I've been having issues with the backup camera on my 2019 Trax for almost 2 years. I took it to a local Chevrolet dealership, Sam Pierce Chevrolet of Middletown, indiana. The first question was if I bought the vehicle there, which I didn't.

They replaced the camera in june of 2022. It didn't solve the issue and I returned to the dealership and they documented the issue still exists and the engineers at gm wanted testing done on the system. I informed them I would need a loaner while they troubleshoot the issue.

It's been 10 months since I was told I would be put on a list for 1. I returned to the dealership on April 1st 2023 with the same issue and was told by the service manager I would receive a call on the 3rd.

We purchased a 2016 Equinox from Nisson 112 and purchased the warranty, that was in January of 2022. In October 2022 we purchased a 2019 Equinox from Chevy of Smithtown. ). On February 4 the car started to leak oil and not function.

We brought it back to the Dealer to be repaired. WE had to FIGHT to get the car taken care of. Even the warranty company had issue with the service department at Chevy of Smithtown. The customer service was horrible and the Mechanic Dina even hung up on us once when we called to find out what was going on, this was during month 2 of waiting.

My 2017 Suburban has a blown lifter. The car has been at Porter Chevy since 3/7/23. The part is back ordered until 4/17. I have been paying $40 a day for a rental car as I need transportation. To date $1400 out of pocket.

Chevy needs to accommodate customers that through no fault of their own have to pay exhorbatent rental fees due to lack of parts availability. Horrible way to treat a customer.

On Friday March,24, I picked up my car and it continued to stop and jerk, so the problem was not resolved,but they still charged my husband 400 dollars for a transmission fluid change that the mechanic told my husband that it would be fixed, when it was not the issue. So I felt they charged my husband alot of money for a service that was not required nor did it fix the problem.

Good morning.

I took my 2018 Chevrotlet Impala to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in Aurora, CO last year, March 1st.

The issue I’m experiencing is that when my car has been sitting in the sun during spring/summer months, the heat is affecting my brakes. At the end of the work day, when I get into my car during those warm days, I can start the car, place it into reverse or drive, take my foot off the brake pedal and the car will not move. I can literally get out of the car while the car is still in reverse/drive and it will not move. The rear brake light on the rear window is lit up and sometimes the brake lights at the rear of car are lit up. You sold me a road side assistance package at a high price. Now I need my vehicle towed to Pioneer Chevy in Marietta Ohio and have been told I have to pay $97 because it is over 25 miles. WE WERE TOLD IT COVERERS THE LOWER 48 STATES AT NO COST.(other than what we paid for the package) They now say because it is a 2021 they only have to tow it 25 miles. I have had nothing but problems for an overprices vehicle.

I had my car towed to Terry Cullen on March 14, 2023 to get fixed. My car was reducing speed while driving and would cut off while driving. 82 worth of repairs to get the car up and running again.

Same day I told the service advisor to proceed and fix the car because I needed it up and running to get to work. On 3/16, I was told that the car was fixed and ready to be picked up.

The repairs was PAID IN FULL before I picked the car up on 3/16. 81 for Terry Cullen to fix. On 3/18, at 4:45 am on my to work the car started reducing speed reduce and then cut off while driving.

Purchased a NEW 2021 Suburban LT For my company. At 74000 miles the engine was completely shot. I was informed by my dealer that my only option was to replace the motor. Over $13,000 later I opened a case with Chevrolet Customer Care.

After providing several documents I was sent a check for $2,800 I also have another 2015 Suburban LT at the same dealer now since SEPTEMBER 2022 waiting for a motor. I contacted Customer Care on this vehicle and they still can not find a replacement motor.

I have literally lost $500 per day since September. Never again will I buy anything Chevrolet.

I bought a new traverse 2018. Been having nothing but problems. First catalytic converter cracked. Had to replace it. Got a pinhole in the rear ac line, can't even take kids on a car ride in the summer due ro being too hot.

Now the car is loud again. I will never buy another chevy again.

GM I am the owner of 2017 Impala Premier experiencing problems with the car’s transmission, and the ability of my local dealership to resolve the issue. Although I am skeptical this email will generate any resolution, I thought I would give it a try.

The problem was first discovered at about 30k miles and the car was repaired under warranty at the dealership (2019). The problem has now recurred at 60k miles (2023). Same problem, same symptoms. At the time of the first repair, I expressed concern to the dealership that it would happen again, and was told that since the initial failure occurred under warranty, that recurrence of the same problem would be a covered repair. I am having a problem with the exhaust entering the cabin of my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe rst. I took it to the dealer I purchased it from about a month ago. The exhaust blew an exhaust gasket. I am now smelling exhaust in the cabin again.

I called to get in and I was told they don’t have any appointments available but I can drop as an emergency but they don’t know when they will look at it. I cannot drop and leave it as that is a vehicle I need for my kids and wife to go to school and work.

