I was on the phone with customer service for 5 HOURS trying to figure out why my eGift card for BOOKING A HOTEL did not go through. Which on THE APP, NOT ONLINE, DID NOT CLEARLY state it’s only useable with flights.

As I was booking my hotel, the APP states $95 will be automatically deducted at checkout. com and they agreed to a voucher for the hotel stay. Unfortunately they were not able to, due to the booking being with cheapoair.

I even spoke to the Supervisor, his name is NORMAN and no one was any help. I even sent a screenshot of my situation on the app and NORMAN was NOT understanding. I have attached the screenshot below.

I don't know who needs to hear this but this has been my experience with Cheapoair. I Had booked my mother and young brother a flight. At the peak of covid-19 they were unfortunatly un able to fly. Cheapoair stated that all they could do was offer a credit for 1 year from when i purchased there flight not even at the time of their travels.

Unfrotunatly due to covid 19 we have lost 2 extremely close family members and the credit will 1. expire 2. They will not travel due to the loss. All i ask is that the credit be put into my fiancee and I's name.

I had a flight book for May 2020. I lost a couple of hundred dollars and was given a credit for the rest. I was then told I could have a refund, I applied and heard nothing for well over a month.

When I searched online, I found a web site that told me my refund had been processed. I emailed to find out what credit card this was put on as I lost my purse and my credit cards have all been replaced with different numbers.

Ive yet to hear back, been about 3 weeks. Then I booked a different flight for my brother and got a $20 long distance charge to use your services. Now if I want to call to discuss my problem, I will be wracking up another long distance bill.

I want to book a flight and use the credit, but I can't call you, your chat line I gave up on and I am left wondering what happened…

This is the worse experience I had with cheapoair. I called KLM airlines they said the flight has been cancelled and cheapoair did not send any notification and cheapoair is still showing a status of flight status is active and on time.

We called KLM 5 times and they said we already gave refund to cheapoair, but every time we call cheapoair they are saying we have not received any credit from KLM and flight is still coming from it’s original destination. What a waste of time to book ticket from cheapoair.

If there would be an option of 0 or below than 0 then really they deserve that. I would not recommend any one to book flight from this website.

I had booked two flight tickets on CheapOair before COVID. When COVID hit, everyone had to cancel their flight and stayed home. I requested to cancel my flight, and until now, I still did not receive my refund. I had contacted customer service more than 10 times throughout this one year and half period, they always told me the refund is in process.

This is very unprofessional and not proactive and positive in solving customer's needs. I felt so disappointed at CheapOair. How can I recommend CheapOair to my other friends when I have such a bad experience???

I have had an extrememly difficult time communicating with Cheapoair phone staff. I have spent hours on hold. Then when someone does answer, the phone connection is terrible, I am cut off, and I have to start over again. I have tried calling late at night. No difference.

This has been the case consistently, every time I try to contact them. They have called me twice. When I missed the call and tried to call back - hours of waiting on hold. Need to get a refund for a cancelled flight.

It was easy making a reservation through CheapOAir. Two days before my flight, I found I needed to cancel my reservation. There is no phone number on the website so I tried under the Cancel My Booking on the website.

It asked for my booking number, email and last 4 digits of my phone number or zip code, which I provided. It said it could not find my booking. Then I tried the chat. This found my booking but then I was put into a queue and waited over a half hour.

When the "agent" finally came online, the chat wouldn't let me respond so that was a dead-end too. I then found a phone number and am currently on hold. It's been almost an hour and there is no indication where I am in line or how long I might be expected to wait.

My husband purchased airline tickets. Tickets were canceled by the airline. We were not given the full refund. It took my husband 2 days and many many hours on the phone to reschedule the flight. He asked to speak with a supervisor and he was told someone would call him aback after being on hold for over a hour.

No call back from a supervisor. 00 service fee for purchasing the first ticket. 00+ more per ticket).

Also when my husband got to the connecting flight, they charged him $251 more to luggage that he had. He was charged service fee again for the new tickets. We will never buy tickets from cheapoair again. BE WARRANED! I will also be filing a complaint with BBB.

It was not our fault and the airline told my husband that they did not charge cheapoair any fees for the first ticket.

Told them to cancel my booking and give a full refund, they told me to contacts with the airlines. 1st time they told me there will be a $100 charge for cancellation 2nd time $400 dollar charge for airline penalty.

i contacted the airlines and they replied only travel agent can cancel the ticket and issue a full refund. and didn't tell anything about penalty because of the ticket booking through cheapoir.

