My son was at the Ramsey, New Jersey location of Chili’s last night. He ordered the mac & cheese and there was a piece of plastic in his food. He was too embarrassed to say anything. We should get a full refund or our money back somehow.

Steak over cooked . Manager said we ate more than 50%(not true)so nothing she could do. Sorry we have been customers at this Chilis for over 10 years and will not return. Customers that purchase a high priced menu item should be treated with a little more respect.

We used to know most of the employees but it seems there has been high turnover. Manager involve not the general manager. Check # 3020117

I went to the chili's on state farm pkwy in Birmingham AL at 8:18 pm. All chairs was on top of table and cleaning was completed for shut down. I asked were they really already closed and young lady said they had been closed. Come back another day.

Online it showed to be open to 9 pm. How can you expect to stay in business if you are closing an hour earlier than what is posted online? I am extremely disappointed and pissed off that i have to go eat fast food instead of dine in tonight

had a painful experience at your Chili in Topeka Kansas on Wanamaker. I am 68 year old Black woman who frequently dines at Chili's with my adult children and Grands. The experience depends on who is working. I request a both for health reasons and have no issue waiting.

This Sunday the waitress decided it was a issue not to take the table with the chairs. There were 12 booths closed in a section. She place the 3 of us in a booth slam against the wall at the entrance with the ripped seat and ants and loopzided seating.

I did not enjoy my me a l because I felt like I was in a baby chair with my adult bust in direct danger.

Tried to use a coupon at Chili's on Millerville Ave. In Baton Rouge,LA. last Thursday, 6/15/23. They were closed for indoor service all day due to staffing shortages. Tried again today at lunch. Only staff to support Bar Side- saw a total of 3 employees.

I put in a to go order 45 minutes later my order came out my food was wrong, 15 minutes after that order came back out completely sloppy. Drowned in sauce. manger looked at it and said that's very sloppy.

the first thing i asked for was a refund i told him i was very hungry and his ability to handle conflict resolution was at zero. bottom line i left extremely hungry and upset. i remained calm soft spoken and walked out.

this just happened and it's 11:08 pm and everything is pretty much closed thank you chili's team for the force food fast.

My mother and I are on vacation on the way to Gulf Shores Al. We stopped in Batesville Mississippi for the night. We went to Chili’s very hungry been on the road for 9 hours. Got there at 7. Did not receive food til 8:30.

Was not checked on but 1 time. Was told our food was on the way and was still 45 minutes later before we received it. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and my mother had steak potato and a salad.

Me and my husband went to the restaurant on 5/4/23. We do go frequently to Chili’s my husband loves the burgers! I decided to have a house salad and it was the worse salad I have ever had! The salad was so warm and wilted!

There was also a big chunk of the CORE of the lettuce in it! It was awful! My husband is one not to complain so I decided I will put in a complaint online!

Hello, I literally spent $52 at the Chili’s location on Hikes Ln., Louisville, KY only for my food to be old and cold, and the rice that I received with both of my meals ordered was hard and old the beans were cold, the shrimp tacos, taste flavorless there is no sauce on them that was missing as well. The ribs were hard I specifically asked in advance before I ordered, if the ribs were tender, I don’t know what happened, but I am very dissatisfied spending $52 for food that to me, means your food should be accurate

I was in your Bala Cynwyd restaurant on Monday January 16th @4;45pm. My family and I was told it will be a 45minute wait, the restaurant was practically empty. We was finally seated after waiting 45minutes. We placed our order and my husband asked for a side of ribs to go with his platter.

Before our meal came out a server came to our table with a packed meal to go and asked if it was ours, we said no it must be someone's takeout order. Waitress never came back to the table to see if we needed refills or anything, we had to ask the busboy if he could get our waitress for us so my son could order dessert and pay our tab.

My family and I are at chilis in Slidell,La on Nee Years Eve. My 10 year old son was served raw chicken wings. We received no apologies and still paid for the raw chicken wings even after the manager was made aware.

July 14,22/ check #302007 . The food was unacceptable. Tiny broken chips, chicken was fried and re fried (crispers). co slaw was sour warm and translucent obviously not fresh. )it is "our Chilis we live 5 minutes away and they always assist with my wife's walking disability.

I ordered the triple dipper for lunch around 1:48 pm on 6/16/22 at Chilis Restaurant, Jackson Ms on Briarwood Dr. My food was barely warm, my wings were kind of old like rubbery/stale. My Eggs Rolls were full of grease with hardly any ingredients in the rolls!

My burger bits were cold. I also had the Spinach Queso it was really good! I was very disappointed today because I love eating at this restaurant especially the pasta!

Airport location at Harry Reid Airport, Las Vegas, NV.

Entered @ approx 7:20 pm. Sat @ bar as a solo traveler. 4 males seated at bar. 10 minutes past before acknowledged by bartender. Yet, in that 10 mins, he continued to socialize with his 4 (male customers). I ordered a drink listed on menu, only to be told it was not available.

Went there Friday April 1st with my girlfriends. Got a sizzling fajita. Was not sizzling. Cold. Went to the kitchen because the waitress never came back so they could touch it. Lady said”Oh My God”. My friend’s burger was not well done and it took forever for her to get her refire.

We had dinner last night at your International Drive location in Orlando, Florida. The place was very filthy, the floors were dirty and sticky and floor had garbage like tissue papers, food on the floor. Tables and booth were dirty to sit on. Food was cold. Stopped at the local Chili's restaurant, store # 1191, Albq,NM. On 2/26/22 at 1445 hrs. The worker at the door informed us it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Despite the number of empty tables, we waited. And in the 15-20 minutes, numerous couples, families came in and were all told the same thing. And I mean numerous!

I am both a paying customer as well as a door dash driver. So I'm here literally all the time!! There is always an issue. Tonight especially. 3 out of 4 times I have come to the Raynham MA location.

I've had to wait over an hour for and order, just to find out the were out of an item, so I had to wait even longer. They missed a drink from another order, which effects My job as far as tips, and rating for door dash.

This time I sitting here for 15 minutes not one person has come over to me at all to say anything or greet me. I made solid eye contact with each of the 6 employees that walked by. I had to walk up to one to get their attention.

She was rude while speaking to me. And never came back to give me an update as she said she would. I can't even begin to understand. I had to speak…

Chili’s in traders point Indianapolis What’s is up with them. They have Very little patronage and still don’t want to wait on you.. You go over there you barley get seated and then they all disappear in the kitchen.

I never do curbside. My granddaughter knew how and loves Chili’s but it was horrible. Charged my card 2 times. Waited outside for order never bought it outside. I had to go in and get my order of course it was cold when we got it home.

My 4 year old sliders were hard and he told us it was hard so we checked them. Then the food cold and you charged my card twice. Just horrible..
