Purchased $28 worth of lunch for my staff. 2 cobb salads 4 drinks and an order of fries. Both salads were made wrong and one of the drinks was also wrong, so I returned one of the salads. They attempted to right the wrong by remaking both salads.

One of the salads had a fly in it. I am totally disgusted with the service of the location. Returned a 3rd time and there was no order at this location. No manager came out to apologize or nothing. I was refunded for the one salad, even though I was inconvenienced by coming to the store 2 times after the original order was taken.

I will not be eating at this location 140 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd in Macon, GA ever again.

Love eating salads at the location of westhimer and Kirkwood found pieces of hair and at first I thought maybe IAM not able to get the whole pieces it was actually a small bunch of hair .I'm so disappointed.....I've ordered salads before now don't want to again .....

I have been a strong supporter of chick fil a for many years. Lately I have truly wondered about the leadership. I’ve never been upset enough to never go back though until today. My son wanted to stop by to eat.

We pulled in as always and waited in line for 20 minutes as we have a tropical storm going thru Naples with tons of rain. The manager, Michel Eustache banged on my window and rudely accused me of cutting the line.

I was appalled as I was sure I had not done that. I got upset and said what should I do, leave? He said yes. I told him I’d never come back and he said that’s perfect. I pulled away and drove back around to see what he was even talking about.

I wanted to make you aware of a horrible experience I had this morning at your store in Dunwoody (4350 Ashford Dunwoody Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30346). I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin with a side of bacon, hash browns and water.

When I got to the window, I was told I was not charged for the side of bacon, so I went ahead and paid the additional amount. When I checked my food, I noticed my sandwich was missing bacon. I brought it to the attention of the guy at the window and opened it and held it up as proof that it was incorrect.

After some time passed, I was asked if they could just hand me some extra bacon and I put it on my sandwich to complete what should have occurred inside the store. My answer was no and I was personally annoyed that I was asked to prepare my own food after…

young man took my order was very polite and I know working in 90 degree weather . But forgot put in for my sauce needed for chicken nuggets and strips . When get window my order isn’t ready they make me move spot which I did .

I understand it’s lunchtime hot outside your doing best. I ask where was my shake . She said oh man . She tell me wait for shake she be right back . Totally forgets me keeps serving everyone else after ten minutes waiting I approach her she said I told u go front it’s at front .

On 05/04/21 my husband went to buy us dinner at this restaurant in Mentor OH (FSU#02148). One of the items was a 12 grilled chicken nuggets. We paid for 12 and received only 4. I called them and a representative answered the call.

She stated she could only give me the missing 4 nuggets I came to the restaurant on that day. She represented herself as a manager but refused to give me her name. Now this restaurant is managed and serviced by a bunch of teenagers that talk and laugh without any consideration for its clients.

It is good to laugh and have fun at work but with good limits since that place is not a social gathering for the employees ( that is what looks like to me). This is not the first I have problems with my food at this restaurant.

Made a complaint on 4/24/21 about the Lexington, Kentucky store on Harrodsburg Road via phone call. My daughter was treated very poorly (harassment) by both a customer and a Manager. After talking to my daughter in great detail, the customer lied, the Manager took her word, sent my daughter home. The Manager never asked her side of the story. The Manager made a comment, "if you do this again, you will be unemployed." When I asked the Manager, she lied about it as well. This is fact because a witness was in the room. In this crazy world I thought the one place I could go was Chicken file A to get some comfort food, Southern style politeness, and respect. After isolation for 5 months, and being 80 years old, I was excited to go thru the drive thru in Melbourne Florida, on Palm Bay Rd, in the Walmart shopping center.

I apparently drove in the wrong drive way, although there where no orange cones to stop me, and about 40 cars coming in all directions, I drove into the line. A new store was opened in my area So exciting!!! This store is nothing like the store on Montgomery or in Rio Rancho. Very disappointed. The employees are not friendly at all they don't look you in the eyes, don't say "My pleasure" or God bless you as the others stores, I guess that's ok.

But my daughter went to pick up dinner for our family. Food was missing so she had to go back. She had to eat her meal cold. The mgr told her she would replace the whole meal anytime in the month.

on 2/10/2020 I visited the Chic Filet at the Inner Harbor location (#03544). I placed an order (#1 meal) when my name and three others was called the worker held my food back and asked only me for a receipt.