After waiting 48 minutes to try to reach an agent, I took their suggestion and went to their CheapOair Virtual Assistance. I was number 21 in a queue with a waiting time of 32 minutes. I finally got down to number 3 on their queue then the chat told me to start all over again and now I find myself again at the back of the queue at number 21 again.

Meanwhile nobody is answering the phone.

I had a trip planned to Brazil December on 202 and me and my family got covid and couldn’t travel to I called to reschedule my flight and was told I could not get my money back and could reschedule with paying a big difference in amount. Then I called again in March 23, 2021 and rescheduled and paid a difference now that my trip in 4 days away they canceled my trip and asked for a covid test and I had to submit it to feedback@cheapoair.com and still haven’t heard back.

They charged me 4/5 of an itinerary I had booked.

They confirmed the reservation, then told me to contact them to finalize the reservation.

I called them, tried to explain that I needed to pay the remainder of my fare, they tried to cut me off.

They then tried to add more options to my flight which I had not originally requested.

I had to fight them in order to get them to remove fees for services I had not requested: like seat assignments, extra travel insurance, unexplained fees.

The operator admitted that they were in the wrong, and they finalized the charge at the original agreed-upon price.

Two days later, one of the airlines in the itinerary canceled their leg of the flight.

I received ZERO communication from CheapoAir about this. I called them.

This email is concerning my 70279941 reservation I did 4 tickets reservation from Montreal Canada to Cairo Egypt. The ticket by name of Eman Abd El Rahman was canceled without back to me. I discovered that by chance last Tuesday June 10 2021 when Air Canada sent my an email.

You sent me multiple confirmations for the four tickets including Eman ticket. I even pay for the flight seats. I booked #71169847 and upon arriving at the airport for our return flight I was told it has been canceled. After 5 hours of repeatedly calling CheapOAir customer service and the air line I was told by Supervisor Archie that this indeed was no fault of my own.

Upon calling Frontier Airline and speaking with Supervisor Thomas I was informed that CheapOAir canceled our flight home. This resulted in an additional $626 spent to get us home. I would like to be made whole of my loss.

Cheapoair literally had me stuck in a transit city for 2 full days. When I tried calling them, the first agent falsely and boldly told me that I had a ticket confirmed for the next day flight which of course turned out to be false as I never got the email confirmation as he had promised.

Calls to the airline confirmed that there was never such a confirmation.

Second agent told me that the airline declined the date change which again was false information as the airline explained to me how the process works. The airline eventually pushed Cheapoair to resolve my issue and to date have not received any apology or even response to some of my emails enquiring about an email simply stating that the airline had canceled my flights.

I m very disappointed with this agency that I won't be using…

Very unhelpful and didn't respond to my emails when my travel arrangements were affected by covid. Did not respond to phone calls on the existing booking number and I had to call the new ticket sales number just to be able to be connected to a live agent .

I ended up spending 2 days stuck in a hotel in transit and was only assisted by the airline agent. Cheapoair did not help me at all. Very disappointed with their service.

They took advantage of someone that didn’t speak English , some agent with a very difficult accent lying and then charging things I have never asked for .

I bought 3 tickets than the next day some agent called my wife and took advantage of her . He told her that she had to change our tickets because we had to stay in Toronto for 3 nights at our arrival before we can go to our final destiny Winnipeg .

That is true but he said that the airline would charge fees and others and that he had to do it anyway . They have charged me 400 dollars plus a bag insurance that I didn’t ask for . I feel totally cheated , be very careful when you buy with this guys , this agents want to charge you things you didn’t ask for , so at the end you nice price ends more expensive than the regular price .

I booked flight ref 71476181 from India to Toronto through London. One day before flight i received call from British airways that due to covid restrictions they will not allow to board plane. At the time of booking through Cheapoair there was clearly mentioned Transit travel is allowed to Canada and my ticket was booked.

Confirmation #71367621 We authorized to paid additional $140 flight change fee - for a cheaper flight (same price listed on both obitz and Cheapoair - Orbitz offers no charge change.

I found an unauthorized, ridiculous charge of $551.50 for seat assignment (believe it or not, separate seating for my husband and I).

This is an egregious act. No way to treat your customer.

I booked a flight from London to Denver for my family of four back in January of 2020 through CheapO Air and the airline (Norwegian) soon after cancelled service to the US due to Covid. I immediately applied for a refund via your process, and notified my credit card company (Visa) of a pending credit.

CheapO refuted the refund and insisted with Visa that this was a valid charge (over $2500) so the charges were rebilled to me in May 2020.
