The chicken Express in Forney is the worst store ever. Waited 30 minutes today for a three piece fish dinner. After 30 minute wait I went to counter and they called the manager over to me, I explained the problem and she just stood there staring at me.

I told her I just wanted my money back at this point. She took the receipt out of my hand, not a word out of her mouth. Came back with my refund then a guy from behind the counter said my our was ready.

Manager never said a thing. I will tell everyone about how horrible this store is.

Your Bastrop, Texas location has some very inappropriate employees. My mother and I went into the location today around 11:30am on September 21, 2023. One employee a young guy, comes up to our table while we were eating asking how we are doing?

We said great thank you. He then said he couldn't wait until Friday because he was going to the Houston for an Astros game. He said he was hoping to get hooked up with a brown daddy. He then asked if he could get one for each of us.

He then said white women or hoes. He don't understand why they are hoes, but white women are hoes. He then asked if I wanted a donkey or a camel in the ass. My mom and I were very uncomfortable and we got up and left.

The Hearne location is so crappy. Poor service and rude employees that don’t care. We waited in line last night for an hour and the get home to old dry hard chicken and called them to complain and they said to bad.

Very pissed because we have very few places to eat here and this place started out great and has turned to shit.

When I see a young girl wearing shorts that are entirely to short the girl should have been sent home for proper cloths. I called and felt as though the manager didn't take me seriously. I understand it's hot and everything but dress appropriately for work especially a restaurant.

Went to the local store ordered the number 4. It took over 30 minutes to receive my order. Two customers ordered after me and got their food before me. I didn't get any response until I started to complain about it.

I would I ever go back to this store or any of the other ones? I won't be there again. Making sure my friends know how they treat their customers.

Bought the fish special in which I won’t do that again it was 5$ now 9$ anyway the coleslaw tasted like gasoline was added I took 1 bite and I almost threw up it was so bad, y’all are about the only place that had good coleslaw but I’m afraid I’ll never go again I hope I don’t get sick

It is ridiculous the length of time that you sit at the Chicken Express in benbrook tx. There's always seven or eight young kids in there laughing and cutting up and everything but you sit in the line for a good 20 to 30 minutes. Somebody should get a handle on that store over there

i stopped by your location on hwy 157 euless tx to try the new spicy chicken nuggets. my daughter raved about them. i ordered 8 spicy nuggets, a large half sweet/half lemonade and the sweet baby ray new sauce hot honey .

well i was eating on the way home after i poured the sauce on my nuggets. it was so salty. well she gave me buffalo sauce not what i asked for. i dont eat salt. hate it. so spk with Jennifer that next day due to they ware already closed by the time i got home to ft worth tx.

m. I order an express fried chicken dinner and could not get one because they had no legs, thighs, or breast ready and had just put some done to cook. Wouldn’t you see prior to running out that your chicken was running low.

I really want to see this establishment make it as so far the food and service has been good. Running out of chicken isn’t a good way to continue good service. Sorry but I really like this place.

Ordered 2 piece Fish Fillet Combo. They were out of hushpuppies. I was offered a biscuit or roll instead. I asked if I could have fries (I didn't want the biscuit or roll). I was told no, and no other solution was offered.

After paying at the window, I was told they were out of tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce had been substituted instead. I don't eat cocktail sauce. No napkins. $12 later, I'm very disappointed.

I went to 1 of your location in Seymour,Tx. To get some food. And I ask or you all gonna make some more chickens, all they had was 3 peices left. No one answered so I order tenders instead, so after I did they pull up fresh chicken and I ask could I exchange for fresh chicken they just pulled up for 8 peice order and she said no.

So I ask could I cancel my order and leave. Since I couldn't get the order I ask for. So she call her manager and he refunded my money and told me to not come back in his store. And as I was leaving, he come behind me outside and said get your ass out of my store and don't come back.

At your location at 205 N End Blvd in marshall Tx, my boss and I received the worst treatment from a cashier that I have ever received...07/12/2023 @ 12:23...the cashier who did not have a name tag..a young black lady with long braids and long nails was the rudest person I have ever come into contact with...my boss ordered first and while he was ordering she was making faces at him..I could not believe this was happening...she was rude in her tone while speaking to him and to me...I will never visit this location again

I NEVER do anything like this because i’m just not that person, but something needs to be done I go to Chicken Express often and although the service isn’t always the best last night was awful. I went to the Pauls Valley, OK location.

