71, including FOUR BBQ Bacon Sandwiches at the South County FR, #03499, in St. Louis County, Missouri, located at the South County Mall. I used the drive through. When I got home, we noted that the four BBQ Bacon Sands were very poorly prepared, including no BACON in all four of them.

I telephoned the restaurant and the employee said he would send me four coupons for the four sandwiiches and they would mail them to my home that would take three to five business days. The coupons never arrived, and I called again about ten days later and got the same response--the coupons would be sent out and arrive within 3 to 5 days.

The employee again took my name and address and said he would enter them in the log. I take my family to Chick-fil-A numerous times, preferably after church each Saturday…

I have been and will continue to be a Chic Filet customer for years. I am accustomed to quality food and service and I applaud your Christian stance. With that said, I was recently at a Chic Filet in Austell Ga and I waited for nearly ten minutes on my meal and there was no one in front of me.

The young lady who took my order was not professional at all. When I did receive my order, the sandwich did not taste good, the bread was cracked and the fries were soggy. It just seemed as though the staff was not well trained.

I went to the chick fil a yesterday and was in a hurry with 5 kids waiting at home. After pulling away I noticed I didn’t have my large soda. Pulled over and went inside to get it. No “I’m sorry” or any words at all.

After I got home I looked in all the kids meals and no chocolate milk in any of them. I try to check fast food restaurants before leaving but was in a hurry and did not. I will from now on since you can’t trust any of them to make your order correct.

I ordered 6 nuggets and a small soup. Went inside because drive through is always a mess. My receipt says she took my order at 2:00pm, guess what time I got my food 7 minutes later. I asked a manager to see what the hold up was and asked why my nuggets were sitting there getting cold. She says they are waiting on my soup, and those are not my nuggets. I watched the young girl put the soup in bag and pick the nuggets up that were sitting there getting cold. SO I waited 7 mins mind you for cold nuggets and the soup was as well.

I had lunch today at your store located in Henrico Va short pump mall. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and medium fries. The sandwich tasted like it was made yesterday. Very dry, cold chicken on a stale bun. The fries were also cold.

I believe it was the worst sandwich I have ever received at any fast food restaurant in my life. Needless to say I won’t be spending anymore money at your restaurants.

I live in fountain Colorado and on 03/30/2019 at 7;50am I went through the drive through and ordered a 4 piece mini the first box I received the bottoms of the bread was so hard and dry, so I went back through to let them now and let the person in the drive through touch the bread so he could see for himself.

And then they gave me another set of 4 piece mini's and again same thing old dried out bread with not even a touch of butter like they are suppose to have. and so Patty I guess she was crew shift supervisor told the cooks to get another 4 piece min with extra soft bread and that is not what I asked for, I asked for a regular order of 4 piece mini's with not dry hard bread.

I am an automotive instructor for a major corporation. I often use Chick-fil-A during my theory sessions as an example of excellent customer service. While travelling from a class on 3/19, I stopped at the Chick-fil-A in Sicklerville NJ (#01950).

The drive thru was long so I decided to dine in (order #5775993). As a loyal customer, I know the lines move quickly, however; on this day even with two registers open it was taking excessively long. The hold up was DeLauryn who was more interested in joking and kidding around with a customer rather then noticing a long line had formed.

I visit my local chick-fil-A 6 to 8 times a month for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I visited this restaurant (Store #01883)Wednesday evening. I ordered 4 chicken strips, fries and a lemonade. The Lemonade was outstanding. The strips were overcooked and fries were under cooked. I never check my order because you are always great. My mistake!

At the Short Pump Mall location in Short Pump VA I stood in line to order an ice cream cone and after several minutes I was able to order it standing in line and was told to give my name to a cashier and they would get the ice cream.

When the cashier called me up and I gave him my name, he told me that I would have to wait in line for my ice cream. I waited 5-10 minutes for one employee to make my cone and realized there were 8-10 people in front of me.

She was the only one making ice cream. I noticed that the line had gone down and there were 3 to 7 employees behind he counter with no customers. I asked the cashier that called me if he could make my ice cream cone.

I went thru the drive thru at chick fli la on Ashville Hwy yesterday around 5:30. 00 bill and a dime. I only received 4$ back. I noticed it after I pulled away from the window and I immediately went in the store to make them aware of the issue.

