My order was wrong. I ordered a number 1 with a large diet lemonade, which I got! I also ordered 2 12 count fried nuggets, which I didn't get, instead I got 1 12 count grilled nuggets. I wasn't able to check it while I was in the drive thru as they were busy.

I wasn't able to see the missing and wrong items until I got home and it was too late by then. Had some unhappy kids.

Had a Cool Wrap in Christiansburg, VA and it was all lettuce! Small amount of chicken and was extremely disappointed. They need to change the name of the Cool Wrap to the lettuce Wrap!

I ordered in the drive thru, the last thing I ask for was a chicken sandwich. The associate taking my order asks me what sauce I'd like for it, yet the chicken sandwich isn't on my ticket nor in my bag.

I then call the store to speak to a manager, get told I'd have to come through again to order it, which I don't mind. But I want to go inside the restaurant only to find the doors are locked before 10 pm, at 9:19 pm, they're locked.

Which upsets me to the point that I'm writing this complaint.

On two different occasions, one was I went through the drive-through, ordered only a tea and waited 30 minutes and she gave everybody else their order, but me second occasion went through the drive-through. I went to the drive thru at Chick-fil-A at 9080 Times Dispatch Blvd, Mechanicsville 23116 today. I ordered 2 small milkshakes, a large died coke and one large fry. I was going to split the fry with my 2 four year old granddaughters in my car. The fry container was filled with broken pieces of fries. So I know that they scooped up what was left in the fryer and put it in my fry container. I have never been served pieces of fries before. I expected the large waffle fries that I usually get. We were all very disappointed. The cost of my order was $16 and some change. I don't have money to waste like that. It is a big deal when I decide to go to Chick-fil-A and I expect to get the best.

I just started training last week and was only scheduled for 2 days (Tuesday 3/7 and Wednesday 3/8) both for 3 hour trainings. I showed up both days and upon the 2nd day I needed my id number to clock in and out on my own, but out of all the managers on the floor nobody could accommodate me but

Hi This comment is in reference to the Siegen Lane franchise. There are a few areas that are not functioning well at this specific location certain workers are preyed upon and bullied instead of being encourage to do their work better.

Modeling good behavior does not always happen in this place of business. Some are employees are yelled at and not everyone is discipline in the same manner. Maddie, Shana, and Kat have not dealt with harassment issues. Just last week an employee was abused verbally by a customer and nothing was done to protect her besides inquiring about the situation.

Another employee has been harassed by other team members and nothing is done. A low empathic, culturally competent, and sensitive environment exist and repeated unprofessional behaviors tend to be ignored.…

I am waiting for a serious accident to happen leaving the Chick Fil A on Manhatten Blvd. The cares coming out of the drive up do not all stopbd proceed to exit, I have on numerous occasions had to slam on my breaks to avoid being hit.

I ordered a spicy chicken gluten free bun by door dash. I got a bag of a bun in a plastic bag sealed, and a cold, sad chicken patty in a box. You can’t even assemble for $15???

My husband took it back and they gave me a new sandwich, MICROWAVED chicken product red in fake color, put on a dry bun with 2 pickles.

Employees are standing around and not filling drive thru orders. Then they have customers pull around instead of filling orders In the order they were received. Fifteen minutes in line and waiting in front of the store is a little excessive, especially when you receive your order and it’s cold.

I’m sorry, but this is the third time this has happened, you’ve lost a customer.

Service was terrible! Took over 10 minutes to get my chicken sandwich and another 7 minutes to get a cookie. There were hardly any customers in the restaurant. That's poor service. Chick-fil-A needs to concentrate on getting the customers food who actually order in the restaurant there food instead of worrying about how fast they can get the people in drive thru.

There was a woman who came in and her order was all messed up. Fast isn't always best. Accuracy is!!

I went to Chik Fil A on Austin Highway in San Antonio Texas at 10:34 this morning. I went there while running an errand for work. It was 4 (each way) miles out of my way on this route. I did not notice that my nuggets were missing from my bag until I got home.

I called the manager as soon as I noticed. I spoke to Yasmin who said if I brought it back I would be compensated and be given my Chicken. This would be a 20 minute drive. If you include going there and back this would be an extra 40 minutes.

When I got there I was given the chicken that was missing and a thing of fries (which I didnt want or need). I asked if I could have a drink instead and the manager told me I could pay for the drink if I wanted it.

I said that I needed something to drink on the way home since I had to drive…

Receipt # 5116319 for Tom on 3/3/23. I was handed the receipt for my purchase and asked to complete an online survey. The boxes on the online survey (mycfavisit.com) do not match the numbers provided as the serial number on the receipt (3190202-03276-1124-0303-34) This serial number exceeds the boxes by four digits, producing an error message. When I called the restaurant where I made the purchase (Cornerstone FSR # 03276 Centerville, OH), the manager indicated this was a corporate problem and could not be fixed by the restaurant who provided the receipt and asked for my feedback.

