As a long time customer I thought you should hear about the horrible experience my son and I had at one of your restaurants last Friday evening. We have always enjoyed Chipolte until our experience. We walked into the store on Cliff Road in Eagan, MN around 7pm only to be told it was on-line ordering only. No big deal.

We proceeded to order on-line and select a time offered for pickup. Not only did we sit there 30 minutes longer than the app said it was ready for pickup but we watched as 5 of the 6 employees sat around behind the counter on their phones and/or chatting amongst themselves.

The store was filled with others waiting to get their orders and only one employee (whom I actually felt bad for) was doing her very best to fill the orders. Once our order was called we proceeded to…

Today at about 4:30pm I went to chipotle off if Howe/arden in the sacramento area and all the doors was locked. One of the workers was coming in as well and had us follow him to the side door that was locked also.

There was about 6 people already in line and the 1 staff behind the counter was busy doing online orders. There was no one assuming current customers. I watched about 4 more people try and get into the door and was still locked.

All of the employees knew the doors were locked and final one girl asked if the girl running the register will unlock the doors. I will not be coming back here I might just put chipotle to the back burner and let other people know do not go to this location the workers are not trying to work.

I went to chipotle in Eastlake Ohio and the staff was rude and they completely messed up my orders I had six orders they rushed me through the orders and did not give me what I asked for and they were out of a lot of the ingredients I wanted in my orders. This place is terrible.

In one order as an example it contained some, beans corn and cheese not what I ordered that was it. I think that they should give me a store credit or refund me my money. Because the food was so terrible and the orders were wrong I told my co-workers that I would just give them there money back.

I know there is a work shortage of employee but what accounts for the poor customer service. Disappointed and will not be eating there for a while.

Good Afternoon- I have visited the Chipotle store on Perryville Road in Rockford Ill for years, have had several issues with them & cleanliness,however, we try to go back because we do like the food & want to support chipotle. Recently I have been there three times in the past few months and each time there is a sign that says they are only excepting cards or exact change.

After my third visit I asked why the sign was still up that I have been there two previous times and they said the same thing they were only excepting cards or exact change and the woman said it’s easier this way so they don’t have to get money from the bank.

In Stamford ct . High Ridge Rd. This chain is horrible. I’ve been there three times and they never have dressing for salads. I’ve been to many other locations before . All having dressings always. It’s dirty. With rude poorly trained staff.

The chicken is burning on the grill. I have never seen such a mess. The line is out the door with one server. Will never return to this location. They didn’t even have lettuce. This place should be closed.

This is the second time I went to the Chipotle on Groveport rd and it was absolutely terrible. I love Chipotle and got there at least twice a week and thought possible the first time was just not a good day for the cooks, so I decided to try it again.

The rice was not cooked and so hard, they didn’t have our order correct once again, and the chips were stale. I never even do reviews let alone a complaint, but I thought this should be brought to your attention.

Let me Start of by saying we are huge Chipotle fans. We always felt they had good quality and were well run.

But your store in Wauwatosa Wis, on hwy 100 and Center street has gone completely of the rails. The new staff is disorganized not well trained, There customer service was atrocious. The store was filthy the the serving counter was a mess. There were no chips to be had, no peppers prepared, beans were under cooked.

We won’t be returning to that store this was our second time experiencing this in consecutive visits. I hope you can get it corrected, but it’s pretty bad.

We are faithful Chipotle customers. We probably eat there 5-6 times a week between my wife and I. Today we went to Chipotle in Las Vegas off Blue Diamond. We ordered 2 salads. We were disappointed with our meals as you can see there was very very little lettuce in the salad.

Chipotle on 93rd has gotten so bad. Ordered 2 burritos and 3 bowls. All were half the size and missing toppings. Lady at pickup window did not acknowledge us at all, just talked to her coworkers the whole time. Called and expressed concerns with the “manager” who said I could call corporate with my concerns or come in and they could remake my order.

