The cashier is always rude. When you try to talk to him he ignores you. He is always on the phone and throws the items at you. I will not use this chevron again.

I went inside to get a drink while my gas was filling up my vehicle (gone 3 minutes max) and the gas pump spilled about 20 gallons on the ground. The gas attendant said it was my fault, however his pumps malfunction regularly. They never even cleaned the spilled fuel and it ran down the road into the city water drains and I get to eat the 20 gallons of fuel when I go fishing again.

I've been in this neighborhood (Belmont Ave, Fresno, CA) since a day or so before this location opened. The location is at 940 E Belmont Ave. Fresno, CA 93701. Service has always been spotty, with most people looking and acting as if they'd rather be anywhere else but at their job, but fairly pleasant aside from that. A couple of the guys spend more time on their phones than doing actual work like making sure the food in the hot rollers and table is fresh and not burnt to a crisp. Which it usually is as the day gets later.

I pulled my car into the Chevron on Alameda & Caesar Chavez in Downtown Los Angeles, I was sitting in my car with car running for 15 minutes, Martha walks up to my car and says I need to pay for parking or leave, NOT knowing if my car broke down & I needed a tow truck, spoke to the manager Marilou and she told me you can't park for free, I stated to her I wasn't parking, I told her first you should find out if someone needs help, before you tell to leave or pay, I think this is very poor service for Chevron, I will never buy gas or anything at that Chevron location, any questions, feel free to call me 3106130725

I was pumping $50 worth of gas and it didn't go through, so I went inside to tell the cashier and her name was Maria O. Also went I went in to tell her, she got mad at me for no reason.

There is an older lady in her 50’s or 60’s with blonde grayish hair, irritating voice and resting bitch face located at 8200s. Baccus hwy Utah, who has bad customer service and she’s the manager on top of that! You guys need to hire people with better customer service! She’s very very rude!!!

I was in Chevron store this morning around 11:15 , and as I was walking in the store , a little girl about 4 years old entered the store the same time I did because I held the door open for her. She went over and started touching the pizza and I went to the register to get a scratch off, the little girl left with the pizza and the cashier said nothing.

The little girl went around the corner of the store got into a car and they pulled out. The cashier and whomever the little girl was knew one another.

Went to Chevron at 310 E. 3900 S. Millcreek UT. The lady working today at about 8:30am 7/12/21 was on a personal call about her kid, I politely asked how much the items would cost, and she took my items away and denied me service.

Regarding Credit Card #6502 7026 8903 790 I hereby would like to file a formal complaint against the Chevron Corporate Company. I made a payment on May 2, 2021 through the automated phone system as I have been doing for years.

I received an email the next day stating it could not process the payment. I immediately made a 2nd payment for $55 on May 2, 2021 which was successful. This left me with a balance of $55. On June 2, 2021 I made another payment which zeroed out my account.

The following two weeks I receive another email stating I was being refunded my payment made on June 2, 2021 with no explanation. I started to receive multiple emails stating I was overdue and to avoid late fees I must pay promptly.

I went to Chevron Station on 3700 Bird Road Miami Fla 33133. It was a little after 9 pm and busy. I had a winning lotto ticket. First off, the cashier seem to have an attitude. I gave him my ticket (yes it was folded several times) he put it through the machine twice and of course the machine didn’t pick up that it was a winning ticket because it had been folded a few times. Cashier seemed annoyed at the ticket. He gives me the ticket back and says “it’s not a winner”. I know it was winner because I checked before leaving my home. I just told him fine- whatever!

Chevron has closed their washroom to customers while their employees have use. The one on royal oak in Burnaby bc is the worse the employees are lazy and would rather socialize than make the washrooms COVID ready

Many other stations have their washroom open such as shell, Petrocanada etc

I just read an article about Steven Donziger and how Chevron harassed him and turned their backs on the farmers and indigenous people over the Ecuadorian Amazon's Lago Agrio region. I was then curious and decided to do more research on the matter.

I didn’t stay to observe if he would remove the gloves before he returns to the raw chicken in flour because I felt that would be pointless.

My last 3 trips to the Chevron station at Oracle Rd and Rudisell in Tucson AZ have been terrible. Pumps don’t work or are slow each time. I drive a little further to use Chevron products but this is not representing your company well at all.

99 up at Chevron off Jefferson chemical rd and 3083 conroe tx 77306. It was really hard and had hair in it. Everytime I spend money up there the food also is molded and some things even out of date.

On Friday Aug. 30th 2019 I went to fill a propane five gallon tank and have frequented this business for years. I pulled up along side the propane tank and sat there as I know the gas customer come first.

I waited for several minutes until there were no more cars and the young man kept looking at me and then turned his back on me. I sat there and then a few more gas customers came in and he waited on them, then turned around at me and turned his back on me again.

This is a little more serious than a complaint. My fiance works at a Duncan Donut that is under the same roof as Chevron. Today I took her to work at 5:00 am. We walked into the store as I usually do when I take her to work as I usually get a cup of coffee.

I have really no complaint with the store itself. My concern is about the appearance of the outside lawn and such. There is a BIG CAT sign (flag) for fireworks being sold there, the address is 11005 Grant Rd. Cypress, TX 77429.

This time of year, no fireworks are being sold, correct? This is misleading. As well the feather flags that are on the property for advertisement are in deplorable condition and are an eyesore. A little pride in the appearance of the community goes a long way.

Today, 4 pumps would not accept TomThumb Albertson rewards program. The two attendants were unable / unwilling to examine the pumps or to credit the rewards amounts to which I am entitled. They would only activate the pump inside the station for a specified dollar amount. It is not the first time that service at this station has been unacceptable. I will no longer patronize this station and will advise others of my unacceptable experiences.
