Chrysler World kept sending me surveys about my experience there. I didn't fill the first couple out. After they kept sending them,I finally did. I put my honest feedback and now they are refusing to service me,saying I gave bad reviews on 2 surveys.

So I am being discriminated against for being honest.

I been having an issue with my 2015 Chrysler 200 limited , it’s stuck in neutral and I’m unable to drive it.I hooked to up to my scanner and it’s giving me code P0203 along with some others. I made a appointment with the dealership which was a 2 1/2 week wait, then without notice they pushed my appointment back another 1 1/2 weeks.

Hello, trying to buyout my RAM lease has been an absolute nightmare.

First I tried to get approved for financing at my credit union, which works with Chrysler all the time. After a couple of days of providing documentation to the loan officer they informed me Chrysler required me to purchase it from a dealer. No problem right? WRONG!

I went to the dealer with the payoff statement with $1600 sales tax on it. The dealer then takes the total payoff amount tacks on another $700 doc fee AND AN ADDITIONAL $1208 of …. Drum roll please! Sales TAX!!!

When I asked why I would be paying $2800 dollars of taxes on a $27K vehicle in the state of Virginia, both parties refused to back out the amount. But not before the Chrysler Capital agent and his “manager” yelled and were extremely rude to myself…

VIN 1C4RJKGB2N8582749 Purchased at Chrysler DJR Southampton, NY and serviced on 10/21/22

Bought in for a shimmy complaint at 5736 miles. They claimed they road tested. Not true. The mileage in was 5736 and mileage out was 5736. I complained when I got the customer survey because the shimmy has gotten worse not better. The front shimmies at all speeds!

The dealership claims they fixed the problem under warranty. I do not believe anything was done to the Jeep. It was not road tested and they billed Chrysler incorrectly.

I am a lonstanding Chrysler/Jeep custmer. Having bought 8 vechicles from you over the last 40 years. This is disappointing. I am currently in North Palm Beach, Florida. The problem is quite troublesome.

Since 1967 my wife and I have been satisfied owners of Chrysler products. We have rarely had the top-of-the-line model, but something near the top of the line. Our usual experience through those many years has been trouble-free driving. This year, however, I have had a different kind of experience with my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. The problem has been the stop-and-start system, which I had some trouble adjusting to but came to enjoy and appreciate after a short time.

Chrysler in Terrace, BC has horrible customer service. I called 2 weeks before to order a block heater and cord for my Jeep, it’s 7 hours for me to drive from up north to the Terrace dealership. I drove all the way the day before, got a hotel & they did NOT let me know my block heater was back ordered until I showed up for my apt.

They were rude and gave me back my keys , I will now go to Whitehorse instead of Terrace Chrysler hoping customer service will be better.

After 5 months without Chrysler Jeep providing a part which was ordered in sept 2022. When the key fob didn’t arrive I was told it was pushed back to end of January 2023 but may be even later than that.

Dealership told me to contact Chrysler jeep to Get them to put a rush on getting the key fob or request Chrysler waive the fee they charge if it took the dealership more than 1 attempt to program the after market key. They charge Each time they try to program whether it is programmed successfully or not!

Instead I was told I would have to open a case & have a case manager source a licensed key fob so I would get it sooner. It’s been 3 weeks & no date of when a licensed key fob will be available.

I asked Customer Service if a factory order is cancelled before a VIN is issued (still only a VON), does the allocation go back to the dealership such that the dealership can sell the car to another customer, or is the dealership stuck with the car. They said they didn’t have that information, and could not refer me to someone else.

They said they always go with the dealership- no matter what they say. This is just a fake site. No customer service here!

I took a 2019 ram pro master 3500 in for repair of the power steering system. 15 . 79 for labor. We picked up the vehicle and had it repaired for a price of $1,200 . This is not the first time they have have done this .

I contacted Chrysler to assist me with my Town & Country vehicle. I received the worst service. I had to speak to four different people and none of them were of any assistance. something, its in my notes) this one basically put me on hold and came back to the phone and stated thanks for calling and hung up the phone, and the finally obstacle was Erin (everything about her was terrible).