Manager refused to provide his name and discuss customer service concerns. He was equally as rude as his employees.

Your North Brooklyn Park, MN location has been going downhill for the last year. The employees are rude, the store is a mess and the mistakes are aplenty. They do not care about customer service. It needs a major overhaul.

I went there and the lettuce was brown and gross. I asked if they had more in the back and was told "it all looks like this". We then took a look around --tables and floors were really dirty, none of the 5 people working came out to clean and we were the only people in the store.

Today approximately I was at chipotle in Malibu country mart. Usually I go to that store on Tuesdays. I been going to to chipotle approximately for past 15 years to many branches. I got a chicken burrito with rice and Brenda and chicken with avocado.

Then I asked for med sauce and corn on the side. 25. I asked I never been charge extra for getting it on the side. Then general manager come and I told him I never paid for having it on the side.

He said if u don’t like it just leave. He was so rude. After I finished my meal asked him to give me his name he declined and ask the security to kick me out. I was very And he didn’t give his name.

I just left the Chipotle at Robinson in Pittsburgh. It was around 1:00. They were out of chips, they were out of peppers and onions, and the dressing too. Every table was dirty, the ice machine wasn’t working, the ladies bathroom stunk terribly and the trash can was overflowing, and there was a sign on the door that said you can’t pay cash unless you have the exact change.

All the employees were just standing around. We were the only customers in the store.

Entered Myrtle Beach Chipotle at 10:45, just opened. The cleanliness condition are horrible. The drink server looks like it has not been cleaned since store opened. Was reluctant to use bathroom and knew why when I entered it. It had not been cleaned.

Would or could understand if it had been ope all day, but they just opened. Chipotle is one of our favorite food chains, but have to admit will not come back here!

While I was waiting in line I observed an employee (Yvette…manager) help all the people before me rolling her eyes and being short with the customers. Before she got to me she asked the girl make door dash orders how many she had.

The girl replied 10 and she rudely barked at the girl how many and went over and looked then told her to take the line. Yvette apparently didn’t want to help me. Maybe because I am white as she helped all the Hispanics before me.

She was super rude to her employees and to me as not wanting to help me. I will never be back to chipotle again. You have way better competition to go too and I get treated better.

On 8/21/22 at 5:56pm I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill at 16101 W. 87th St in Lenexa, KS. I ordered a steak bowl to go and when I got home and opened the bowl, every price of the steak was tough gristle.

I understand sometimes the order might have a couple of these pieces, but this was literally the entire bowl. I kept a portion of the steak and decided to return to the restaurant to show them and ask for a replacement OR a refund.

I was met in the lobby by an employee named Makenzie. As I was explaining to her what had happened, she rudely and antagonistically accused me of already attempting to return the steak (apparently, another customer had the same experience and felt it necessary to return to the restaurant).

Online ordering is the worst thing for this Company!! The service, freshness and timelines was so much better when their stores were open full time!! Now you place an online order and it’s never done on time or they claim they didn’t get your order when you have proof and the food is just thrown together!! Just HORRIBLE!! Every Chipotle around me is that way!! I love the food but something has to happen here!! I wish a competitor would find a way to come into the market and give them a bang for their buck.

I arrived at 10:45 when chipotle was supposed to open. I was forced to wait outside for 10pm with several other customers. While we were waiting outside the employees inside were walking around. One employee was just sitting and eating.

When that employee was she got up to throw her trash away and then opened the door and told us to wait bc they were not ready. When we were finally let in we had to wait for someone to start helping us.

When an employee finally realized that we were not being helped she came over. Then we had to wait for her to go find utensils. The employee running the register was not there either.

I don’t think the employees at East 44th street between Lexington and Third Ave understand how customer service works. I asked to use the bathroom after my purchase at approximately 934pm. They refuse to let me use the bathroom claiming it was closed and being cleaned.

