Greetings, I ordered in the drive thru. I gave my name and specifically told him no cheese. I stop by this location at least 2 or 3 times a week. I order the same thing every time. For some reason this morning, I get to work open my meal and cheese is on it. I cannot eat CHEESE!

I called the store 3 times.

First time I couldn't get anyone, 2nd time a black female put me on hold never came back. After holding for 10 mins, I hung up. I called back immediately, someone named Aaliyah answered told me the manager said she came to the phone, but I never said anything.

If that was the case, why did I have to disconnect the call and call back?

However, I asked for the manager's name she has told me Latoya. I asked to speak with Latoya, she (Aaliyah) said Latoya is on a 30-minute break. I said,…

i used to purchase chicken fillet platters quite often for my children's birthday parties. We loved them! The chicken was wonderful and the price was reasonable. As my children have grown, its now retirement parties and Girls night over. I had just that this week at my house with 6 women.

We had many entrees and sides but I decided to get the bite sized nuggets. I ordered the 30 count. My husband picked them up. I saw him get out of the car with a small chick fil A lunch bag size and immediately knew something was wrong! 19!

I opened the box and my mouth dropped. 00 for this!!!! , I got 28 ! 35!! Your pricing does not correspond to the amount of food you are serving. I am extremely disappointed in the decline in your service as your values are not in line with family.

Good morning I'm complaining about an employee that works at Chick-fil-A in the Durham area I'm not sure what restaurant. During closing we was picking up one of your employees waiting in the parking lot and we spotted Hubert king sniffing Coke as he was dumping the trash Saturday night very blunt wasn't trying to hide it and

Your front staff took my order , it took 20 minutes to get it , Then the sandwich was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator, I returned it and asked for them to heat it up , I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 10 MINUTES , ( THE STORE WAS ALMOST EMPTY .

My husband and I went to the restaurant on Rt 51 pleasant hills, pa for dinner this evening. I truly don't know what has happened there since they were remodeled this past summer the food has been average at best the last 2 times we went, but todays meal was really bad.

We stopped at the Chick-fil-A in Macon, GA (#00813) on Tom Hill Sr. Blvd.

Our Cashier, David Clark, barely spoke to us and we could hardly his voice.

We were not given our drinks, given an incorrect bag and no sauce.

I understand that people are busy and workers do not show up, but there are about 8 people behind the counter and the trash cans are overflowing. The workers helping us, were very unfriendly and had an attitude.

On Thursday, December 1, I began the process of contacting Chick-fil-A‘s in the Raleigh, North Carolina area regarding a possible catering delivery for Saturday, December 10. As of this writing, the first two Chick-fil-A‘s I contacted Chick-fil-A, North Hills, and Chick-fil-A Cameron Village, have yet to return a phone call.

Extremely disappointing even after multiple calls. I was just attempting to find out if either could do a catering delivery. I finally contacted Chick-fil-A Lake Boone Trail and what a wonderful experience. Lilley had returned my phone call within one hour and took my order and everything was established for a delivery on Saturday, December 10.

I realize this is just for customer complaints about the first two businesses I contacted, but I also think you need to know…

Firstly, we love Chic fil a! With that being said, the store we just were at (Whitehall Commons Shopping Center #00753 in Charlotte, NC) was the worst we've ever experienced! It started when placing our order. I told the girl that we had two orders.

I then said the first order is that that. Then I said this is what I I need in the 1st order. She said okay that'll be x amount of dollars. And I questioned the amount for one order she says yeah that was just one order what's your second order and I said no the first order is this and this is the second order she says yes I did that.

I then responded that they were two different orders. So, the issue started there then. after that all got straightened out, it took us almost 35 minutes 40 minutes just to be able to place our order then…

Over this place,they hire these high school kids that can’t do a simple job.simple because there to busy messing around and not focused.3-4 times in the last few months,constantly forgetting items,4 drinks but you forget 1,missing ice cream cups,Mayo packets,no pickles.Yet get all the way home,do I really wanna go back no I wanna relax with my family. I made an order through Postmates with Chick-fil-A store address 4670 North State Rd 7 on 12/10/2022 at 10:36am and my order time exceeded the delivery time the time changes several times. That's very unprofessional for a company that tells customers that the company thrive off making there customers happy..... Store #0203, Midwest City, OK I had been here at this store 4 times in past 2 months and all 4 times, received poor service.

