I purchased a 2008 Chrysler 300, it has 53,000 miles on it. The dealership is refusing to fix my car, the same dealership I purchased it from. Please I want my car up and running, they are saying it needs PCM, well I want to get my car up and running.

It’s been parked waiting for some at the dealer to help me. I’m so upset that I’m being treated like this. That car has plenty of life in it, please help me. Mary Burton, Philadelphia Pa. The dealership is Gary Barbera 7700 Roosevelt Blvd.

I have a 2007 Town & Country mobility Van built by Braun. According to the service manual Chrysler is to be contacted regarding problems with door open and close. The door opens and closes twice completely when trying to get into the Van.

McKay Chrysler did $300 worth of labor on it and still didn’t remedy the problem. The technician did mention a concern with the door rollers, so I asked how much it would cost to replace the lower rollers assembly. The service advisor said he'd get back to me.

After not receiving a phone call, I called again the next day and spoke with a different service advisor who said she would get back to me. Nobody from this dealership contacted me. Should I get a refund of my $300 since they don’t want to work on my van?

Chrysler sent me a notice for a Y47 recall on my new 2021 Chrysler 300S which I purchased 3 months ago. I was told to take it in to the nearest dealer for this free service. Took it to Pleasanton, CA dealer, dropped off in AM.

At 4pm they called and said their vendor didn't show up to do the work on windshield and I had to leave it overnight. The next day Friday at 3PM, I get a call that while under repair, the entire windshield glass shattered, new one was ordered but it would be until next week until I got my car back.

They didn't offer a rental or asked if I had a ride to work. After I asked, they gave me an 800# to call. It was MOPAR and they couldn't help me , then I called a case manager all they did was give me a case number and said it was the dealers responsibility.

We were advised to contact Chrysler complaint department regarding a warranty issue.

We spoke to two different people when calling number 1-800-992-1997.

The first person seemed to be a buffer that was instructed to clear the issue if it were simple and send the customer in the right direction.

However, that person was not able to correct the issue and transferred us to a second person. The second person was someone asked many questions and received all the issues that were at hand. The second person advised us that the case would go to the Chrysler complaint section and we would receive a phone call or an email within 1-3 business days. The complaint was filed on 09-10-2021 aa 10:30am.

My daughter purchased a Dodge RAM truck. VIN IC6RR7LTOLS143980. She is a frequent source of transportation for me and my physical limitations made it impossible for me to climb into the vehicle. On the advice of the dealer we purchased and installed running boards at a substantial cost and as we were advised to do, filed a claim with the AutoAbility program through our local dealer.

I have no idea if this the place to file a complaint. This is regarding my 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus that I bought in June of 2020 at the local Dodge Dealership in Lodi Ca. I bought the car with only 14K miles on it.

It is the second of the three challengers I've bought from Lodi over the past four years. It is an extremely well maintained car. Last May 2021 a vibration stated when braking. While test driving it I stopped at a local Transmission shop that's owned by a good friend.

After driving it he knew what the problem was and back at his shop he put it up on a lift and sure enough it was the drive shafts center career bearing. I took it to Lodi Dodge. I do not appreciate the dishonest business practices of your dealership. I have had to replace my starter 3 to 4 (which is it 3 or 4 times) times in a year. Starters don’t go out that often. Your dealership charged me for a new starter but kept installing refurbished ones.

This is just the beginning of their deceitful practices. I also had to replaced my transmission. I was left with no means of transportation over 6 months because they kept telling me they we working on my car. I have never known a dealership to work on a vehicle for such an extended amount of time.

Hi there, We took our vehicle in for a diagnostic test, the diagnostic test showed there was nothing wrong but the mechanic accidentally broke the fuel gear. The dealership is now stating that it is our responsibility to pay the $1800 to have it repaired. They also verbally promised us that the diagnostic fee would be waived if we got the car reports with them, and now they’re retracting that statement.

My complaint would start with I’d like to know if using a service company like carefree car protection is a corporate decision or a dealer decision? I purchased a 2019 ram 1500 and was sold a service contract in the amount of $4000, without reading the fine print, a mistake on my part for sure.

When I sold the vehicle two years later to my surprise was told all that money was non-refundable!! What a crock of shit!! There’s absolutely no reason for a company to keep monies from a contract that they are no longer responsible for, NONE!!

Just had the worst dealership service since I had to deal with Greenbrier Dodge. Brought it in for a failed A/C compressor. That turned into 4 return trips and additional damage to the vehicle. They forgot to reinstall parts, not once, but twice.

The service lady was condescending and the service manager was totally inept. If they just had owned up to the mistakes, I would have been fine, but they gave me uneducated generic responses that made zero sense. Unless you want a horrible experience and more damage than actual repairs, I would go somewhere else.

I will be doing business with Hall automotive in Virginia Beach and will make sure that the service department knows and everyone hears what a nightmare Southern Dodge, in Norfolk, VA is.