I was trying to ask for a specific kind of sauce the Gentleman at the window looked at me while I was talking and shut the door on me mid sentence. Absolutely rude and terrible customer service. The people who work there DO NOT care about their job and it is very clear.

This specific location is going to lose Business due to the customer service. To also add they take at least over 10 mins to answer the drive thru even when there is not a single person in line.

My wife and I have visited the location in Terrell Texas and every time we go there it’s always something wrong on Tuesday June 20th we ordered two combo meals and on Wednesday the following night we both have suffered diarrhea and are still suffering from food poisoning from eating at the chicken express on Moore Ave in Terrell Texas.

We spoke with the owner John and he was very much in denial about “his chicken “ not being the cause of our food poisoning he did admit ( I quote)that his employees were not the best people to work there and he definitely have to keep a close watch on them end of quote.

We will never eat from any chicken express location ever. I strongly suggest that anyone eating at chicken express make sure that the food is not laying around in batter out of the cold…

I ordered a #1 with a sweet tea and honey mustard and then I asked if water was free they said yes then they only rung me up for the water and told me I'll be charged for the sweet tea if I want it $2 and some change. It's a little aggravating because I'm not going out everyday to spend money on fast food, I do it as a treat for myself.

Times are tough and I found it ridiculous they couldn't just give me my sweet tea, and I thought the sweet tea used to be a lot cheaper than that even if. I also had to ask for the honey mustard again becauseit was not there. It was Mustang. Oklahoma location

Last 2 times southwest store took forever to get order. Always out of rolls or potatoes or gravy this time it was rolls had to wait 10 more minutes chicken was terrible horribly greasy. Tasted bad and burned we live out towards water valley so no use in going back 2nd time was a charm no more chicken express

I go to the store on 183 and O'Connor the last couple time I have gone their my order is wrong or they don't have chicken that I want I always have to get a different piece also the fries taste like they have been cooked in dirty grease or in the wrong frier they are nasty..... When I order my drinks of teas and ask for half and half they can never tell me witch is witch I just don't understand why a chicken place don't have chicken ready but what do I know?

I will be waiting even longer then the last time this happen witch was about a month ago. I can only hope the next time I go it will be better.

I am an employee at the chicken express in center tx. I have been working there for several months now and have had nothing but constant problems with one of the mangers that works there. It’s not only me that has problems with her it’s almost every employee that works there.

She is rude and and absolutely disrespectful towards her co workers. She yells at employees while they are taking care of customers, she gets in our faces and try’s to put her hands on us like grabbing us. She is like a big bully that needs to be held accountable for her actions she has done nothing but make may employees quit and the make the rest of us miserable at work.

Her name is Robin, and she needs to be fired.

I stopped by the new Chicken Express in Hurst on Grapevine Hwy on March 12 at noon. I ordered an eight pice family meal , crispy with family side of mashed potatoes and family side of fried okra. $34 dollars. When I got home to my dismay , half the chicken was crispy and half was grilled

. The so called family sides were barely enough for one person.

I am not one to complain about things but this was ridiculous. Very disappointed in this new store.

I feel like I was ripped off.

The chicken express in Clyde tx has gotten worse. The chicken taste bland like no seasoning and like it’s cooked in old grease.. they keep gems order wrong every time.. I call to complain they say I get next order for free I go in and ask for my free order give my name that it’s under but they still charge me for it..

they got better for a couple months but right back to it again.. the cook is always on phone txting r just hanging around talking in back to other employees and don’t stop talking to come help customers just looks at you and nothing

At 5:33pm I visited the Chicken Express located at 3506 North Main, Taylor Texas. I placed my order of (2) #1 Combos. I live 32 miles away in Lexington Texas. I did not open my dinner until I got home, only to find that the gravy was only white water that had spilled out all over my chicken, roll and mini poppers. Quite uneatable .

