Back in 2005 I opened a retirement account with Chase Bank. 08 was mailed to Chase on 11-10-05. I have never received anything from Chase regarding this retirement fund I opened or the money sent to Chase. I know from experience with working with large companies that you can always go back and research.

I have been a member of Chase bank for many years and cannot believe this happening... I have contacted your customer service before regarding this with no help from them. I do not wish to start a law suite but I need answers...

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way Chase has handled the neglect of your customer's accounts. Richard And Diana Giacone.

On August first 2023, I was notified and I discovered that my Parents Chase accounts had been compromised and funds depleted. I immediately contacted your fraud department, waiting for the third person I was transferred to assist me who was unable to help me. I was told that I would need to freeze all accounts then wait as the claim is processed. This was several days for a and I followed up finding out the reimbursement took place. The account was opened without them knowing. In the meantime, I should not use my accounts because they froze. 5 months even my direct deposits working into it. When I called the customer service number they tell me that only the branch managers and personal bankers can put the funds in. It's full false advertising though I know ALot of other people that did with no problems receive the funds! I think it's prejudice.

I was a victim of fraud/scammed today and Chase Bank doesn't feel an obligation or concern to make it right. There's no recourse for people losing their money by being scammed... because it was taken as cash. I just feel a bank should want to help their loyal customers in times like these. Not just say sorry... nothing we can do.

My debit card from chase was falling apart, went into a local chase bank I needed a new card, I'm living in my car because of drive by shootings in my apartment, said I had to have an address, gave my friends address, said it would come 5-7 days, never came. I called after a week, which was 2 days ago, told me they would rush deliver it in 1-2 business days, still didn't come.

Called today, told me that there was no record of me calling 2days ago,, to rush deliver it, so basically the man never put in my request.. Now they say they will send out another card 1-2 business days. 00 for it to come again, I'm a senior in social security and I am so upset with how chase has treated me.

I recently purchased a condo. I had a large amount of money deposited into my bank account before I made a down payment . I never noticed a deposit of 2k from chase bank or received any notice on there end.

Apparently the was a deposit made in error. Then suddenly 2 months later it was reversed leaving me a negative balance and not enough money for my 2nd morage payment. The stress Chase gave me almost killed me. Everyone I spoke to gave me a different answer.

They treated me as if was my fault.

00 each. ' The cashier's checks are clearly marked on the face of the instrument as being well within the valid date. Chase Bank allegedly turned the funds over to the State of Ohio; where they keep their corporate account; after three years as being stale acct.

However, Chase Bank only turned the funds over to Ohio after I tried to cash the instruments; meaning, they were caught with their hands in the cookie jar ( so to speak ) as they were supposed to do this after three, not six years ! Now, I have to apply through the State of Ohio, Commerce Dept.

to get my money back; even though it was/is my money to begin with ! The process of going through the State of Ohio, takes up to six months and requires a lot of paperwork to get started; and the people in the Commerce Dept.

I live in The 91st and commercial area. There is a Chase vestibu ATM that closes at 8:00. Therefore no deposits and no withdrawals. 50 and then on top of that $3 for using another bank's atm from Chase. We can't win because by the time you make your deposit make a couple of withdrawals in the neighborhood you're in default of the original amount that you need to pay for your bills.

In December of 2021 I made a large purchase on my Amazon card. The balance shot up by 2000 and when I checked my account a few weeks later, I noticed my minimum had NOT gone up. Because of that, I continued my life as normal.

Friday, for the first time since 2011 in my relationship with Chase at Babcock & Huebner in San Antonio 78240, I was unable to make a deposit and transfer money to my grandchildren's accounts, as I do every month.

Please note that I have direct deposit, never have had a bankng issue of any kind (though I have complained lately about the poor service and short staffing observed) and maintain a five figure balance in my account (which ends in 0788), so I was QUITE surprised.

Where do I begin, once again I have transferred funds from one account to another to cover checks, once again overnight Chase took 34 dollars out to cover "overdraft" not once but twice. This is a regular occurrence, I spend time and money trying to get them to stop taking fees for overdraffs thatt are not overdrafts, It is so frustrating. 00 for overdraft fees.

I open a secure account about 3 weeks ago. I set my direct deposit coming from. social security disability administration and I just find out that my fund are going to be held into your systems until next day. I called social security and indicated that the monies were sent to chase snd that cleared at chase bank.

No one help me into finding out why are my monies are being held to clear the monies from a federal entity. complaints department and senior representative wanted to help I got transferred to the same d department over and over.

Preferably a supervisor. There must be somone in charge even though it is Memorial Day weekend and there is limited contact because of the virus.

First off, good luck getting anyone to deal with an issue. I finally received a call back from their corporate office from a very unprofessional woman. The message sounded like she was from my local bowling alley. No offense to bowling alleys.

This company tries to appear as though one is secure with them. The actual enemies they try to defend you from are their customers. When someone commits blatant fraud with your account you will fight them, trust me to get your money back.