I have a 2019 Pacifica that has been serviced twice for electrical transmission reset, a passenger side boot replacement and this time a driver side shield replacement and still waiting for a power brake booster. I called for service due to brakes going up and down when at full stop.

Was told to bring in two weeks out. After telling them we are talking about brakes, I brought it in July 29th. I was informed it needed a power brake booster and was advised not to drive it. The van has been at service since.

To Whom it may Concern I wanted to write in regarding some issues we have had with my 2020 Pacifica. We made the jump from a long and loyal Toyota owner to give Chrysler a try with the Pacifica for our family.

Within 6 months we had our first incident, and we knew we made a mistake and we were in for a long ride. We purchased the car in February of 2020. In July of 2020, we took a vacation out to Utah.

While parked at a little tiny spot in a very small town, we had an “outage” occur. We had locked the car and went into a store to grab some lunch. One of the kids forgot their jacket so when we went back to the car, it would not unlock.

I bought my 2019 Ram 1500 in September of 2018. After a month of having the truck I noticed that the radio screen would black out and in return would not work for several mins, to hours or even days.

I called the dealership that I bought it from to get it looked at. They could not replicate the problem and therefore could not fix it. After several times of my screen going out and getting tired of dealing with the dealership, I called Chrysler Corporation to see if they could do anything.

They assigned a "case manager" to my problem and kept having me to take it to the dealership to try and fix it. After eight months of going back and forth they finally agreed to just replace the whole screen and hardware/software associated with it.

Since then it has been working perfectly fine.

The WORST company to deal with. I bought a brand new vehicle . JEEP WRANGLER EV . Vehicle started giving me issues just after a month. I dropped the vehicle back at the dealership I bought from and its been more than 3 weeks, they are not able to fix it.

I own a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. The vehicle has 21,600 miles and has been fully maintained including waxing the vehicle with 3M professional wax every 6 months or so since I owned it. Recently, I noticed that I have corrosion and paint bubbling on the bottom of the hood near the headlights on both the left and right side.

I called both Dodge and Chrysler customer service number three times and explained the problem. I also asked if there were any silent recalls or normal recalls. I have a a warranty for repairs under Mopar Vehicle Protection. My car has been sitting at the Encore Chrysler Dealership waiting for authorization to perform repairs. I was told that an Inspector performed an on-site evaluation and require an additional 3-4 days to perform a review of that evaluation before authorization to commence repairs can be released.

In the interim, I have to make measurements to get to work without my vehicle. It should not take three weeks to make a decision concerning repairs when I have paid for repairs that are covered by a warranty issued by the Manufacturer.

I just bought a new Ram 3500 Diesel a month ago and it came with a lifetime warranty. I was driving to work and the radiator light came on so I pulled over and called for a tow through the Chrysler company tow.

00 for the tow and told me if I didn't pay it I wouldn't get a tow so I payed it. The lady did send me a text with the tow truck company's number, after waiting and hour and a half I tired to call the number with no response.

Treats their customers different. Never offered a loaner, in spite of having full coverage insurance and car being kept all day. And, have been told differently by other people. Requires ride along when test driving a vehicle, not so for everyone.

My wife and I had our 2009 Town & Country in for service at Billion Auto - Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Do to a problem with the fuel system. When we dropped the car off “everything “ was working good, when we got it back the radio was not working.

When we asked about correcting the radio problem we were told that it was not the service department fault that radio was not working. We after we had bought the van had paid to have the radio upgraded with the Chrysler factory navigational gps with antenna.

Purchased my new Jeep Compass in May 2017. I have just under 36,000 miles on it. It's been at the service department several times for computer-related issues. Currently it has these 2 issues that they are not able to fix: - Start/Stop technology is not working. They charged the batteries and it is STILL not working. They said my car was fixed and when I picked it up was NOT fixed. - Navigation System cannot locate my vehicle. It says I'm in Flemington, NJ...the car has never even been there. Took my Ram 3500 in for service on a warranty recall. Service department called and said one of the parts was on b/o and has been for several months, but they were able to locate the part at another dealership but I would be responsible for paying for shipping!

I said that’s ridiculous, and I refused, after much back and forth with the service manager he finally agreed to get the part delivered and installed. I got a call the next morning to come pick up the truck it was fixed and ready to go.

I went to get it, drove less than a 1/2 of a mile and the truck still had the shimmy it had before taking it in on the recall. The technician drove it over 40 miles and said it was fixed (I drove it a 1/2 mile) the front tire is now out of balance and is damaged due to the drag link issue.

I detected a leak in my gas tank on my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. Only 5,230 miles on the vehicle. Had it towed to Golling Chrysler at my expense. Was told I was responsible for an appx $895 repair. I did nothing but drive the vehicle normally.