First time, ordered Egg White Grille Chicken and Chicken Biscuit. When I arrived at work across town, the Egg White was okay, but the chicken biscuit did not have the chicken in it, only a plain stale biscuit.

Second time, oredered the egg white again with the small chicken bites, checked the bag to ensure i received my order and all was good. Again, once drove across town to work, had to throw away the chicken bites due to the bread was extremely hard and not able to eat them.

Third time after couple weeks, went inside to order, had to wait over 10 minutes to be waited on, then after the order and explain the issues prior visits, had to wait over 25 minutes and…

This is my third attempt. I recently wrote to y’all on a complaint. This was over a week ago and no one has replied back to me. I visited Huntsville chick fil e and when I returned home 3 items of my order was missing.

2 kids meals had no nuggets and my Oreo parfait. Was missing. My kids had no dinner. We live 45 minutes away so I couldn’t drive back and get the food that they didn’t pack. Is there someone who can get in touch, please find my original email.

Once again go to the chick fli a in Laplace ,la and wrong order very,very cold food fries we’re all crumbs. Order was wrong ask for soup and gave me max and cheese . It’s so horrible that they are the slowest restaurants in the pariah and other chick fl a never habe a problem..

The customer service is horrible they don’t even smile are speak to you .. They will have a line and bring food to cars that are stuck in the line by the time you get home are work foods cold sitting in line.

You never get the right condiments you ask for .. complain about this restaurant now I see why .. They definitely need better customer service we are paying them .. def need to learn how to read orders probably.. when you ask for someone and get home and it’s not even close ..

i went to the store to donate toys, I asked the cashier if they were still taking toys, he went to ask the mgr on duty and response was no. So I ordered a milkshake while was there. We went through the drive thru on November 25, 2022 @ 6:03 pm. Included in our order was a Spicy Deluxe meal. We were asked to pull up and wait because the order could not be at the window. When we arrived at home, we discovered that there was no chicken on the Spicy Deluxe sandwich.

My husband immediately went back to the Chick fil A and was actually questioned about the missing chicken as if he was not telling the truth. The employee repeated said that he couldn’t believe that happened. He did replace the sandwich but with no compensation or even an offer of one. Poor customer service.

I would have thought better of Chick fil A.

Chic fil A Arboretum NC has deadly black mold in the food prep area. I have tried to load the photo and management knows. Black mold can kill. I just want people to know incase like me you are deathly allergic.

I went to my first Chick-fil-A and what a bust. I told cashier my very first visit he was okkk what’s good ummmm I don’t know okkk how about spicy chicken uhhh that’s good. Listen I can get a great meal at McDonald’s better chicken and by far better fry’s and customer service!

I was so excited to visit but I WONT WASTE MY MONEY OR TIME. Commercials are great but no follow thru.

Good evening my boyfriend and I visited chick-fil-a in McDonough, Ga store #04621 on 11/07/2022 at 6:01:03 pm. We ordered the # 5 and # 7 meals. Both were grilled chicken meals, one a regular grill chicken meal and the other a club grilled chicken meal. The sandwiches were HORRIBLE!!

The bread was old and crumbled as if it was stale bread, the meat was not hot and the tomatoes and lettuce were old. I am very surprised. I have been a customer for chick-fil-a for years and was very disappointed.

We had to throw the sandwiches away and find another option.

My Chick-fil-A experience was in Fairburn Georgia store number 01577. I placed a mobile order on last night11/3/2022. I got in the drive-through line to get my mobile order; When I arrived at the drive-through window my order was not correct ready so the associate asked me to move to line 2; because the staff had to cook fresh food. I continue to wait another 30 minutes of that time and associate came up to tell me that they only had chicken nuggets and chicken fingers left would I like either of those and neither of those items were in my order at that time I had been at the restaurant for an hour waiting on food inclusive of going through the drive-through.

The cleanliness of this store is absolutely atrocious. The BOH floors are as dirty as they can be. Every time I enter into the building I can smell the dirty environment.

First things first The floors. I come in every single day and sit for hours doin school, while doing my school I notice the floors in the lobby are greasy and wet I am constantly slipping. Never EVER cleaned properly.

Coming from someone who is a manager at another restaurant I find this disgusting. The dishwasher has slime and grime growing from it and when I notice it I mention something, they tell me that its just not easy to clean so they let the dishwasher disassemble in the water overnight and put it away afterwards.

For starters that is not clean. That is dirty water.

