My entire family has been with Chevy over 40yrs . The experience Chevy has put my son through is absolutely horrendous. They took advantage of my son because he is somewhat reserved. His transmission had been repaired less then a month ago and once again there is a malfunction with the car.

He tried bringing it back to the same place , they refused to give him a loaner said he wasn’t entitled to a rental when he is after we spoke to Chevy . Then they refused to take it because they said they have no appointments.

He went to another chevy dealership and they wouldn’t take the car because the other chevy already worked on the car. He had to drive back to the other dealership and beg them to take the car .. and now they told him it will be over a week before even looking at it .

I have been a loyal customer of Chevrolet for many years. In short, I will never buy another Chevrolet again. I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado that has 150,000 miles on it that I have owned since it was new.

The miles have all been highway miles never towing anything and I have always kept up the maintenance. Over the past 14 months my truck has been in the shop for 9 months - most of the time waiting on parts .

I have spent over $15,000 on repairs, I have had to come up with alternative transportation hence I have owned a vehicle that I no longer need, I cannot drive, and I cannot sell but I am paying payments and insurance on it increasing my expenses on this truck to well over $20,000.

Conclusion: Chevrolet no longer sells a decent product and thy do not support their customers with…

Bought a new 2023 Corvette 2 months ago and now have it in the shop to repair carpeting that pulled away from the side of the console on the passenger side. On the drivers side the carpet is cut too short leaving a 4” gap between it and the side of the center console.

Also have an electrical harness sticking out from under the seat. Would this happen on a high end European car? I don’t think so.

To whom it may concern I took my 2004 Chevy Avalanche to this dealership for service and the service department is a JOKE.

First I called and made the appointment and told the lady that I had a warranty and the first thing she said was 'oh we don't know anything about that company but bring it in anyway'. I should have known then that this was not going to end well.

I get there and they fix the car and confirmed the warranty company would pay the claim. I get there and they held my keys hostage until the warranty company literally got on the phone with them and confirmed the payment.

I will never go to them again. If you google them you will see plenty of complaints as it pertains to the service department.

We have a 2500 Chevy Express Van 2023 VIN 1GCWGAFP8P1165850 . Out of the lot we had two issues.

1. When the van got above 55 MPH the AC would automatically go to defrost then when under 55 MPH it would go back to the original setting. Register Chevrolet, out of Brooksville, FL., was able to fix this problem.

2. The electric windows will not operate and it has been approx. two months that Chey has been waiting on the part to fix and still has no timeline when the part will arrive. We have a technician for our company driving the vehicle and if he went over a bridge and ended up in the water he would probably drown since the windows do not work.

We just want to know when we can expect this part so a tragedy does not occur in the future.

Please advise.

Had a lifter failure at 69,000 miles I Called chevrolet corporate office,I told them the issue I was having,they acted like the never heard of this problem. I asked if they could help pay for some of the cost,of course the answer was no.

Of course I'm upset about something. Chevrolet is stopping the production of the Camaro because Chevrolet wants to convert plants to manufacture electric vehicles. All the rumors are BS. Chevrolet is doing this so they can convert production to manufacture EV's instead.

I hope this email finds you doing better than myself. My problem is I made the mistake of purchasing a 2020 silverado brand new in May of 2020 and have had nothing but horrible customer service ever since. I’m old enough to remember when Chevy was the heartbeat of America.

Sadly, those days are long gone. I started having problems with my Chevy a few months ago. At that time it had 58,500 miles and was still under warranty. The check engine light came on and the truck would “buck” over rev while in gear and generally was running poorly.

I brought it to Empire chevy in Hicksville Ny. After 3 separate visits and $1000 i was told it was fixed. A week later it started acting up again, although the ck engine light did not come on this time.

Horrible experience with not only one dealer but two and a like new Trailblazer.

My 2022 Trailblazer LT with 14,500 miles on it had a check engine light come on. The code read at Autozone said something to do with the powertrain. I called Autonation Chevrolet in Denver where the car was purchased on August 7, 2023, to get the car in. They said they couldn’t service the car until 9/6. I explained the check engine code. The appt person said all he could do was transfer me to the service manager. He did and I left a voicemail. I did not get a call back. We paid $3000 for parts and labor on our Chevy truck. I year later we were experiencing the Sam problem. When we took the truck to a different Chevy dealer they said nothing had been done to the truck. Chevy of South Anchorage charged us for parts and labor and did not do their job. They stole our money.

