My RAM truck stalled about 2 months ago. When towed it to the dealer they diagnosed a fuel pump failure which was due to an open recall. I had attempted to take care of the recall multiple times but I was told that the part was not available yet.
Now that it caused a bigger issue with the truck, it has been over 2 months and the truck is just sitting on the dealer. It has been impossible to get a rental car while the truck is waiting for repair. This should not happen.
The truck is 2 years old. It was obviously due to a faulty factory part. If I could get a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair this situation would be more tolerable. Instead, countless phone calls and emails and still no loaner vehicle.

This is my 2nd car that I bought from this dealership within a eighth month period The dealership was great with my first car but they failed with the second. It was used looked good and was told it had been inspected no problems with it.
We started having problems within 30 days. We had a Carfax done and discovered there were 2 open recalls on this car. This was not discussed at purchase or disclosed. The car is in need of repairs and since we brought no coverage we are stuck with a lemon.

My 2017 Jeep Cherokee Lattitude is running very rough and it's hasn't thrown a code or anything. It idles high and is burning gas at a high rate. I understand that Milton Ruben is booked out and can't look at it for at least a week or so.
I have tha Max Care coverage on this vehicle. I understand that I am over the 100,000 mark where you get a loaner vehicle being without a vehicle for more then a week can't be done due to my work schedule.
I know that exceptiona can be masde on case by case basis. I am just asking for a little courtesy on this my vehicle isn't that far over the 100,000 mark and I don't want to keep driving it if there's an issue that could be made worse.

I have a 2016 Ram Laramie and I am constantly having exhaust leaks where the exhaust bolts break off. It's the same problem on both sides that happen every time. I just had my 4th or 5th leak fixed and that should not happen.
Why is there not a recall to fix the problem so a customer don't have to deal with that. 7 hemi's if its happening to me. This just don't seem like very good customer relations to me. I love the truck but it's getting old to have to get Your problem fixed.

I needed a new battery it cost 275 I have given them 410 $ they won't give my key back. my wife has arthritis and scheduled for gall bladder. they didn't give us new battery right away they recharged it for 200$ and gave it back to us it didn't start it was obvious to CAA guy the battery should not have been returned my wife had to run around with kids in the morning late for work.

I own a 2012 Chrysler 300. Only 52, 500 miles on it. The unconnect Bluetooth went out on me. I have been unable to use any Bluetooth functions. Upon calling around to local Chrysler dealerships in the area most of them could not get me an appointment to have it looked at for about two weeks to two months.

Now they are telling me I no longer have a warranty because I didn't get a inspection every 5,000 miles. The State of Missouri say's you don't need a inspection until your vehicle is ten years old. However, when you purchase a new truck, you get all the subscription services free for 6 months. Ca web page. Unfortunately, I cannot. I've been working with the folks for "months" and I'm still NOT able to subscribe to the services because I'm from Canada.
The web systems work good for people who live in the USA but they do not work for us Canadians. Brutal! Can someone do something to help get this problem resolved. I've had a case open now since last November and still no success. What a disappointment.
Useless service
General first 10k service on new truck. One exception that really was confusing and did not make any sense; I asked for a tire rotation and balance. The tires were NOT rotated. Service rep said there was 7/32 on front and 9/32 on back.
Because of this difference he said they leave the tires in their original position. That sounds like Bullsht. Never, ever heard that before in my life. Got charged $85 dollars for the balance. What a rip off. I checked with 2 other tire companies and they laughed at that explanation.
Arapahoe Ram ripped me off. I’lll be going to a different Dodge dealer for service after this experience. And, unless I get a personal call back and my money back to discuss, I will tell my friends and associates of this stupid explanation. Very dissatisfied customer.

I am writing because I had my tires rotated at the dealership in Waldorf, Maryland. Then I drove to Georgia. On my way home , my front left tire came off my vehicle in Fayetteville NC. The company that repaired my tire so that I could drive my car home reported to me that the lugnuts on the other 3 tires were loose.

The battery is in the trunk. If it is dead, the trunk open button in the car won't work and there is no place to use a key in the trunk to open it. You have to go into the front door, crawl through the inside of the car, open the back seat, crawl through the opening and pull the trunk release handle INSIDE the trunk. Then you can either charge or replace the battery. I am 78 and can not physically do this. It is a real safety issue if I am stranded away from a garage or in a bad area and I am not able to get the car started with a dead battery. I have been without the use of my car for a week while I try to get someone to replace the battery.

Contacted the MOPAR Vehicle protection plan that I have on the vehicle to get it fixed. After numerous phone calls and aggravation it was finally authorized to be taken to an approved repair shop since every dealership in the Denver Metro area was 6-8 weeks out on appointments.

I have a 2012 dodge journey. I love the car but the Uconnect stopped working. I contacted U connect and they sent me software updates which I tried loading to a flash drive that I would then put in the car to update it so my phone would work again.
It was way too complicated. They told me to make an appointment with the dealer. I did this morning and they said they could not help me and to go back to Uconnect. This is not good customer service. There should be someone on staff who I could share my screen with to get the updated loaded and walk me thru loading into the car.

I have owned (3) Dodge Ram Bighorn Crew cab 2016, 18, & presently a 2020. This 2020 I have had an issue with the tailgate "warning" that the gate is "open" several times. At one point I had my utility trailer hooked on and the gate actually dropped and hit the jack post on the trailer and put a small dent in my tailgate.

My 2009 Jeep Compass had the AED go bad in September. It is under a lifetime bumper to bumper. Took it to Tom Obrien Greenwood IN - they repaired a few other items, returned it to me the end of October without the AED repaired.
I was informed the part was not available - would be back in mid December. Mid December I am told the part is under "engineering review" and they don't know when it will be available. Later, I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300. Back in April 2022, I went to Annapolis Bayside Dealership for service and the service Rep stated, I need the Rockers replaced on the right side, price approximately $1,200.00 which I thought was expensive but I paid it.
January 2023, I am having issues and went back to Annapolis Bayside Dealership. Service was poor, therefore, I left the dealership.
I scheduled an appointment with another Chrysler Dealership in Bowie, MD and my car was diagnosed as left side Rockers and Camshaft needs to be replaced with a charge of $4,500.00. However, service at this dealership was much nicer. Of course I couldn't afford this price…
