On Friday Aug. 30th 2019 I went to fill a propane five gallon tank and have frequented this business for years. I pulled up along side the propane tank and sat there as I know the gas customer come first.

I waited for several minutes until there were no more cars and the young man kept looking at me and then turned his back on me. I sat there and then a few more gas customers came in and he waited on them, then turned around at me and turned his back on me again.

After this happened several times and nearly twenty minutes later another older employee came out and they both leaned against the pumps talking. I was angry by now that I hollered out "are you going to wait on me?. The younger guy leans over to the older guy and tells him to go wait on me.

The staff working at arbutus and valley drive in Vancouver around 7:30 pm on August 31,2019 has terrible attitude. When I tried to ask him question about the propane tank exchange, he said if you dont trust me, dont buy it and keep interrupting me. Very rude.

This is a little more serious than a complaint. My fiance works at a Duncan Donut that is under the same roof as Chevron. Today I took her to work at 5:00 am. We walked into the store as I usually do when I take her to work as I usually get a cup of coffee.

When we entered the store your employee was loudly playing disgusting rap music. It is loud enough to offend Duncan customers,but this isn't all. My fiance purchased a pack of cigarettes from this employee. He purposely over- charged her then began calling her vulgar names.

I have really no complaint with the store itself. My concern is about the appearance of the outside lawn and such. There is a BIG CAT sign (flag) for fireworks being sold there, the address is 11005 Grant Rd. Cypress, TX 77429.

This time of year, no fireworks are being sold, correct? This is misleading. As well the feather flags that are on the property for advertisement are in deplorable condition and are an eyesore. A little pride in the appearance of the community goes a long way.

Today, 4 pumps would not accept TomThumb Albertson rewards program. The two attendants were unable / unwilling to examine the pumps or to credit the rewards amounts to which I am entitled. They would only activate the pump inside the station for a specified dollar amount. It is not the first time that service at this station has been unacceptable. I will no longer patronize this station and will advise others of my unacceptable experiences.

I stopped yesterday and asked for $10 gas at this Chevron station on 82nd Avenue and Burnside Avenue. I have stopped previously there for gasoline for my car and service was always okay.

Yesterday this young black guy was standing by the pump when I pulled up and he took a long look at me and finally came over to my window. I gave him a $20 and asked for $10 Plus. He took my money and went inside the store there, came back with my change and I do not believe he ever pumped gas into my car. The needle did not appear to move on the gas gauge at all. I do believe they are ripping people off at this station and I will never stop there for gasoline again. You really should check into this. I travel a lot between CA and NV back an forth and my means of getting fuel is through chevron using my chevron card. Every month I pay my bill on time and I always triple my payments. I recently paid off my card.

Bought a lottery ticket, went in today to redeem winning ticket bought there. 00. They refused to cash the ticket that was purchased there for Super Lotto. They sale lottery tickets but, refused to pay. Instead they told me to collect on the winning ticket at SaveMart grocery store.

Manager at SaveMart told me they always send ticket winner to their store. If you sale lottery tickets then you should pay them. It makes no since to sale lottery tickets then not pay them when each business sale tickets.

My family made a restroom stop at Chevron at 3250 Main Street. Millbrook, AL 36054. My husband used the restroom and there was no toilet paper, I requested some tissue from the clerk and was told "its not a public restroom and she would not give out tissue for the restroom".

I processed to get a 4-pack off tissue to purchase, I took the tissue to my husband so that he could leave the restroom and pay the clerk. She proceeded to lock all the doors with other customers inside, refused to take payment for the tissue and harassed my family for 15-20 minutes.

Chevron on Warm springs and Eastern ave in Henderson Nevada. I was just there after dropping my husband at the airport. I wanted a Red Bull, the woman inside was extremely rude, told me that they close everyday at 6am for something.

The cashier at Chevron Gas Station located at Main and 41st Avenue Vancouver BC Canada was so rude and arrogant. I went to this gas station at 9:38 PM tonight on Dec 3rd 2018 to buy gas. " I said I am buying gas but he didn't take the card and instead let his co worker process my card for payment.

We began to argue because I was upset and told him that he was so rude and customer should not be treated like that. He doesnt know what customer service is and should not be working in the gas station.

I have used same station location, through several owners/companies, for approximately 30 years. My visits have gotten less and less, since it has become a Chevron, to the point I will not use this station any more.

1. There is a huge school bus painted up like a chicken by the drive entrance. Many times the driveway is blocked by cars waiting in line. The truck backs up to a bayou/ditch. Many men hang out in this area drinking, smoking pot, and urinating behind the building. I’m a daily customer at Chevron located in city of Van Nuys, California (Sherman Way and Sepulveda). The guy name Sharma is always with a bad attitude, making customers waste their time, making you repeats what you asked for a couple of times, and charges donation when you haven’t agree in donating.

He makes you wait while he is doing coffee, allowing the line to start growing. This makes the the customer very unsatisfied. The manager should really consider he’s stay.

Visited Cheveron on Airline Dr. and Cleary in Metairie at 4:00 pm. Girl behind conter was screaming at a cab driver because she said he grabed change in a hurry. Everyone was aggravated because she was on the phone and not worried about customers.

Then she went outside and was beating on cab window saying he had to leave parking lot or she woild call police. Ridiculous situation. Cab driver was in car about to leave anyway and had not said a word to her.

I will never visit this station again.

For some time now I have been going to the Chevron stations in Spring and buying a gift card. I use it to get the discount. But for the last month Chevron will not honor the card as cash. Why not.

I am giving you advance cash for gas I am going to buy. I am not using a credit card. I understand not getting the discount when using the credit card. But the gift card is cash I have already given you for gas i have not brought yet.

So my thinking it is advance cash you have received from me and you will not give me the discount. I have been buying Chevron gas for several years in Spring and feel you are not honoring my money as cash, even though you received cash from me.

I will have to rethink using Chevron gas in the future if this type of false advertisement continues

The ice cream has been obviously thawed and re frozen with zero concern for the consumers, as we all know this can cause serious health issues. When I mentioned it to the attendant he said he knows, it is all bad and then waved me off. On top of the Fact that over 70% of the items for sale inside have NO PRICE TAGS, which I believe is leaving the door wide open to fund terrorists with unknown amount of funds.

I have always used the chevron # 00210234 on schillengers and three notch road in Mobile al. I really liked when you put the receipt on the out side so you did not have to go in and get one.

I guess the people that work there are too lazy to fill the paper up when it is used up. I can not always go inside to get my receipt, usually there is a line. I do not feel like that I should have to do that, the workers should do their job.

On Sunday, 8/20/2017 at about 10 pm I stopped at the Chevron station located at 500 South West Temple, Salt Lake City , UT. I was alone at the station. I inserted my credit card into the gas pump and removed the gas nozzle.

The nozzle switch was not working. It took a while to make it work. I inserted the nozzle into my gas tank and started fueling. I saw a man heading towards me while I was fueling the car. He stopped turned around and started coming towards me again.
