My son was at the Ramsey, New Jersey location of Chili’s last night. He ordered the mac & cheese and there was a piece of plastic in his food. He was too embarrassed to say anything. We should get a full refund or our money back somehow.

Hello, I literally spent $52 at the Chili’s location on Hikes Ln., Louisville, KY only for my food to be old and cold, and the rice that I received with both of my meals ordered was hard and old the beans were cold, the shrimp tacos, taste flavorless there is no sauce on them that was missing as well. We had dinner last night at your International Drive location in Orlando, Florida. The place was very filthy, the floors were dirty and sticky and floor had garbage like tissue papers, food on the floor. Tables and booth were dirty to sit on. Food was cold.
