The Last week of Januray My son worked at Charley's at the mall in Tallahassee,Fl. That week they a new distrist Manager up from Miami by the name of Shawn. He was completely rude and unsocial skills. He limited the employee's bathroom time to two in a working day period.

He also said that my son was slow and didn't need to be their. My son was there for nearly 1years before he came up from Miami.

Also during the hiring of new employee's my son was still the only white employee on the schedule. Shawn changed his schedule at the last minute to make him late on purpose so he could fire him. The Manager Shawn does not have people skills and when I tried to talk to him " I don't have to talk to goodbye " He is breaking labor laws also

I purchased a gift card online on November 15 for my son’s birthday. It was for $75. He has tried using the bar card that was sent to him in an email and it will not scan. The employees have even tried entering the number manually and it won’t work.

I have my confirmation number for when I purchased it. I am very upset. I would either like a refund or for it to be reissued so he can use it.

The cashier rang up our order incorrectly for the second week in a row. I ordered a regular chicken teriyaki sub with regular fries, and my mother ordered the gourmet fries. I made sure the cashier understood what I was ordering.

When they called my name, only the gourmet fries were on the tray. I explained this was not our order. We eat there every Saturday, and we order the same thing. The woman, who may be the manager, made a scene wanting to argue with me over a small container of small fries.

The line was to the back of the store out the door. She told me if I didn't like it, I could get back in line and order again. It would be ridiculous to wait all that time all over again for a small container of regular fries.

They are so rude at this location and they act like anything will…

I ordered a chicken California combo with cheese fries drink on the app the lady there said they didn't have my order and I showed them on the app on the app it show it as combo I didn't think about looking at email where it showed the full order until was home but lady was very rude didn't try help look up my order and said that was the price of sandwich I rewards discount on there it was probably about what sandwich would cost I will not use the app to order again to keep from having issue again

I am writing to you as a concerned customer for the well-being of the employees at this exact location in Rialto California. I was in there yesterday afternoon on 7/30/23 & the whole establishment is in unsafe work conditions after learning that they are working in zero air-conditioned establishment because the owner of this location refuses to pay for AC repair.

They were expressing to me how upset and stressed. They are working in these hot conditions when it is such a brand new building but with no AC. Please reach out or send a technician to this location to fix the AC as the workers inside this establishment are working in 100° plus not to mention the high percentage of humidity inside this tiny establishment was zero air-conditioning.

I ordered 2 subs from Charley's. One chicken and one beef on 7/18. I had no problem with the beef. I was eating the other half of the chicken sandwhich another day and saw a black thing in the melty cheese part.

And when I pulled it out it was a fly. I'm not sure how they could miss a fly on the sandwhich because it comes open faced. Obviously I'm disgusted and did not eat the rest. Minimally the north versailes restaurant where I got it needs to work on their pest management in the kitchen area.

The way the fly was, it looked like the fly was on the sandwhich when the cheese was put down because the fly is pretty much intact. I've never had any problems with that restaurant nor the other subs I bought that day and I took apart the rest of the sandwhich and it was fine..

Hi, My husband and I ate at your restaurant on Saturday, June 24th, 2023. Around the time 5:30pm. We ate at the Riverchase Galleria food court location. We purchased 1 small Philly cheese steak sandwich, one small bacon chipotle chicken sandwich, one cheese fry, one regular fry, and two regular fountain drinks. 67.

I just came from the Charleys at Tuttle Crossing Mall. The chef/manager was extremely rude. My nephew and I both have food allergies and when my nephew asked for no cheese on both the sandwiches he was subjected to loud verbal abuse from the man making the sandwiches.

Now we had eaten there before and never had any problems. But the chef called my nephew a faggot and embarrassed him in front of the other customer. It took 3 tries to make our sandwiches correctly because he was so busy yelling and making fun of our order because we have allergies and he was so busy humiliating my nephew.

This is no way to run a business and I don't know if I ever want to return. We weren't asking for too much just no cheese on both and 1 with not bread. This was unexcusable.

I went to Charley’s in the Galleria Mall in Hoover, Al. I got a small Philly and cheese and bacon fries. I got home my fries were cheese bacon and ranch fries, I had to trash them because I don’t eat ranch.

Next my Philly I got a Philly plain with only cheese peppers and onions. My Philly had everything on it with extra Mayo. I got so sick to my stomach I vomited. I tried contacting the store but I got no answer.

I still have my food because I was going to maybe go back but it’s too far from my house to make a trip just for food. What are the steps I need to take to get a refund?

Inland center mall location is the worse service. They have you wait 10 mins before they even start on your order when they are not even busy on a slow weekday. The food is good but the service is slow.

I placed an online order at 9450 S. Main St. Plaza ten wings and a drink upon arriving at home I realized there was only six wings. 79 this location is ridiculous maybe someone is trying to make a little extra cash or maybe there is a counting issue.

If I could give zero stars I would your Dunedin Philly cheesesteak needs an overhaul of personnel they obviously are too busy on their phones to even pay attention to how the order is to be done. We go there 2/3 times a week always drive thru.

I went to the Charley’s location in barboursville WV at the Huntington mall. The store was 8 minutes late opening and they were very rude and said we’re not open. I said what time do you open. She said 11 so I said it’s 11:08.

She said if our gate is closed we’re not open. I ordered a lemonade and left because they were so rude. There was at least 5 other teenage kids that ran over behind me when they saw they were taking my order and they were very irritated to be open.

On 4/8/23 at aprox. 6pm, my fiance and I chose to eat at your establishment (located at the food court in the maine Mall in South Portland, Maine) because we were starved and Charlie's Philly Steak wasn't busy. My fiance ordered the bacon and 3 cheese steak sub with fries and a drink, I had the ultimate cheesy fries.

I went to your restaurant on 3/22/23 store number 02439 and received horrible service. My order was taken at 8:36PM and I didn't get my food until 9PM. The workers were very unprofessional. Mac pants were hanging down and I saw all of his underwear.

There were people in there getting their money back and the worker didn't even want to give it back and I think he even cash app her. Mac made the comment that it's our fault for coming in when it was time for them to close.

I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate. Reminding you the store do not close until 9PM. When I finally got my food it was horrible. It looked like they just threw it together. My fries were so cold. I had to just throw everything away after the first bit.

I went to the location on 75th Ave and Lower Buckeye on 3/13 for lunch. The cook and a manager were having words with one another. I was told they couldn'ttake my order because the cook was walking out after they completed the orders they had taken right before me.

I went to order lunch for my family of six. The young lady that was at the register did apologize for the behavior of the manager and staff. The manager was the cook as well and was going to walk out.

I called the corporate office, where I received a message saying they couldn't take calls because they were relocating locations and the phone system is not set up.

I was at the Wellington Green Charley's and I was trying to use a coupon that expired today and I was not aware that I could not use 2 coupons in two different transactions. The girl employee behind the register (whose name was Isabelli) just kept saying l could not use 2 coupons in the same day.

Most businesses allows to use 2 coupons in two different transactions.