I was told they determined the parts did not fail and something punctured the fuel line. I responded--well, then its a bad design. I have leased many Jeep and Chrysler vehicles out of loyalty to American car companies. I also lease many Fords and have had no problems.

In 2015, I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler Via Military Sales when I was stationed to Wiesbaden, Germany.

When I picked up the new car I purchased upon my return to the United States, it was clear that the vehicle I purchased sight unseen through the Military Sales program (a program which only saved me $500) was NOT in new condition, and did not have most of the features I had paid for (for example, I paid for bluetooth which it did not have.)

In 2016 bought new Jeep Frome Lunes in Sterling, IL. 99% of time have problems service department. To mention a few, not putting correct oil in vehicle, greasy fingerprints on cloth interior, and the latest while driving home from oil change oil light came on.

75 qts of oil - they had not put enough oil in vehicle. Have some issue almost every time. I understand having an issue occasionally, but not every time. I will not go back!

6 months ago when I got an oil change at Central Florida Chrysler. After a few days the engine light on the dashboard came on and also oil changed from time to time I took my van to the dealer and they adjusted some wit=ring. On the next oil change, it happened again engine light came on after a few 5 days of oil change. Recent oil change no engine light comes on after 4 days. The dealer says that it is a transmission. I do not agree because: 1. I have been driving the van for the last 6 month. It runs fine 2.. Whenever engine oil is changed, the engine line light goes away for a few days. I believe that it is not the transmission but electrical connection associated with OIL change

While driving from Boston to Maine with my wife , grandson and 2 dogs on route 93 north at 70 mph my 2019 Ram Truck (27k miles) suddenly lost power. My truck was almost rear ended twice by cars traveling at 70mph.

My dashboard read” shift to P” and then “ Shifter autocorrect activated”. I had to pull over to breakdown lane narrowly missing a truck . This issue is beyond dangerous and want to know what happened and Why it happened .

My Truck did this 4 more times and finally stopped and I was able to get off Highway. Being the 4 th of July weekend all Ram service stations are closed until July 6th and I can’t even get a rental vehicle .

My car 300 2012 is being serve at the eastchester chysler dealership, since May 6 2021 for a motor replacement its June 1 haven't got my car back, my Zurich insurance deliver a motor today june 1I spoke with Rosemarie and she stated they can't find who sign for the motor..

I have owned my Dodge Ram 2500 Heavy Duty 4x4 since 2003. The Vin # 3D3KU26DX3G720741. I have kept up on all of the services, and never had a problem until last week. While driving through San Francisco on 19th Avenue, the truck lost power and I managed to get the truck off the main road and into a driveway.

The truck would not start, or turn over. I managed to get the truck towed, after seven hours to a Dodecagons Dealer in Burlingame: Putman The diagnostic was the engine was "frozen". There were no codes showing, no problem with oil or water-just frozen.

The engine only had 87579 miles on it. No one had any idea what was wrong. There was nothing that could be done to repair the truck for weeks. 00. They said they would send it to auction. Dodge/Ram needs to know that I need to hear…

We have a 2019 doge challenger and haven’t been able to drive it now for three weeks because a computer problem with the radio after a update that failed, this causes the battery to drain. The car has no air no radio no lane departure.

We contacted head office they were very rude and acted like Chrysler problem was our problem. Three weeks I think is too long to wait and still no part. The dealer where we bought the car has tried to fix this problem but with no parts can’t do much.

They also told us this is a common problem. We bought a new car because we wanted no problems. We feel that Chrysler should at least provide us with a courtesy car for for this inconvenience.

We have purchased Chrysler mini vans since 1986 and have been happy with them all except the 2015 Town & Country we purchased. We only have a little over 70,000 miles on it. Corrosion has appeared on the edges of the hood and Chrysler refuses to address the problem.

We want to buy the new Pacifica but will not unless this is addressed.

I bought a new Dodge Ram from your Modesto California dealer about 15 months ago. I only received one key as they had lost one. It was in the contract that they would reimburse me for the second key. I have faxed them the bill four times, called numerous times and they send me to someone's voice mail for a call back. Still waiting.

I recently got a call at my one year anniversary to check on my satisfaction. I told him of this problem and he said he would look into it and call back. Still waiting. I called again today and was transferred to a manager in the Parts Dept and he was going to have another manager call back today. Spoiler alert, still waiting.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. FYI, I love Dodge and have had great experiences with your Fresno…

My main reason for complaining is a political statement made to me while at the Rick Hendrick Jeep Chrysler Dealership in Wilmington, NC. I incurred a flat tire while driving to NC from Ohio. Much to my surprise my 2018 Pacifica did not have a spare tire.

When I arrived in NC I went to the dealership to inquire as to why I didn't. I was told by the service department it wasn't in my original new purchase of the vehicle because it was the fault of the new EPA regulations that came about when OBAMA was elected. What the????