I had some loser charge 8 burner phones on my account and Chase tried to claim I made the purchase! BTW I had been banking with them for 40 years. I have over a 735 credit score and any card with them I get denied. Horrible Bank

A vendor (Dollar Car Rental) gave me. a written quote which I accepted. Upon arrival to my destination I went to pick up my car and was told a security deposit was needed but would be refunded when I returned the car.

When I returned the car I asked about the return and was told a credit would appear in 7 to 10 days. The credit never appeared. I phoned Dollar and attempted to follow up but was rudely handled and hung up on twice.

So we send a check to the LA Tax Collector and somehow the check was intercepted in route via mail. We believe the check was intercepted and then counterfeited because the tax assessor's ID number wasn't on the memo as I wrote it.

We contacted customer claims and our local chase bank. We found out about the check because we were still billed for the previous property tax balance. That is when we did some research and realized the check that was cashed had a different name than the LA County Tax Collector.

I use an AARP card and recently tried to set up auto payment, because the first time I used it, maybe 2 years ago, a rather small bill was not paid by my bank (don't know why, nor does Chase). When I put in my Wells Fargo Routing and Account numbers, I was told there were certain types of accounts that Chase would not accept.

When I called custoer service on Saturday, Feb 29, a lady told me it was because my Weels Fargo acct was "frozen", which is ridiculous, because I have auto pay for 3 other credit cards, covering 6 or 7 different monthly (and yearly bills) which take money from that account with no problem. The Anaheim Hills branch located at 5791 E Santa Ana Canyon has been Chase Bank branch for many years, and the customer service has deteriorated from great to almost nonexistent over the last several years under the newer branch manager Vincent. I opened up a checking account with a deposit of 3000. A week later I deposited a 3500 third party check from my dad because he was going out of the country amd he was paying me back. It was a stock check from metlife.

I had $375 in my saving account about $125 or more in checking account. I deposit a TX lottery check for $2600. I live in Houston TX this is not an out of state check. The TX lottery deposit the money and says I will be able to get the monies the next day.

I was told by Chase Bank they would hold the check until the 13th. I deposit the check on the 3rd of January 2020. some direct deposits bills came into my account. My saving is gone plus checking account. I am being charged $34 each day for insufficient funds.

I did everything and they continue to charge me instead of giving me my money to cover my bills, Usually if you deposit a check it says pending until they release your check.

The average life expectancy for my ATM card has dropped to two weeks before it gets cancelled because of “ fraud”, if it’s happening this frequently then clearly there is a breech in this banks information security, I am consistently kept from my money, I am terrified to try to use any chase card, I am going to withdraw every dime I have in this bank and stuff my mattress with it like the old timers did, I have two other bank accounts in different banks and have never had this problem so it is endemic to chase bank and

the only recourse they can seem to find is cancelling my card and sending out another one, shoddy, just plain shoddy.

S. Marshal had orders for funds to be taken from my Chase account. Chase, receiving the documents from the US Marshal then took $75 from my account and sent an email saying that they would be taking more than 5,000 from me.

They gave me the Marshal's phone number who then told me that today is the day the money is to be taken from my account. I was not properly notified of any details about this transaction. Chase said in an email dated Nov.

The Chase Auto Dept service is horrible! A year ago we moved to Florida with a leased vehicle, we had to register the vehicle in Florida from NJ - Motor Vehicle in Florida needed a copy of the Title we filled out the proper paper work.

Our lease was up we financed the vehicle with Chase since we have all our accounts as a Private Client with Chase. Unfortunately, the Auto Dept for Chase doesn't know what they are doing. They sent us paper work to complete showing the actual mileage for us to sign with no directions.

We completed that paper work 3 X's. Now we receive a Power of Attorney to sign. It was signed & returned to Chase Auto, Yesterday & today Oct 31, & Nov 1st we receive a voice mail that they need the paper work, which wed sent back over a month ago.

I opened a Checking Account on 6/27/2019. The terms included $300 for New Checking after having my direct deposit made to the account within 60 cays of account opening. On 7/01/2019 I went into the bank and a Banker completed a "Government Direct Set-Up Form" to have my Social Security retirement benefit directly deposited into my new account.

I have a copy of the form. Account information advises that the US Dept of Treasury takes approximately 4-8 weeks to process the request. My July direct deposit did not appear in my checking account. My August direct deposit did not appear in my checking account.

So, on or about August 25th I called the bank to ask about the process. I was told it was my responsibility to see that the direct deposit was completed in time and that I did not qualify…

This message is a complaint. I deposited a check from my 401k into my bank account and now its on hold. I don't think its right that I have to wait 1 week to get the hold off of my account and have access to my money.

I could have cashed this check at a currency exchange but no I decided to deposit it with Chase. That money was for my children now I have nothing until next week. I will continue to complain until this hold is off my account. That check is legit.

