I was owed a refund of $1035 from a flight that I canceled and instead of getting a refund they took charged $1035 to my card. I’ve been calling their billing department for over a month and nothing is getting resolved.
I’ve sent bank statements and have spoken with at least 20 different people in the billing department and each one has a different story. I’m at the point to where I’m ready to take the matter to small claims court