The did not believe me and only took my name and number saying they would call me IF the cashiers till did not balance at the end of the shift. They are yet to call me and I Am positive I paid with a 20 because that is the only thing I had.

I have several dietary needs ( gluten, diary and egg free). Therefore, I always order the southwest salad without cheese, tomato and plain grilled chicken.

However, for the last year this has always been in issue when I order this customized salad. But today I was feed up. Normally the cashier is unware on how to ring it up and/or the kitchen staff is not reading the ticket clearly and miss something.

Disappointed in portion size @ South Park mall @Charlotte NC. Today I bought a 12 box chicken nuggets. It appears that the size were so small, that you got nuggets that was all crust. It appeared that if you bought a 6 pack and cut them in half that what I got.

I am a big fan of chick-fil-le. But dissatisfied with the tiny size and were all crust that were tasteless. Disappointed Customer.

Our whole office ordered from the Bridgeton MO new location. I had tried to do the order online with no success. Called and talked to the store, unable to fax the order, unable to take order over the phone. Suggested the mobile app.

Worked fine until we hit your $50 maximum. Since it was twice that much that didn't work. The doctor took the typed out order to the store. When he arrived back to the office, we were missing a 12 count grilled nugget, the side superfood and the chicken tortilla soup.

Called and talked to the manager and she said it would be ready. Doctor went back to get the missing items. When he picked it up, the person that gave him the order did not even apologize. When he got back to the office, he did not have the tortilla soup in the bag.

32073 (store #01360), DINE IN order #4922935, ordered a box of 8 grilled chicken nuggets, large waffle fries and two (2) FROZEN COFFEE's with WHIPPED CREAM on top. I was immediately told by the cashier Suzette, that she could NOT put whipped cream on our frozen coffees.

I inquired as to why not, she replied that it wasn't programmed in the register computer to do that. I very politely told her that I ALWAYS order it with whipped cream and every other Chik fila we go to, (including this particular one) has always complied happily before.

I WENT TO A LOCATION ON MEMORIAL DR IN DECATUR, GA. STORE # THE LINE WAS REALLY SLOW, THEN WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW MY ORDER WAS NOT RIGHT AT ALL. THEY FIRST GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE'S FOOD THEN WHEN THEY FINALLY GAVE ME AND MY CO WORKERS OUR ORDER IT WAS TOMATOES ON ONE SANDWHICH WHICH WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED TWICE TO MAKE SURE WAS NOT ON THERE.

I was in line at a Chick-fil-A in Willow Grove Mall in Pennsylvania. I observed a cashier asked a young female manager could she "PLEASE" go to the bathroom. The young manager mumbled something and kept doing what she was doing.

The cashier was noticeably uncomfortable and kept looking over at the manager for some relief. After a while, she was still cashiering and being ignored by the manager. I approached the manager and asked why she wouldn't allow the female cashier to go to the facilities.

She stated that they had a "RULE" that workers had to go to the bathroom during certain time periods. I expressedmy dismay and rhe manager saud that their customers were more important. So what I heard was money is more important than the health and welfare if the employees.

Dear Chick-Ail-A, I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles from the Chick-Fil-A restaurant in the Willowbrook town center in Willowbrook IL this past Thursday the 29th of November at approximately 2 PM and I was frozen in fear after consuming a bite of a lone pickle on my sandwich.

Now this might not seem like the biggest of mistakes to most people, but I suffer from a fear of pickles and anything to do with them. I am on the road to recovery and I have started to eat at restaurants that regularly serve pickles as part an exposure therapy that was recommended to me by my therapist, that is the reason I at your restaurant in the first place.

11/20/18, I ordered online to pick up 11/21/18 at 10:45am 24 Chick Fila sandwiches, 1 chilled grilled chicken sandwich, 25 bags chips, 1 large nugget tray. I arrived at 10:45 at the 6282 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN location. I did not get my order until 11:05 am. I never once heard anyone at the registers thanking the customers or being extra polite as is expected from Chick Fila. I actually saw a lead person, not sure she was a manager, tell a customer that needed help that she was on a break. That customer had to wait a few minutes until she could get someone else's attention.

This location needs serious help. This is not how your customers are supposed to be treated.