My 2022 chevy Silverado 3500 motor started on fire on Tuesday feb 28. I reached to chevy about the issue, and they have not done anything yet about it. it was parked in my shop at the time and thankfully I was working in the shop when the fire started don't know why it started on fire.

I have emailed them talked to them on the phone and nothing. I have filled a complaint with NHTSA hopefully they can help or maybe you are able.

I have a 2017 Chevy Suburban with 43000 mileage, the Transmission went. There are bulletins and class actions on this matter for defective transmissions. We have been calling GM and no one will get back to us in regards to this matter.

We want a phone call 617-224-8904 or 617-590-0517. We had to pay out of pocket to a certified auto mechanic dealing with transmissions. We want to be reimbursed for this inconveniences. We hope this matter is taking care of ASAP. Thanks Tom Hall

I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 in Nov., 2022. The vehicle was purchased from Ganley Chevrolet in Ohio (Brookpark Rd.). It's a certified used vehicle.

I scheduled service through this dealership which was February 25, 2023 (a Friday at 4pm). This would be my first of two free service visits. Vehicle has the bumper to bumper warranty. I asked for an oilchange, alignment check, and to check the tailgate switch (which is defective) because it goes up/down at random times when parked or while traveling. I bought a truck from Kenny Kent Chevrolet in Evansville IN.

First, the dealership advertised a Silverado with 16k miles when it actually had 40k miles. The dealership took 2k off the price off the Silverado, which had dents and scratches in the front and rear bumper. 5k because the salesman told me the dealership would fix the bumper and scratches.

When I went to sign with the financial rep, I asked for a copy of the "we owe" and he said the salesman, Gary Lavore, had not given him one and that I could get it from Gary after I finished signing. When we finished I asked Gary for a copy of the we owe and he said he did not have a copy, that he already turned it into the office and that he would text me in lieu of a we owe.

My complaint is Chevrolet dropping the production of the Camaro because of low sales. I believe for the most part Chevrolet has brilliant designers. Except for the Camaro. I had bad service done to my vehicle and had to pay over 3,000 to have the same EXACT services done! I have called and spoke to GMC corporate office on several attempts. Spoken to a manager. Was advised that I would be rein versed for the rents that I had paid out of pocket for then was told from the management that I would not be!

I also was told that I would receive a callback from another manager in 48 hours. It’s been a week and I still have not received a call! I called back and got no where. At this point I am frustrated for the time, inconvenience and thousands of dollars that I have spent that I didn’t have.

I sent a email a week a go and then again, NO ANSWER. Here is my email and attached the bill I want reimbursement for. Don't want to take other action want to work with chevy.

We are original owners of a 2019 Chevy Traverse with only 29707 miles on it. Our Traverse is approximately 6 months out of warranty. On Feb. 7th I was driving the car and the Alternator went. I had to have it towed and also I was without a vehicle for a few days. I think if Chevy stands behind there products I should be reimbursed for this expense of $1018.30. I purchased a brand new 2021 Diesel Tahoe. I have owned many Tahoes and love all of them. I was so happy to find out I could purchase a Diesel Tahoe. The fuel mileage is amazing.

The problem is the cruise control. As I'm driving along with nothing surrounding me, my Tahoe decides to brake. I have had it back to the dealership many times to never have the problem fixed. I'm going to be killed if someone is behind me and my Tahoe decides to brake. It is a murder machine. This is the 5th time in a year and a half that my Tahoe has been to the dealer.

This is the worst Tahoe ever.

My first lease was my RAV4 2018 and I was advised that leasing a vehicle was processed the same way as buying, the only difference is you don’t own it. Everything else works the same as buying. I had no problems with my RAV4 2018.

However, after leasing my RAV4 2021, I discovered after going through a Tollway that my license plates had been filed under Toyota Trust (DMV) which caused many problems for me. When I confronted Toyota concerning the situation, I was constantly being drilled and told It was not my vehicle and I didn’t own the car.

This playing on words reflected the image of being a second class citizen and I couldn’t afford to buy a vehicle and leasing was being painted second class. Therefore, I had no rights to license plate and sticker because I was not the owner.

My daughter bought a 2014 Chevrolet equinox and she has had it maybe 2 years. This car has done nothing but give her problems and now it's broke down again! It has serious oil consumption issues and she went to get her oil changed and they said her oil filter was still brand new and that's not good at all and not to drive it.

May, 2022 leased a new Traverse through Bowman Chevy. It took 2 more month before I actually got it while it was sitting in a lot in Lansing. (Not Bowman’s fault) because missing chips.

Finally got the end if Shultz but seat warmer and assisted parking modules missing. Seat warmer finally got installed in Dec 2022. Had an accident in Nov 2022 and took to Bowman. Again they ordered parts which never came i until end of Dec.