I am not the reason why you work for Chrysler! Unprofessional, mean, did not answer any of my questions, etc, etc, etc. Run if you get any of these people on the phone. They are not worthy to work for Chrysler.

I bought a used 2013 Chrysler Town & Country in May this year because it only had 54,000 miles (approx) at the time, so I thought it would be a good vehicle even though they charged me 7,000 over the Kelly blue book price. We didn't go 1,000 miles in it, then we had to replace the water pump and hoses.

Another 500 miles, we had to replace all of the cooling components, thermostat, sensors, etc. Another 1,000 miles and we had to replace the radiator, fan, timing chain, and it still didn't run right after all of these changes. We took it in for a diagnostic, and they tell us the head gaskets need to be replaced for 3500.

00 and we still can't drive it. We started it up just a little while ago to keep the battery charged, and the thing won't…

2016 Dodge Journey with 36,385 mike needing $5000 in repairs for a rear differential and electric clutch assembly on rear differential. This is a major repair for a 1 time owner vehicle with the low mileage. Is this normal? You don’t stand behind your vehicles?

There’s Toyotas out there with 200,000 miles with no issues??? So does that mean no more Chrysler products in my future??? More than likely. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Is there anyone who can speak to this?

4 liter engine. I took it to Zappon Chrysler in Clifton Park, NY on 8-18-2022 and they replaced the the actuator because it was making noise. Since I turned the heat on it only blows warm air from the dravers side.

I took it back on October 24th, Since then zappon's changed to CDJR Clifton Park. The didn't even look at the actuator and said the core was plugged and needed to be be flused for about $2000. I declined. Took it yesterday to Nemer Chrysler in Saratoga and the didn't look at the actuator either ang charges us for 1 hour service and said it was be about $2500 to get it fixed,but we'd have to pay for 2 more hours of service to find out what was wrong, for $320 before repairs.

I am very disappointed in the service Chrysler prviedes( although I didn't have any problems before…

I wish I can give O star to this place. This dealership is not trustworthy. We recently have order new TRX. They told us it might be done in 10-12 weeks . After 2 months they call and let us know it need another 3-5months to have it delivery.

Ok that fine we can wait. But the worst is they promise ,we can get back the refund of 1k if we don't want the car. The car was just delivered 2 weeks from now . In the middle of the weeks the dealer agent call us and ask if we still want the car or refund back.

Here come the truth, when my bf went over and ask for the price and trade in value . They seem so nice and patient on everything's and want to sold this car to my bf. But by the end, it end up of broken promise by not giving any promo and want sell the car asap.

Chrysler corporation has a problem with abs electronic braking system on thousands of their ram 2500 trucks like my 2018 ram 2500 and it should be a recall and it’s not . The dealer can’t seem to get repair parts for my truck or other peoples trucks from what I’ve read on the ram forums they shouldn’t be able to do hard working Americans this way.

I ordered a 2023 Chrysler 300C online. I have an email saying my order is confirmed and a document saying my order was confirmed. I have talked to the dealer and they absolutely refuse to help me even through I am being told by the Chrysler "Concierge" phone number to call my dealer.

My Dealer, Cherry Hill Chrysler Dodge is being very rude to me and not assisting me at all. I am livid at this poor treatment and I want satisfaction and a configuration of my PAID reservation.

My 2015 Chrysler Town and Country's Transmission pump failed and endangered my wife and children. I am active duty Navy. There is a recall on that model of Town and Country, however, my vehicle was manufactured a few months before the recall takes effect.

If the recall had been correct and included my vehicle, my wife and children would not have been put in danger.

However, the exact thing the recall warns of is what happened. Local Chrysler dealership could do nothing to help, except tell me it was broken, and charge me a few hundred dollars for my inconvenience. This defect ruined the transmission, and I paid for a local transmission shop to fix it.

