cashier ( shift manager ) kobo He made a remark was very rude after I told him it was my mistake and was bothered I had to do another order .

I have been to Carl’s Jr for so many years never in my life have I been tried like this . I requested a refund and did tell him he needed not to be so rude to his guest .

Went in to Carl's on 40th and waterman in San Bernardino CA. The manager there was yelling at 2 employees there very on professional made me feel very uncomfortable. I ordered a famous star from the orem Carl's jr it was supposed to be minus onions when I got home I opened the sandwich and it had onions in it I took it back the next day not even one bite out of it through the drive thru and the employee (male) takes the sandwich through the window (health hazard)asked me for a receipt I didn't have it with me and the guy refused to do anything about it .

You could obviously tell it was a famous star from Carl's jr and if he had his food handler permit he would know not to take food back into the restaurant after it has been served to customer. I am very upset with this employee I dont think I will ever order Carl's jr again

I just received a call back from a Melissa from "Corporate" so she says. I was given the wrong order, so I went to the store to make a complaint and either get a replacement order or a refund and the staff where rude and abrupt. When I got my order and went home to eat the food I realized that there wasn't no recept.

So not only did I get the wrong order and I asked for no pickles cause I'm allergic to them they had pickles on them. I got the Big Burger Bundle and also asked for the chicken to be changed to a hamburger but it wasn't I spent $40 at Carl's Jr to get food that wasn't food I order it tasted really bad the chips where dry and gritty

Person who waited on me was very rude. When I confronted him about charging me for one Western Bacon when I asked for two. He told told me I ordered one and grinned at me. I said let me give you the difference and get my 2nd burger.

Today at a little passed 9 am I tried to enter the lobby of the Carl’s Jr. located at 289 Orange Drive, Vacaville 95687. The sign on the door listed the lobby hours began around 7 am. I tried to open the door but it was locked.

An older lady came from around the building and asked what I was doing. I said I was trying to go inside. She said only the drive-thru was open. I told her my vehicle was too large and she told me to come back when the lobby was open, very rudely.

I asked her what the store number was and she walked away. 1. Why was the lobby closed? 2. Why couldn’t I order through the drive-thru? 3. Is the the standard of customer service that reflects your company?

I ordered 2 Beyond Burgers, no mayo or cheese, One "wrap", One with Bun. I Received 2 wraps-- but the order was repeated correctly (Store# 1100092, Order 402566). The price was not listed on the menu; the line was long.

07 w/tax I nearly died. 07 for 2 lettuce wraps.

Moreover, I had to go home and toast some bread because I do not do "lettuce wraps" despite being a Vegan. The "burger" wasn't "bad" despite being cold by the time I got home and fixed the order. I have been to Carl's 100's of times.

This is about the Las Cruces location, on Solano Drive. I did a Doordash order today. I ordered the California Double Classic. " Instead of a double patty, I got a single patty cut in half, so it was mostly bun.

It's supposed to have fried onions. Did I get fried onions? Of course not. I complained to Doordash. , but surprise! None of the links to contact them work. The phone number says they've no longer got a voicemail box and to write to them on the site. Which doesn't work.

It takes you to a page that simply says words to the effect of thanks for contacting us. This company is broken.

I live in Sacramento and have been going go Carl's Jr. for decades. I go to one of them in the area at least twice a week. I almost never have complaints. I do ride a motorcycle and sometimes the drive thru does not recognize my vehicle.

Today, I went to the Carls Jr. located at 9631 Micron Ave, Sacramento, CA 95827. When I pulled into the drive thru, it was 10:27am. It did not recognize my vehicle. I honked and yelled hello a couple of times, but no response.

Manager Jennifer was very rude and argued with me at the window after I waited for 30 mins on my food and said they no longer substitute on meals but did not let me know as I ordered and submitted my substitution. Horrible customer service. The lady that took my order acted like it was an inconvenience to make tenders, then we got a Dr Pepper that was out. I told the kid in the front, he said I thought it was donubwant something else?

I went to Carls Jr on 164th in Vancouver Washington. I placed an order for 4 western bacon cheese burgers they were buy one get one for a dollar. I also ordered a famous star, order of fries and 3 shakes.

The cashier told me I owed $94 I told him I didn’t owe that much. He told me prices went up and started to argue with me. I asked for a manager I told what I had ordered. At first she said I owed $94 then she told me to come around the counter to see what the screen said.

I noticed he had put down a total of 8 western bacon cheeseburger I only ordered 4. Then they were talking to each other in Spanish and I didn’t know what they were saying. Then he took everything off and put in what I had ordered.

They kept talking in Spanish and the manager walked off. In the mean time my shakes…

This is by far the dirtiest most run down fast food place I've ever been to. The toilet is so filthy and in dis repair that I can't use it. My feet stick to the flood due to the urine freely running across the floor.

The staff were shouting, swearing and yelling so loud at each other I could hear them outside. Food was cold, napkins were not available....... just a mess. The location has numerous Tesla charging stations on site but none of the Car owners wait inside the Carl's Jr during charging,, they go over to the Chevron Station across the street instead.

The location is perfect (Hwy 93 and I-40 in Kingman). it should be packed. It's pure filth and should be shut down.

Food as disgusting! 48 at the drivethru. Took one bite and spit it out. This is what they said was the dbl cheeseburger in the picture. The rest of the meal was just as bad. Had to throw it all in the garbage.

Just got back picking up an order from a Carl’s Jr restaurant and while my son was eating his chicken strips, he found a thin wire in the coating on the chicken. We have saved it and it even has the bread coating on it. We would like to report it so the manufacturer can check their processing machines.

I have been a regular at Carl's Jr. Stop in in the morning for breakfast when I'm in the area, stop in in the evening when I'm in the area. In the mornings I do coffee and two bisquets. I enjoy pancake syrup in my coffee instead of sugar. Coffee at carl Jr.

seems to be stronger more bitter the other restaurants, so I ask for two syrups no problem. One morning I stop in for breakfast order my coffee with two syrups, and the manager looks at me, no you can only have one syrup.
