The Chipotle con Main Street in Summerville, SC is terrible. We went in around 6:30 pm. They were out of all meats except chicken and pork. They were out of vegetables (peppers and onions), and they were out of corn too.

I asked what time did they close, and was told 11:00pm. I don’t think they were going to continually tell people “we’re out”. I think the staff was too lazy to replenish the food. And, to add insult to injury, when I got home with my food to eat, the brown rice was not fully cooked.

It was hard in the middle. ’ If I could rate less than 5 stars, I would.

I went in on 1/17/2014 and got two Carne Masada bowls and the salsa on them was old I tried calling the Millington Tennessee location no one answered. I spent 26 dollars and couldn't eat my bowl.

Placed an order online and went on pick up time. Was asked name, given order that was supposed to be mine. When I got home discovered that this order was someone else's. Tried to call the restaurant but was transferred to a customer service who was of no help at all.

They would not let me talk nor listen to what happened. I wanted to talk to a manager at the store but they said no one was answering the phone. I live 10 miles from the restaurant so I had to take this order and return back.

That is a total of 30 unnecessary miles for a really stupid reason. I would like compensated for this terrible mistake!!! The employees at this particle restaurant need retraining o how to service customers. Attitudes are terrible and now I see why this particular restaurant has such low reviews.

We ate at Robinson twp Pgh pa and it was horrible. The restaurant was dirty so was the bathroom. They didn’t have any salad dressing for my salad snd they had no ice for the fountain drinks but offered a large warm beverage for the price of a small.

Rude staff, host name:Christopher, I am vegetarian where I found that place run out of Veggies, When I asked for side like Gauc which I was not added in bowl and cheese for kids they said I need to pay extra, Keep arguing, Manager also helping their staff on this behavior and louder on the customer.

Such an irresponsible behavior and make us feel embarrassed in front of others. From last so many times they are out of ingredients. I am really feeling depressed about it. That was my son's birthday and they screwed up our day.

when store run out of ingredient never minus the price then why staff arguing for one or two sides? I am not expecting free food here but expect something that will not happen again with someone else. Hope you understand!

I purchased 3 cheese dip I started to eat one it had chunks of meat in it which is cross contamination and shocking to me I tried to call could not get threw on phone called customer service very rude I I didn’t have receipt cause they never gave me one I told her I have the cheese incase they needed a picture I am handicapped so I was not going to go back with the gross product then she asked me the address I don’t know the address I said it’s the one in Salem New Hampshire she then

I received the wrong order I couldn't get a refund. We couldn't eat the food given to us because it was too spicy. I got an email refund in the form of six different QR codes. I tried the next day to use them and get my full meal and I was told I can only use one QR code at a time.

On June 8, 2023 I made a complaint about my order being cold. I’ve yet to receive any response to my complaint and this is unprofessional. My order number is 1M3-XA9. I would like some type of response to my issue. I spent a lot of money and I’m truly upset by this. I also feel like that pepper service isn’t working it doesn’t resolve issues at all. I would rate my experience as ZERO at 2609 W Jefferson St, Joliet, IL for lunch at 12:20 PM…this restaurant opens at 10:30. We wanted to order a burrito bowl but we were told that there was no fajita veggies as they didn’t cut them.

For us, the burrito just isn’t the same without the peppers and onions. This is the second time we have experienced this at this location. Then we decided to go to the other restaurant located 2848 Plainfield Rd. Joliet, IL at 12:45 PM.

Same issue…no fajita veggies and the chicken wasn’t ready.

An order was placed for my employees to be picked up @ 11:40am at the Krocks Rd location Allentown, Pa. When we arrived we were told give them a minute that our order was being bagged up. Needles to say we waited another 10min to get our order.

The food was COLD, SOGGY, and the Burito Bowl had paper mixed in with the actual food!!!!!!! We ordered 2 Organtic Lemonades and only received 1, and one of our guacamoli cups were turning brown!!!!! Terrible to say the least....

I called and scheduled a catering order for 05/16/23 for an executive luncheon which was at 12:00 advised delivery by 11:30, on the 16th I am waiting for the order to be delivered. I picked up my phone to call and noticed I had 2 calls so I called the number back and it was the delivery driver a Doordash/Uber driver.

This is not what I expected, he had breakfast and lunch catered on Monday and Tuesday and all the other restaurants delivered the food and set up the food or helped to set up the food. The delivery driver was not provided the suite number and I know the suite number was given.

The driver advised me that he was told to leave the lunch in the lobby, he states he has been doing deliveries for so long that he knew that with the amount of food he had and with this being a office…

The food at the Attleboro, MA location is awful. Our dinner was really cold and I got home with it in 10 minutes. I watched the guy making my food make a sloppy mess of it. Last time I was there a fly landed on my burrito and my husband had to ask them to remake it.

The chips are always stale. I didn’t want a buy on get one free burrito from you to resolve ,my problem I wanted a refund for the food we had to toss out. I never want to go back to this place again.

Myself along with others have visited the store located at 446 Robinson Ave. Barberton Ohio 44203 and for a substantial time period the establishment has chosen not to give change to their patrons purchasing food, keeping the money for themselves.

We have checked numerous Chipotle locations to investigate the change procedure and each chain was appalled at the Barberton location antics. As a matter of fact out of the 83 multiple restaurants (9 being Chipotle) visited in the last 3 months not one has failed to make proper change and not pocket the excess money.

If this is not addressed immediately your Barberton store will be on the news.

The Delray Beach store on W Atlantuc Ave is deplorable. Rude racist cashier how clearly hates her job. She throws my order into a bag even though I told her I was dining I. The soda machine us completely empty because YOUR employees are ti lazy to refill it.