Chase can verify it with the merchant. Once my check clears I will close this account. I'm not happy with it.

I booked a hotel room through chase points program Ibis Styles NYC Airport Laguardia. I paid half with cash and the remainder with points (10,000) points. My son, who is 18 years old was the person checking into the hotel, alone.

Chase website stated the hotel policy was 18 years old was the required age. My son is 18. Upon checking into the hotel at 11pm he was refused a room because he was 18 not 21. He had no where to go but the airport, which he walked to and slept there.

The hotel refused to provide a refund because the room was was booked with no cancellation.

First of all they cancelled the room not my son.

Second, Chase had the wrong information on their website. It now reads 21!

I am a small business owner in Chicago. I switch our banking acct to Chase from Wintrust, ( now regret) Shortly after, the merchant services sales person contacted me and convinced me to switch to CHASE for POS Services, from my prev provider.

00 was to be deposit to my bus acct overnight. Friday is payroll day - I wake up at 5:30 am to pay my team. Well, except no funds. I begin calling merchant support, they advise there is a ‘funding delay’ due to technical issue.

I'm writing because I received the wrong direct deposit number from my chase branch and my (monthly) pay check was deposited into the wrong account. I've spoke to the branch manager and I feel like he has done everything he can in his power to help but no one up the chain can.

From what I've heard so far is that the money was pulled from the account but was never sent back to my employer and is sitting in limbo without anyone up the line that can do anything and now its to the point where my employers bank nor intuit can retrieve it.

I feel like I will have to switch banks after this mishap since its been over a week and no one can retrieve my pay and put it in the right account. The next step will probably trying to get ahold of CEO James Dimon.

To the Internal Fraud Investigation dept of Chase bank:

Your Internal Fraud Investigation Department needs to monitor and audit the department that handles the online banking of your bank that does the accounting for Chase customers, especially the smaller accounts that do their weekly and monthly online accounting.

There has been two occasions that small amount of monies have gone missing from my checking account, namely the account ending in #2651. The first occurrence was sometime last year and this year sometime in July August time frame.

I suspect that some individuals that do the accounting and reconciling in that accounting department have been stealing customers' monies in small increments over a long time frame. They do not steal large even amounts but small unnoticeable amount…

I have tried numerous times to access our account to wire money, but cannot access the account. I have telephoned and spoke to 7 individuals at Chase and nobody seems to be able to assist me, because they cannot verify my social security number because I do not have one (I am South African).

I have ran out of options. The Chase consultants tell me to fly to the US and go to a branch. I cannot even access our money to buy flight tickets to go to the US, so are really frustrated.

I am also not sure why I need to go to a physical branch, what are they going to do different to identify me? Please advise on the way forward in obtaining access. Something had to happen that all of a sudden I do not have access anymore, maybe something is offline or somebody did something to the account, surely…

I filed a Fraud claim to Chase Bank Fraud Department. At first I was credited money back into our Checking Account, and I was told they would investigate my claim. Chase Fraud Department told me to contact the company that debited my account, and I was told that the account was closed, and the money was returned back to my Chase Bank Checking account.

I received a letter from Chase Bank Fraud Department stating their investigation had completed and there was no fraud, also the two transactions would be debited to my account. I immediately contacted Chase Bank customer service (Mary), was transferred to the Fraud department.

Beth was the person who answered my call, and I explained I had no idea who or what this company was. Beth informed me their investigation proved there was no fraud on…

Completely ridiculous. I noticed my card was about to expire and I had not received my replacement. I went into a branch and was told to call or go online. No help at all. I call and then it just gets worse and worse.

They cancel the card that I currently was using and needed did not tell me that and said a new was ordered. Not knowing they cancelled my perfectly good that I had been using I proceeded out to lunch to be embarrassed and humiliated because my card is declined.

After that drama I call again and then told it was cancelled I said I need it. It’s Saturday they apologize said applepay will have my new well it doesn’t still. I go to a branch before it closes but because it’s some new self service bs branch they can’t help me I need to drive to a regular branch. It’s crazy.

On August 5 went to make a withdrawal at you Atm in Floral Park on Jamaica avenue. The ATM spit out a receipt that stated it could not give cash at this time, but it deducted 500 dollars from my account.

When I went inside for help not one person would and told me that there was nothing they can do. While on the phone with my bank about a half an hour later I distinctly heard the sounds of a cash counter behind the atm I was using and the computer went online and people were happily taking money out of the machine.

Is it common practice at your bank when this happens to not pull the machine out of service and balance the box ? If they would have done that they would have seen they are 500 dollars over . The managers there said they could do nothing but help me file a claim with my bank…

The branch at Union Hills and 59 th Ave in Glendale, AZ has absolutely disgusting chairs in the waiting area!! They are stained with urine and the smell is gross!! I could not sit down while waiting to see a representative!!!

This is a health hazard to the public! Also waited one hr. to see a rep. only two available! This is the poorest of poor customer service!! I need a new bank!!