I had a new transmission installed last year which was a fiasco in itself. I had a warning come on regarding the transmission and had a code that there was something wrong with it. I had an appointment on October 18 to bring my truck in.

I brought it in the night of October 17 for them to work on it the morning of October 18. It has been over 3 weeks now and I can't get anyone to respond to me regarding the issue with my truck.

It should be under the 2 year warranty for a new transmission to be installed. Last year they had my truck for about 3 months. This is my second ram truck and is a 2016 Ram 2500 Laramee Longhorn. I am not sure in the future I can by another Ram with this kind of service.

I set up a second appointment with service dept at Larry H Miller, in sandy, Utah to gey catillac converter recall done, and was told parts were ordered but 1 part still hasn't come in..... how can dealership have trouble getting these parts in timely manner? Ans now I have to make another apt to hopefully get this recall done......this is Rudolph's that it takes multiple efforts to get this done. I had been approved for a vehicle through Westlake Bank, I had made exactly three trips to the dealership dealing with a salesman by the name of Mr. D. Pittman. I got nothing but the run around and accusations about where I was moving with the car and not being able too pull my credit report which was false. Mr.

Pittman was rude I had voucher too test drive never got to test drive car I had pick out, very poor customer service. I still to date don't know why I couldn't purchase car

I’m unsure who to contact about this. My son was in an accident into a tree and the airbags in my van went off late. The passenger hit her head on the windshield and my son wasn’t driving but the driver split her chin on the steering wheel.

My son's car was took in for service which took almost 2 months and upon pickup broke down 1 mile away. a trio to NY and broke down on the way home. We were then charged $610 for the tow and another $500 for parts.

I feel we were wrongly charged after being inconvenienced for so many times.

13 jeep grand Cherokee with penstar v6 engine. I can't understand why Chrysler didn't do a recall on the oil cooler issues that this engine has. 00 on having this part replaced. I'm disabled an on a fixed income, and that hurt greatly on my financial standing.

1000's of complaints have been filed for this particular issues and Chrysler has done nothing but turn their backs to the customer. I guess it's time the customer turns their back on Chrysler. This will be the last Chrysler product ill ever own!

In 2004 my husband John and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica in Paso Robles California. I did my research and especially liked the safety features and the AWD. I found rear visibility wasn't great, but I am only 5 feet tall and use a cushion.. I planned on driving the car especially for vacations and taking my grandchildren along. Gas mileage was adequate for the time.

I took great personal care of the car, getting all maintenance and using synthetic oil. I have never had a serious accident, but had repairs done on some fender benders. The Onyx green pearl paint and tan leather seats are still in great condition. Forward to 2022, I started driving at 13 am now 88 years old and still driving the car, but the electrical system is now shot and have been told there re no parts to repair it. This…

After years of being told my warranty is valid as long as i didn't go over 10000 on oil changes the dealer informs that this was inaccurate information from THEIR OWN STAFF and my warranty is no longer. Now my transmission is out and im stranded with a huge payment and dead vehicle.

Customer service assistant manager was horrible in his behavior and handling of this issue.

Also the major misdiagnosis of this vehicle that occurred by the staff in this service center is not too be ignored. The major negligence and penny gouging of their clientele is beyond disgusting.

There was a recall on are turbo actuator on are 2013 ram 5500. Mckays service dept told me I needed a new turbo for are service truck. I then talked to my personal service tech that used to work at Mckays, He said the turbo was fine.

Mckays had my serivice truck for eight days not counting the weekend for a job that was supposed to take an hour and a half. I got so pissed I finally went down there got the truck and brought it to my personal service tech.

I Had to pay for him to put in the turbo actuator in out of my own pocket because they couldn’t figure it out. My service tech had it back to me by the end of the day. 00 dollors for a turbo that was not needed, and the thing is that all we have for trucks are dodge rams.

I have a 2018 Ram eco diesel which engine blew with 71,000 miles. Of course no warranty. I ordered a new engine Dec 1,2021 and as of July 12, 2022 no engine. I was told that it would have engine 90 days or sooner from day of order with a $5000 deposit.

