Nov2 I went to chills and ate and had a 4 beers and been going every day for one month. Yesterday was the worst. This manager came out and said to me you need to calm down and I said what did I do ?

I thought they was my friends but I guess not manager said lower your voice I said how can I do that when it is not raise Ed . she kept saying it so I said call to point she did not get her way so I did leave and never go back ever again.

I was so upset I came home and. Got sick I have never in my whole life been in trouble with the police . I will spread the word on her actions. She I think so gross . I’m so done !

59 plus a molted cake . On the kiosk we saw 2 sodas were charge separate and one meal was charge regular. We told our waiter about if and he took 15 min to come back then we told him the molted cake was not here yer and he said oh it was not a cookie you wanted so at that point we canceled our molted cake.

Then we told him about the bill and he said oh you didn't order your appetizer so it's charging you regular ,I reminded him at the beginning of order we told them one chips and salsa were to go so he went and brought a bag of chips and the salsa but stop to another table first then drops the bag of chips and pretended he went to change it but

Ordered food to go, waitress left as credit card was being processed. I could not Finish process because I needed paper receipt and she was not there to facilitate process. I went to kitchen door where waitress went but could see no one, after awhile went back asked bartender for receipt.

Bartender said he couldn"t help me. I explained I wanted to leave, go next door and come back for food. Bartender left to get waitress came back and told me she would be right there. After awhile asked bartender again to help me, he stated waitress was making my food to be patient.

00 e gift cards. 00 I was advised that the account was closed. I contacted guest services on numerous occasions since July 30,2021, and I was advised twice that it was used in Orange Park,Fla on 6/17/21. I did not use this gift card ,I live in NJ and was not in Florida at that time.

On 08/07/2021 I placed an order in person at chili's in Rivergate, Nashville Tn and I ordered the triple dipper w/ crisper's, southwestern eggrolls, and boneless buffalo wings also I ordered an order of eggrolls. My food was burned and over cooked, I've never experienced this with them before, so I called back and the manager name Tim said he would refund my money back to my card. I spent 29.13 that day and not yet have I received my money back on my card. Now when I call, it's the run around for me. I have spent tons of money with them ordering party trays once a month, I am very disgusted with this chili's right now and it is not permissable when people spend their hard earned money for food like that.

I wanted to try something different today… I placed a pay in store pick up order. Upon arriving I had to stand in line with people place orders in store and I already placed my order online. Then the young lady threw all my food in one bag and didn’t put the lid on my sauce cup tightly.

So my food is all over the place and I lost most of my order because of this.

To whom this may concerns, I went to Chilis located 14534 S Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL 33484 on Thursday June 17th at 10:30pm with my older friend and my baby, it was pouring outside and we knew chilis closes at 11pm and when we walked in this young lady sat us at a table and 5 mins later this young man name Briguel walked in with attitude and

said this section is close and moved us to a different section of the restaurant, so I took my son to the bathroom to change his cloths cause we were wet and Briguel walked up to us right by the bathroom and said you need to hurry and order cause kitchen is closing again with an attitude.

I received your email to purchase a gift certificate today and get 2 $10 gift certificates today only on 4/29/2021. I went through the process to purchase it about 6 times. I used multiple credit cards, and all my information was correct. Each time it rejected my information saying it was not correct. I called customer support and she was of little help. This is extremely frustrating. I finally was locked out. During a normal week we would purchase food from Chili's about once a week but I am rethinking this since this was so aggravating. Ate at Stt Augustine Florida. Started with chips and salsa. The salsa was like water without any flavor. Asked for me and the bartender brought out the same thing. The chips were very greasy. Did. It eat it. Then the food came out.

There was a hair in my husbands entree. They did replace it but still charged us 50%. I was done with mine before his was replaced. It just wasn’t what we are use to eating at chili’s. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

We visited Chilis in Reno, NV on Mc Carren Blvd/ S. Virginia on 3/28/21. Our visit began with a long wait which we later discovered is because people were not cleaning tables. The floors were filthy and tables were covered with dirty dishes.

What used to be one of my favorite restaurants has not changed as I don't think it is close to a clean environment. What should have been a 45 minute dining experience was 2 hours as well!

I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta add shrimp on March 18,2021. My noodles were sticky ,hard and old and my chicken was undercooked. I'm usually there 3-4 times a week because it's closer to my job. So when I called and tried to explain ,the rep told me hold on and never came back to the phone.

