Your employees need to stop asking over the telephone if a traveler is fully vaccinated. This is privileged health information and a privacy violation. Everton has to wear a mask anyway on the flight. Just because your company is based out of NYC where segregation of all kinds is normalized doesn’t mean you can make your customers feel uncomfortable by asking this.

Here in the rest of the country we don’t play by those rules. I will be unlikely to bookt though Cheapoair again for this reason. Please explain to me why on earth this is a policy? I will not accept this unscientific nonsense being normalized.

I have been trying to get a refund for a flight that was cancelled for the past 3 months.. I have contacted several supervisors on many occasions with no luck nothing has been resolved I have been given the run around and this has been the worst nightmare ..

We booked a family vacation however, due to covid travel restrictions, we were unable to travel. I tried contacting Cheapoair several times, sent emails and no response.

Finally, two years later, I recieved a response only to realize that I am not eligible for a refund. Apparently, we were given a credit valid for one year. I was not aware of the refund. This is a heartless company that steals your money. Beware!

CheapOair is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with regarding travel. Their customer service is of no help, their policies do nothing to support the customer. I had a family emergency that prevented me from taking a planned trip and when I tried to cancel, I was put on hold more times than I can remember and ended with no resolution to my problem.

When I asked to speak to a manager I was cut off! After several attempts at calling i was told I would have to deal with the airline, who proceeded to tell me that I had to talk with CheapOair.

I can’t believe that I called to obtain information about a flight for my teenager 15 years old daughter ticket and they told that the price for that age it’s only available by phone with more expensive price so no way to buy a ticket for her and then after we finished talking I was in line waiting for the survey and she told me that she have to finish the call and

They are crazy first of all I called and the person that poco up the phone could do anything and hang up the phone on me and isn’t even call me back. I called the next day, my grandfather pass away all I need for them to get me some kind of refund.

After they couldn’t give a refund they will issue me credit which I said ok. But they want to change me on the card 150 dollars before they made the cancellation, I’m like why don’t you deduct the money out of what I paid already and give the credit for the different.

I booked two tickets with cheapoair not realizing they are basic economy . My husband is military and as a result has an emergency where he will not be able to be with the kids so I have to stay.

I try to get a refund of my tickets and was told AA policy doesn’t allow them to cancel even though it’s a unique situation. I called AA and they said there can be an exception but even if they try to cancel it will not go through.

I was on the phone two hours plus with cheapieair with no help.. I wish they could have been more understanding come on we sacrifice to protect and serve and the spouses are the support. I can say I don’t want to book with them anymore and my husband was booking with them for years as a loyal customer. It’s just sad.

I have cancelled my reservation on Cheapoair at 25th hour of Booking my ticket in 2020. Cheapoair issued refund with restrictions to travel only with Virgin Atlantic Airways. Now the Flight isn't operating between the destinations I initially Booked and also is not operating in next 2 months.

Its really stressing me as I am not having option to use my reservation or get refund to my credit card. I will never ever use cheapoair for my future bookings. Couple of Customer Care agents tried to help but another agent on Nov 12th at 12:00 PM PST dint even inform me that I was put on hold and I am not even sure if I need to wait or have to reconnect.

We have a $505 credit from a cancelled trip during COVID through CheapOair. I went online to book a flight to visit family using our credit. We are not able to book through the website for credit. it was about 535 total with upgraded economy preference.

I called the provided number to use our credit for the flight I had decided on. The customer service representative found our credit. I provided him with the specific flight numbers and dates of the flight. He proceeded to tell me that we would have a balance of $198 to pay total. I was shocked.

Additionally, I found that same itinerary on Expedia (with upgraded economy) for $478 which is cheaper. I asked why they were charging us so much extra and proceeded to tell me that the credit would not be honored without certain stipulations.

We spent $1100 on a flight with Cheapo Air that had to be cancelled because we were not allowed to travel to the destination due to Covid 19 restrictions. We cancelled for a credit. Now we're trying book a new trip which total cost on the website states it is $630.

However the CheapOair people are telling us that we will owe $160 on top of the credit we had. This doesn't make any sense at all if we spent $1100 on a flight and the new flights are $630 than we shouldn't owe $160.

