32. Even though I paid already in the drive thru line when i placed the order. He told me I owe the reminding balance and he refused to give me my food and gave other people their order. After ten minutes of me telling him to check the receipt he walked away and another team member gave me my food which was already cold and my milkshakes were melted that it was pure milk and looked gross.

I was so upset and disappointed about the service I received and decided to avoid going to chick Fil A ever.

I had thought you were a God loving restaurant. Now I see you are in partnership with the devil. Keep spreading your evil partnership with the Trans Activist. You are now bud lighted!!!! We The People of the United States deserve not to have OUR children kept safe from YOU!!!!!!!!!

Hello I picked up this order on 05/01/23 when I was on my way home from work since I had a situation happen where I was missing food before this time I checked and I had to go back inside because I was missing a side a fries when I got home the fries and buns were hard and the chicken and sides itself tasted really old and

not fresh honestly I wasn’t able to eat anything that I ordered. I called the same day and was put on hold and got disconnected twice, I then decided to contact support and explain the situation and all I was offered was a free sandwich and fries.

I’m sorry but two items doesn’t compare to the $50 I spent on food that couldn’t be eaten. At this point I really would just like the refund back to my card. I’ve also attached the picture of my receipt if anything my order…

The biscuits at the bethel Park Chick-fil-A world hard on the bottom. The biscuits there at the bethel Park Chick-fil-A used to be very airy and fluffy and very very nice. You almost never get them like that anymore.

I spent 30 minutes in a drive-through line only to get to the window and get the incorrect order. And then the cashier, a young man. , have the audacity to tell me I ordered a strawberry lemonade, when I had to correct the person that took the order twice at the. Window.

This is uncommon for Chick-fil-A and today I simply could not accept inferior service. Then I was told oh, I tried you for a medium for a not a large one. The young man at the window were the most incompetent.

I placed an order through Doordarshan with my local chickfila. I realize I pay extra for the "covienience" of getting it delivered.

However my chicken nugget and chicken strips were cold and my 2 large waffle fries were not only cold the were hard and obviously sitting out getting hard and idk over cooked. I have attached an image of them. I choked down like 3 fries but couldn't eat the rest. Very disappointing.

Chicken patty was the smallest I have ever seen anywhere. And we travel a lot. Patty was overcooked.

We had 4 sandwiches and they were all overcooked and SMALL. They were a little larger than a nugget.

Bought Cobb salad on 4/20/23. Apparently was few days old. Lettuce brown, chicken chewy, tasteless, and just plain funky. Every dog has their day but quality is lacking last few times I’ve been. I’ll stick with MacDonald’s.

I purchased a market salad on Thursday, April 20, I asked that the blue cheese bread substituted for blend cheese. They never put any cheese in the salad or any of the other items that come with it. Completely ignored when trying to order at the Chick fil a at 3380 Pump Rd. Richmond Virginia on April 13, 2023 at 9:30am. Store was virtually empty and employee was too busy with a trash can to even acknowledge my presence or respond to my inquiry as to whether anybody was available to take my order. Eventually I just left.

Trash was apparently more worth than a customer.

The restaurant in Lee's Summit MO was recently remodeled, which significantly reduced dine in seating. Apparently it was to better serve the drive thru more efficiently. I have never had to wait very long in the drive through so I'm not sure why this was necessary.

I arrived at 10:26 and had to wait until 10:30 to order lunch. That was fine, and as I'm sure you realize, the "busy" time had not yet begun.

Horrible, unprofessional management at the Chic Filet Queen Creek Arizona location. Kayaking never returned my call to discuss my son who worked there. She never provided help after negative feedback to help him train and improve. They cut his hours to half and then in the same week totally removed all hours withouth ANY COMMUNICATION.

Hello, I feel annoying complaining to the best fast food place in the world but I am frustrated. I am a loyal customer. I work 2 hours from my house, and look forward all day long to get my chicfila on my way home.

The past 2 times I have come now my order has been completely wrong and I have not noticed until I am half way home. The chicfila on SR 70 in Bradenton is the one I go to. They have to be the slowest one I have ever gone to and today they gave me all the wrong salad dressings, the wrong kinds of meat on the salads, and the wrong drinks.

This changes the entire order. This is the second time this week and now I’m mad. I wait all day long to come and now do not get what I’m paying for for the second time. This week was NOT a pleasure.

I LOVE chick-fil- A--great service and great food, but my complaint is that every Chick-fil- A I visit, there is never enough parking. It's always extremely difficult to get in and out of the parking lot because the drive thru is a madhouse and there's never enough parking spaces.

Also, the price of their food has gotten unrealistic. If my family of four eats there, with several of us just getting waters for drinks, it still costs as much as a sit-down restaurant. Unfortunately, as much as I love Chick-fil-A, there have been many times recently where we see the craziness in the parking lot and just decide to go to Mc Donald's instead.

Hello, just wanted to say worst experience ever there. My food was cold, didn't have a Straw for my drink didn't have no napkins to wipe my hands and no spoon for the ice cream.

The employees are required to have their cell phones collected in a basket on their shift. The fact they are all so young. According to state guidelines for having your phone while working, taking a persons phone away is considered assault and theft.

This is absurd in 2023 to see such unlawful bullying! To reprimand or even write up employees is the correct procedure. I was appalled and I will not be going to that store again!

I placed an order online for a pickup and when I arrived they couldn’t find the order and had me wait in a very long line to reorder in the store and said that I wouldn't be charged for the first order. I looked at my bank statement and was charged twice so I called back and the manager refunded my money apparently. It’s now more than enough time and I still haven’t been refunded! I called today and the manager said he’ll do it again.

I understand mistakes happen but this is really inconvenient as I am a loyal customer and shouldn’t have to go through this , and no one even accommodated me or even asked but with all the trouble I should have gotten then meal for free!! There are no sugar free frosted coffees available . The employees avoid entering Grilled Chicken Club and instead give fried chicken sandwich. I have liver disease and am on no sugar diet. I am advising Chick-fil-A to list food ingredients and sugar free foods they sell before there is a lawsuit that they can’t help happening because they were not told.

This needs rapid attention and actions within 30 days. If any food you sell contains sugar and is not described online, on your order board inside and out in 30 days I will take pictures and file an immediate lawsuit

I got food poisoning from the Apple Valley store. The store director reached our. She dismissed the situation. She said that she followed their policy to report it to the health department I asked for a refund, it wouldn’t change what happened but ay least make it right .

Seems it’s not an issue that people get sick from their food.

We have registered a complaint with no follow up. Having been a chick fil a customers for over 20 years this is a red flag . No customer service. The food for the morning of our daughters wedding was chosen to be Chick fil A as both bride and groom had enjoyed years of the food together whether at HS , vacations, college , and work.

It was now to be part of their wedding day.. We were contacted on the Wedding Day at 6:45am ( delivery7am) Vendors already st home, everyone ready for a big day an hungry) Mistake with order, bread frozen. Food delivered late, bread wet or frozen, and forgot items.