I’m still waiting for my car. Other parts had to be ordered. I haven’t had a car since Jan 2 2023. NO loaner. I don’t use car daily. If I rented a car it would have cost me over $850.

2017 Chevrolet Equinox VIN: 2GNALBEK1H1523469 80,000 miles always serviced; I have proof. Purchased 10/26/2016 New. 12/16/2022 I had the vehicle serviced @ Walser Polar Chevrolet White Bear Lake, MN just like I have since I purchased it new. 00. No mention of a class action lawsuit for Frozen PCV valve, causing the rear main seal to blow out.

We went on a road trip & decided that we would use Chevy dealerships if we needed repairs while traveling. On Oct 23rd that evening our engine light came on. 1st thing Monday morning Oct 24th we went to Sumter Jones Chevy dealership.

They were able to get us in. Diagnostic said it was #8 glo plug. By 1pm we were on our way. Arrived in Savannah, GA that evening. Tuesday morning Oct 25th on our way out the check engine light was on again.

Calling dealerships in the area. 1 said they don't work on vehicles over 10 yrs old! (1st I've ever heard of that, makes me concerned about how Chevy thinks of their products). We headed down to another one to wait for them to open.

I just want a new battery exchange my old for a new that could be under warranty still. If someone could help me or guide me to a solution to resolve and have my car up and running. If I dont hear from someone from chevy headquarters in a week I will be contacting them and getting this resolved 251-214-1536

I recently bought a used 2019 Silverado from a dealer. The truck had a trailer package, a hitch receiver, two different trailer plugs, the ITBC module, a place in the dash for the ITBC (integrated trailer brake controller), and the wiring harness to plug into the controller.

I bought the dash controller as I want to keep it factory equipment. I"ve always owned a GM as I am 68 years old. I took it to a dealer who installed the ITBC, but they said they need a code to flash the ECU.

I have no idea what that code would be? So, here I am stuck on the phone for the better part of a day trying to find out what's going on. So far, nothing. If I had bought this new, I would have gotten that feature installed, but who in their right mind would sell a truck with all of this equipment on it, but no…

Bought a used 2019 Chevrolet Blazer and was given 30 day temporary plates. Called the sales woman Dale and she explained that NJ has issued them. The attitude was basically not our problem. So basically I have a $35,000 truck that I cannot drive without risking a ticket for an expired registration and the dealerships attitude is not our problem.

Back on December 27,2022. I bought a Chevrolet Silverado Custom 1500 through my company Credit league. The check was deposited on December 12/30/22 and clear out on 1/04/23. As per Bomnin Manager they want me to apply for a “Courtesy Contract for me to get my truck” and run my credit again. Don’t know why since the truck is already paid for. Now they are telling me that I have to wait until Friday 1/13/23!! Don’t now why they are doing this to a customer. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.!!! Due to this nightmare and bad customer service.I'm contacting channel 4 & 7 to tell my story!!! I just want what is mine!!!! Hector Saavedra

Adriana in the service dept. Was rude, obnoxious, and under trained in customer service. As the face of the dept. She gives Chevy a bad name. I made an appt on line for service and when I came in, I asked specifically what time would I be contacted for details about the diagnostic check for my vehicle being a check engine light was on.

I was told 2 1/2 hours. I again asked was that a realistic time. my appt was at 9:30 so when 2:45 came and I hadn't received a call yet, I called for an update.

First I was placed on hold and then abruptly sent to voice mail and 15 calls later, the operator connected me. I asked for an update on the vehicle and she yelled at me and said "I told you 2 1/2 hours after your car was seen".

I told her ok well I had a 9:30 and she stated that was just for drop…

Been waiting over two years for a recalled bolt battery.been calling my dealer on a weekly basis but get no response.i have had two download to reduce the charge to under 50 percentage..my dealer is Bridgewater Chevy.

1- I purchased car on 31-May-2022 and after few days I reported to Al Jomaih (KSA dealer) that there us stability and balancing issue with the car. 2- I reported to Al Jomaih about 7 times and every time they insist that Car has no issues, on the other side, I and all other workshops saying that car has a serious issue (all initial assessment saying that Car Chase is unbalanced or has an issue).

3- I doubt that car has manufacturing defect or may be had an accident at Origin country (China) or maybe within shipping. 4- My problem is that all Al Jomaih technicians/engineers insist that car is OK, while the car cannot be aligned and balanced with any other electronic alignment.

5- Even Acdelco reports that car has an issue except Al Jomaih. do you have a solution or I have to report to legal…

Took my car to this company because it was not running right heater was not working but would start they changed the harness and now it only starts sometime engine light stays on smell of plastic is in the car . I have all my receipts they also was to change oil did not put new battery my battery still would start the car when It would start. They keep charging me for the same problem over an over
