My 2020 300 rear right brake caliper went and destroyed my brake pads and rotors. Costing me $500 to repair, my mechanic said with under 20,000 miles on it the caliper should not have failed. I feel Chrysler should reimburse me for my expense and the fact I lost use of my car for 4 days until the repair could be done.

I posted this review on the dealership website and it was removed more than once. I emailed the customer service manager directly and he has ignored me for 15 days. I've had a terrible experience here. I took my town and country to them to repair the transmission under the powertrain warranty in 2019.

When I received it back, after replacing the transmission, the transmission cooler (out of pocket), and a cat converter (OOP), it drove ok for a few weeks, then a mechanic noticed the transmission was not responding as it should when I got my oil changed. They knew I had recently replaced it, and told me to call Chrysler and let them know.

I noticed the issue myself a few times that week so I did. My "service advisor", who had already been less than efficient during my initial repair,…

I have contacted Chrysler on numerous occasions, messages I was told would be forwarded. let them know my wife is in and out of hospital all the time. that if they left message I would get back to them quickly. waited about a month before a call back. got the message called back within 45 min. told case was closed. never even got to talk to them about my problem. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life, will never refer Chrysler to anyone.

Thank you. Won't hold my breath to get an answer.

I own a 2015 Ram 1500. How is it possible for an entire entertainment radio to become completely dysfunctional in 7 years. The entire portion of the uconnect system on the 8 4 system has been taken completely away. Their fix with T-Mobile is completely unacceptable.

T-Mobile has the worse reception of any 4g system currently working. This makes my uconnect completely useless along with every application on my radio. I have to say after being a Mopar customer forever I would never own or recommend anyone buy a Chrysler product of any brand.

We are currently looking into a class action lawsuit so these radios can be replaced with aftermarket proper working radios as we purchased in these years.

I purchased my 2018 Kia Optima from Dick Huvaere's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in April of 2021. I gave them almost $16,000 for my vehicle and bought an extended warranty, according to which I have a $200 disappearing deductible. 2 months ago, my check engine light came on and I called the service department at Dick Huvaere's to schedule an appoint.

They had no available appointments for over a month, so I had to wait over a month to get in to see them. While making my appointment I was informed that my car would have to be outsourced to the nearest Kia dealership.

Taylor dodge of Bourbonnais service department. They are awful. My complaints go years back to a jeep commander that had wheel bearings going out and a transmission that was ready to fall out, service said those were common noises in those.

My mega cab cummins had transmission issues and even with a warranty, said they don't see a problem with transmission, the case was broken. My 2012 dually cummins, batteries replaced in less than a year, why did my turbo intake tubes end up loose? Twice.

And the service writer hinted that I did that! Why would I? Now, my power wagon with a platinum warranty, in one year battery, starter. Now, abs module( waited 2 months for parts) while waiting for parts truck dies, another starter, clunking from transfer case, stereo has issues, aux port quits…

Immediate issue is refusing to return personal property left in loaner vehicle because they exchanged the loaner vehicle with my vehicle that was in for service without notifying me nor did I sign any service paperwork accepting the vehicle. I now don't have any service paperwork to show what was done. They do o not respond to any communication.

First the dealer (Arrigo Sawgrass) fails to check for recalls BEFORE sending me off the lot with my toddler in the car, then comes and TAKES IT BACK from me, when I was halfway to my home 600 miles away. No info. They say they'll DEFINITELY have it back the next day. So, no rental.

They called the next day to say it would be 2 weeks! But still No rental!

My mother had to come and drive us the rest of the way, and then turn around and drive another 10 hours home!

Then when trying to address the series of problems with this purchase and this dealership, the "Case Manager" at "Chrysler Cares" was NEVER available. We still haven't spoken.

The dealership allegedly fixed and shipped my car up to me, but now there are MULTIPLE broken plastic parts in the interior, torn upholstery, and missing…

I emailed my local chrysler dealership about a check engine light illuminated on my dash. The garage let me knkw that it was an oxygen sensor. They told me the cost to replace the sensor would be approximately 300$. With around 1hr shop time.

I brought my ram 1500 ecodiesel in to have the sensor replaced. I sat for 2hrs and then the service lady came to talk to me. The technician broke the sensor while trying to remove it. It would now take more time to complete the job.

