The Obetz chipotle store never has guacamole and the meat is overly spicy and the rice is always salty. I know that restaurant are having a hard time finding people in today’s economy but this is ridiculous. If you are going to serve people a product and except them to return do a good job and give them decent food .

I normally love Chipotle,, however. This evening was the worst!

First of all, I did not go to my normal Chipotle location, which is normally clean and quick and friendly. This time I went to a different location and the staff was rude and the environment was disgusting.. After waiting for 45 minutes in line, when we get to the counter, I notice it is slopped and covered with random food, cheese, sauces from whenever.

My son specifically needed dairy free vegan items, and the staff was just reaching over each other to pour queso, Chicken, and beans on all different orders. They didn't even change gloves when reaching into the cheese and lettuce and various other ingredients.

I realize they were busy, but after my son had queso and pieces of chicken flailed onto his burrito, he would…

The counters were an absolute mess with food all over the place. Then the guy takes our order and doesn't know what Carnitas is? LOL he starts putting steak in our Carnitas bowl. We had to show him where the carnitas was.

Then another guy takes the rice from a bowl that has been sitting there and dumps it back into the main container of rice. If that wasn't bad enough, they were out of sour cream and Guacamole! Laughable really but unacceptable! Hello?

Mexican restaurant and no sour cream. or Guacamole? The meats look like they had been sitting out for a while and the entire counter was disgusting! This location in Citrus Park used to have a line out the door all the time.

I placed a to go order at 2400 West International Speedway Blvd in Daytona Beach, FL. I witnessed one of the servers (a white female with pink hair), was taking food (chicken), that had dropped from the counter and brushing it back into the pan in which customers will be served.

I addressed her an told her that was disgusting what she had done and she began laughing. ” I requested to see a manager in which I spoke with.

My son ordered a double steak burrito and discovered it had NO meat, just cheese and rice. I had ordered roasted corn and guac. The guac had a piece of peel in it and the corn was not roasted AT ALL.

The Bexley, OH location screws up our food order more often than not. It needs to have new management or to be closed.

I am requesting a refund for my order that was placed on 4/6/21. I waited 1 hour for my order when my order was than given to someone else. The costumer service is horrible and they talk to you with no respect.

m. today 03-22-2021 at the chipolte located at 2011 N Dale Mabry Hwy Tampa, FL 33607ordered a quesadilla with corn salsa, corn salsa was completly frozen and unedible also ordered tacos with extra cheese, not only did it not come with any extra cheese there was barely anything inside the taco.

this is not the first issue i have had with this chipolte and something needs to be done about this. Chipolte is not cheap and your employees should make sure that they are providing your customers with the food we are paying for, to be honest this is just completely unacceptable!!

I live in Summerville, SC Chipotle is my favorite place to eat but more times than not they are out of the vinegarette. When I asked today if they had any I was told they didn't have enough time to make it. The sense in ordering a salad is to top it off with the dressing.

Only half of the online order was prepared and provided to me. Didn't realize until I got home that I only had half of the order as it was ordered by my spouse. Try to call to ask that it be resolved.

Could never reach a person by telephone. When I finally did go back in to retrieve the order, I was treated like it was my mistake. No compensation whatsoever was offered.

Submitted an online order on 5/22/20 but realized that it was the incorrect location (Kamm's Corner). 40 back to my account. It is now, 5/28 and no refund. Called the store 3 times and asked for a Manager but was put on hold each time without a response or a call back.

The order was under Willie Richard (my boyfriend) but I used my debit card for the purchase. Still waiting for a response and refund.

the chipotle on 34tn steet in empire state building wouldnt give me a dressing i always received one but i spoke to manager return my food and got a refund you lost me as a customer never going back there the lettuce was brown and the chicken was the last, god knows how long was that sitting there.

I will go back to DOS TOROS they have great customer service maybe your employees need a training on that people skills and not argue with the customers.

I ordered a Chicken Burrito and 3 hard shell tacos on 01/26/20. My burrito was packed with a lot of lettuce and there was no corn when I specifically asked for extra corn. There is always an issue when I order online.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Chipotle. I even tried calling the store back numerous times but there was no answer. The burrito and tacos tasted horrible!

I been going here for a couple of years. Sometimes, the cashiers have been catty and rude. Last week, the girl asked what condiments I wanted. I told her Everything except sour cream and hot sauce”. She puts on sour cream.

I looked at her, like I not want it. She did offer to start over. I even apologized for her mistake a and she ignored me. Tonight, I was in line. An employee said “ exuse me”, very rudely and thought he was gonna push me. I nice to everyone.

I feel like not even coming back here. Is is so difficult to be polite?

Hi, My wife and I enjoy dining with you about twice a month. Saturday November 9th we had a late afternoon meal at your Augusta Ga. location. That night both of us suffered from stomach problems, My wife having the most trouble.

We think the sour cream was the problem, but who knows. Sunday was a miserable day as we both were sick. Monday morning we could keep food down but felt awful. I am up after midnight as my wife is still having problems.

I ordered 5 bowels for a small meeting. My victors told me that the rice was very hard and the chips were salty and greasy. I had 4 chicken bowels and 1 steak bowel with the new steak.

Also I had two big bags of chips and they all went to waste because they couldn't eat it. I had sides of salsa and queso. My team couldn't return the food I paid for in cash because the line at Chinatown Washington dc location was to busy and we had a meeting to attend.

