I had an appointment this morning for 9am. The appointment was to diagnose. My expectation when making an appointment is that my vehicle is seen on or about the time of the appointment. Instead I get told it will in all likelihood not even be seen today.

The most disgusting dealership ever! We were going back and forth with this dealership for about a week about leasing a new car. Then the associate Philip told us that he can work around a certain price that we discussed and set an appointment.

To Whom it may concern, We got a letter for a recall for our 2009 GMC Yukon XL for the passenger side air bag, GM recall N212328780, se we set up a appointment to get it taken care of at our local Chevrolet (Cable Dahmer of Topeka KS,) for the 8th of September and we have a cloth dash cover on the dash because it had a small crack starting on the drivers side by the beam for the windshield and door.
After we took it in and had the recall done they put the dash cover back on. Nothing was said about them cracking the passenger dash vent trim. Around the 18th of September we removed the dash cover and noticed they broke the dash around the air bag and we was never notified of the incident.

My 2013 camero ss 6.2 is having issues. I filed a complaint when this started about 2 months ago and got no help financially from the local dealer or Chevrolet. I was told by local dealership that my catystic converter was clogged and I needed a new one and tuneup for 3000. I have about 155000 miles now after I replaced catalytic converter car is making a loud ticking noise which sounds like a lifter problem. I am taking it to car repair shop to see what the issue is. Having serious issues with my vehicle. The vehicle was not the car i was originally given. The dealership that i have gotten it from just gives me the run around and when i waited my 6 months like i was told i could trade it they act like they dont want to deal with the issue and keeps putting it off.

I would like to express how disappointed i am with Jennings Chevrolet in Illinois. I recently had my check engine light turn on and my transmission has been sluggish as of lately. I related this information to a "Mac" which is a gentleman that works for Jennings Chevrolet in Illinois in the service dept. Mac related i would have to bring my vehicle in and he will not know the exact date it can be seen by a technician. He told me i would have to drop off my vehicle and since there is a shortage of transmission technicians i could be without a vehicle for a few days prior, maybe even a week. PURCHASE 2019 Chevy Corvette 1G1YY2D74K5113284 (10 miles)), drove approx 11,500 miles and notice rear passanger tire inside worn to the core. 00 plus $127 for mounting and alignment. Alignment was spot on and in compliance with company standards. No damage to underside of car, no hard driving, burn outs or sudden stops.

I had to replace the entire coolant system. thermostat housing, thermostat, the holes from reservoir to thermostat housing, the turbo it self. And till this day still having coolant leak problems in the thermostat. the right blind spot sensor went bad twice so I just turned it off thru the radio.

my 2019 Chevy Blazer started having issues Thursday 8/11. headed home. was sitting at a red light. once the light turned green i attempted to drive and the parking brake just automatically kicked in on me in mid traffic and i had not touched the button..

I'm trying to purchase a Chevy Camaro in Florida and have dealt with several dealerships along the way, I do realize the shortage and market concerns. My complaint is that many of the dealerships in Florida either try to force a market adjustment fee , forced accessories, warranties or maintenance plans. They play games with MSRP, Internet pricing and overall cost.
I'm extremely upset with the way they conduct business and the integrity of the way they handle themselves. I'm probably going to file a complaint with local government here.
Cox Chevrolet is the latest dealership that advertised a price online and wont give that to you unless you buy accessories with the car this is wrong and criminal. I have other dealerships with similar stories.

Customer Service Manager at Cannon Chevrolet in Oxford MS is rude to us and now refuses to provide any service on our 2019 Z06 Corvette. We purchased our Vette off of the showroom floor in Madison MS. Cannon Motor in Oxford MS is the closest Chevrolet dealership for service.

After ordering a can of spray pain for my car last May, several phone calls on my part finally produced a can in late July. After picking it up at Joe Lunghamer Dealership I realized that the box had been opened and the paint had very obviously been used.

I have a 2016 Chevy impala with only 42000 miles on it, yet I already spent $1600 to replace the It's marginals on my on-star system less then a year ago. In May of 2022 I had to replace both fule pumps.
Again my car is doing the same thing. After spending $1,800 to replace both Fuel the car started to go through gas like a old car, it's been in the shop going on 2 weeks. Case #663986. Last August, I was -promised an msrp to msrp swap. My new car supposedly has been sitting in Marion OH waiting to be shipped for at least 2 months. I signed the paperwork sent me by the repurchase coordinator in April and the dealer (Adirondack Checrolet) received their packet in May.

I purchased a 2012 corvette grand sport from them may 15 and paid cash. They overcharged me fo a 90 day Arizona registration ($50 charge and state fee is $15) that is only applicable to AZ residents and failed to provide title or tax info which I told them I needed in 21 days to avoid late registration penalties.