We are very dissatisfied this is not our fist poor experience with them but the cost this time was inexcusable.

I have tile warranty, I don’t understand why I couldn’t have gotten my tire plugged while waiting on a new tire. I have a traverse and the spare tire for the traverse is so small it has the truck lopsided.

Chevy is telling me I can’t get it plugged. I have to travel on my doughnut because it’s safer than having the tire plugged and waiting on a new tire.. I go to a tire shop and charge $45 and got the tire plugged working brand new again.

Is it because of my warranty they just want to use up and figure there’s no point in plug in the tire because she has a warranty. What is it? This is the second time.. I guess I can understand the first time they said the tire was unable to be plugged because of where the nail punctured the tire.

Had my car towed May 22nd 2023 to the service department and was told that the service department had my car towed May26th because they couldn't contact me 4 days after being there. I've had my car there numerous times before.

I used my Chevrolet app to let them known it was coming also spoke with a sales person who contacted me for a possible trade in. I'm homeless and can't afford to take it out of maverick tow yard. Highly upset with what happened.

Made has now sent a abandoned notice. I never abandoned my car.

I have a 2011 Chevy Camaro with 39,000 miles. It was purchased by me used in 2013. As you can tell by the mileage, the car is seldom driven. At some point in Spring 2022, the bracket that seals the convertible top to the back of the car snapped.

This prevented the top from sealing against the body of the car and allowed water to get into the trunk. I purchased a replacement part from Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood NJ and had it installed by Asbury Auto Tops in Asbury Park, NJ.

This was around Memorial Day 2022. This past summer (2023) just after Memorial Day I had put the top down and when raising it, the bracket snapped again. I had probably put the top down 5 times at the most since the bracket had been replaced.

I had to purchase a new engine for my Trax 2020. Took me three months and $10,000. My son destroyed the original engine. It has been back in the shop three times since then. Last time they found it didn't even have the right belts and pulleys installed.

Before this a new alternator and battery had too be replaced. It goes on and on. Before that it was an electrical problem. I will be contacting an attorney. I'm still paying for my car.

I am complaining because I bought a brand new 2018 Chevy Traverse and have kept up the maintenance in it very well. All if a sudden the transmission goes out and I’m baffled! I have taken it to the dealership for maintenance and don’t understand why the transmission would go out just shy of a month after the warranty for that expired.

In 2019 you 2014 Chevy Impala had a engine failure. I purchased for over 10,000.00 a new engine and it was installed by the dealership in Fairbanks, Alaska. I was told that there was a three year warranty on the engine. This was verified by Gross Motors in Black River Falls, Wisconsin (where I currently live), that a Warranty Replacement is only for a year and a Customer Purchased Engine has a three year warranty on it. About two weeks ago, I noticed that my coolant tank had a strange color to it, smelled like oil so, I took it into Gross Motors (Black River Falls, WI) for them to look at it. I bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado from burdock gmc that had 22000 miles on it. I had it about 3 months and went about 5000 miles with it. I called burdick and they said it’s not a covered item. Ok so I went to my mechanic because I trust him and he has been doing my work for years.

Well he found that the brake pads were about 3/4 of the way used and one of the electronic sensors was disconnected. Now this was supposed to be a certified Chevy. How can possible, Chevrolet is considering sending Corvettes to Japan, and other countries, when we have extensive waiting lists from American buyers. The passenger-side low beam headlamp on my 2016 Tahoe burned out a few days ago. Having changed the driver-side bulb myself, I thought I could replace it myself. I was wrong. The air cleaner assembly had to be removed first and I simply was not up to the task.

Took the car to my local dealer, with whom I have a good long-term relationship, this morning. ). The exact same Osram bulb that they charged me $343 for is $123 for a TWO-PACK online. And, $265 labor for maybe 30 minutes of the tech's tine is robbery—the whole thing was robbery!

Obviously, I will not make that mistake again. C'mon, GM, did you really need to charge 700% of the online price for the bulb?