I asked for a refund because I did not get my soda and the cashier with long brands just snarled at me. The store is filthy. Fruit flies in the juice dispenser and sludge all over the glass containing the juice.

I am calling the Dept of Health. If you employees don't like white people then let them work at Church's chicken

When the restaurant opened in Roseburg Oregon I was so excited to get a new great place to eat. I was so disappointed the first time I went. They were out of chicken, mild salsa and guacamole. The restaurant was so dirty also.

I thought, why are you even open if you aren’t ready for customers and don’t have the staff to clean. Then I thought I’d give it another chance and see if they got their act together a few months later.

They had the ingredients, but the restaurant was even more unorganized and filthy! Tables were not occupied and dirty and the kitchen was an absolute mess with food on every surface visible! The cashier wasn’t doing anything but waiting for people to check out.

I was a loyal Chipotle customer in Buford Georgia . When we went in they were wiping down the steam table so I ask are you closing they told us no they closed at 11pm. We have gone 2 more times sense then and today we decided we will no longer go.

Just received a call from my traumatized wife and kids after the "Manager" basically told her and my kids not to come back. She accused my wife of "Harassing" her for telling them that the portion of chicken looked too small for a $10 bowl of rice.

The Manager rained "Profanities / F-Bombs" down on her in front of my kids and a line of customers. (My wife does not curse).

Obviously this "Manager" has no business in this position and the staff needs to be better trained in customer service.

This behavior is entirely beyond unprofessional and rises to the level of verbal assault to the point where my wife felt threatened by this "Manager"…

I wanted to share my husbands experience yesterday and today. He is a door dasher and frequents this forest lake located a lot. He witnessed a employee grab the trash can then proceed to make burritos with that same glove.

Today was a little different. The employee dug into the trash can to get a receipt and then proceeded to make a burrito. I have photos of this place with trash all over the floor. This place should be shut down. It is disgusting. Staff are rude.

Food is overcooked, dry and always have something they are out of. I will never go to this location. Oh and is there any staff there that is over 18. No reasonable manager. Does the health department know about this?

I like chipotle I’ve been going a long time, but this this is unacceptable. I mentioned to an employee behind the cash register. He apologized, then did nothing to give you an analogy. It was like sitting in a garbage dump and not a restaurant.

Last week I walked out and today I did the same thing for a different reason.

Today I went there and couldn’t order a quesadilla in person because they were low and said they were only able to fulfill online orders. So I stepped aside to place an online order. I placed on online order today for a burrito and chips, what I received was a bowl and no tortilla or chips. I went into the store a few weeks ago and got the right burrito but no chips. When I called the store I’m told nothing can be done for me , that I have to call corporate.

So two orders in two weeks have been wrong and I spent $25 to not receive what I ordered. Frustrating!

Placed and online order that was never delivered and couldn’t cancel it after 4 hours passed till the order was canceled by chipotle. Then the times just kept getting pushed back till it was canceled. As well as the refund wasn’t able to happen because I used a gift card so I tipped and paid tax and service fee for nothing.

Will never bring do this again especially from chipotle because this is where I always have an issue

My family and I have gone several times to the chipotle here in Newnan, Ga. The past at least three times, the portion sizes have been very small, there were never any grilled veggies for a vegetarian bowl and it appears dirty and unkept.

The workers seem stressed and overworked and appear not be have been trained properly. I am disappointed and really wanted to give this a place a chance as it is part of our community. I have spend atleast $55 dollars every time I go as I get food for my my family

I visited chipotle in Yuba City CA. on January 13 at 12 noon. They do not have any garlic steak and said it would take 15 minutes to receive it. They also has no the fajitas available and there wasn’t any cooking on the grill.

I was disappointed because I could not get neither one of those items that were on the menu, and what bothered me the most is it was 12 noon how could they be out of these staple items on the menu?

This is the 2nd time I have been to this store and they were completely out of items and I was told no one prepared them so we don't have them. the sour cream was liquid but the employee ensured me it was ok .. no excuse for this.

It is definitely not a way to run a business. To use lack of staffing as excuse it not ok either when you have multiple employees standing around. This is very unfortunate for your company as a franchise.

I ordered food via the UberEats app from Chipotle at 847 Washington Street on 12/16/22. And my order came exactly 2 hours later. Changed 3 different drivers, I couldn't communicate with any of the drivers. Tacos were not stuffed enough. I was not at all satisfied with your service.

Hello, I am sure this is not the place I should place my frustrations but since your website does not provide ways to contact you, so I will leave my concerns here. My family and I went to one of your location (see below) last night and placed an order.

this store is still failing to give me a correct order, for over 2-years, 108-orders, and 41-complaints, they still continue to give me the wrong order at this 3300 Alpine ave NW 49544 store, and have refused to make it right. from 3/14/20 to 4/18/22 i placed 108-orders, about $6500.00 was spent and every single one was wrong, i only complained about 41 of these orders, because i just don't have the time to file these complaints, and i am still waiting to be compensated.

I recently visited the Fort Worth Ave location in Dallas,Tx for carry out. Going through the line it felt like I was being rushed through the line, the worker moved so fast , I had to repeat every request.

Lastly, the rice in my burrito was extremely stale and hard, I couldn't finish my food because I was difficult to chew. I dont know what can be done but I want to make sure that the food is fresh for myself and others in the future.

5 times now in the past month I have tried to have either lunch or dinner at my local chipolte in prescott arizona I usually order a chicken bowl and I love the sauce/ dressing that is supposed to come with it everytime now no sauce either ran out not making any more or blender is broken.