Just before closing time, 5pm, the service manager came out to see me in the waiting area. I was brought into the shop and shown the sensor. The thread was now stripped on the part that the sensor needed to be put into.

And the sensor couldn't be replaced. I was told that the truck should stay in the shop overnight so…

I work for a dealership in per my local rep was told to call into Chrysler customer service.

I have a question in regards to safety sphere delete.

I asked if this means all cameras are deleted or if there is still a rear backup camera.

The reps are unable to tell me the answer and instead of telling me so they purposely hang up on me.

When I have called back upset and asked to speak to a manager they let me know that they are unable to do so because I am not a Chrysler customer.

He then tells me to contact my local rep who I already contacted!

This is bullshit. I would not be angry if they did not hang up on me purposely multiple times then let me know they can’t escalate my question because I’m not a customer.

Give them zero stars if I could

I received the worst treatment from this dealership, While in their possession someone broke into my car and vandalize it. And the way this service department treated me as a customer was just awful and hurtful. Like I didn’t matter the coverups and lies and up the hill and around the way talking I received was deserving of a academy award.

I never felt so hurtful as a customer. The Youngstown, Ohio dealership is heartless.

I purchased a Jeep in November 2020 and nine months later engine problem. I thought no problem it’s under warranty until they said it my negligence so it would not be cover. They had my Jeep for seven months now and they replaced the battery, fuse box and starter.

1/7/2022 purchased 2011 VW Jetta. Discovered back passenger door would not open. Spoke with Drew he was condescending, told me I was not consumer savvy. I should have opened all doors. It is on me and my dime to get it fixed.

2021 Ram 3500 Chassis Purchase by Fiona Sinclair from Jeff Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep, 100 Iffie Rd Perry,GA 31069-3253

The paperwork for the sale was sloppy, the delivery was backhanded, the truck arrived used with a major technical/mechanical issue. It is un-driveable and needs to go into service in Albuquerque, NM.

I have a 2018 Jeep Compass. It was subject to a recall due to oil consumption. To be serviced for this. I have followed all their directives. I have been placed on a cycle by engineers (according to service advisor) of returning to the dealer to be checked at 500 miles, 1,000 miles and 1,500 miles.

I have done this 5 times, this current cycle will be my 6th time. I have been told by the advisors that they would have replaced the engine 6 months ago when we started this. But, they need to follow protocol.

My car has been totally out of oil, i have gotten stuck on freeway. It is not reliable enough for me to get to work out of town. Yet, it doesn't get fixed when it is the same problem. They continually try to solve it the same way. One more thing.

Hello, I live in Egypt. My car is a Grand Cherokee 2018 VIN DA4RJ6D17J4006283. At a mileage of 20 thousands kms a harsh slippage was noticed between the 3rd and 4th gear. The car was in warranty. The dealer (Abu Ghaly Al Oubor branch) inspected it and said that the valve body needs to be changed.

They didnt change it and said they have reset the TCM and i should try. The fault appeared again, this time I went to another dealer (Ezz el Arab) since the first one refused to change the valve body. He inspected it and said the transimission fluid level was low.

Since the car was near to be out of warranty i asked for a confirmation that the trany including the valve body has no defects. He confirmed and he issued an official paper (that i have) stating that there is no manufacturing defects.…

December 16 2021 upon inspection at lake head motors of my 2019 jeep trailhawk was told parts were ordered for knuckle bearing which are approved under warranty.

Upon many email calls the parts are still not here as two months closes in.

I purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee L Altitude package on November 10, 2021, since that time this vehicle has been in the service department 3 separate times for multiple issues. I opened a claim and have left over 10 messages in as many days for extension 7560 and have not received a call back or any information to date.

This vehicle has had brake problems, a recall, a broken gas fill door, a leaking window, twice, water in the dash from what they believe is the hvac system and a flickering radio! It is going back to the service department again tomorrow for more issues.

I have lost over 3 weeks time with a vehicle I'm paying for and have no faith in, not including this next service issue, money due to having it towed for the gas door and not being able to put gas in it, rental car…

I have a 2018 Jeep Renegade that is under warranty. For over a year now, I have had serious problems with my battery. The service department at Tom Dinsdale in Hastings, Nebraska, has had the car in twice and they have not replaced the battery nor done anything to fix the problem. I contacted them last week asking them to fix or replace the battery and asked them to provide me with a loaner car while mine is in the shop. They claim to have no loaner cars available. They were supposed to call this week when they would have one available. They did not. I just got off the phone with the service department and they will not have a loaner car available for at least another week. I was told that Chrysler does not provide them with the number of loaner vehicles that they need.