I received service on Friday June 2, 2023 at 4pm EST at Parks Chevrolet in Spartanburg South Carolina (this was for routine maintenance- oil change and tire rotation) as it was time. Upon leaving the dealership and returning home not long after, I noticed that my AC unit was not working the same way it did prior to me going in.

I immediately called the dealership as to which I learned they were already closed for the day and left a voicemail. Did not know that the service department was closed on the weekends and left a general voicemail as well for follow up to which no one returned my call on Monday at all.

Catalytic converters. 4L ECO Direct Fit Catalytic Converters is trash. I have had 2 vehicles with this engine, and the Direct Fit Catalytic Converter has to be replaced. Obviously there is a issue with them, and the manufacturer needs to take responsibility for it.

As someone who has owned nothing but Chevrolet vehicles, I am truly disappointed in how these vehicles are being built. You need to look into this, and make it right with your loyal customers, because as a customer,I am about to sell all my Chevy vehicles and buy a different brand.

4 L eco-boost or turbo whatever you call it from a local dealer with 50,000 miles and over the six years I owned I never had a car screw me over so bad and cost me so much money. Recently got it fixed to pass smog.

A day later, the engine light came on and another thousand in repairs to pass smog..

also the oil leak got worse after so many overheats with your plastic parts,and oil dripping on the manifold told I need a new oil cooler also. Only got 129,000 miles on it and $ 2300 in repairs ai 140 hour labor to drive it without breathing smoke and pass smog.

A long time GM consumer, once again I have purchased another make vehicle for my personal use. I thought I had longed for a traverse. Yet when I went to purchase a Traverse, first they mostly only come in black, white, or occasionally silver.

It seems the driver sear is smaller than I remembered and the steering wheel is smaller in circumference, almost like they are being manufactured by or for oriental people or to save money in manufacturing. Most importantly. most do not have a bench seat for the second row.

I hate the captain chairs. I still might have bought one if not for the fact that the only one I could possibly get with the bench set was a off telliwisj gold color, so one that was not pretty to look at and seemingly hard to keep clean.

this is all about the service at Erik's Chevy. Last July I called to make an appointment for an oil change and rotate tires, it went straight to voicemail. I called back and got ahold of the secretary. I told her I needed to get my car in as soon as I could for an oil change.

She said she would pass it on the the service desk and I would get a call back as soon as they where able to. Needless to say I am still waiting on them to call me back. Today my key fob indicator came up on the dashboard while my wife had the car.

So I just purchased a 2019 corvette from a Chevy dealer in Ohio. To transfer it to PA I had to get it inspected found out it needed 4 new tires an alignment and an oil change. When I called to see why none of that was done he said he did the oil change they just never set the reminder.

By the time I called the other dealer back they already did the oil change so I had to pay for that. No discount nothing also they chipped my rim taking it off and won’t even return my calls. It’s a shame because I have a 2020 Silverado a 2019 corvette and a 2024 blazer now I want to never own another Chevy again or get maintenance done at this dealership I feel like I have been taken advantage of and no one at either dealership cares. I had spoken to the service manager at Carlson Chevy in red springs. This gentleman was very unprofessional, yelling at me over the phone. I have asked for calls back from him for updates on parts and never heard anything for weeks, I keep getting updates from everyone else but him.

My whole experience at this dealership aside from the sale of the vehicles has been very stressful and has been going on for at least a month now. I do not feel that this dealership has been up to par on what chevy declares to have for customer service

We have purchased 5 New Chevy s and 1 used Chevy since 2010. The issue is HARNISH of Puyallup stopped our free oil changes on our 2020 Trax. The Tech said it was due to us not doing our services.

I have never done the service on at the dealership. I talked to Steven Backman , after calling him directly three times. With no results he said he would call me back. This was over a week ago. I guess Chevy doesn’t support their Customers.

my complaint is Im having issues with my transmission on a 2018 chevy silderado ltz. I have researched online and found many complaints regarding the same issues but do not see how or if GM has a remedy for this problem.

Can you please advise as to what I can do to get transmission working properly and what are my options.

Also, I did see a class action suit in regards to same issues. I believe that my 2018 chevy silverado falls into all these complaints that are online. I just need some guidance as to what my options are.