If you want feedback from customers, you should provide accurate data. If there is a problem, the store that provided the service should not pass this off as a corporate problem.

on February 1, 2023 my 14 year old daughter was dining at your restaurant location (12100 SW 88th St, Miami, Florida) around 7pm, my daughter was finish with her food and attempt to get up from the table, but while doing so behind her was a blue floor buffer machine with a broom and she trip and fell over this machine which i have pictures of it.

When ask the MOD why this machine is behind a table in the dinning area, i was told that where they keep it. Are you kidding me, this is a safety issue. My daughter was more embarrass falling in front of her friends and the folks who where there eating that she didn't complain of pain.

Hello I really ate to bring this here about my Chick-Fil-A experience. I visited the Chick-Fil-A this evening In Spartanburg SC on Ashvillie Highway March 1st @ 6:48 pm and I ordered my daughter a Kids Meal the Nugget 5 ct.

I paid for what I thought was my order to get to the window and was told that I did not pay. 00$ for something I didn't even order. 31$ for more food, which really confused me. 00$ for a kid meal I had to come inside the store!!!

00$ was refunded back to my account and that it might take 3-5 business days?? My concern with that would be my account could go into overdraft because of this and I would like to know why would it take that long???

Food at Chick-fil-A on Sawdust Road in Spring today before 6 pm was horrible. I waited in drive thru over 15 minutes for cold fries, soggy bun for grilled chicken sandwich and tomato used were end pieces and tomato was not ripe. Chicken sandwich was cold.

Only thing good was the coke. Need new management or better workers otherwise I will not go back there!!!

March Lane, Stockton gets backed up and they start walking food to the cars in line while waiting on the front vehicles food to be made. So I ordered an ice crème cone and the girl walked to every car asking if it was for Marc all the while leaning my ice crème cone towards each car trying find me. 4 cars.

I am surprised they wud do that an item of food that is open to them talking right in thier face and that face of each driver. I asked if I cud wait till I got to window for a new one made when I drive up. She agreed.

What an awful establishment. I went through the drive through to pick up food for a business meeting at the Bend, Oregon restaurant. The lady at the drive up window handed me my drinks and bag of food, so I thought.

06 worth of stuff I ordered. I had to drive back to get the food where I was greeted by a less than helpful manager, Gretchen, and a so called hospitality manager , Alex McClain. My options were to have them make the food again or get a refund.

Mind you I was bringing food to my lunch meeting that I was more late for due to your company. It wasn't my screw up, it was an incompetent employee. No gift card was offered. No here is your food and a refund for your inconvenience, nothing.

I would like to preface this by saying I never eat fast food, but once every couple of years I will have Chick Fil A because I do believe they have somewhat better quality food and service than other fast food restaurants.

Last night I had an appointment that ended late, so I stopped by the Chik Fil A on Johns Hopkins Rd, in Laurel MD. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, thinking it would be a good healthier choice, but to my dissapointment this warp was horrible. It was way more lettuce than chicken, the wrap itself was dry and it was like eating cardboard. I spent $14.15 on one wrap and a small shake and it was a total waste of money. OK your cookies and cream shakes are great.

Hi , I visited one of your chick fil a in my home town yesterday. I waited 35 minutes inside for my food , i had to ask what the hold up was to see what’s going on . A nice man from the back had to come out and say the screens were down and he’s sorry .

Last Saturday, I had a group of 10 people coming over for brunch so wanted to do a carry out order at Chick Fil A. I placed a large pick up order at 9:53 knowing breakfast ends at 10:30. Once confirmed it said "start heading to your pick up location."

I drove to the Chick Fil A to pick it up and the employee said that the order was not complete, and there was no way for them to fulfill it. My complaint is the manager at the foothill ranch ca location is a racist. Believe her name is Carrie. She kept calling a Caucasian teenager there: Güero/ Gringo. This happened several times in the 10min he was there. Her attitude is rude.

She makes customers feel as if we are an inconvenience to her. She also messed up another costumers order. The service here is slow. I’m guessing due to her lack of leadership. Never have I witnessed such racism and horrible service, especially at a Chick-Fil-A.

We recently stopped at your store on a road trip. We always look for a Chic-fil-a. when we travel. The food was delicious and the service was great (as usual). Unfortunately, our sodas were ALL ICE. We took two sips and they were finished.

