On Sunday, September 4, 2022 around 8 PM I stopped at a Chevron gas station located on 655 N Albany Road, Oregon 97321. The gas attended was extremely rude. I was in a hurry and requested quick fill (full tank).

The attended started the pump and then left. I couldn't find him although my car's gas tank was filled with gas. When I found him I told him that I was looking for him and the pump had stopped for a full 2 minutes.

He started yelling at me telling me that he was alone managing 6 gas pumps. He then told me that he was upset (all this in a very loud yelling voice). I told him that I didn't realize that he was working alone at the gas station and didn't mean to upset him.

He kept yelling and shoulder bumped me. I quickly left the gas station vowing to never return to that gas…

Went to Chevron at 4800 W CAPITOL AVE, WEST SACRAMENTO, CA 95691 on 8/16/2022 at around 1am. I have never experienced such a rude cashier in my entire life. I walked up to the window since it was after hours and the store was locked.

The cashier was sitting there playing with his phone. He glances at me and sees me standing there but makes no attempt to assist me in any way or even tell me to hold on. He just looks away and continues to play with his cellphone.

This gas station is the worst Chevron I have ever been to in my life. It literally takes over 20 minutes to fill up your tank because the pumps are extremely slow. The staff that works there are so ghetto they talk like they are in 3rd grade.

This review pertains to the Chevron located at 6895 Hollister Avenue, Goleta CA---------The young man working at approximately 2:55 pm on Friday the 10th hates his job. He's condescending, rude, disrespectful, and has a nasty attitude. there's no way that someone can be so nasty towards people without there being a reason behind it.

Men’s Restroom had only one stall (c/w two urinals) and when I had to take a necessarily long time in toilet stall, the maintenance lady banged on the door, leading me to believe someone else was desperate to use it. When I questioned lady immediately outside door, she said “she wanted to clean it”.

This is very rude customer service and this lady should be informed as such. As a Chevron retiree, I would expect much better behavior. Chevron station is #00205637.

I routinely use the Chevron closest to my home since they opened for business almost a year ago. Their location is 5635 Nicholson Dr, Baton Rouge, La 70820. Today when I stopped for gas I had to navigate to 3 pumps before one would take my Chevron credit card.

Neither of the other 2 pumps were bagged or identified as inoperable. This is not uncommon at this station to not identify non-functional pumps. I didn’t have the time to go inside and complain so I decided to just call and talk to the manager later around 7:30 pm when they shouldn’t be too busy.

On Monday May 16th, 2022 I was at the Woodside Chevron and went inside the store to purchase cigarettes, I asked the attendance for the key to the restroom and he responded that we don't have a bathroom. It was a ridicules answer as I was looking at the restroom.

I asked him where do you go and he responded I don't drink water. It is not acceptable for Gas Station Owners not to allow customers use the restroom. I hope that you can respond to my email and convince the owner to open the restroom to their customers.

The e cotati Ave at hwy 116 is who this complaint is about. I’ve been in that station fir years no issues then in the last few months the machines repeat and no gas is ever gotten, the second time the machine wouldn’t take debit card and while inside Spanish speaking people ignored me and started laughing and speaking in Spanish.

Today the machine wouldn’t work and until broken english the girl at the counter laughing (that’s common there) told me she erased all my information and I could get gas. One feels like they are in little Tijuana. I’m part Spanish do don’t throw a racial bias at me.

Three Chevron stores have seriously deteriorated over the last several years. The stores at 880 W St Mary's RD Tucson AZ and 1345 N Stone Ave Tucson AZ have become seriously filthy and over stocked to the point it looks like a hoarder has lost control.

I have always bought gas T 19th and Junipero Serra Ave in San Francisco. I recently bought a new jeep and they have recently redone the gas station. I thought it was my jeep but then I've gone several other times and everyone is having the same problem.

The gas pump keep shutting off you have to move the pump all different directions in order to get the gas needed. Being a bit handicap from arthritis this has become real problem for me. I need to find a new gas station.

On 3/19/22 I fueled up at DAT Chevron at 21 West 10th street in Donaldsonville LA. 70346. My transaction # 9061827. After fueling up I went inside to use the restroom. The cashier told me the restrooms are outside. I walked around the building twice and to another building on the property.

There was only one unmarked door. I went back inside to ask for the key. The cashier now said the bathroom is broken. I told her you said it was outside. At that point she began yelling at me and making a scene.

She is quite possibly the rudest cashier I have ever come across. If this is the type of employee you hire I have many other options for my fuel needs than Chevron.

I would just like to take note that many people are offended by your TV ad depicting a suffering bull that is being tortured with spikes around his body-- bucking and jumping in pain while spectators cheer for the man that is hitting him with a stick and aggravated by another. When I was ready to pay, the woman at the cashier scanned a hand sanitizer bottle to get a price and she charged me $3 dollars for a 16 oz refill cup. My father visited the 3333 Lancaster Salem OR gas station on 1/10 and one of the workers refused me service. The worker's name was Mallisa or something, but she refused to pump my gas because I had "not waited in line" when I had waited just as long as everyone else.

She made such a scene, so much so, that she decided to call the police. Of course cops were annoyed that they were called for a pointless matter, and even with the police's presence she refused to pump my gas.

Other customers were appalled by her reaction and character that they gave me their contact information as witnesses.

For the second time in a year, I have had problems paying with a credit card in your gas station located at 11858 South Shore Blvd in Wellington Florida. The first time a paid with a credit card outside, I was charged twice, the machine never gave me gas and I never got refunded.

Today, I paid inside with my credit card and again I never got the gas I had paid for. I was told the money was going to be returned to my credit card, but that has not happened yet. Besides, when I complained to the guy in charge, he got furious, yelled at me, was totally disrespectful, and actually I felt physically threatened.