I received a recall letter for the stop/start on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I made an appointment at Lambdin's University Dodge for 9:30 on 1/17/22. The person who processed the paperwork couldn't give me a specific time but he said Matthew would call me.

By 5:30 pm I hadn't heard anything so I called the service department. I was told there was nothing updated in the computer so they put me into Matthew's voicemail and I left a message to call me. He never called.

I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica I was really happy with the car until I had to take it for repair. The Pacifica didn't even have have 56,000 miles on it and the transmission went in it. I was told that the issue was internal transmission issue that it had burnt transmission fluid inside.

The vehicle took over 48 days to repair. I was not provided a loaner but had to rent one. I was told that I WOULD GET REIMBURSED FOR HAVING TO GET THE RENTAL BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP HAD NO LOANERS. i CALLED AND SPOKE TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE IN REGARDS TO THE WARRENTY ON MY CAR AND WAS TOLD SEND THE RECEIPTSFOR THE RENTAL IN AND PROOF OFF REPAIR.

I recently bought a Chrysler 300 2021. After about 9000 miles we were having issues with leaks in the tires so took it into our tire people. They said that the tires were unsafe and forced my wife to buy new tires as they would not put them back on.

I have taken them to the dealership and they said they would not do anything. I have complained to Chryslers customer line which was a joke. They say that I should have brought them to a Chrysler dealer to have investigated.

Well I couldn’t do that because the tire place would not put them back on. Chrysler would have rather we drove on those unsafe tires to them? Really? They refuse to help me, refuse to take responsibility for these substandard tires which should have never been put on this car to begin with!!

I called North Olmsted because I had traded in a Chrysler 200 that had some time left on a Mopar 7/75000 mile warranty they sold me when I purchased the car new. I wanted to know was if there was any refund on the unused portion of the warranty. The Finance Manager Walter Kris at North Olmsted is plain old rude, He complained about doing his job, bad mouthed other CJDR dealers and whined about how busy he was. He even argued about who called who and I had to play him a recording of the message he left me.

Limited for Check engine lite on and rough idle (po2302). They sold me new cylinder heads, I have had it back in 4 times since then, and one excuse after another . Now the rough idle and lite are back with the same code PO2302 they told me a pinched wire???

Did it need the heads ??? well they put them in when they did the cylinder heads. I just cant trust them

My adult son purchased an oil change package prior to pandemic and only used 1 of the oil changes. It is under his name Ryan Schneider for his Ford Fusion. The package was purchased at Rhinebeck NY Ruge’s Chrysler Dodge.

We went to use another one recently and were told they’re expired. This is unacceptable. Under normal circumstances this makes sense. Under a worldwide pandemic this needs to be accounted for and an extension needs to be made. The entire world has done this as a result of this crisis.

Maybe you can help. I ordered parts from the my mopar app with points from my dodge credit card from the dealer here. He ordered the ones off the website. The website had a mistake on it and it was the two parts i ordered .

The page has been corrected and the parts are gone. I received the front and rear strut tower brace for a neon and not a 2020 challenger widebody scat pack. Tbe dealer wont take the parts back because hes not sure how since ordered with points 2 who pays the 15% restocking fee me him or you.

3 hes not helping and basically said i had to figure it out. I am a 3x challenger owner and I feel very unappreciated and the dealer here will never see my business again. You have no # to call part.

Customer care is a good joke. All i need is someone there to call the dealers…

I own three Dodge Challengers. All of them have recall notices. My 2015 Hellcat has a recall for the Evaporative Emissions Canister and Catalyst Efficiency. The closest Dodge dealership (Glendale Dodge, Glendale CA) just told me they don't have the parts in stock to perform the recall services and it will take a week to 10 days to get them. Seriously?!

I understand the impact of supply chain disruptions, but catalytic converters and O2 sensors are the same across every model of Challenger (and likely every Charger as well). They are common parts. Knowing that you have recall notices out, how can you not have the necessary parts in stock?

And thanks to California's arcane registration requirements, I can't renew my registration without getting the recall services performed. Pathetic all…
