We made a hotel and airfare reservations for 4-nights stay in Manila, the Philippines last December 2023. The hotel reservations were cancelled for some reason and we were notified that a refund was being made. It is now February 2024, and we still haven't seen even a shadow of the refund.

After booking a flight for my grandson, I received a call from your company suggesting that because of the way the industry is right now, I needed to buy rebooking insurance so in the event their was a problem, my grandson could get rebooked, otherwise he would not have any kind of priority if the airline cancelled his flight. If this is true, your company should put that on your website. If this is true it violates the law that airlines operate under. My wife and our 3 kids aged 10 to 12 booked and paid for a trip using Cheapo Air in July of 23. The trip was from the USA where we live to London and then London to South Africa and South Africa back home to the USA.

We went to catch our fight from London to South Africa and we’re told by the airline that we we didn’t have any seats in our name. We called Cheapo air and were told they can’t help it was a mistake.

Hi to whom this may concern, I had a booking with cheapoair, booking number 79788338 and cancelled my flight within 24 hours, I was told to get a refund from an agent while I was cancelling my ticket, the next day I contacted cheapoair to confirm my card information. I made a flight booking from Detroit to Chicago through an agent over the phone. The agent booked the flight with only one checked bag, which resulted in me having to pay extra at the airport for a second bag because they failed to inform me about the limited baggage allowance.

Company is making schedule changes in my flight every month. They give me an option whether to accept the change or cancel the booking. If I cancel the booking they want me to wait for 2 months to get the refund and also they are not sure about that. Now I have accepted the change they just made me wait for more than 16 days. Still they sent me a mail that they are working with airline.

The worst part is their customer service. They have Live Chat assistance which is not replying anytime. And other way to contact them is their toll number which costs me more than 50 dollars last week just to get my schedule settled. Again they started the same thing.

I have been trying to update my ticket a day before. Each representative tells me to call back in 2 hours and you'll get an update. I'm willing to pay the fidget but they are not able to find the fare difference.

It's been 2nd day and same answer from representative to wait 2 or more hours and will give you an update but no one is deep diving into the issue that any l why this is taking two days to get my ticket updated? I booked a flight through cheapoair. Do to medical reasons we were not able to make the flight. Cheapoair advised us to submit medical proof and they will cancel the booking and give a a full refund. Upon doing so, they only refunded us the luggage fees.

On the 05/31/2023 , wanted to start the journey with wife and 9 yr old. very excited when reached the air line counter( Canada Air) was told I need a visa for transit flight. No information available on website/ called customer service cheapo air.

I booked flight tickets for our family to flight from Omaha Nebraska to Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. As itinerary issued by CheapOair, our final return flight would be from Houston TX to OMA NE. , we received a notification from United Airlines that our final flight has been changed.

We had to flight from Houston TX to Denver and then from Denver to OMA. That change negatively impacted our pick up drive from OMA to Lincoln, our home, since the arrival time at OMA was late.

The future credit is scam! they will tell you that you get a future credit on cancelled flight but by the time you need to use it, they will get you a flight that is way too expensive and you will still have to pay money similar to a regular flight, so your credit is gone and you end up buying another ticket!

Company's website promoted lower pricing for an inferior car rental agency as part of a flight+hotel package. Cheapoair suggested renting a car during our trip for a very low cost of about $16/day. 00 security deposit on a basic mid-size (Camry/Altima) vehicle rental for 4 days.

Further, the Cheapoair website also booked the car rental at a completely different airport over 20 miles away from the airport we booked to fly into and failed to notify us, whereas the booking confirmation only stated "at airport" under the location. They ask me for my password in my Cheapoair account, they are horrible, I paid money to keep my ticket flight for one year, after six month they mentioned your voucher amount is expired, can you imagine how they ripped me off on this?

Hi, I booked the ticket at 11:44pm on February 16, 2023 for booking reference #79427002. I bought flexible ticket option for ticket bought at 11:44pm on February 16, 2023. When I call the Customer service at 3:30pm on February 17, 2023 they say that they cannot cancel my ticket as it is past 10:00pm and insurance expired. e.

I first booked December 12 2019 for travel in April 2020 and it was canceled because of Covid-19 which wasn’t our fault so I rebooked in June of 2020 for travel January 2021 and that got canceled again because of Covid-19 again not our fault. I purchased a flight from Barcelona to NY though CheapoAir (flying on January 22nd, 2023). The flight did not exist; CheapoAir never contacted me to let me know. I was stranded in Barcelona. Since CheapoAir sold me a ticket with Level, an airline that went bankrupt and does NOT have a representative in the airport, I spent 4 hours trying to get help while in Spain (to no avail!). BUYER BEWARE! I booked a ticket on line with CheapoAir. It was canceled within 30 minutes. I called the support number and talked with an agent. She said that the schedule times for the flight to Venice, Italy were not available anymore.

She spen 45 minutes researching other flights and came back with a schedule that got us home 7 hours later and after midnight AND wanted $370 more. I told here to cancel and she said she would talk to a supervisor.

She came back with the same schedule and offered $270 more. I refused. I then went to FlightHub and was able to secure the original times I wanted with CheapoAir and $300 less than Cheapoair. The booking was easy and smooth.

I booked a ticket for trip on 23 Jan 2023 from CAI to London for my daughter Noura . I paid full amount. Then follow thsi I get the confirmed ticket on 21 Jan on TravelOne (I was surprised since I didn't know this affiliation program) .

I contacted Travelone & customer service asked me to pay 125 USD dollar to change flight to 23 JAN . I told her I cant pay for your mistake as I have booking on 23 JAN & still same flight is open.

After long discussion she tell me what she can do is to refund the whole Amount in 7-14 days (By the way I paid with debit card) . I asked her to change the booking to correct one and she refused [I know some body has to pay for that] although I warned her to stop dealing with them.

After few days I received the amount back in card with loss about 113 SAR about…

I’ve been waiting almost a month to receive a refund on a flight that was canceled by the airline. Every time I’ve called I’m given the same excuse. ” But it’s not true. They’re giving me the runaround. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever use CheapOair again. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service ever. Yes, Cheap is cheap. Customers don't have any idea, and they do not take any initiative when you ask for help. They say everything is OK when you are in trouble. Do not buy ticket from them.
