I was owed a refund of $1035 from a flight that I canceled and instead of getting a refund they took charged $1035 to my card. I’ve been calling their billing department for over a month and nothing is getting resolved.

I’ve sent bank statements and have spoken with at least 20 different people in the billing department and each one has a different story. I’m at the point to where I’m ready to take the matter to small claims court

Due to the huge storm and terrible weather conditions many flights got cancelled and an advisory was issued against travel. I have beeb trying to call Air Canada since yesterday and they are not picking up phone.

I bought ticket weeks ago for BNA to Paris CDG for wife and Iand SLC to Paris CDG for my daughter Dec 1st returning Dec 9th. While there our plans changed and I bought through you again Venice through Munich to Paris CDG on Dec 9th.

So that we could catch our flights Dec 9th from CDG to BNA for wife and i and CDG to SLC for daughter. Our flight with Lufthansa from Munich to CDG was 45 min late, causing us to miss our flight to BNA and SLC.

The worst experience I've had so far in booking flights. I am a frequent traveller, I like to book my own flights, and I like to change companies every time. I've booked with Cheapoair in the past and had no issues.

However, when it came to trying to use my accumulated points, I had to call the agent, as the website DOES NOT ALLOW YOU to use them. So by calling in, I have to pay an agent fee, that would translate in me loosing all my points to pay for this agent.

Instead of agents assisting me to do it myself online, they only offered to book my flight. Instead of your website being clear about how customers can use their own points, you make it in a way where you force people to call you and pay your agent, so in the end they loose those points anyway!

I booked a flight to India from YYC for Nov 30th 2022 with my husband, it’s was emirates airlines operated by westjet. we reached at the Yyc airport 2 hours before our flight departure time & were standing in the queue to check in .

I called to check on a refund due to the airlines changing my flight. The people I talked to (3) were friendly but apologized because they weren't the right department even though they were who I was transfered to.

Also, twice I was asked to answer your one question survey in the middle of trying to get an answer to my original question. The first time I called back, the second time that happened I pressed 2, not satisfied, and decided I wasn't going to get any real help.

My booking number is 77590402 and I have raised multiple request to cancel my return trip from HK to Toronto since late October until 7 November. All my request were either reply with "refer to the team" or "please call again after 8 am".

I originally booked flight & airfare with cheapoair, my flight was changed to a later flight which wasn’t convenient so I called to cancel the whole trip & requested and full refund. Speaking to customer service was absolutely horrible, they just keep transferring me around and getting no where.

Bought tickets from Quito to Paris (premium economic) flew on date , July 23, and was supposed to come back August 26. Even before the departure started receiving change of date, at least five times, accepting all the news scheduled, last accepted September 1.

Two weeks before coming back, once again change of date, September 6 which I did not accepted. Made twice long distance phone calls charging me for both €130,00 and without way back confirmation .

Finally got a new flight on August 31 back to Quito but through KLM and not Air France and in Economic and not premium as I paid. I assume CheapOair will refund me the two tickets for all the trouble we went through.

I had a ticket from Nashville TN to TAMPA a direct flight. The flight was cancelled. So cheapoair put me on a obe stop flight. The second leg of the flight was canceled. So I called them to reschedule a direct flight.

5 hours then the disconnected me. I called them back. 5 hours on hold. Disconnected again. I called a 3rd time. 5 hours.

Finally spoke with someone who set me up with a non stop. Never received a confirmation email. 5 hours on hold. Called again next morning. Put on hold for an hour. They set me up with the same flight as the day before. Still waiting for confirmation. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.

It has been Impossible to address my concern and my request with Cheapoair. I tried to get a hold of an agent at Cheapoair´s chat for 2 hours and they keep asking me to wait on the chat nd nothing.

I have been trying to call t all the customer phone numbers and phone calls are not being accepted. My concern/ request I need assistance in changing the new flight option that you are imposing on me to the flight option that Air Canada offered me, unfortunately I can not do it directly with them because I made this booking through this travel agency (LAST TIME in my life).

Booked a round trip flight with these guys and realized I was going into the wrong city in the same state. I contact them to change the the city and they wanted to charge an additional $200, so I cancelled the round trip to a one way.

I am having the worst experience trying to rebook a flight. I canceled a flight in January for a ticket that was booked in September because of the civil unrest overseas and the fear of traveling to a foreign country at that time.

When I booked a flight, I was charged an $56.00 in extra fees that I was not told about. I had to cancel this flight 7 days later, at which time I was charged an extra $25. cancellation fee. When I cancelled flight I was only given a credit for the $647.20, which was the flight part only.

I reached out for help yesterday with my flight it was delayed for over 2 1/2 hours I asked if we can find me another flight no help. You know what I was told that is not our issue you would need to speak with the airlines why are you guys charging me all these fees and you can’t help .

You guys selected to have incompetent airlines working underneath you. 72 if I would have known this I would never have booked through you. Will cost me all these additional charges I would have never selected you. But don’t worry I would never ever use you guys again never and anybody ask me I would not recommend you under any circumstances because your staff is unprofessional you select airlines that cannot even keep a schedule always having delays.

I would like my money back. United flight was good but…
