Employees at Riverdale location GA have the worst customer service I ever had at a fast food place. The employees argue with me over a order they had wrong and one one Employee name AshYa Cadogan stood up for me.

Everything I order was on the ticket but they was wrong and act like they wanted to fight over it . It traumatize my daughter and me as well. But once again a employee did speak the young lady and tried to help and they turned on her.

It was a awful experience.

I was in line for breakfast inside the restaurant before 10:25. I got to the register at 10:29 am. They would not take my breakfast order saying the cutoff was 10:30 and I showed them the time was 10:29. The person in line before me got breakfast. I could not.

There were only two people in line after me. It would have been better customer service to honor breakfast orders for all who were in line before 10:30. She didn’t even act like she cared when I said I was frustrated with the decision to cut breakfast off early and deny me an opportunity to order.

Will never return to this location!

I placed an order in the Harker Heights, TX drive thru with a chic fil a associate. I paid for my order on the chic fil a I pad using my debit card. 51. I waited 6 minutes while sitting right beside the drive thru window watching other cars get their orders.

An associate in the window asked me if I placed an order with a worker using the I pad. I responded yes and that I was already charged for the order with my bank. An associate walked over to my car, I showed him the charge on my phone and he asked me what I ordered. I repeated my order.

They asked me to pull forward and park by the black pole. After 5 minutes, the associate walked back over to my car and asked to see the charge on my phone again. I showed him, he asked if he could take my phone and show his manager so she believes…

They are having construction done so I ordered through the app to have it brought out to curbside. The app stated meal was in progressed and complete but 20 min lates still no one showed up to give me the meal.

The meal was charged through the app. Call and spoke to Amanda a manager and stated she didn’t see any order or any thing and that if I had an issue to go ahead and call corporate. She didn’t even try to get me back the charge from the app.

Chick fil a 27th and Nolana needs major training since it’s not following the chick fil a customer service model.

My family really enjoys Chick-fil-A. We live very close to one and occasionally get breakfast or dinner there. The prices have put a damper on how much, but considering the price and the fact that we live less than 1/2 a mile away, I am really not happy when the fries are not hot.

The restaurant was SUPER busy, took a long time to get the food and I only had one car ahead of me ordering in the regular drive thru! Express was very busy. Very disappointed with that visit and really upset when you don’t receive everything that you pay for!

At 3:15pm today, 21 July 2022, we dined at the Chill-Fil-A location at 18310 Blanco Road, San Antonio, TX and would like to submit the following observation. The floor of the entire restaurant was extremely dirty with food scraps throughout. Several tables were obviously not clean and there were no employees involved in any cleaning actions during our 30 minutes there. I think your corporation should be very concerned about this situation. We will not eat at the particular location again and I am sure there must be others who would feel the same if they observed the sad state of cleanliness this restaurant's staff provided today. Please look into this location and make sure they take immediate action to provide a sanitary experience.

They offer curbside which typically you’re able to drive up and get your meal I was there for more than 20 minutes I finally went inside to see what was going on waited in line 5 minutes there then I could see them coming out to my car so I went outside to get my order but just don’t even offer curbside don’t pretend like you’re going to give us the curbside service that we used to get just let us know it’s only drive-through or go inside but

Zero stars!!!! Employee at Benchwood location in Dayton Ohio was beyond rude, by purposely failing to acknowledge me! Not only as a customer, but essentially as a human being! If I ask a question pertaining to my order, then I do not expect to be back ignored.

My daughter (16) was released from her employment for calling in for a family emergency. " Since when did this company start violating employee's and my daughter's privacy rights by monitoring their social media accounts which is a violation of her Constitutional and Human Rights to privacy.

They also defamed her character by inventing lies and these lies did not happen. This was retaliation from her complaints she made about staying till 1030pm at night at 16. This was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the restaurant on Miller-Park-Way.

Location in Conroe off FM 105. I have been going there for many years and not only today but other days when we walk in there’s never a hello good morning….. then you go to order an get your tea And they will not give you any ice after it melts down because the tea is hot !!! Now how stupid is that!!! I placed 2 orders on my ChikFila app for curbside pickup at the Lake Ridge, Virginia store. m. and never received our order until 7:25. We did not receive straws, napkins or the ChikFila sauce for my strips. I have never had such bad service at any ChikFila.

I just went to the Chick-Fil-A in Sorrento Valley, San Diego, CA on Scranton Blvd. The first time I stopped in for just iced tea, I DO NOT have a car. I work right across the street. What overpaid corporate genius thought it was good idea to order online. Pay for it.

