I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to cancel my flight (booking number 66166483) for 3 days. I have been calling, emailing, and most frustrated with chat shutting me down after being online for a long time. I have travel insurance. My flight is scheduled for this coming Thursday, the 18th.

I have contacted CheapOair numerous times this week, to request an exception with the airline regarding my family's trip to Italy and each time that I'm on hold for over an hour. One of their representatives either picks up the phone and leaves it on mute or they hang up on me as soon as the call has popped in their queue.

I completely understand the panic that the Cornavirus has caused and that they are busy beyond recognition. But I can't go directly to the airline because they send me back to the third party that we booked our tickets with.

I'm super disappointed in their service and I hope to not ever have to use their services again.

I have a major problem with a reservation that I made the flight through the CheapOair from Seattle to Tokyo (RT) on 3/19/20. Due to the Coronavirus Outbreak, my family is concerned about traveling to Japan and back to the USA.

So I called Japan Airlines, and the agent told me that JA already distributes to all agencies, including yours, to give the exclusive code so (authorize to refund for the date of my trip), the agency can be granted to cancel and refund it to the customer (because of my traveling date).

When I purchased my ticket round trip to Manila from El Paso,Texas On October 2019 , I was reassured that If I needed to change my flight there would be no problem and I could do that. I have tried for several days to get Cheapoair to contact the KLM airline and get a voucher for my flight. KLM has offered a voucher to use within a year and offered fee waivers to change any flight at this time.

Cheapoair told me to contact the airline. I did. The airline said I had to go through the travel agency that booked the flight. It also states this on their website. I contacted Cheapoair several times between March 4 and March 8.

They continue to tell me this is non refundable, even though I verified with KLM that I qualify for a voucher. I had to send the link to the travel agent on Cheapoair's chat line to show him I wasn't lying.

I booked a flight online from Amman to Abu Dhabi on 24 February 2020. When I booked the flight there was no notification or information provided that the ticket excluded any baggage. On the contrary, I clicked on the baggage notification located on the ticket and it directed me to Royal Jordanian baggage information.

There it said that I could have one carry on and one 23 kg baggage. But this was not correct. This is misleading information on the part of Cheapoair. You are misleading and actually cheating us by offering slightly lower rates only because you are dropping the fees for baggage.

Once we get to the check in, we are forced to pay extra for baggage. This is unethical and consumer affairs will be informed about this.

2 weeks ago I found out that I have cancer. From the mid part of November to May I will be having chemo, radiation and a major operation. I called up a customer care Rep. and he told me there were no refunds, even for this condition.

I need to file a complaint for the worst customer service there is. No help to change my reservation from one date to another for the same stated price. Representative stated "Do I need to give you the number to Frontier Air " the reason I was trying to tell him the movement of the flight was by a few days and he kept telling me it wasn't available.

I needed to be charged more for the flight. Called Frontier Air and they verified that it was available and that Cheapoair could change it for me and be charged no extra from Frontier. Ask rep to assist me with some customer service and he was facitious.

In the past month i have had nothing but problems with cheapoair. 00 which has passed the deadlime provided by cheapoair and still not received. The second time i rebooked and put the ticket on hold but was later advised by am agent that the tickets i had put on hold for 24 hours were in fact cancelled after 1 hour, for which i had to rebook at a higher price.

The third complaint is with respect to my november 2 bookiing in my wifes name. The flight was rescheduled at last minute with no warning. An email was sent the same day advising of a gate change after she was already at the airport and the email had the flight tines incorrect.

Cheapo Air does have good prices but the customer service is the worst i have ever seen. I have had a problem with almost every booking i have made. I have just had a booking of 7 round trip tickets that i paid for on my account for my family.

I would not have booked this flight, 91 days ago, if that had not been the promise!!!! Never use this site!!! I booked travel and added the trip insurance. We had a death in the family and had to cancel the trip. Though I had been charged for travel insurance, the company continued to charge me $238 to cancel the trip and would not refund the original amount charged to my account.

I booked a multi city trip where I flew from SFO, to Rio De Janeiro, then to Belo Horizonte, and finally back to SFO (with two stops).

I missed my flight on 8/6/2019, from Rio to Belo Horizonte because I got sick the night before and it was a super early flight. Had to get up around 4:30am to make the 7:10am flight time. I couldn’t do it.

Belo Horizonte is just over an hour flight time away from Rio. Or a 6 hour bus ride. " I didn't understand him very well because his English was poor. All I wanted to do was add 2 checked bags for a flight I booked for my mother. The cheapoair website was giving me a different price than what my mother had already paid for her flight and what would be the new price with the added two checked bag.

