I went to Chick-fil-A today in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to the Blairsferry Road location around 2pm. I approached the drive thru lane and there was a male outside with his iPad ready to take my order. I placed my order, he read it back to me.
I then gave him my credit card and paid for my order. He told me to drive ahead. I turned the corner and there was another gentleman with an Ipad standing outside. He told me the first guy who took my order lost it and I need to do it over again.

I went to the chick-fil-a location on 6240 East Broad Street where they have two drive thru lanes. I was the first car in the left lane and the right lane have three or four cars in it. Both of the employees were taking orders from the cars in the right lane, when the employee was done with the car directly next to mine and realized that the other employee took care of the rest of the vehicles in the right lane, he turned to my lane.
He looked directly at me and walked to the car behind me. I blew my horn a couple times, but he continued to take the order of the vehicle behind me. I knew this was wrong, so I pulled out of the drive thru lane and parked in a parking space.

On September 16, 2023 at approximately 12:44 pm I ordered $66 of food from 115 Plaza 611 lane in stroudsburgh PA for my family via drive thru. After paying via Amex card I was told By attendent that my meal was not rwadu and I needed to pull into parking lot amd pit hazards in.

The chickfli in Princeton has terrible service. These kids are young and would rather stand around and talk instead of helping customers. There rude and the wait time use to be so fast the past few times i have been i have had to wait atleast 40 minutes on my food.

Dear Sir/Madam: I started working at Chick-fil-A from September 10. 2021 - February 16.2022 at 13610 at S. Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, FL 33912. i used to work as a Cashier/Customer Service. All of a sudden a Co-worker who worked as a Busser wanted me to help her out on all 5 days. Why me??? There were other co-workers who also could help her out. Ms. Wanda Bishop would not understand my problem. She has also told all the other Chick-fil-A Restaurants not to hire me, right up to Cape Coral. Is this how the Management works? The wrap I received today for THIRTEEN dollars, was disgustingly small for the price. I am appalled at the quality that chick fil a has been delivering as of late. I literally took FOUR bites of one half and it was done.
There was more tortilla than actual filling. Over the past few months I have noticed the wrap getting smaller and smaller and today was the last straw. This is ridiculous, how are you going to jack up the price of the only semi healthy thing on the menu and then make it TINY.
I feel completely ripped off and it truly makes me never want to come back.

I went to the drive-through I ordered 5- 3 piece tenders and when I got home and open the box says two of my boxes only had two tenders in them and I specifically needed 5–3 piece tenders thoroughly disappointment. I ordered breakfast online at 1015… I live about 40 mins from any chick Fula location. I drove to get my order and was told they cancelled it because I got there after breakfast hours. I was told my bank would refund the amount charged.

I’m complaining about Chic fi La because this was my first BAD experience! I’ve never ever had to complain. But I had a reward for a Chic fi La sandwich so I used that, and I ordered a small fry to go with it.

7/18/23 I went to Chick FIL a drive through as my sick fiance wanted the chicken noodle soup. I ordered chicken club deluxe w/no bacon substituted chicken noodle soup instead of fries , & ordered separate bowl of chicken noodle soup for my fiance & a sweet tea.
Once home, I found both soups were missing & appears we also may have received part of someone else's order which was chicken tenders, fries & Mac & cheese. They closed by the time I got home so nothing could be done.
Also ,unfortunately we had to waste the food that we hadn't ordered as neither of us can eat fries, Mac & cheese or fried chicken tenders. I'd like refunded for both missing bowls of soup, it's too far to make a trip there when reopened tomorrow.
Me and my husband stopped in to get breakfast on Friday morning at the concord commons store in concord nc and as we walked in, we stepped up to place our order and was not treated with a smile or welcome to chic fil a. My husband said something very nice to try and make the Manager smile and all she done was shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes at us.

Hello my drink was wrong and hot and my food was cooled.
I have been a loyal customer at the Salisbury location for 10+ years. Breakfast at this location has gone down hill over the last few months and I very seldom go at breakfast time any more. The food being served has become less than good.
Your biscuits at this location are not good. A biscuit should be light and fluffy, and they are anything but. This morning, my chicken was over cooked and the biscuit was hard, yes very hard on the bottom. This is a frequent issue with the biscuits (also the biscuits with the minis are over cooked some times).

Matthew Faggart, Back Of The House Manager, is one of the most unprofessional & unethical individuals that i have ever spoken to. To say that he is a misrepresentation of the company, is an understatement. I called to speak to Matthew, regarding my son, a current employee there for 2 years about a change in schedule.
Long story short, Matthew went on to tell me that my son, a dedicated employee, that he is a worthless employee, who only has a job because, "we like him". Stockton Perry, the restaurant operator, will not be happy about this!

I am so disappointed with this location which I visit frequently because they just don't get it right. The team at the Kentlands location know me by name when I enter into the store. My order was the usual, (Chicken, Egg and Cheese Biscuit entre and 1 hashbrown.
Upon arriving at work and ready to have my breakfast, I found that the cheese was placed on top of the biscuit not on the egg. Oh my goodness, I am so upset with today's experience and don't think I will visit this store ever again.
Chick fil a updated cups and I do not like them. They are wasting paper by adding a second layer. The cup does not provide additional insulation and it does not fit in standard car cup holders. BRING BACK THE OLD CUPS!
We normally love Chick fil A but, unfortunately after holding our tongues for a year or two we needed to say something. There is an African American Manager at the Dobbin Lane location in Columbia, MD that repeatedly seems to have an attitude & unfriendly demeanor. He stands out from all the other employees & makes our visit’s uncomfortable when we do have to interact with him. It’s concerning that he’s a Manager & is training people under him.
Your establishment is known for giving excellent customer service & being warm, friendly & polite. Chick fil-A has become the role model or template for other Fast Food franchises to patent themselves after.

My boyfriend and I came to the Monrovia California location on Huntington Dr. all started it off well. The cashier was friendly and courteous. We ordered two sandwiches with extra cheese for our order to which we were charged for.
Only to find out that they had not put extra cheese on either of the sandwiches. Which wasn’t a big deal at first. I calmly and politely asked if they could redo the sandwiches and prep them with the extra cheese.

7055 Arundel Mills Circle, Hanover Md. I went to this place for breakfast and after sitting in the drive through for about 3 minutes drive around to the window to place my order to avoid being late for work that is what I end up doing.

Yesterday I went through the chick fil a drive through in Germantown, MD. The address of this restaurant is 19945 Century Blvd, Germantown, MD 20874. As I was heading to work and drinking my lemonade, I saw a small black speck on the top of the lid.
I ignored this and kept drinking because I am not one to usually complain. But as I kept drinking, I almost swallowed a fingernail! I was very disgusted and almost threw up. I have a weak immune system and I cannot imagine what would've happened if I had swallowed this.
I was late to work and could not turn around go back to the chick fil a to complain nor did I want to. This is not the service and usual food preparation that I have come to admire about chick fil a.