Then when you get there you have to click "I'm Here" BEFORE THE ORDER IS EVEN STARTED ????? Isn't the point of ordering and paying online, so it's flippin' ready when you get there ? So glad I wasted my time.

Went into chick fila in Byron, ga on May 28th drive thru placed a $14.60 order and tried to use my 1720 rewards point only to be told it did not apply to sandwiches we ordered even though they showed up as applicable on e-mail sent to me. Then no receipt given and employee did not scan QR code when given to her. This location has problems and I am annoyed that I earned points and are not usable and false advertising on what rewards can be used for.

My husband and I visited the Chick fil A in Laurinburg North Carolina Monday, May 30, 2022. Not only was the entire restaurant filthy, there appeared to be no supervision. The floors had food all over them, almost every table had food, trash, empty containers on them and the bathrooms had trash on the floor and no toilet paper or paper towels.

There was even an empty water bottle on the floor that several employees walked past but didn't pick up. I am not sure what the deal was, but it was by far the filthiest Chick Fil A we've ever been in.

The employees were not friendly at all for the most part and I had to ask for a wet paper towel to wipe the table off so my husband and I could sit down. Absolutely no excuse for this!

My family and I went to Chick fil a on Kaliste Saloom Rd. Sophie took our order incorrectly which we didn’t find out until we received our food. We advised that the order was incorrect. NO ONE attempted to ask what we ordered to correct THEIR mistake.

I went to chick fil a in clarksburg, wv this evening. The restaurant closes at 9. I was in the drive through at 8:40. I ordered and waited in line until I arrived at the window at 9:15. When I arrived to the window they told me the person in front of me had paid for my food, they then proceeded to tell me that they did not have the sandwich I ordered and would not make another one because it was after 9.

(Not my fault they were moving slowly). So I say that’s fine and ask if I can order more nuggets to replace the sandwich. The manager then proceeds to tell me that they cannot give me any nuggets because there is no more food in the restaurant.

Hello. My family and I are a big fans of Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately, your store in Union, NJ 07083 has not been providing the same attention to detail as in the past. This is the 3rd time in a month that our order has been wrong or something is missing.

The lines are extremely long which didn't used to be a problem because they always moved quickly. NOT ANYMORE!!! The line at this location is one of the longest, slowest lines I have experienced. The workers here are no where near as kind and efficient as some of your other locations.

The chick fil a at 550 NW 1st Ave Ste 100 Suite 100, Miami, FL 33136, is running a horrid and pathetic service to customers lately. I waited 20 minutes after ordering and when i told them about it i was told "i dont see your order up here what was your order sir" this is rediculous that people are forced to wait an entire lunch break for one simple meal.

A customer yelled at me for five minutes at least and afterwards I had a panic attack due to PTSD. The management did not help in that situation and in fact I got into trouble over it. I got in trouble for having a panic attack, and told that I need to better control myself.

That I am being to sensitive and that I just need to suck it up. Another time they left us outside in 120 weather not rotating or caring about our well being. One of the employees had to have an almost heat stroke after being out there for thirty minutes to get management attention.

The management picks favorites and if you aren’t of their favorites you will be treated like shit.

I went to the drive thru store 02613, gave my order, verified my order & went to the window. My order was missing shake, fries (2) and sauce. When I asked about my order, the manager Les intervened and became aggressive.

I tried to explain, she kept talking over me. I asked for someone else, she stated “it’s me” I said is there someone over you? She stated they are not here! ” My coin change was dropped on the ground.

Never had bad service. I was given the wrong order. I discovered it 2 miles down the road. Order was an 8count nugget meal, we got the correct drink. I called on the phone, the girl tells me I have a fry I do not need a fry and I have to go thru the busy drive thru again to get the nuggets.

I ask them to bring it out to one of the number delivery spots, but no I had to go thru the drive thru again. Girl gives me 8 nuggets. I said I would like a fresh fry. It took a few minutes and they gave me a whole entire nuggets and fries.

This was a struggle, to get what we ordered was a 2 mile drive and 10 minute drive thru conversation about fresh fries and silly things. A meal should of been brought out to me when I pulled and been done.

If there is this much drama I will go to Burger King .

I was coming thru Moultrie, Ga from Columbus, Ga headed to Quitman,Ga so I stopped by the moultrie Chick-fil-A, there where cars in drive thru, all lights was on. So when I got to menu board I sat there waiting for someone to take my Order with no one even answering my call out hello,hello. After sitting.