Being 32 miles away I was unable to just hop into my car and take my order back, so, I did the next best thing and tried to call and make a complaint I called the number on the receipt 512-352-7666 only after about 15 rings to get the recorded message that they were not accepting calls at this time. 79 I paid refunded.

I live in Greenville Texas I ordered chicken when I left my home which is 8 Miles away I checked my phone it was 8 minutes when I got off the phone I ordered the 12 piece family meal when I got there they hadn't even dropped the chicken this isn't the first time this happens and when I have hungry children and other family members waiting for food it's upsetting when I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my chicken

My experience at Chicken Express in Fort Worth, Tx, on Sycamore School Road, 76133 was terrible. Not to mention, that your drive through lines are ridiculous and long, the customer service in the drive through, is very bad. On February 14, 2023, we ordered 3 tender meals, that come with drinks.

We pulled up to the window after ordering, the girl met us at the window, and we paid for our food. She handed us 2 drinks and our food, the closed the window. We waited for 4 or 5 minutes, and I honked to get her attention.

I said to her, "where's our Dr. " She said "we have to change out the Dr. " Instead of letting us sit there for 4 or 5 minutes, and having to honk at her to get her attention, she should've told us that when she handed us our other drinks and food, but she didn't.

i ordered chicken wings and they gave me chicken strips and I came back to get a refund and they wouldn't refund it after I called before going to tell them and they said they would give me a refund then I showed up there and refused to give me a refund.

after they hung up on me and I brought the receipt. when I talked to them on the phone they said if I was to bring the receipt to the store I could get a refund. they also called the cops and the cop was upset because they called him for no reason.

Ordered online and paid for my meal at the Denton location on Loop 288. Arrived when my text told me it would be ready and Sat in line at the drive thru for 38 minutes. When I ordered, it failed to tell me that the lobby was not open, so my only option was to wait at the drive thru.

Once I got to the order menu, I informed the person I was there to pick up an online order. The man told me to pull around. I asked to where, and he informed me to just wait in the line.

There were 5 other vehicles in line in front of me ordering while my food sat and got cold on the counter. 38 minutes later I got to the window and again told them I was picking up an order I placed online.

Went to the Cedar Hill Tx location at 3:49pm for lunch with my co worker. Both of our orders were wrong and we had to pull back through the drive thru for gravy and jalepeno ranch sauce that we already asked for.

The chicken was over cooked and the roll was so hard we couldn’t eat it. Spent $29.52 for 2 orders so when we got back to the office only ate what we could. Very poor service Very poor food

I’m only complaining that the person working the drive-thru window and register, really needs to know, menu’s pricing and food options. Here is why… I ordered a 2 piece tender snack pack, okra, and large tea. Pulled to the window, he tells me, $9.80.

I question him, said this can’t be right, this means the snack pack costs as much or more than combo’s with more tenders?

He said he doesn’t know the menu that well, or the choices and prices, he “just says what the register says.” I decided not to argue or ask for a manager, I had an hour drive to work and the line was long.

I go to CE at least once a week and I have had the worse experience with them ever. 49 on my debit card on 12/6/22 at the drive thru. 90. 59! I have contacted the Store on Meadowbrook multiple times - and nothing! 59!

And right here at Christmas Time.... My kids are going to have to go without because Chicken Express will not refund me my money. Melanie Ivory over that store has stopped responding to my text messages and Jordan Woolf who calls himself a Director of Operations has also stopped responding to my messages.

I guess my next steps are to tell my story all over social media and try to call the headquarters. They have definitely lost a good customer due to not doing what is right and taking care of business!

Well , there are many issues with the chicken express on Gilmer Rd. In Longview Tx. They have no manners, including the manager. I’ve had several incidents with this place where they have had absolutely no respect and certainly no customer service or appreciation.

What is wrong with the employees of that place. Everyone of them that interact with the public act like it’s bothering them that they have to take an order from someone. ”” Like it’s my fault they can’t hear the order.

The signs at Chicken Express in Port Neches are in such bad shape and have been for a very long time. The appearance is not pleasing to the shopper at all. It is actually I would think it would be an embarrassment to your corporation.
