Lee's Summit, MO location. They are serving GARBAGE - Instead of the Market Salad! The salad had ONLY the thick white core of the romaine!!!! No lettuce at all---it had been trimmed off. I tried for 2 hours to call them---getting a recording every time--no return call. 2/1/23. 7:00pm-900pm.

If they didn't get their lettuce delivery, or they ran out, just tell the customer that salad is not available------don't reach into the garbage can and fish some inedible junk out !!!!!!!. And then refuse to make it right!

The driveup guy that took our order sounded like he was inexperienced sluggish voice like he was in drugs or just mumbling. He could care less about order. Got charged for two meals only wanted one, Waited in long forever because it was cold, no outside waiters.

So we really expected our food to be hot. Fries were cold, chicken was cold and we ordered nuggets and got strips. Cups were so full of ice hardly no drink. We go here ask the time. Worst experience ever, waste of time and money. Didn’t get our sauces.

This is my neighborhood Chick-fil-A and I’ve never experienced rude service from another location like I have at this one. I placed my order through the drive thru and wanted to pay with my app like I literally do all the time.

The cashier at the drive thru tried to scan my phone to no avail. She then went to her a manager for assistance; the “manager” or “shift leader” came to the window to tell me their scanner wasn’t working and I had to use a different form of payment.

I didn’t have my wallet with me to pay my card. The “manager” then told me “ I don’t know what else to tell you”, “ you can pull out of the line and place your order as a mobile app then walked off and called me out of my name.

The other lady at the window asked how I was trying to pay and used her tablet (the ones…

After waiting in a really long line in the drive thru because the lobby is closed and returning home to eat i realized that my order was completely wrong. My complaint is I get to get a free sandwich I fill out the number and code and I never received the code back to get my free sandwiches in the past 2 days I have put in two and not received any. My wife and I go to the Haymarket va location at least twice a week. The last three trips have been less than positive. We always go thru the drive thru. In each of our last three visits something has been left out of our order so causing us to drive back to get it right.

Something is seriously wrong at this location. I can only blame it on a management problem. We hesitate to go back. It seems that chic fli KA is becoming like any other fast good restaurant. To bad. It was the best for several years.

The cashier/order taker at Carolina place mall in North Carolina. Got the order wrong. Then when I went back to refill my coke I had to tell him twice. I said do you have a hearing problem? As I walked off 2-3 steps he yelled out yeah I got a hearing problem.

I immediately turned and said where is your manager. I’m not getting my manager. I’ll go get my hearing aid because I have a hearing problem. I again said where is the manager. He’s repeating the same thing. I’m not getting the manager.

A manager finally came over the cashier is still talking and the manager did nothing. So I asked for his supervisor name and number. Which I was given. The supervisor knew exactly who it was. That told me this employee has had complaints before.

He does not represent the company well

I'm tired of this company I have filed many complaints and they haven't done anything. And it's over the same Manger Dan he's a piece of trash.

First I try to get free waters for a business in the mall that always gets water and he starts to try to charge me when other people have said no we never charge for water. Even the owner has said this to me.

And the second time with Dan My son was waiting on a freaking cookie and he's five speech delayed and has some emotional issues. And was flipping out a little at the end of the line and I was doing my best to try to calm him down.

We ordered at the drive through, and communicated our order. She repeated back, all was well and drove to go pay. Once we reached the register the woman only rang in one of the items we ordered. We explained the order, again and they still rang us up for one item.

We ordered 2 breakfast burritos, one order of chicken littles, two hashbrowns and an orange juice. j back, I said "we ordered this" she's like "well I repeated and you said yes" no, no we didn't. I literally had to explain what we ordered maybe 5 or 6 times.

She was frustrated and realized whoever rang us up, put it in as multiple separate orders. Either way it was a complete *you know what* show. I don't think I'll be ordering through drive through anymore because that was ridiculous.

I would like to report on the quality of your food today. My wife and I decided to eat in your Pheasant Lane mall location in Nashua NH. One sandwich was a grilled chicken and the other was a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon.

One order of fries and one salad along with two drinks. The rolls on both sandwiches just fell apart when touch, the same texture from something that frozen and then thawed out. The other problem was the sandwich on the first bite tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for extended period of time.

On 1/10/23, I placed an order thru drive thru (store Pavillions North FSU #01777-Order#9272402 using my rewards for a large lemonade and large tea (with no ice). The representative scanned my rewards and stated she was having a problem with her scanner and to pull around to the front to have issue resolve.

Also notice she had scanned and use my credit on account. I reiterated this issue to pick up area worker and he stated she placed order for a arnold palmer beverage. He corrected order and re-issue credit back on account.

This regarded a Christmas Eve catering order#10722640 from MWC town center location which they screwed up. About 45 minutes after I called Tiara called me to talk about the problem. I asked her why no one called. She stated they always call back which was a BIG LIE!.

I stated I have an answering machine that records all phones calling me and cell number showing me who calls. She stated a file was closed because they had contacted me and resolved the problem. Which is an another lie!!!!!!