However, I’m a paying customer requesting to be accommodated with the use of the bathroom because I really had to go. Maybe your staff thinks I’m just fat but I’m 3 months pregnant and the store doesn’t close until 10pm and they refuse to let me use the restroom.

I walked in to restaurant to place an order in Riverbank, Ca. and I was immediately told they were closed and only taking online orders. It would be an hour before they start taking in store orders again. So I went online and placed my order after 15 minutes I went in to get my order and they were taking orders again.

I nicely asked the employee if I could talk to him. I let him know that he told me it would be an hour and it was only 15 minutes. I told him he needed to be a little more accurate with his times.

As I was walking away he rudely uttered "get out". I returned and asked if I could talk to the manager not knowing she witnessed the whole thing. I politely told her I understand but he crossed the line uttering "get out" as I was walking away.

Filthy !!! We are a huge fan of Chipotle and we recently visited the Burlington University Mall location and it was an absolute dumpster !! Couldn’t find one clean table to eat at with my family . I used baby wipes to clean the table but it haven’t been cleaned for so long that the cheese had incrusted the table.

We wanted to order quesadillas for my son (the only thing he eats on the menue) and we’re told that those were reserved for online orders only !! I can see the tortillas in front of me but they are not allowed to make them on-site , how ridiculous is this !

I drove All the way to this location from Kyle because the customer service was better then the rest. But today it was far from it. I requested trip meat because the regular position does not offer 8oz of protein.

The guy that was taken my order not only did I tell him he DID NOT give me enough protein he decided that he would argue with me in front of God and county! If I could rate my last experience yesterday (7/8/2022) a zero I would. I placed an order through the app to be picked up. I walked into the store on warren street in Mankato MN and noticed my order was ready…I was wrong!

I quickly checked the bag to make sure that the kids drink was there and it wasn’t. When I asked at the counter they said they were out. Ok no problem. My husband and I went in the store in the 10000 bliock Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville ,Florida for lunch today and it was horrible. The two girls preparing our food wasn^t friendly,our food was cold,the ice machine was broken.

Also when we went to sit down we had noticed most all the tables wasn't wiped down. So,wegot up and started to leave when we noticed all three trash cans were so full there was bearly enough room for any more.

I get off work pretty late in the afternoon, usually a little after 9:00pm. After work, I'm looking for something to eat before I go home, oftentimes I choose Chipotle. I specifically end up going to the one at Patrick Henry Mall off Jefferson.

Glenway, Western hills, RACHEL, the cashier, terrible customer service. We ordered our food, asked for drinks. Paid. She pushed our food closer to us. I asked if we could get our cups for drinks. Completed order. Felt like all went well, besides her barely looking up.

We all have bad days. While filling up our drinks, she walks over to ask if we had a problem. I was so confused. I replied no. Then asked if we did something wrong. I didn’t think there was an issue, besides her barely looking up at us, to even say hello.

I will never return there. And plan on passing my story on. They are going to have major problems if she continues to work there, and confronts the wrong person next time.

I was at the chipotle on gunbarrel Rd chatt and waited in line for 20 minutes as I was looked at several times by one of the managers in which she had plenty of chances to make sure and tell me it was cash only. She persisted to tell me the outside sign said cash in exact amount please.

Well that could mean to any customer that they just didn't have any current lose change from the bank. They should have said no cards, exact cash only. She purposely was screwing with me because ad long as I was there waiting for my turn she was toying with me and didn't bother to ask me politely on the current status of my payment.

My chipotle account was hacked last night and several people in Washington DC received free chipotle courtesy of my bank account. I have the addresses of the people that got the food because they were emailed to me. I called chipotle and the rep indicated he couldn't cancel the orders and all he could do was request via email that my account be temporarily locked.

I have now tried to change my chipotle acct password but my "old format" didn't have special characters so when it asks me what my OLD PASSWORD was it tells me it's not the right format and won't let me change it and Chipotle offers ZERO HELP with anything you ask of them.

They are big enough to which they can hire some customer service reps.

