The Indian customer service is terrible. The people lie and say they have made the changes you are calling for help with and don't do anything. The tone in there voices are so rude and they are ready to fight with you.

I bought a return flight from Malta to Anchorage through Cheapoair. The flight's main carrier is Lufthansa but the return leg involves a Codeshare flight with Air Canada. I tried to book seats and baggage direct with Air Canada as per Lufthansa instructions but the website refers me to my travel agent which is Cheapoair.

I am a long time Cheapoair customer. I am experiencing a nightmare and I have no word to express my frustration. In error I put my last name as first name and my first as last name and called right away to make a correction.

This travel agency is aweful!!! I booked a package deal and got an email notification about how my original itinerary was not available and date was changed. Being a solo yraveler with three flights one way and the same to another, I've selected and paid for 3 window seats-the money was taken from my bank in less then a minute. But, the seats was not honored as I've found out at the Airport.

I need to change a middle name on a booking. Cheapoair refuse to do the work and tell me to contact the airline directly. The airline can't change it as the tickets were bought through an agent. I called Cheapoair many times and they just refuse to do it.

I assume because they have to call the airline themselves to request a waiver and they're too lazy to do it. That is the worst travel site I have ever bought tickets from. Issue has been going on for days and no one will help.

My wife is trying to get home to see both of her terminally ill parents and all CheapOair has been able to do is act very very cheaply. Couldn't help after the airport to airport transfer in Tokyo was impossible with new covid rules this week.

This is about Orlando representative who spoke to me on phone for 2 long hours about my 2 booking cancellations and refund process. He told me booking has been canceled and refund has been initiated within 1 to 2 billing cycles and I will receive the confirmation email within 24hrs about the refund.

I had my 76 year old wife booked on Frontier flight # F9 2867. My wife needs assistance getting to the plane, which was no problem. While waiting to board, she was told the flight was cancelled. Now what. My daughter had dropped her off and went home.

I made a reservation for a flight to arrive to Mendoza, Argentina on the morning of May 9th due to important paperwork that I had to handle later on that day. Today is May 9th, clearly, and I am currently boarding a connection flight to Panama to await for my final destination arrival which will be between 11pm and 12am as estimated by the airport staff.

On March 25, 2022 I contacted customer support to advise I needed to cancel my hotel as UT was booked in the wrong location and the agent advised I would be refunded the entire hotel amount as an exception, and it would take 14 days. 05 USD.

63 USD as they now state I was only owed the partial refund and not the full hotel amount refunded. I asked them to listen to the call, no one has. Absolutely disgusting company. They were informed in March 2022 that connecting flights through Taiwan were banned by the airline they were selling tickets for. Once the ticket was cancelled by the airline in May they baited us into rebooking our ticket with a different airline that was more convenient (without passing through Taiwan).

But this was just a ruse to keep us from requesting a full refund. We were later informed that the flight with the other airline wasn’t possible even if we had confirmed the new itinerary with them. They then rebooked us for a new flight with the same airline (since apparently its not allowed to change airlines in the first place) that had informed them a month prior that it connecting flights were banned.
