The sign says dine in open at 6Am. I knocked on the door and the employees looked at me like I was crazy. Then the manager pulled up in the parking lot. I asked her if they opened at 6 am she said ya.

I said it's 6:13 she said so! I said what time do you open up she said in 10 minutes. I was on my half hour lunch break which took me 10 minutes to get there. So needless to say after picking this location to eat at I did not get lunch today.

I would have gone somewhere open if this is the service you get for what was clearly horrible service. And a lie on the times open.

An employee at Naples & Broadway Chula Vista CA by the name of Jessica, when I tried to order at your Carl's Jr store, my card did not work, so I asked for some salt packets. She handed me two packets & I asked for a few more and she threw them at me. I frequent this store often, but I never received such rude service like I did today. I won't be returning & family and friends will be informed to never return as well. Approximate time it happened 4:00pm. Tell Ms. Jessica, thank you for the rude, unfriendly service that I ever received in that store. Thank you in advance.

I eat all the time at the Carl's Jr on Blackstone in Riverpark and in Clovis on Herndon Avenue I always wonder why the hamburgers are so dried up and taste old. My son-in-law's family told me they never eat there anymore because they make the hamburgers up hours ahead of time.

Other places in town don't do that. That is dangerous because of food poisoning. Thank you

I went to the drive tru and ordered a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. They took forever to give me my order they told me to park in the front. When I finally did get my order my chicken sandwich had 2 little burned it look like tenders .

And no tomatoes my fries were cold . I was very upset because I was waiting that long for cold fries and burned chicken pieces. I couldn’t eat that the chicken was way too burned. This was very upsetting. A waste of my money and my time.

Where I live, there is one (1) Carl's Jr. restaurant. I ordered using the website, as the app no longer works on my device. Yes, it's less convenient, but I'm not bothered by that. I place the order, I wait for the email, I get the email, I head over. I pull up to the window and give my name, I'm then told that "I must have ordered from the other store" I ask "What other store?" I get no answer. After sitting there for 15 minutes, hearing the lady say a bunch of things in Spanish (it's not my first language, but it didn't sound friendly), she hands me my order (without a receipt) and shuts the window.

I don't hate the place, but this particular lady is not the most... friendly.

Hello. I'm writing this because I visited my local Palos Verdes/San Pedro, Ca Carl's Jr today as I do about every 4- 6 was. I go frequently bc I love the beyond burgers and the service is usually great. But today was VERY VERY different!

When I ordered my usually beyond burger (with American AND pepper jack cheese, no tomatoes, extra pickles, no special sauce) I was met with a much docent burger. Something with no cheese, TONS of jalapeños and DROPPING special sauce. I asked for it to be remade. They did.

But again it was wrong. It took FOUR FRIGGIN TRIES!!!! One was even real meat! ) Finally on the last burger, I said was "close enough", and just asked for a side of pickles. Not only were they continually wrong, but I was getting a lot of attitude from the 3 guys working.

I visit the Carl's Jr. franchise at 875 East Stanley Boulevard, Livermore, CA 94550 on a regular basis (1-2 daily) and am usually quite pleased.

Over the past month, on a regular basis, there has been one employee that is extremely rude and argumentative on every visit, insisting I ordered something other than what I actually ordered or that I didn't order items that I actually did. When trying to rectify the situation she states that I don't have to do business here. I stated that the only issue I have at this location is her regular bad attitude to which she sarcastically replied "Excuse me?". The name on the receipt is Stephanie. She claims her name is Carla. She is tall with long dark hair always in a pony tail.

Hello i visited the Carls Jr, here in sacramento, ca 95831 on 1315 florin rd at about 6:30pm, as i waited for my choc shake i witness a drive through accidently knock over the fry containers boxes on the floor and pick them up and put them back together with the other boxes.

I was so surprised, so im reaching out to ask if this can possibly be addressed maybe even rewind the camera to show how this could have been avoided. Thankyou.

I went into one of your Carls jr this last week to get dinner for my family, at 2808 MacHenry Ave. in Modesto Ca. I drove 22 miles, because I live in Escalon Ca. 81 on food. 31. For a little cup. Wow!

He messed up our order. My wife got two different burgers. I got two Big Carls with extra dressing, and only one had it. We also ordered frys and rings, but they were only warm. The worst part was that the Manager was closing his door down right in front of me.

It was in the evening and there was only two homeless guys in the restaurant and me. Manager was NOT friendly at all. Will not go back. The other female employee was nice. Very unhappy service, and will NOT go back! (909) 844-0242. So sad!

Hi, my name is Erika P Gastelum, I have been trying to contact the Corporate Office since Saturday when I had the worst nightmare experience in one of your branches located in 615 w Congress St. Tucson, AZ 85745. United States, this happened Saturday, February 11 at 4:00 pm.