I booked a flight to Paris and got the names for the tickets incorrect as I didn't know to add a middle name. I tried to correct this less that 4 hours after booking and was told that I either had to re-book for over $1000 more or cancel for $225.

I booked a flight from Birmingham AL to Portland ME. I have been sent an average of two e-mails per day since booking the one way flight. I get ads for hotels, car rentals, and attractions, none of which I need.

That is a huge bother. But the worst problem was attempting to check in the day before the flight. The app wouldn't allow me to check in. I called the so-called customer service number only to be told that since it was a discounted "economy" reservation I would have to check in at the airport.

Hello we are disgusted with how our flight changed to two days later and we were not notified by neither cheapoair or Jetblue until we called to confirm our flight on June 28, 2019 the day our original departure date was set ( over 3 months ago). I was in the middle of booking a flight for six people and I had trouble figuring out the details about the luggage online and decided to call for help. When I called for help I was connected with a travel agent.

Instead of helping me with the issue with the luggage, he was pushing a different sale for himself. After I hung up the phone, with my issue not resolved, I proceeded to check out because I didn't want to lose my deal.

I figured I would just pay for the bags at the airport. As I went to checkout, I noticed the transaction was not going through and my deal was lost. I was very upset about it and was unfairly treated.

I arrived at the airport 2 hours and 15 min early. I downloaded my qr code, the line to get through security was insanely long and the line to the boarding pass was insanely long and was not moving. I spoke to someone at security and asked if this would be resolved or I would miss my fault.

My sister was scheduled to take a flight with my daughters this summer to visit family back east but sadly she got sick & has been informed due to her diagnosis that she can in NO way travel. I was told by the 1 person I spoke to at this "Customer Service Center" for this joke of a company that there was an Exception for Emergency Medical Conditions to NOW be told that this supervisor I spoke to, LANDON, was mistaken & that there is no Exception.

This "COMPANY" likes to play with people, they like to take hard worked for MONEY for NOTHING even though they cannot…

On October 16, 2018 my husband and I booked a flight with your company. Our booking number was 54392151. 73 . 73 was refunded on March 8, 2019 and the $500 cancellation fee was taken out of our account on March 4th,2019.

Unfortunately , you charged us $500 without ever refunding our fee for our flight. After spending 3 hours on the phone with you 3 weeks ago you admitted that your agent had made a mistake and promised to refund our money minus $500.

Since you had already charged us $500 on March 4, 2019 we are unable to understand why you charged us an additional $500. 60 and should have received the full amount . I would appreciate an immediate refund of our $500.

Booking #5914851. The return flight was cancelled and I was told I had to stay another night in Fort Lauderdale or stay the night in Charlotte. I have been to two funerals back to back, the latter being my brother in Fort Lauderdale.

I was to get back to work the 8th at 3:30, instead I was at the airport in Charlotte waiting to go back to Newport News Va. The whole experience was unacceptable. I was sent to a hotel (the Windham), which had bugs in it.

I did report it to the front desk and they wanted to move me to another room. If one room has bugs, they all do. I did not meet my required time to report back to work. This was a problem.

Then was given a $12 certificate for food. Was told can you use it tonight at the airport but only one place was open when we arrived at Charlotte…

Hi, Hello, I booked the flight for my all family members from toronto to vancouver (May 14 to May 19) on Feb. 24 for Sunwing airline; but when i wanted to pre-pay for my check-in baggage on Sunwing website yesterday, i found the record for depart date is one day different: depart at may 15.

the assistant in cheapOair didn't know about it until i called them. after talked to several assistants about this, the line transferred to the manager, he said he can't do anything only cancel the flight. but have already booked all hotel, every thing on track for the travel.

is there anyway i can keep the schedule? he just said the Sunwing changed the date, but why you didn't remind me on time? Regards, Zhen

I booked a flight with Cheapoair, after booked it I found out that dates were incorrect, called them right away, they charged me for changing the flight so I explained to them that the booking happened few minutes earlier, it didnt matter and they didnt care ( by the way the customer service team is so rude, not even funny ).

I was upset and I requested a cancellation. They charged me for canceling $75 dollars and promised to refund the money within 2 weeks. Today is 20 days later and they havent refund the money. I spent hours waiting to speak with someone alive but after one hour at the time nobody gets to the phone.

They only answer fast when they are collecting your money but for the refund service you can die waiting for them to pick up the phone. I dont know if its legal to charge…

We booked round trip airfare from Denver to Orlando by phone with CheapoAir leaving Denver 4/11 and returning 4/15. We received an automated call saying there was a problem with out flight and instructed us to call customer service. We have been on hold for over 3 hours and have been transferred 6 times and keep being told by the person that answers that they are booking agents, not customer service agents and they have to transfer me to a different department. VERY frustrating!!!!