I was last told it was to be in Warren Michigan July 6. 2022. As of July 11 nobody knows where the engine is. It’s beyond me that no one in Chrysler Customer service can tell me where my engine is along with the 500 on the shipment. WTF!!! I am beyond irritated

I had my Chrysler serviced at Ed Martin Chrysler dealership in Anderson Indiana. The service department changed my O2 sensor on my car, but in the process because they didn't brace my exhaust when removing the O2 sensor it made my car loud.

When i came to pick it up they said it was already like that like i'm stupid. I paid 1486 for the repairs on my car; then because of what they did to my exhaust i had to pay another 130 dollar.

I feel that was their response ability to fix because it was their negligence not bracing the exhaust not mine. I feel they owe me 130 dollar that i had to pay to get my exhaust fixed.

We leased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 and the exhaust manifold cracked before we hit 32,000 miles. We traded it in for a 2019 Ram 2500 because it sat at the dealer waiting for parts for almost 4 months while we were making payments but we’re unable to drive it.

We had the 2500 truck for 3 months and the motor miss fired at 57,000 miles. We bought it with 55,000 on it. We have spent thousands on payments while our vehicles sat at a dealership with no repair insight.

Our 2500 is still sitting at the dealership while our warranty refuses to pay for repairs and the dealership refuses to make it right.

I had a transmission replacement on a 2017 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland with just over 25K miles…this was in April of this year. To me, this was a shock! My car was at the dealer for 4 weeks before the part came in AND they billed me for a rental when I should have received a loaner as a part of the Buyer’s Edge Program that I purchased when I purchased the car from this same dealer. Weeks after the transmission replacement, I am having the exact same problems with my vehicle sticking in gear 1 or 2. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied that I have to return to the dealership to see why I am still having this problem.

After spending multiple days going back and forth with both my sales person and the manager about building a new vehicle and actually getting my moneys worth. I paid the deposit to get my vehicle built, after being ignored multiple times after asking a million times for some answers to my questions, including the build of my car because they added features to the car that i did not even ask for, i decided to work with another dealership with building my vehicle.

Firkins never mentioned to me that my deposit was no refundable until after the fact that i told them that i would like to go ahead and get a refund due to their lack of communicating to their customers and their negligence towards me. My name is Kelvin and I’m writing this to express my concerns about an issue I had at my local CDJR service department. I completed the email survey on or around May 18, 2022. I answered the questions honestly based on my overall experience there.

Towards the end of the survey I was asked did I want to be contacted by the dealership, I submitted NO! His opening statement was why did you bury us in that survey, then he instructed someone to close his office door.

At that point I knew the conversation was going to be somewhat argumentative . He used a lot of profanity, and I felt like he was trying to intimidate me in a way. At no point did he ask for any corrective measures that could have been taken or improved upon..

He took no accountability for any of the issues I had experienced…

I leased a Jeep Cherokee in March, 2021. For the 3rd time in the last 8 weeks, my car broke down in my driveway after being "fixed" twice by mechanics at the dealership that I tried for the first time a year ago. I called Chrysler Roadside Service at 1130AM for a tow to the dealership. Over the next 7 plus hours, I called the 800 number over 20 times telling various people that the towing service that they gave me would not answer my calls and never showed up. The people I talked to were very nice but could not help me get a basic tow for over 7 hours and, on numerous occasions, insisted the service was present when they weren't. or close by when they weren't. Finally, a service appeared which was far too late to get to the dealership for any help.

I am now left with a one year old car…

Hello my name is Richard and and I recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica from rodeo. Chrysler in san tan valley arizona.. the back camera was damaged so they replaced it for me and we I picked up my van I was surprised that the image was not very good. I asked the mechanic why the image was not clear and his response was that Chrysler used cameras from 2017 and we're not very good quality cameras. I was astounded by that remark only because I spent over 43,000.00 dollar on this van. I think that the consumer should know that your company is not putting quality cameras on such an expensive car. Can someone please let me know how this is possible?