When my car was towed from the branch parking lot. The parking spot where I parked didn't had a sign that said that my car was going to be towed, and I have a video and pictures of this.

Also I did had lunch at the branch around 2 pm, and I have the proof of the charge for my meal. The reason I din't stayed inside the brunch was because the restaurant was packed and there was no place to seat.

I had to pick up my food walking from the drive thru window because it was taking too long and my 3 year old kid needed to go…

I will never go back to a Carl's Jr after my experience Friday 2/10/2023. I was never so insulted by the manager at store 1101790 in El Paso. He was very rude and inconsiderate about the fact he made my sandwich wrong.

I asked for NO MAYO and there was an excessive amount of MAYO I am highly allergic. He àcted like he was unconcerned. He was just hanging out with the people that was working and was on his phone. I have never felt to insulted.

I hope this gentleman does not treat other women like he treated me. He was talking and cursing. A very unprofessional manager. Like I said earlier in this complaint I will never go to that location. If I had the option for zero stars that would be the amount I would give this guy.

Visited Carl's Jr, 425 S. Sunrise Way, Palm Springs on Feb 7, 2013 at 10:00 am and drive thru service was horrible.

Gentleman taking my order on speaker was short, curt and unpleasant. When he (young Latin guy) gave me my order at window, he seemed bothered when I asked for extra cream for my coffee and in curt nasty tone said, 'there that should be enough for you". When handing my bag containing breakfast burrito, he handed it out the window... Not looking at me or saying thanks or anything. He then abruptly shut the window.

This guy seemed to care less about being nice, exhibiting any customer service and is definitely not a good representative for Carl's Jr.

By the way, I ordered a steak n egg burrito and got a tortilla with egg and 2 strips of bacon inside. Pathetic.

We drove down to Tucson today and went into the Carls Jr. at Congress and the Freeway. We have actually eaten here many times in the past when visiting Tucson for various business trips there. So today my business partner and I parked in the parking lot and went in ordered lunch and sat down to eat it.

We even had one of the staff unlock the bathrooms so we could wash up. While there the manager had our car towed off by M and s towing. When we discovered this we went back in to tell her our car had been stolen and she acted like nothing had happened.

An employee told us the manager had done it- as she got a kickback for each car she had towed-she denied this- . There was a sign in the parking lot that said you can’t park there unless a Carls Customer which we clearly were. M and S towing…

Food was good the prices could be a bit cheaper but my only complaint really is one of the employees that works at the Marietta Carl’s Jr. in Oklahoma. I did some research on this person because it is a small town found out that her name is Charmaine Gurrola also goes by Star.

Very erratic behavior from this employee my children even noticed, one of them said mom it looks like she’s on drugs. The company may want to administer drug testing if they do not already…. I’ve been in there once before and saw the same odd behavior From the same employee-but it’s different when your children notice it, and I believe she’s manager to make it all the better.

I am filing a complaint on behalf of my dad who placed an order on the Carl's jr app and my brother went to pick it up. When he went to pick it up they refused to fulfill the order because it "didn't show up in the system." My brother showed them proof of the order via email and they still refused to make it. My dad was charged twice! My brother spent a half an hour proving to the cashier that the order was placed and paid for but they still refused to fulfill the order. If something is paid for then it should've been made. Over a week later my dad hasn't been refunded and he was charged twice on his card.

Went to Carl's Jr with a valid coupon for a free small fries and drink with any Western Bacon Sandwich. I ordered the Double Western Bacon Burger and paid over $9 for it. When I got home, I found that I had the Single Bacon Western Burger. I called the store to ask for restitution and the girl I spoke with said "Yes, that was me and I noticed that the coupon was for the Single Bacon Western Burger so that is what you got." I told her that I had paid for the Double and she basically told me she couldn't do anything about it, and that I would have paid more for the singlew ith the fries and drink, so I still saved money. The Carl’s Jr in Ely, Nv was spectacular. Mark, the manager was cheerful, appeared and sounded like he loves his job. Was very jovial, pleasant and observant. I just came from McDonalds to get a few things for the grandkids and asked the clerk if all the food was there, she replied yes, I looked I.

The bag and it wasn’t, asked her where such and such was and she said they are still waiting on it. Ok, so when I asked if every thing was there and she replied yes, that was a lie. Mark at Carl’s Jr I didn’t even have to ask the question, everything was not only there, but properly labeled and he had a wonderful cheerful attitude, unlike McDonald’s clerk, she was blasé and unsmiling, uncaring and just looked not at all pleased to be working, and it showed. Mark should be commended.