We should still have a credit of $470. This company is the worst to deal with they talk rudely, when asked an explanation of why we owe $160 when the price of fare is well under the $1100 the agent can't give a clear answer just that there program shows an amount owing.

I called three times using two different phones numbers to book a reservation. Each time a representative answered yet there was a bad connection- static, echo, long distance sound. To make matters, each representative was difficult to understand because of a heavy accent.

I am convinced I overpaid between $600 to $1,000 for a flight, reservation #67067651. I have lost contact with your agent, who had been very courteous, but the issue remains. The flight included a charge for $1,339. No one can explain to me what this is for.

I was told it had to do with an increase (incremental differential) in the cost of a rebooked flight, but this is incremental amount is more than the advertised cost of the entire flight! Please call me at 415/725-9980. I deserve either an explanation that conforms to the promises you make on your website, or a reasonable settlement to resolve this longstanding dispute.

I was informed that a baggage confirmation email was sent on 08/01/2021 to Alitalia for our flight on August 6, 2021. Alitalia had a young lady working for them from another airline and she couldn't locate that information.

I showed them your invoice but it wasn't enough.

They had no record of that email and would not accept my email verification of $360 paid as proof.

I had to pay them again for each checked bag - $100, $60, and $60.

Alitalia charged me separately for each bag so I was given 3 receipts. I left my receipts in Italy and discovered that my mother-in-law threw them away as garbage. Alitalia has gone out of business so

This people changed our flight schedule and provided us with the invalid ticket to travel and asking us to pay for changing the flight, which is stupid, why should I pay for flight change when I purchased the flight and already paid the first time???

My flight is from Miami to Ahmedabad on Oct 23rd. Hi, I am writing in regards to cheapoair booking number 64955590 . I have received a response from the airlines saying they have processed my refund and has issued cheques . ca) for remittance. I initially booked my flights to Ukraine and back. A few weeks later my time and flights from Kiev were changed by CheapOair, thought the present flights were not cancelled by Lufthansa. Cheapoair is being mischievous, and is keeping a big portion of the refund. I bought two tickets in March 2020 and paid $3544. Of course, I couldn’t travel in summer last year due to Covid and was given a credit of $3344, $200 was non-refundable administrative fee.

In January 2021 I used the credit and rebooked my flights for this summer. The existing credit of $3344 was used plus I had to upgrade the tickets to add baggage and paid extra $232. I planned a flight to Canada since the border between Canada and US was supposed be opened on 07/05 however the border stayed closed until 08/09/2021 which was a week and half after I was supposed to travel. I immediately contacted CheapOair and they said I could only get a refund from Canada Air. e. CheapOair .

Why would cheapoair sell me a ticket if they already know that it has a problem? It's an emergency flight. So I was being transferred from one to one on the phone and they asked me for extra fees for my ticket.

I booked a roundtrip flight through CheapOAir from Huntsville, Alabama, to Orlando, Florida, at the end of August. The flight there was on Frontier and the flight back on Silver Airlines. Another person who had booked the same flights through a different online travel agent received an email recently that the flight HSV - MCO was cancelled.

Therefore, I called Frontier Airlines to get confirmation that the flight was cancelled by the airline. While Frontier's website nor the first customer agent reflected the cancellation, a supervisor then assured me that the flight was cancelled by the airline.

So, I then called CheapOAir to get a refund for both flights.

I purchased Lufthansa ticket to Detroit USA from Abuja Nigeria , on the 3rd of July. To travel on the 28th July 2021 , ticket number is 2207608279932 Total charge was 1407USD. I was denied boarding because of my visiting/tourist visa, which either cheap on air or Lufthansa ever informed us about this.

I have booked an international flight through Cheapo Air. I cancelled it later as second covid wave situation got worse in India. I couldn't travel. Cheapo Air charged around 200$ as some kind of fees while cancelling the tickets. When i questioned these charges i got a coupon code of 170$ valid for 1 year.

I thought this is a good gesture but frauds are frauds. I tried booking return tickets again but this time when i applied the same coupon i got $22 discount only. This is pure cheating . I tried reaching out to the team but every-time some one takes the information and pass on to other representative and then finally hung on me as they didn't have any answers to this.