Ordered 11/12/18 two fruit cups - one small, one large with no apples. 36. When I opened them I thought something was wrong. There was a few pieces of fruit at the bottom of each container not even covering the bottom.

I returned to the counter and they told me that was store policy. If you only wanted certain fruits they only put the amount that they put on top of the apples. I don't know how they determine that the scant amount of fruit was worth the full price of the two cups.

And they were in the small and large containers. I told them that in Perry, GA at two different locations, the stores filled the cup up even when requesting no apples. 30 more cents. I requested a refund, which he gave me.

On November 12, 2018, I visited Chick- Fil- A located @ Ingleside Shopping Center in Catonsville, MD. The reason for my visit was to ascertain my free Veterans Day chicken sandwhich. Upon arrival, I was denied my complimentary sandwhich. On the internet it was posted that on November 12th, your company would be honoring Veterans Day on November 12, 20018.

November 11, your Chick- Fil- A locations were closed which was the traditional Veterans Day. I friendly suggest that your local franchises get on board with corporate to avoid potential future public relations disasters. Turning away veterans on Veterans Day is an ugly as it get.

Visited the Leesburg VA chick-fil-a twice this week, both times my order was messed up. The first morning, I ordered a chicken mini MEAL with the hash browns and with a large tea. When I finally opened the bag, my hashbrowns were missing and my tea was actually a soda. :(

The second visit, I ordered 6 chicken nuggets and fries with a large tea. I ended up with 4 chicken nuggets, NO fries, and a soda again... what is going on? this is normally the best fast food establishment in leesburg (in my opinion)

I stopped by the VESTAVIA, AL. Chick Fil A location and "normally" even if you start in the very back of the double line of cars, you "normally" make it through in five minutes. TODAY, 25 minutes to get through this line!?!

What the heck is going on there. Most people, on their way to work do not have 25 minutes to wait through a "fast food" line. PLUS, once in that line, you are trapped because of the way the drive thru is constructed.

It is designed to force you to go all the way through and once in, you CANNOT decide to go somewhere else. I will not return there until y'all fix this obvious problem.

This morning I stopped by Chick Filet in Panama City, Florida on my way to work. I don't usually have time, however, I did today. Normally I have good experiences at all locations. This morning not so good at the end of the line.

I ordered the large chick filet biscuits, an iced coffee and an orange juice. The girl that took the money needs more training. honey mustard. then I open the biscuits at work and they were barely light tan - definitely undercooked biscuits with overcooked chicken inside!!!!

thank God they could not screw up my orange juice! I will not be stopping by that location again. 00, it would be nice to be able to eat at least one of the biscuits and have a good iced coffee too.... At least it's Friday!

Ordered a cobb salad and eight count of nuggets. Requested three avocado ranch dressings. I have always order three packets of dressing and received it. On this occasion the manager (July) on name tag. Refused me (customer) the third packet.

She quoted it was company policy only two dressing packet per salad. I personally use the dressing as a dip for my nuggets. Rather than being lenient. 92 for a >25/>50 cost for packet of dressing.

First, not very customer oriented. I believed your business is about pleasing your customers.

Secondly, not business minded to compare a sale to minute cost of dressing packet with an upcharge of a dollar to customer. I shared this experience with co-workers and friends. Everyone agreed that manager did not have be so dogmatic…

Going thru Charlotte, I stopped at store # 01852 and ordered two wrap meals, as you can see by the receipt attached. I took these to a friend's house for lunch. The store was busy and I did not check my bag, but upon arrival discovered that there were no fries.

It was a good distance to my friend's home and I had further to go, so I did not go back. Doesn't someone have the job of checking orders? I know it is a busy time, but if each customer stopped to check his order, it would slow things down even more.

I paid for something that I did not receive and was embarrassed that I was sharing with a friend and did not have a complete meal! In the future, if I stop at a Chick-Fil-A, I will hold up the line as I slowly go thru my order.

I went through the drive thru on 8/1/2018. When I got home I realized that my side salad was left off the order. I immediately call the store and spoke with the manager and advised him that my husband was returning to pick up the salad and I asked if he would prepare the order over, as by the time my husband would get back home the food would be cold.

my wife and daughter eat at your location in fayette mall in lexington kentucky on tues july17 and shortly after became very sick. Not thinking much of it other than eating same food at same place they battled thru sickness for 2 days very sick missing work.