We paid almost $60 for six sanwiches. Three crispy chicken and three western bacon cheeseburgers. The chicken was like rubber and a lot smaller than the bun. And the hamburgers were like mcdonalds pre frozen patties. Prices went up and quality hit the floor.

The chocolate cake that I paid for was not included in my drive thru bag. I saw that it was missing when I got home 12 mile from Carl’s Jr. store #1100508 where I bought it from. I called phone number 818-716-0599 shown on the receipt but it goes straight to an automated machine. I left a message and have not received a callback.

Wednesday, 10/28, at about 8:30 PM, we stopped at Carls to have a bite before continuing our trip home. I had Carl's hamburger, fries, and a small coke. The food was very good and served in a reasonable amount of time.

The host was super nice and there was no problem with the staff. My husband ordered a shake but they were out of ice cream! He just had dental surgery and just wanted something cold. Then he thought maybe a burrito would be soft enough to eat, but no burritos were served after breakfast!

It was disappointing but he could drink my coke! this is when I realized what a mess the place was. Without exaggerating, almost all the tables were dirty with spills and some trash on the floors. The bathrooms were really bad too.

I live on the other side of town so I decided to call in my order to make sure that I would get it before the cut off time. I ordered 11 o'clock you quit serving breakfast at 11:30. When the employee entered the phone and I ordered my sandwich she told me that if I could not order 5 Breakfast sandwiches I could not order over the phone.

Needless to say I hung up and will never visit your place again.

i ordered 2 meals a famous star meal and western cheese burger meal on the famous star about half way into my meal i bit into a big gob of mayonaise whoever made that meal purposely put way too much mayo. it way a ridicioulous amount of mayo and i know it was on purpose because my husbands meal was drowning in mayo and bbq sauce. everything is already soo expensive and to do that is uncalled for very rude

I just took my wife to this establishment here in my hometown of McMinnville Oregon. I'm an actual Carl Jr myself, so I have invested in this place over the years. Lately, I just get poor service then tonight on our date night out her burger was dry with nothing on it.

I simply said no ketchup. Then my big car was cold inside. But the killer was my glass of ice water for three plus dollars? Two burgers and one water for fourteen dollars plus! It was horrible. I've lived here 56 years and let me tell you times have changed.

A horrible night out since I drove back home 9 miles before figuring it all out. Disgruntled customer!!!!!!!

I received a very cold order of your two featured burgers both of which were below 100° which is below health regulations I had to return to the drive-through walking because the Boppy was closed at your Gig Harbor Washington location they did replace my food and said they were sorry but I also noticed that the sandwiches may have been microwaved because the lettuce was wilted I am a regular Carl juniors customer and enjoy your sandwiches but

My friend and I have been to this Carl’s Jr at least 3 times and we came back because we thought maybe we just had a few bad experiences at that location la Verne Ca. The food all 3 times was horrible.

We ordered a famous star combo and a big Carl combo . Both were super cold reheated old fries and the worker that took our order was not friendly at all. I have eaten at Carl’s Jr for many many years and I think it’s just this location that’s bad .

You need a manager that can improve on the food and customer service.

This is for the Carl's Jr on oddie boulevard in Reno nevada. For the date of October 22nd 2022. This is in regards to two young ladies that work there by the name of Giselle and emily. This is not a complaint.

I repeat not a complaint. Emily and Giselle both were very very kind very considerate and attentive to customers needs and I noticed this to customers before me and then for myself and my aunt. They were so helpful and when there was an issue they took care of it immediately and they always smile the whole time.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience to eat there with two amazing employees that you have such as Emily and giselle. These are two young ladies that are definitely a benefit to any business that employees them. I hope to see them again the next time that I am driving…

However when we ordered 4 Double Burgers, Fries Zucchini, the employee informed us that because they are Franchise they don't have to honor the sale price. We told her it's not legal to bait and switch, especially inside the Restaurant.

After politely verbally going back and forth several times with her we went ahead with and paid for the order. As the order was being prepared, the counter employees were laughing at us. We got home and ate, the food was very good.

But the Bait & Switch is not Legal and not right!

My name is Deborah Johnson and I live in Sacramento, CA. I am contacting you regarding food I received on 9/28/22 @ your Carl's Jr at Store #1100351; Address: 6201 Mack Road. I ordered 4 Double Cheeseburgers with "No Onions" and 1 Famous Cheese Burger which cost $17.35. (Tried to attach receipt, but was unable to).

Went to the Carls Jr. located in Irvine at 4960 Barranca. I was there Saturday evening around 6:00pm to get dinner for my grandchildren. I have lived in Woodbridge 43 years and this Carls Jr. store has really gone downhill.

Tried calling customer service but no answer. I was there approximately 20 minutes during which NO ONE else even came thru the drive in. I think that there says it all. The person helping me for got one of my childs chicken meals.
