Your employees need to stop asking over the telephone if a traveler is fully vaccinated. This is privileged health information and a privacy violation. Everton has to wear a mask anyway on the flight. Just because your company is based out of NYC where segregation of all kinds is normalized doesn’t mean you can make your customers feel uncomfortable by asking this.
Here in the rest of the country we don’t play by those rules. I will be unlikely to bookt though Cheapoair again for this reason. Please explain to me why on earth this is a policy? I will not accept this unscientific nonsense being normalized.
