On Thursday, 29 February at 3:30 AM I walked in to the Chevron located in Sacramento California on the corner of fair Oaks and watt. I had my service dog with me and she immediately said I cannot have the dog in the store and I advise her.

In the last 2 years the Chevron Gas Station at the corner of 143rd and Greenwood Ave. N., Bitter Lake/Shoreline neighborhood; i have been robbed of my gas 8 times buying 20 dollars in gas; just recently 12/01/23, and again tonight out of 30 dollars in gas; whereas, i paid for the gas with my credit and cash, but was yelled at and forced with weapons to leave the store or i would be hurt.

I was robbed of my gasoline at this gas station a year ago, twice in the year of 2022, (january 2022 and April 2022), and i was robbed of gasoline in November 2021.

First call for tow truck at 1:30pm 92*f spent almost 30 mins. just to give info and answer customer service's questions. I called back every 40 mins until finally tow truck showed up at 5:40pm I was told to wait at the car the whole times. Lesson learned.

Station at Keith Road 3rd Street North Vancouver, Canada. Lady attendant on duty morning shift, showed unprofessional attitude with no customer service at all, poor in communication with no sign of politeness, very rude. Didn't ezplsin yo me in a nice way that I need to remove the nozzle from tank for her to reset.

Instead, she told me not to argue with her though she was the one.. ask me to leave.. I left and tried again to pump gas but she made it hard for me. It ended up not getting the gas.

I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could use the restroom and he immediately said out of order. I tried telling him i just purchased a car wash and was a paying customer. He kept saying out of service in an angry voice.

March 12, 2023. I went into Chevron gas station in grants Pass Oregon with no shoes on. I was told that their store doesn’t allow people to shop in their store without shoes. I said there’s no signs about that so they decided they wouldn’t serve me if I didn’t have shoes, I put my shoes back on.

Yesterday I witnessed a middle aged male employee at the chevron station located at 527 82nd Ave in Portland OR assault two women with mace. I use Chevron gasoline exclusively. Recently tried tried to purchase gasoline at Chevron location2225 Cleveland Ave in Santa Rosa with my Chevron card. The gas pumps (I tried most all of them) there think that my Chevron card is a Discover card and therefore do not adjust the price at the pump to the discounted price for using the Chevron card.

I brought the problem to the attention of the Extra Mile store employee there the first time it happened. He barely understood what my issue was. I tried my card at the card reader inside the store with the same result.

I am a loyal customer of Chevron gasoline. I always use Chevron gasoline. I do not go to another gas station because I am very happy with the quality of chevron gas. I am 50 years old and my husband uses Chevron gas my daughter uses only Chevron gas and several family members use Chevron gas.

The Chevron location at 7122 Hwy 59S, Beasley Texas has been putting used cooking oil into the diesel. I have been told that this location is in process of having lawsuits filed against the company due to damages to vehicles because of their doing. I was also told the owner or manager of this location Avish is the one ordering staff to throw this used oil down their diesel lines.

I-25 & 314 location has slow pumps, non working pumps and card readers that are destroyed. This has been an issue for years. Sad customer experience for travelers and locals.

On October 10, 2022, I filled up gas in my company-assigned unit. I finished fueling my unit, I took the only receipt I saw from the fuel pump. I do my reports for the unit at the end of each month and the fuel purchases are reported.

I noticed that the receipt I got for the pump was not the amount I refueled with. I returned to the Chevron store where the purchase was made. The service I received was not what I expected. I tried to explain to the Manager about the reporting procedures for my unit, but she just told me it was a computer issue.

How can you have the pumps running and dispensing fuel and say that you can not go back a couple of weeks on the computer to retrieve a report? The manager's attitude was that she did not want to help.

Chevron 204 Valley Ave NE, Puyallup, WA 98372 in Puyallup Washington has a trip hazard that is damaging wheels and tires. I took pictures and did an incident report with the manager of the store you apologized profusely and said that she would get back to me.

I am writing to complain about the Chevron in Galveston Texas that sits at 6th and Seawall. This place is horrible. The property is filthy and smells of urine, trash and anything else you can think of. It has non working equipment on property, The homeless and drug dealers live in the dumpster area which does not have an enclosure.