Ordered guiltless steak medium well it came out rare. The asparagus was cold not cooked at all. I also ordered 6 grilled shrimp which were omitted. The triple dipper buffalo wings were old as well as the southwest egg rolls.

I had not eaten out since quarantine begin in mid-March. I met my friend at Chili's in Delavan, WI (#1731) to order food to go. We ordered and paid separately at the "to go" window. I ordered the 3 for $10 selecting chips, bacon burger, diet Coke.

My friend's order was also 3 for 10 but with Margarita chicken. We gave our names, Ellen and Tammy, and phone numbers and they said they would call when the orders were ready. We waited immediately outside the door. After about 15 minutes we went in to check.

A different person from our original server (David) told us one order was ready, but we could pay while we waited. We laughed and said, we had already paid. She told us Tammy had, but Ellen (me) had not. I had the receipt in my hand and held it out.

She didn't look at it, just told me again…

I was at Lebanon tn with my husband, 2 sons,brother his wife an 18 month old son. We ask for a high chair an they told us we had to have 2 tables because it was ro many at a table.

Thats total crap right across from us was a table with 5 adults an a child in a high chair but they were black an we are white that is racist against use i will be contacting a attorney on this matter. Thank you we will never be back in a chillis again.

I purchase one chicken Fajitas and one shrimp Fajitas. My chicken was over cook it was rubber and well we didnt get any shrimp at all but we got alot of bell peppers and onions. I got 1 cup of cheese and 1 cup of sour cream.

Which is probably a teaspoon. I wasted my money and time everytime I try this place I get some dog food. This is so sad.

The Laplace location can have 20 tables open and still have a 20 minute wait to be seated and the managers are no shows when you ask to speak with one!!! Employees have attitude problems as well

Today after church we went to Chilis to eat with another couple. They finally seated us with a menu. We picked out what we wanted and never saw a waitress or waiter. It wasn't crowded and around 12:10 pm. We saw one waitress waiting on people.

No one even looked at us. The man in our group went to the back to asked for help. They said ok but never got help and after waiting a while we got up and left and went somewhere else.

This is the second time we have had this happen. The other time was during the week and we left and went to Jalepeno Tree and got great service which we always do. Chilis is going down here and I have heard several people complain about their service here.

We were at Chilis in Marshall, Texas on Hwy. 59. Don't think I will try it again.

05 and still no service we eventually got up and left something I don’t like to do as I do take into consideration of how busy it can be at times, but last evening customers that were seated after us got served promptly, I’m very disappointed in the service at chili’s last evening had to go to another restaurant for service.

BUT in the past few years, food and service has really gone downhill. SOOOO, i gave it one LAST shot. Went to Chilis #1387 in Grand Prairie, TX on 10/12/19. Horrible service and food. Went at 3:33pm and nobody was there, sat in bar area and still bad service. 99 table entertainment??? What table entertainment?

I went to the Chilli’s in Durham nc. Ordered 3 meals and specifically requested wings worth the sauce on the side with egg rolls. Got home with the take out and the wings were dripping in sauce and the egg rolls were soaked in Bbque sauce.

I could not eat any of the egg rolls and only one wing. BBQ sauce was every where. Disappointed

I contacted you before with no response. Went to Chili's in Courtyard, Pt. St. Lucie West, Fl. Had to seat ourselves, clean our table off. Loaded mashed potatoes had big black chunk in them piece of rotten potato. She gave me corn in place.

Fajitas were wrapped I thin foil, once you open they dried up. Never eat in Chili's again. We use to eat there once a week. The have really gone down hill.

I Ordered a To-Go order on WednesdayJune 12, at approximately 10:20 pm. I ordered a steak as one of the entrees for the $2-25, and fahitas for the other. I also ordered a cookie for desert.

This is not the first time this has happened - I asked for a well-done steak, I also indicated 3 times PLEASE no pink, no pink, no pink! I don't want to order out, and have to cook my to go order! I work late and that is why I ordered out.