Then on Friday wlex lexington reported chic fillet fayette mall closed due to illness. The sign on chic fillet said shutdown due to mechanical failure , wlex said health department was involved and it was not mechanical failure. I dined at the Gainesvillle GA location right at 6:30am with three friends for breakfast. The doors were late to be opened so we entered at about 6:34am. Not really a problem there, but we were waiting. Everyone was nice as usual. I got my order and the sausage egg cheese biscuit was just sausage without anything else. I returned it and explained I wanted the sausage,egg and cheese, a number 5 meal- It came back quickly-The biscuit was cold and tasted a day old. The egg was thrown on 1/2 the biscuit and the cheese was not melted. My hash browns were crushed as well. I have come to love Chic-fi- a breakfast for being hot and fresh and consistent. This was not what I expected today and it was really disappointing.

I went to store #02979 at 1:49 today and ordered a club sandwich, waffle fries and a peach tea lemonade. While the employee standing in the drive thru by the menu was very friendly and courteous, he placed my order for a grilled chicken sandwich instead of the sandwich I had asked him for.

I had asked him specifically if they had club sandwiches (as I could not see around him to view the menu from where he was standing) and he confirmed that they did. I told him "That's what I'd like, a club sandwich".

He then sent me on through the drive thru and I got my receipt from a lady standing further down the lane. I was disappointed when I got back to work and found that there was no bacon, or cheese on my sandwich and I didn't have time to leave and go back to get it fixed.

Usually I do not have complaints regarding the food, but this morning I purchased an 8 count meal from the location on 7th and Figueroa in DTLA's financial district. The food was cold as if it were microwaved from last night.

This is unhealthy and food safety and handling stipulates that food breeds bacteria once it drops below a certain temperature. I do not think I will visit this location again. In addition, it is unsanitary to pass the markers/condiment holders back and forth between customer and food handlers. Thank you.

Comments: I am a program instructor for a special needs organization! This company name is Art of living. We were on a field trip at the Hall of frame. All of the individuals was so excited! This was a all event for them.

But nevertheless they all wanted to eat , they went to chick f lay. Some of the individuals are high functioning meaning they can do for them selfs. We allow them to do for themselves with partial an verbal assistance from staff.

Once we arrived to the restaurant we all wanted to seat an get all orders in place before they made their purchase. Not even 5mins in seated supervisor Andrew came over an told staff how we going do this so we can make this easy.

Call Saturday May 19 at 8:30 am to order a large nugget tray to pick up at 3:30 p,m. Arrive at store at 3:20 pm waited 10 minutes in the pick up line for someone to ask could the help me.

Told them i was there to pick up large nugget tray they took my money and said it will be here in just a moment. 10 minutes later i ask again they said it would be ready in a couple of minutes.

3:55 ask to speak to a manager and he had no concern on how long i had been there. I finally got my large nugget tray 40 minutes of being there. Very bad attitude for a manager for chick f la.

First let me say that I admire and like your products as well as your corporate mission. I must point out a small thing but that brought out the fact that the staff at your Colonial Heights, Va. location needs further training..

y wife and I ordered the grilled chicken nugget meal combo and asked for lemonade as our beverage. When I reviewed the ticket. 26 on my check for each meal. Had this combo many times and never noticed the separate charge.

It is not published on your menu board. Here's where it gets interesting. When I questioned the waitress. She did not know. "Said it must be a price increase" . Not good enough. I asked for a Mgr to come and give me an explanation. The Mgr. never came.

74 for a nurses luncheon that started at 1130am. The online order confirmation was printed after the company credit was used to pay for the order. I arrive @ 11am to pick up food. I stood at the catering/order pick up register waiting to pick up my order.

After about 10 minutes (real time) of being overlooked by the manager who was giving trays to those behind me and not once acknowledging my presence (I was first in line the whole time) I asked the manager if he was going to acknowledge me existence. By this time it was going towards 1115am.

The manger said that he thought someone else was taking care of me. I explained to the manager that it was hard to believe being that he never once asked if I had been waited on the whole time he went around me to serve other guests.

went to the chiclk fil a near me pulled up to drive thru to order a tray of chicken strips and was told it was a catering item and i couldn't get them ,have received the same order many times before even at the same store ,to bad guess i'll be going elsewhere