On January 10,2022 my wife and I went for dinner(between 4-4:30). ” I had never heard of this before so I asked why because I wasn’t sure if they did this on certain days or what so that I would know for the future.

This restaurant is really bad. I go to 2 other chipotles and this one I only continue to have bad experiences because I continue to go because is the closest to where I work. They have people with the worst possible attitude.

I just ordered 2 burritos not only they screwed up the order if they placed 2 tea spoons of chicken one burrito and 2 teaspoons of carnitas on the other is too much. These were 2 burritos filled with mostly rice.

On 12-30-21, I placed an order from Gruhub to be filled at the Crenshaw/Baldwin Hills store. I ordered a Burrito Bowl with sofritas and an order of chips. I received the chips and a cold pile of sofritas--nothing else. I was frustrated enough to go to the store in person.

I was met by a manager who instead of apologizing for this mess--launched a tirade that made absolutely no sense, saying this was my fault--that I had not ordered correctly--something about allergens and other nonsense. My order was a standard one: #65451751-3312477, and reflected nothing of the gibberish that the manager spoke of.

I also wish to direct you to the reviews by other customers, which are almost exclusively one star. This store is an insult to this community.

Dec 7, 2021 around 915pm my delivery order (Grubhub)was placed on my front porch from CHIPOLTE, 6411 Forbes Ave Pgh Pa. My order was for chicken bowl. The bag was light. I went to your Northgate location in Seattle, and ordered my family dinner. The people working the line made everyone of my orders wrong. The manager was not helping. I found out after getting home he left out the cheese and sour cream in everything.

The counter where they prepare the food was disgusting. The lettuce looked like it was a week old. I wouldn't even eat that food. I asked to see the manager and the manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me.

I asked for a refund they gave me my money back and threw my food away. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. People have to eat that food that they prepare and it Is totally gross. I placed an order online which was a steak burrito. In the burrito there was only pieces of the rubbery far part of the steak which is weird because that has never happened before. Just disappointed I paid $11 for a steak burrito and there was just chunks of fat as the meat in my burrito.

Placed my mobile order and drove to the restaurant, employee asked my name three different times and after a few minutes I was given my food. Drove home and when opened the food, realized the order was wrong. I was very disappointed and called the store and I was told my order still there so I decided to drive back to store and return the wrong order.

While driving called the store back and that this point I was very disappointed and I knew the food will not be as fresh as expected so requested the order be cancelled and issue a refund. I was told the refund will take 3-4 days to process and they could not provide any receipt that the order was cancelled.

The whole experience was very disappointing with very unprofessional employees that they didn’t seem they cared that they screwed up.

Went to chipotle in Compton in the compton town center as always they didn’t have steak meat left, rice & no pico and made my food incorrectly. Someone else purchased the food for me so it was blamed on that person.

My biggest concern is why is it that they are always out of items before closing ? This place definitely should do better with customer service and product check for the entire day. Food was made horrible. It was clear they didn’t have the items.

The people at Chipotle are still wiping the counters with the gloves that they reach in and get the cheese and lettuce (Chicago Madison and State Street and Jackson and State Street. I have reported this several times and still nothing has changed.

That's why people are getting sick there.

The Obetz chipotle store never has guacamole and the meat is overly spicy and the rice is always salty. I know that restaurant are having a hard time finding people in today’s economy but this is ridiculous. I normally love Chipotle,, however. This evening was the worst!

First of all, I did not go to my normal Chipotle location, which is normally clean and quick and friendly. This time I went to a different location and the staff was rude and the environment was disgusting.. After waiting for 45 minutes in line, when we get to the counter, I notice it is slopped and covered with random food, cheese, sauces from whenever.

My son specifically needed dairy free vegan items, and the staff was just reaching over each other to pour queso, Chicken, and beans on all different orders. They didn't even change gloves when reaching into the cheese and lettuce and various other ingredients.

I realize they were busy, but after my son had queso and pieces of chicken flailed onto his burrito, he would…