I ask for bacon on the texas fries to be well done, as you can see it is raw. The cookie was 1/2 cooked - I guess you can't order to go late if you want good food that you ordered - The person on the phone said I had 10 minutes left to order - I didn't know that meant it would be the "way we can whoop if up in 10 minutes"!

went to chilis 12987 atlantic beach jax.fl 6-4- 19 with daughter 2 grandsons-hamburger came out with cheese sent back waited 15 min came back raw- sent back after a half hour when all everyone was finished with their food i said forget it i'm done-no manager came over at anytime-they were not busy- tim was great not his fault the hamburger was taken off the bill but only after i said i would not pay for it- ordered hamburger well done not raw cheeseburger!

Took my Wife and three kids to eat at Chili's tonight and are service was horrible!! Not only was the server rude and unpleasant with us but we all ordered steaks and the all came back raw. So after sending are steak's back we then had to wait for 30 mins to get them back so we could eat, after we got them back they were still not right but

we was uneasy about complaining once again so we decided to just pack them in Togo boxes and get are desserts and leave. Well that took another 30 mins because the waitress forgot to put are dessert order in so we had to wait more.

We got one hlaf apology that wasn't sincere by the way they acted we felt real uncomfortable and it was a bad eating experience. This has not just happened once but twice and I feel as if I would never go back to that…

This afternoon I placed an order on line through my stores app. immediately I went to my car to go pickup my paid order and found I could not drive there. I called the number several times for several minutes and I'm still calling and no one answers the store's number 502-301-8880. still no answer.

Every time my sister and I eat at chili’s they always seat us close to the bar, why? We are 64 and 66 years of age, we don’t want to be by noise bar, this last week we ask to be seated in the main dining room and no one in there , but

Went to the Chili's in Greenwood, In 46142 with my Great granddaughter after pre K as a special treat. As soon as we got our food she needed to potty went to ladies room maybe 5 min came back a waiter is busing our table untouched food.

I live in Arkansas but a lot of my family lives in Nacogdoches, Texas. Last Sunday night, me & six family members went to the Chili's in Nacogdoches. m. and we were not able to leave until 10:00 due to extremely poor service.

We first ordered drinks & after a long while, everyone got their drinks except me. I asked the waitress if she forgot mine and she said she would be right back with it. It was another 20 minutes before I got it.

My husband and want to Chilis Manassas Va. General manager Bob Sloan. On 4/5/19 we came to enjoy dinner and drinks as we have many times over he years at out local Chilis. We always received great service by the bartender but that was not the case yesterday.

We had a server this time this young man walked by our table so many times without even saying hello at this point we decided to leave. Awful dinner experience with 9 customers waiting extreme time, improperly cooked simple food (like burgers and chicken fingers), manager unavailable for an hour and when he did show he was rude and could have cared less. Experienced the worst service in my entire life last Saturday, 3-23-19, from the Chilli's, OKC I Meridian #31, 1704 S Meridian Ave. OKC, OK 73108. I couldn't remove the 1 star... I would give a -10 for this South Meridian, OKC, OK location!

The overall all service from waitress and from the general manager when asked to speak to regarding our service as well as the time it took, was an -10. It was mid day, so not a Saturday Night Crowd, Neither the waitress nor the General Manager cared, but they were sure johnny on the spot to come get our money.

Chili's Wolfchase in Memphis, Tn. We come to Chiii's all the time and this is by far the worse experience I have had there. I'm not going to comment on the service we got from Tiny and the other hostess before we were seated because i'm sure the other 6 guest have commented on that.

After we were seated our waiter came over Craig who was very attentive took our orders. We order 4 salads and a soup which did not come before our entree. a table that was seated 5 minutes after us received their food first before we did.

Good afternoon On Saturday March9,2019 I visited the Chili at 3490 W century Blvd Inglewood California. Once in side we were never greeted instead we waited from3pm-3:12pm to even be acknowledge by an employee once the young girl came back to the front she stated let me finish what I am doing and I will assist you.

I want you to know that I went to the chillis at northlake in charlotte nc. worst experience in all my 52 years. food which was my grand kids kids meals took over 40 minutes to come out. one of my grand kids is special needs and she was hungry horrible experience.

My cousin (in town for business) and I was at the Chili's in Pooler #1545 270 Pooler Parkway, Pooler, GA 31322. Our server name is Skylir Leach, I would never forget her name due to the fact that she was very unprofessional about the clarity of what we order from the menu.

The food was fine and she checked on us periodically but the lack of respect she gave us when I received my bill and it had items that we didn't requested.