I gave her my receipt and she took my food and walked away a few minutes later she came back. She made an issue at of only me for a receipt. I am a regular customer at chick filet and have never been treated so bad!!!!

I WILL NOT be visiting that location again. I was so embarrassed.

I love Chick-fil-A but will not return to the Chick-fil-A in Prince Frederick, MD until they resolve their slowness problems. There are always long lines inside and the drive through just as bad or worse. I am writing in hopes something can be done so the business runs as smoothly as other Chick-fil-A's that are miles away. I travel to St.

Mary's and to Bowie and never have the wait as I do in the Prince Frederick business. I spoke to the manager at the Bowie restaurant about the slowness when the Prince Frederick restaurant had been opened for six months.

I was told give it time. It is now a little over a year and I do not see an improvement. When I see long lines, I go elsewhere. I would get milk shakes and have to wait at least ten minutes, even through the drive through.

Salvation Army and FCA.

I am terribly disappointed to hear you no longer are willing to support the Salvation Army and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), based upon some complaints from the LBGT community. Your company was founded on some moral values and when purchased you promised to hold to them.

Now you have gone from being our fast food of choice to least likely to be ordered. The Salvation Army is the most honest and generous charity you can find, and has never been caught in a mismanagement scandal. And FCA has asked teens to make a promise to abstain from premarital sex. This is not an anti gay stance, and if you cannot sort out the difference perhaps your board should consider your judgement for larger matters.

In 2012, I joined the hundreds of conserves who wanted to support Chick-fil-A restaurant when it was being attacked by hate groups. I spent almost an hour trying to get a parking spot at your restaurant and then another hour standing in line to get food.

I remember when Target pulled the red kettles away from their stores and I have never shopped their stores again. I am considering never again taking my grandkids to your stores. First time for me to stop at your store. Didn't really know what I could get. sounded good.

Also, I had seen an ad on TV for the mac & cheese. So I got the 8 pack of nuggects and the mac & cheese to go.

Finally, got my order after the workers had 3 orders they couldn't find and were very confused. The wait was long so I took my bag & left. but the mac & cheese was good. even tho' no one asked me what I wanted.

I LOVE Chic Filet, as most provide quality food and top notch customer service, HOWEVER the Chic Filet located in Portsmouth Virginia (Frederick Blvd) annoy me. I order chicken noodle soup often and always ask if I could purchase extra crackers, yet I am always told that I don’t have to because they are free.

Well, one would think if a customer has requested to purchase additional side items but told they don’t have to because they are free then the customer would expect to receive the additional item(s). Not the case every single time!

I ordered egg white grill at the Carrollton GA store # 00829, which is what eat for breakfast 5 times a week, usually at the Rockmart, GA location. Meal was served with a very tiny piece of chicken over 50% the size of the muffin.

The egg on the sandwich was a paper thin sliver rather than the nice amount normally expected. I have only seldom been disappointed at any location so it may have just been a bad day for this busy store. I did not have time to see a manager on site.

I went through the drive-through to order and I forgot to have the cashier scan the chick filet app. to redeem my points for a Cobb salad. I apologized, but Angie, the cashier went above and beyond to reprimand me for not having it out to scan before charging my credit card.

First off, an employee should not reprimand a customer regardless of what the grievance was and second , Angie should have asked the customer if her or she had points to redeem or need to scan the barcode from the application to receive points. This type of behavior towards a customer, not only feel like being reprimanded like a child, but it is also demeaning.

Impossible to use 100 words place phone order was given one price and credit card was charged twice the amount quoted, manager lied to cover her back side owner took her word over mine I was never told order was two trays nor what total cost was and I even asked several time the amount she quoted me was correct amount and she said yes NEVER the amount charged not the way to run a Christian business.

09-07-2019 a friend and I went to the Chick-fil-A on Inverness FSU, Birmingham, Al. We went thru the drive thru and ordered. We ordered separate items and told the young lady that the orders would be separate and paid separately.

Why are all the chicken nuggets in the children's menu of different size? Some of them ridicule small. Obviously little kids don't receive the right nutrients if they eat a box of 4 chicken nuggets as little as pebbles. I understand they are all real pieces of chicken probably cut by hand, but you need to implement a way to cut them bigger and equal in size.