She was polite, but slow to answer and quick to LIE! She did offer me a chicken sandwich if I had your APP. for my issue. I asked her to have the operator call me but refused to do that.

On Thursday, January 5, 2022, I visited one of your restaurant through the drive-thru: Northlake Commons, Charlotte NC. only to realize that my fries were cold and tasted like they were sitting for a while. I turned around and went into the restaurant this time to make the employees aware of my complaint.

The location that I have been going to (Chesapeake Virginia by Chesapeake square mall) has gone down quite a bit in the past couple of months. The last three trips in particular have been unpleasant. The first trip we had to wait over 30 minutes in line for our food and then told to wait even longer in the parking lot, the second time was also a long wait and

I always stop by the Holyoke MA. Chick fil a when traveling through the area. I made a special request take away order inside on 1/3/23 asking for a double battered sandwich & well done (crispier) waffle fries. The employee Hezekiah was confused.

He went to the shift manager about the order & was told that this store did not accept special orders. My wife & I still placed a shortened order & left very disappointed with the explanation. I don’t think we’ll be back.

I was assaulted at a chick fil a manager at the Paradise Valley location in Phoenix AZ. The assailant is named Trini. I left a complaint with corporate and found out the store is privately owned by a Lourdes Hatten whom I am still waiting for a return call.

I did not receive my order nor would management refund my purchase that was done on mobile app.

Wow, now i know why there are no negative reviews about chik filet. They dont allow it, so people dont get an accurate depiction of how the store really is, due to the way they set it up on line.

Try typing feedback or survey and chik filet does not bring one up that allows anyone to fill out negative comments. I went to a store yesterday and there were 17 cars in line so i walked inside to get order to go.

It took 22 minutes, thats considered fast food?!! i tried to fill lout the survey and it says enter serial number, which does NOT exist on the receipt.

I busted chic-fil-a in greenville sc Haywood mall, employee there named Phillip was making sexual and disrespectful discrimination comments towards me, also telling other employees and they were laughing, almost as in he didn’t wanna serve me. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, I knew that wasn’t true.

I asked again and they said the operator had left for the day minutes before I was in the location. I’ve contacted corporate, along with several other legal source about this matter.

I've been working in the Melbourne, FL area for over a month now, and have been going to the Food Court daily for lunch. My first time patronizing the Food Court Chick-fil-a was today. Typically, I do not give reviews or complain, however, since I have always enjoyed Chick-fil-a food and Customer Service, and Chick-fil-a as a company prides their selves on exceptional Customer Service. Today, I was not impressed and do not intend to patronize that particular location again. Any restaurant in that food court is better than that particular Chick-fil-a, hands down.

I ordered a Cobb salad and asked for no mixed greens, only wanted Romain lettuce with everything else same. I have order my salads for years this same way at Chick-fil-a and was told they no longer can customize my salads.

I had a friend order for me and then she came outside to get me due to being in a wheelchair. I get inside and the manager is talking to the employee that was about to take my order and he only spoke with him.

Yesterday I went to a Chick fil A restaurant in 5 Towns NY a New restaurant opened couple of months ago- I am a regular Customer. As usual, I ordered Six Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches - When picking the ordered I requested at least 5 of the Buttermilk Ranch but the Claimed the Shift Manager "Ms. T" gave Just and as a curtesy she gave me another one (Total 4 of Buttermilk Ranch) I bought 6 Deluxe Chicken sandwiches - She was also very disrespectable and says she did a favor giving the 4th Ranch.

Please put directions on the email for people picking up their trays . My Local Salem Va store had a small sign up front which I didn’t see therefore I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line to be told I needed to come in.

I am over 50 years of age and I have never been to a Chick-fil-A that has rude employees. 1st of all they ordered my order wrong, I didn't notice it when I purchased because I've never had an issue with y'all.

When I received my order, then i noticed that it was wrong. I asked the lady about it, and rudely she said well that's what's on the receipt. I told her he got it wrong, she just rudely walked away.

9:00 AM this morning I got out in cold and rain to get 2 Chicken biscuits. At Chick-fil-A there was a long line of cars and it moved very slow. It took a little over 15 minutes to be able to place an order. That was ok but when placing order I was told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait before I could biscuits.. There was a catering order and lack of staff.. Tellig customers after waithing ths long to even place a order that it will be another 20 minutes is not good service. A sign posted outside when there is a long delays in preparing biscuits could have helped many just waiting to get an order.. How many people do you think would have stayed in a line for 15-20 minutes to wait another 15-20 minutes on a biscuit.. Poor management and lack of customer service at best...

12/21/22. Went to the store in Independence, MO. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. Finally reached the window and after another 5 minute wait my food was tossed at me without even a hello. I was late for work and the worst part is I opened my food and it was not the sandwich I ordered. Called the store and after 5 minutes of run around within their automated system, I had to leave a message. Couldn't even speak to a person.

I have eaten at this store many times and this experience will cause me to never eat at Chick-fil- A again.

Totally unprofessional service!
