My cousin (in town for business) and I was at the Chili's in Pooler #1545 270 Pooler Parkway, Pooler, GA 31322. Our server name is Skylir Leach, I would never forget her name due to the fact that she was very unprofessional about the clarity of what we order from the menu.
The food was fine and she checked on us periodically but the lack of respect she gave us when I received my bill and it had items that we didn't requested.
First when ordering she said she understood everything what was asked of her but when at the end when confronted about the items on the bill she said she never said those thing and she understood everything again. We were at Chili's on Sunday 2/17/19 to celebrate my husbands birthday. The Chili's location is on 790 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver Co. 80222. We are regular customers and have never had a problem with the food or service before.
Our waiters name was Cameron. He was very poor compared to all the other servers we had in the past. He never checked up on us and he put a wrong chicken strip order in on my daughters dinner and when it got corrected I was charged on my credit card for 2 chicken strip dinners instead of just one dinner like it should have been. 00 tip.

We visited tonite in pittsfield,mass. My wife's fourth time. 00. For the 3rd time for my wife the entree came out before the apetizer. That is what she usually orders because it fits our budget. When talking to the manager it was sorry we're very busy.

Good afternoon. I would like to explain a situation I had at the Chili's Restaurant on February 9, 2019, located at 12571 Jefferson Avenue - Newport News, Virginia. My wife and I entered the restaurant and the hostess tells us that that it would be a 20-25 minute wait - no problem.
She takes down my first name and my cell phone number and states that, they would call our name when a table is available. I went to the Chilis Grill & Bar on 29563 Plymouth Rd, Livonia, MI today I ordered two bowls of soup and the California Flat bread, the flat bread is not cooked well and looks like raw bread not browned at all it has little bits of chicken on it that look like ground chicken it was suppose to be a chicken flatbread.
I took a picture of it. I would have taken it back but today we had a Ice storm today and my daughter came over and took me to get something to eat. I eat these all the time so I know how they should look there are usually strips of chicken on them.
I have never had one that looked like trash before. I am very disappointed, I used my gift card for this purchase, I have all the information from the purchase if you need it.
We went to Chilis to celebrate our 41th wedding anniversary with the family. We were told it would take approximately 30 to 35 minutes. We waited for an hour. We were given a booth for all of us. We had my grand-daughter with us and we asked for a high chair and were told they did not know whether we could use one because of the waiters walking back and forth.
if you don't know something then why not ask upper management. They gave us a portable chair to put next to us which was uncomfortable and our movement limited. in addition we had already seen another child in a high chair and that did not present a problem.

when we were seated and gave our drink order to the waitress and specifically asked for unsweetened tea with lemon and diet coke. she brought the tea without lemon, and said they were out of diet coke. we then had to ask for straws, napkins, and utensils.

On 10/12/18 I visited chilis at 4289 s Tamiami trl venice, fl. When I was going to pay for my meal I planned to use the balance of the gift card we used to purchase our meal a week earlier from the same chilis. My complaint at the Bellingham store on 10/13/18 was that the restaraunt was extremely cold. I addresses this with a waiter snd he told me that he was cold too. (With an attitude). I rhen expressed my concern ro our waitress and she told me tha they were having issues because a former manager licked all the thermostats.

I will never go back to the Chili's in Auburndale Florida again. My husband took me there for my birthday on January 2nd, and our service started out with an off color joke. Then the gentleman told us that we would have 2 servers and introduced us to a young lady. Weird but OK.

It is always too cold when we go to Chili's. So cold that it makes me ill. So cold that my fiancee's food is cold before he can eat it. We complain all the time. Yet it continues to be cold.

I took my wife to dinner at the Chilis on Gibson in Albuquerque New Mexico. We walked in and were greeted promptly. The hostess sat us in a booth I sight of her station, gave us menus and said that our server will be with us shortly.
Fifteen minutes passed as we watched our server walk past us several times attending to one of the three tables that had customers. Not once did he acknowledge us, or bring us water! The hostess kept looking our way and I think she could have brought us water.