This morning around 6:45am I decided to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit at CFA. I was the only one in the car line and waited for about 2-3 minutes when I drove around. When I started to eat my biscuit on the way to work, it was literally cold and the cheese was cold and not melted, as though it was just sat on top.

I wanted to mention this because only one block away is a burger king and every morning or every time I get a biscuit from them, its hot and the bacon is crispy. chickfila taste better however, burger king is always hot.

Seeing that this was the second time over two months I went there for a biscuit in the morning, I'm afraid I wont go back there for a biscuit again. My wife and I are there at least three time a week , so we'll come for lunch just not for breakfast.

I am very displeased that the "Side Salad" I ordered is NOT the same quality that I am accustomed to ... Green, Health and Delicious. The ones I have received lately are full of what I would describe was "filler" ingredients! White, Yellow with little or no nutritional value whatever (iceberg type) .... Anyway, if this is what the industry standard forces us to choose from, I will elect otherwise.

I ve been waiting for the order online to pick up from the Chick-fil-A at little River tnpike at anandle, Virginia. I waited 1 hour and after that they told me they didn't have it and maybe some one else took my order by mistake, and hod me 1hour with nothing.

Today I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to get my order. The young lady that took my order was very rude. I asked her why the line wasn't moving (I had been in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order) and she replied that she wasn't sure why the line wasn't moving.

I just went through the drive thru at White Oaks in Springfield IL. I ordered two Southwest salads, One kids meal with chocolate milk, one spicy chicken sandwich meal with a diet coke and an 8 count meal with a diet coke.

As I drove away from the window I noticed the two fries missing from the meals. I had to go park, get my granddaughter out of the car and go in to get the fries. When I got home I realized one of the salads was not in the bags, the drinks were coke s instead of diet cokes and the milk was a white milk instead of chocolate.

We are regulars here but this was a disaster! What a disappointment!

Good morning, my name is Jamie Joyner and I went to the Greenville NC, University Commons location. I am a type 1 diabetic and ordered a lg Dt Coke, on my way to work at ECU Health, I noticed the diet and DRPR was pressed down, however I could tell by the taste it was not diet ( bc I have drank diet all my life and know the difference). Also I wear a Dexcom and my sugar levels went up really high. I have never had a reason to complain before and love your food, however a simple mistake such as this could put someone in bad shape. On February 8, 2023, I went to your location located at Camp Creek Marketplace. I ordered 5 egg white grill meals, and I told them that I only wanted 3 coffees plus one yogurt parfait. They told me that I could not order like that and I would have to order drinks to go with the meal. Your business has become a joke. Horrible customer service when calling corporate. I have a receipt showing for a free sandwich. I entered it on line. Said it went thru but I received nothing. I called and was told it would be sent to tech mad it would be in my email.

A week later still nothing. again and was told nothing was there for me to claim. I called a third time and was told tech has been messed up for quite some time and nothing can be done until you fix your systems.

For the price you charge, one free sandwich wouldn't hurt you to honor since it is legit. I go there almost every day but we are boycotting you now knowing your company doesn't care about it's customers. Sad but theres other places with chicken sandwiches

I was at the chick FIL a in Hixson , TN about noon Eastern time. I didn't think anything about till later in the day. I got a chicken sandwich and small Mac and cheese,, water. 53. I threw my receipt away, before I realized that was over charge.

Your drive through employees need to pay attention to car movement through your drive-through lane. I went through about 3 pm after school dismissal. The car line had completely stopped even at the pickup window due to traffic into the main street.

They finally got employees out to direct traffic Other employees taking orders and money were going between cars without bothering to watch cars they were going through. Someone is going to get hurt! Ive noticed this practice on normal days also.

Today was especially dangerous because your employess trying to move the car lines were encouraging carline customers to fill the gaps while other empolyees ran between cars. The person taking money grabbed my money while instructing me to move on not giving me change of $11.

I have been a long time customer and most of the time everything is great when using the drive thru at all of your locations even when the lines are extremely long but, today I went to the East Norriton, PA (#01416) location which I frequent often, there was an inside and outside lane both consisted of 4 vehicles in front of me.

I entered the outside lane and was asked to please wait. while I was waiting 10 cars in the inner lane were able to place their order and they were in line behind me. I understand sometimes things happen but the outer lane should have been temporarily shut down and someone should have come outside to manually take our orders keeping our spot in line.

My family and I waited more than 30 mins to get our food from the time we entered the drive thru. This should be…

I have tried this food only once This is the worst and most unhealthy fast food that I have experienced Sandwich is loaded with salt and MSG which I have an allergy too The chicken patty is nice but has this, and more in it. Designed to be addictive. Hence the huge popularity Something should be done about this company