My daughter works at the Chick-fil-A on Sand Lake Road in Orlando Florida I recently filed a complaint because of discrimination harassment and racism towards the managers at that establishment it seems like my daughter has been picked on for whatever reason I do not know it's hard to see a young woman 17 years old always wanting to work at an Easter establishment like Chick-fil-A and here she is working and all they're doing is picking and harassing her she did her nails they told her that her nails were too long we went to the hair salon and

My daughter and I were on a college trip spending time together and really trying to soak up every last inch of memories left, when we saw a Chick-fil-A that reminded us of home. So we went to that Chick-fil-A but little did we know how bad, terrible and crappy the customer service was.

Some examples where some people were getting their food while other people had to wait and this process took over 30 min, this partnered with the fact that when we finally got our food their was a hair in the fries a very different color then our hair, and fuzz on the chicken tenders as if dropped on the ground and put into the bag for me to eat and get so sick, also fatty meat on the grilled chicken.

The management which I know is the foundation to this establishment was terrible and needs to be fixed…

This is to inform you of the worst service I received from Chick-fil-A. I visited your place of business last week and bought the spicy chicken sandwich which was disgusting because it was cold, and not only that, it taste like you forgot to season it.

Also, a week later, I visited another location, thinking maybe this one just might be better, no such luck. At the latter location I ordered your grill chicken sandwich with cheese. They gave me a piece of chicken on “stale” bread, and a corner piece of cheese.

I was very disappointed with BOTH locations giving this kind of service to customers.

I purchase 2 bowl of Tortillas Soup, and I asked for extras Crackers, it's was about 9:41pm someone at the Drive Thru window said I had to pay extra for the Crackers, then when I arrive home to eat the Soups the Soups they tasted kinda Bland sour like added to that both Bowls was completely full, it was a totally disaster awful meal and evening etc..

placed a order whic was changed by a attendant because she said it would save money to make one of the orders a meal. when i got to the drive thru window we were missing a item which the drive thru attendant told us we were not charged for but would get because it was not our "fault" t\hat the item was left off the ticket.

when the attendant returned to the car we were told we would have to come in to purchase or purchase on line. I felt humiliated and degraded as if I had shown some type deceit in order to get a order of HASHBROWNS without paying for it.

Customers behind us receiving their orders from workers way before the pickup window. Finally got ours as well with about a 10 minute wait to the window where we could exit.

Apparently, major problems in the kitchen, uncoordinated and VERY slow, orders not prepared in order! My Grilled Chicken Sandwich was soggy and horrible tasting!

The worst service and food I've ever received from Chick Fil A anywhere!!

Hello I pulled into a Chick-fil-A at 4260 Sylvania Ave Toledo, oh 43623 this morning and realized the lane I pulled into had two cars ahead of me and no one in the other lane. Seeing as though no one was in the other lane I went around the cars ahead of me and backed up into the empty service lane and was immediately told that I needed to pull around because I can not back up into the lane which would have caused other vehicles to now be ahead of me.

If there was a space to cut through I would not have backed up but I don’t see what the problem was when no one was in that lane. Because of this I pulled away and went home not getting a chance to order I feel as though that was very rude of your associate.

I am a very loyal customer and an upset about all of this.

I placed a delivery order through the chick fil a app since the location on Alameda is closed for remodeling & I have quite a bit of rewards as chick fil a is my top favorite restaurant so I decided to use quite a bit for meals and I have gotten meals delivered before & my address has always been correct.

I live in a trailer park and my order was delivered to the incorrect trailer. When I called they stated they can’t do anything but give me door dash credits or refund to form of payment and I would have to contact Chick Fil A for the rewards.

On 9/19/2022 @7:34 I when through the long line to make my order only to get to the window and was told to pull the the side so I ask Kali who was very (Rude) why when I only have Mac-N-Chess and Grill nuggets, she never explained and just said move to the side I waited for 45min Nobody came to bring my order I had to go inside and ask for a refund when Kali saw me she Rolled her eyes.

I live in Temple, Tx. This morning I went to Chick-fil-a tohave lunch. I was asked to pay at window because their equipment was working right. I drove up to the window and paid the girl by the window asked to move forward and she would bring me my order and card.

After a couple of minutes waiting she came with my order and did not hand me my debit card. She went back to retrieve my card but they had put my debit card in someone else's bag. They apologized but apologizing really doesn't get me my card back .

I have now pay to get another debit card and it's not even my fault they were careless. I'm am very upset . Chickfila on 31st in Temple, Tx.
