I am very disappointed in CheapOAir! They charged me for tickets before I completed the transaction! Then when I tried to cancel they couldn't find my booking. Then they sent emails claiming my flight schedule had changed! How can a flight I never booked change!

Then when I checked under "my trips" it said "no trips" They scammed me and I reported them. I have put out complaint claims against them!!!

We booked a two-way -light through Cheopoair from San Francisco to Khartoum on May 15, and we had to change the departure date to June 10. In doing so, we endured a terrible experience with CheapOair.

First, the CheapOair representative overcharged us by making us pay $ 697 for the ticket difference. Therefore, we paid $1831 per ticket for change, though the price for this flight on June 10 is $ 1703.

This is the worst company ever. Spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with them for a mistake that they did on my ticket. They swear that all is good on their end even when I have proof to send them.

Trying to use travel credit and it has been 3 weeks with my new flights sitting at “pending”. We have been on the phone for hours, numerous transfers only to be told it is up to the airline. Called the airline and was told they’re waiting for CheapOair to release the funds.

Flights have now changed and we’re losing our accommodation, because we still don’t have flight confirmation! If you’re not going to give us our travel credits then say so, don’t waste our time with these ridiculous delay tactics! Very frustrating!

I purchased airline tickets through CheapOair to Spain for travel in May 2020. Covid-19 did not allow us to travel during that time so an extension for a year was granted. Now a year later, Spain is still not allowing travel for leisure and the UK has restrictions as well.

Chepoair is impossible to connect with, i called and stayed on hold for an hour and never got connected, then had to pay the phone bill as apparently the number was not toll free. I emailed them to refund the ticket price multiple times, they remain unresponsive.

I was informed per email by CheapOair that I had to have negative covid within 72 hours of flight time. Qatar airlines had changed this requirement to 24 hours prior to flight causing me to miss my flight. When I contacted them in chat and asked will they take responsibility for their mistake the agent closed the chat!

Now I will have to rebook and pay huge fee to get another flight.

com for myself and my fiancee. The first two pages below shows the booking confirmation. com this i believe was due to the COVID flight cancellations that began to increase. On April 21, i got an email again confirming that the airline has cancelled the flight and that i could request a refund.

I contacted Cheapoaircom on April 24th and they never gave me the option of refund, they left me with only the option of future credit. 2022. Due to the lock down rules in canada, i have not been able to embark on this trip.

I have disputed this transaction with my bank to get a refund for this money but it was declined. com to provide me a refund or extend the time i can use this travel credit but they did not extend it.

First off, it's hard to get someone on the phone and when you do, they are rude. I am writing this review after being on hold for more than 20 mins and the young lady never came back to the line.

I had booked a Cancun trip last July 2020, for December of 2020. My flights kept getting changed and the connecting flight out of New York was canceled. I had to change my dates of travel along with the Cancun resort we were to stay at.

I received an email stating I had a full year to use my 2 airfare tickets and would expire 7/2021. Now CheapOair is not honoring the email, nor letting me rebook another flight to Cancun. My 2 airfare tickets ( credit) is almost $1,000.

My flight was cancelled due to COVID related travel restrictions. There were 2 options, either I could get a refund to my bank account or I could keep my funds in my cheap O air account for future travel plans, Unfortunately, I kept my funds in cheap O air account.

Dear Cheapoair, I had two transactions I did on 4/11/21. Each for two plane tickets. Obviously I had a great deal of problem talking to foreign speaking individual. And they did not understand me. We booked a flight from NY to Florida through Spirit Airline. After they called us to press on us to reserve our seats, they charged us almost 400 extra dollars. Then, after other needed changes (because they booked the flight wrong) they charged us again for seats another 400 dollars.

At the end I called to complain, my trip started at one thousand dollars and ended at 1,800. They agreed to help me reduce the fee, and I received an email from Spirit Airline with a new lower fee of 1, 220 dollars.

After failed flights at the outset of the COVID-19 outbreak, I contacted CheapOAir. After hours on hold, the line went dead. This happened repeatedly. Once or twice, the number I called ended in a recording that no such number existed.

I took to the internet. The "live chat" turned out to be a "virtual assistant" with no one actually answering questions. I was invited to inquire about my cancellation status. In response, a message told me to write to an email address. Weeks later, an email appeared inviting me to call their customer service number to discuss my case.

2 weeks ago I found out that I have cancer. From the mid part of November to May I will be having chemo, radiation and a major operation. I called up a customer care Rep. and he told me there were no refunds, even for this condition.

I need to file a complaint for the worst customer service there is. No help to change my reservation from one date to another for the same stated price. Representative stated "Do I need to give you the number to Frontier Air " the reason I was trying to tell him the movement of the flight was by a few days and he kept telling me it wasn't available.

I needed to be charged more for the flight. Called Frontier Air and they verified that it was available and that Cheapoair could change it for me and be charged no extra from Frontier. Ask rep to assist me with some customer service and he was facitious.

In the past month i have had nothing but problems with cheapoair. 00 which has passed the deadlime provided by cheapoair and still not received. The second time i rebooked and put the ticket on hold but was later advised by am agent that the tickets i had put on hold for 24 hours were in fact cancelled after 1 hour, for which i had to rebook at a higher price.

The third complaint is with respect to my november 2 bookiing in my wifes name. The flight was rescheduled at last minute with no warning. An email was sent the same day advising of a gate change after she was already at the airport and the email had the flight tines incorrect.