On 10/14/19 @ 6:30pm my spouse and I went to Chipotle located at 11728 W. Broad St, Short Pump Town Center. We ordered 3 tacos and a carne Asada bowl. The service we received was the worst ever since we have been going to that location.

The young man that was fixing our food just threw the toppings on the tacos and when asked for some sour cream he just dipped the spoon in the sour cream and globed the entire spoon full on one taco instead of using the spoon full for all three, he displayed and maintained a nonprofessional attitude throughout this entire process.

We have been trying to call and email customer support for two days now. What we have learned is that there IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. You call their "customer support" and they literally tell you to go to their "contact us" page on their website.

You do that AND THEY DO NOT CONTACT YOU. Our food was never made, and we were told to call this customer support number for a refund. The MANAGER of location 1608 Cortez Rd W, Bradenton FL 34207 told us to call this number and claimed they could not give us a refund at the store.

We are almost confident this company is scamming people by taking in an excess amount of online orders, and leading people to either leave without their food or they cancel in person and try to get a refund. They make the refund process almost non existent so the customer…

I ate at a chipotle in Pearland, TX off of 518 and 288. It has been months since my friend and I have been and we love the food. On Friday, Sep. 13th immediately upon completion of my chicken bowl my stomach began to hurt. I was in a store when I had to emergently run to the bathroom for diarrhea. Concurrently my friend that ate a vegetable salad began feeling nauseated and could not stop belching. We both finished the night feeling sick to our stomachs. This experience was so bad that neither one of us plan on ever eating at a chipotle again. I'm not sure if this is a sanitary issue with cleaning vegetables or if this is another case of tainted food but this should be addressed.

m. It took forever to get my food made first of all. After I had ordered 2 chicken bowls along with chips and queso I was given my food to be run up and told that there were no chips.

I told the young man working that had he told me this I would have not ordered the queso. There was no onions and green peppers and I was told that that would take ten minutes as well. I was then informed after asking for it that there was no vinaigrette dressing!!

If the store has run out of supplies, why are they still conducting business? While I waited to be rung up, the cashier walked away and begin to replenish straws and forks while the line built up at the counter.

She had to be told by another employee to come and man the register. Very unprofessional and poor service!

m. 9/11/2019 my wife and I stopped in Chipotle located in Dover DE. My wife ordered a steak bowl. she was told it would be a few minutes because steak wasnt done yet. I then ordered a chicken bowl. After about five minutes steak was done and the youmg lady waiting on my wife proceded to fill two more orders for two guys that just came in the store.

I ordered on line today. I ordered two burrito bowls, one chicken, the other veggie. I was disappointed when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, and was advised there was no guacamole. I would have preferred that SOMEONE from the store I ordered from call me to advise and I could have decided if I still wanted to order. This was not done.

Your employees need to learn how to make tacos. I had ordered 3 tacos and they gave me all chicken with barely any cheese and lettuce. That is not a taco. Please understand that this is peoples food and you guys are not cheap.

I tried calling but a machine would not let me talk to someone directly.

I went to the Chipotle restaurant located at 3757 S Gilbert Rd #110, Gilbert, AZ 85297. My order included a side of guacamole; however, when I got home, I opened the bag and there was no guacamole. I had to drive back to the chipotle and get my guacamole.

The store was dirty, they were out of straws, napkins and lids. My rice was under cooked as well as meat bring in the beans and veggies and the toppings weren’t dispersed amongst the meal but rather in small lumps.

They didn’t have any ice in the machine and many employees stood around on their phones or staring in peoples faces while in line. I didn’t receive a receipt and was charged $15 for a burritto chips and drink which is more then I have paid previously at many locations.

I purchased a chicken burrito bowl tonight 7/12/19 at the Alaking Ct location in Capitol Heights 20743 at 7:46 pm and the chicken was left off, when I ask the person to ask the server if she put chicken on she said no. They put chicken in a little container, I told the server the chicken didn't look like it was enough they said that was the amount.

I get home the chicken was not enough for the bowl and it was to spicy. I am very dissatisfied with the meal and it did not taste good I have half a bowl with no meat and my mouth is burning from the spice on the meat.

Horrie experience this time around with my catering order. Been more than satisfied in the past. Here are the two big issues- 1) they screwed up the order 2) the amount of food given was definitely not enough. Not sure how they measured this time around but as I mentioned in the past I’ve never had an issue.

I took this complaint directly to the Manager Manny at the Holmdel, NJ location. I was promised that things will be worked out, and a full refund will be given. In addition for the inconvenience he will provide some meal cards.

June 26th at 2:40pm I went to Solon,Ohio chipotle on Aurora rd. I ordered a chicken bowl with sour cream on the side. when I went to pay for it there was no sour cream on the side it was on my food. I politely ask the young African American girl who wore braces if she could make me another bowl. She then stated you need to be more specific I said I was . she started smacking her lips and rolling her eyes at me. I only have 30 minutes for lunch so I left. I did not purchase the bowl and she was still making rude comments as I left. I tried numerous times to call the store but the phone rings busy. This is unacceptable. If she is not happy working with the public she should try looking for new employment.

When I went to the Chipolte in North Kissimmee, florida, I tried to get into the store at 10:45am, but, they didn't open the doors till like 10:50 am.

Also, when I was checking out with my husband, they didn't give me one of those round trays to put our food on. Employees were drinking coke and such out of the drink machines. I complained to the employee that waited on me, but, he didn't care.

It was a guy with Glasses about 30 years old. Why don't employees care about you and why are they drinking out of the drink machines, but, not giving me a tray is not acceptable.