They will be eaten by children not by dogs. I bought a box of four for my three year old and she got three little pieces and the fourth was the size of an m&m, I thought it was a joke.

Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of them. I would like for you to improve that meal for children.

I want to say this is an isolated occurrence. I love Chic Fil A & will continue to be your customer. Today I went to the location at 1808 Ashville Rd Leeds, Al to pick up a called in order at 1245.

I was picking it up for a birthday party which was to start at 1:00 pm. My daughter in law Amanda had called it in. 2 Amanda’s called in &I had to go to my car to get my phone to call her bc I didn’t know her number or what she had ordered.

I experienced horrendous service at the location on Rosa Parks in Nashville, Tennessee. m. pick up. When I entered the store, no one greeted me. Several employees walked by me without acknowledgement while I stood in the catering pick up line.

Hi! I was highly upset with service this evening at Chick-fil-A. I visited the one at Roosevelt Field Mall, Long Island(Garden City). This evening around almost 9pm. As I got to the counter, I was highly disgusted by one of the cashier associates.

I am a Door Dash driver and I have on several occasions picked up from this Chic-fil-a. I go to the pick up register and stand for over 5 mins before anyone acknowledges me. There is always at least 5 cashiers and 2 managers in the front they look at me and never ask if I have been helped and continue to help others that have come in after me at the regular registers.

On one particular occasion, I came in and everyone on the front line looked at me and when I finally said excuse me to a manager, she acted as if I was bothering her for the shake I had to pick up and gave it to me not completed with a look of disdain.

I bought a grilled chicken sandwich at the location on Hwy 150 in Hoover, Alabama. The bun was hard as a rock. I couldn't even eat the bun. The top was harder than the bottom part of the bun. I was really disappointed.

I don't expect any type of compensation. I just want my complaint documented in case this continues to happen to others. I had experienced another type of disappointment at the same location several months prior to this one. The chicken was VERY tough that time and also ruined my lunch.

I have never had this problem before but the people working today 07/12/19 were not very good! I go to Chickfila a lot but today has me wondering what has happened. I ordered 2 chicken strips meals and told them which sauce I wanted.

They could not give me a receipt because their machine was not working. They said I would get one when I picked up the food. I was in the drivethru so I drove around as usual. The people were not as helpful as they usually are and I asked about the sauce and my receipt.

Extremely disappointing experience in Chick-fil-A at 2555 Dallas Hwy, Marietta

We have ordered two coffees (regular and decaf) with our meals and were informed that there will be a 4 minutes wait, as they had to brew a fresh batch. After we have finished the meal, there was still no sign of our coffee. I asked the guys if our drinks were ready, and they admitted that that part of our order had been forgotten - which didn't bother us, as we were not in a hurry. I stood by the counter, waiting. Eventually, the regular coffee was prepared. I asked about the decaf option and yet again it was forgotten... The order had 4 things wrong. We order Market salad with chicken heated and it wasn’t. Kids meal with no fries with sub the fruit cup but was given fries and was charged for the fruit cup and was not given the fruit cup.

The #1 meal came cold fries. I ask the person at the window if this was double check he said yes. But obviously it wasn’t double check. The store number is # 03787, I-45 & West rd. The order number was 928754.

71, including FOUR BBQ Bacon Sandwiches at the South County FR, #03499, in St. Louis County, Missouri, located at the South County Mall. I used the drive through. When I got home, we noted that the four BBQ Bacon Sands were very poorly prepared, including no BACON in all four of them.

I telephoned the restaurant and the employee said he would send me four coupons for the four sandwiiches and they would mail them to my home that would take three to five business days. The coupons never arrived, and I called again about ten days later and got the same response--the coupons would be sent out and arrive within 3 to 5 days.

The employee again took my name and address and said he would enter them in the log. I take my family to Chick-fil-A numerous times, preferably after church each Saturday…

I have been and will continue to be a Chic Filet customer for years. I am accustomed to quality food and service and I applaud your Christian stance. With that said, I was recently at a Chic Filet in Austell Ga and I waited for nearly ten minutes on my meal and there was no one in front of me.

The young lady who took my order was not professional at all. When I did receive my order, the sandwich did not taste good, the bread was cracked and the fries were soggy. It just seemed as though the staff was not well trained.
