Got a notice of recall for my Jeep Grand Cherokee for fuel relay switch. Brought it in only to be told 2 hours later they had to order the part. Say what??? You knew it needed it before I brought it in.

I even gave the VIN which proves I needed the part. Terrible service fro Glendora Chrysler in Glendora CA. Never buy another from Chrysler!

I cannot get any satisfaction on correcting an error on your part I have a policy number +61-008-857-6506 that I have had for a year and someone has mistakenly coated or putting something in that I have another policy which I do not have I have made numerous phone calls and spent hours on the phone to get this corrected and I need it reinstated because they stop building my credit card because of this and no one at either of your phone numbers or departments helps me

There are no replacment front struts or bearing mounts availabe from the dealer and they are on back order for several months. This will be the second time my vehicle as been out of service because of a no parts.

We bought a Chrysler Pacifica from Dishman Dodge in Spokane, Washington in April 2021. Cody Stewart was the salesman. He was courteous, professional and easy to work with. I'd give Cody five stars. There was a delay and getting the vehicle I wanted as it was at another dealership 300 miles away.

After 10 days of waiting I called the sales manager at Dishman to ask when the car would be arriving as we were promised 3 -4 days. We had already signed paperwork to buy the car. In short, we were forgotten.

I said that I would cancel the contract if the car was not there within two days. It was. If this was the end of all interactions, I would say that we were happy and would buy another car from Dishman.

Extremely mad and dissatisfied. My brand new Jeep has an oil leak. The dealership told me it was one issue, said they fixed it. Drove it the next day and still leaking. They just called me days later telling me they don’t know what the issue is.

Again, I bought a 2021 in 2021 with 10 miles on it. It currently only has 3500 miles on it. They gave me a rental that isn’t comparable to what I am paying for. I called Customer Service to try to get answers on why this could even happen and the person I spoke to was zero help.

She said she takes the complaints for internal only. Whatever that means. But she wasn’t helpful at all. I’m going to document everything because there is a lemon law. The biggest mistake of my life was buying this Jeep! Disgusted!

My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo was brought into the dealership by my private mechanic on April 17(give or take a day). The jeep initially was showing alternator issues so my mechanic said get it to his shop. It would not start at all at the shop and no computer read, so he brought it to Gengras. 00).

2017 jeep wrangler had engine light on running rough. Towed it to Bachmans auto in Jeffersonville In. 00 said 6th injector bad I told them to put new plugs in while it was torn down. 00 I have read where Chrysler covered injector pump and injectors is this right or wrong.

My experience with this company has been very unpleasant. I was never provided a wheel lock key for my car at the time of purchase which I did not realize until I got a flat tire a year later and needed to remove the tire.

Which I contacted the dealership to inform them of such and they told me that I would have to bring my car to them for them to find one that match my car. When I arrived I was told I would have to purchase one.

I informed them I had never received one at all. ) but I had not had that service done only an oil change. If I was provided a wheel lock key at the purchase of my vehicle this experience could have been avoided.

On May 11, 2021, while on vacation passing through Hollister, CA, enroute to San Benito, CA, (Thousand Trails RV Resort) driving my 2020 Ram 2500, Longhorn, Crew Cab, pulling my 35 ft Rockwood Travel Trailer, the truck engine began to make loud clacking, popping sounds. It sounded almost like a broken rod or exhaust leak.

No warning lights were activated. I pulled to the side, and opened the hood. The noise was persistent, but I could not locate the source, other than in the engine. I was able to make it to an auto service garage.

This is the second time I took my new Jeep in for a free oil change to the dealer. It’s the second time they told me it would take only one hour. It’s the second time that they have kept my Jeep all day and told me they haven’t looked at it yet, but that it would be done before they close at 5:30 pm. This dealership is horrendous.

I have owned 10 Jeeps. Never had an issue ever until this dealership. Wish there was one closer to me.

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop AWD and the electrical systems starts blinking and flashing and cause the engine lights to also flask Yellow and Red than the engine shutdown completely off. I lose control of the steering and the vehicle just coast to a stop.

I purchased a 2021 Dodge ram pick up truck. The touch screen did not and has not worked since the day I purchased it. They say it will take a month to get a used one to replace it. I do not want a used one I want a new one from the manufacture.

I purchased a 2021 ram big horn in April of this year. All I wanted to do was replace 18 inch rims with black 18 inch rims. I called a tire shop in town they told me there are no 18 inch rims that will fit due to brake calipers.

I called my salesman back at rodeo dodge in queen creek Arizona and asked if they have any. My salesman put me in contact with Gary the parts supervisor he told me the same thing as did customer care. Gary told me to call Jim at wheel specialist in Tempe Az.

I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in 2019 as a new vihicle left over from central. i also purchased the full extended protection plan for my car. there have been issues with faulty messasges about key fob leaving the vehicle.

there are problems with doors not opening / closing properly.

However what i am writing to you about at this time is rust forming on the car and paint bubbling up. the dealer claims to have taken pictures of said damage and sent the to chrysler for approval to repair.

I think this should be corrected now before it gets worse. I would like to have the work done at a reliable body shop and be reimbursed by Chrysler Corporation.

In Michigan, I went to Taylor Jeep for an oil change. While driving off the lot onto the main street, my car's battery light came on and my vehicle hood began to smoke. Upon turning around, I explained to one of the service representatives what had happened.

It has the part number on it so I expected he could look it up. He just said that no one knew what it was and left it in the front seat. we bought about $10,000 of extras including scratch and dent repair.

The service dept said they couldn't fix it and to go away. I bought some scratch repair and fixed it myself. I also had a low tire that was filled up but not checked for a leak. It lost air two days later - I am waiting on roadside assistance now.

We have been a long time customer and bought this car on the expectation of good service. I am not happy.

We had our Chrysler 300c stolen and are waiting for a report to be done and sent to our insurance company. Chrysler Townsville have had our car for over 2 weeks and still have not sent a report. I have rang them numerous times and they keep saying that they are having difficulty starting it . So if they cannot start it then wouldn't you do a report and send it through. We have had a hire car but as it has taken over 2 weeks this is due to run out on Monday the 7th of June . I feel that this is a long time to still not have a report sent.

May 9th. Transmission broke. Had it towed to Sandy Sansing dealership in Milton FL. The service manager Jeff said he had a brand new one sitting there. 3 days later Tuesday he calls and says they are working on it.

9 days later on Thursday calls and says it is done. My friend former master sergeant retired airforce takes me 40 minutes to get it. 27 dollars. Get the keys say thank you and leave. I get two blocks from the dealership and the transmission is doing the EXACT same thing.

I can no longer pump gas into my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The gas pump continually clicks off every second, causing me to get gas at tint bits at a time. It is taking me a ridiculous amount of time to fill my tank, and it is very painful on my hands.

The dealer will not acknowledge there is a problem with my gas tank where the nozzle goes in. There are numerous complaints online from other 2017 Chrysler Pacifica owners having the same issue! This needs to be addressed. What good is a vehicle if you can't get gas into it?

We have been working with you for about 25 days to resolve the issue with the AWD on the Chrysler Pacifica. We bought two new vehicles recently: a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 350 diesel Ram and thoroughly love them . We are long time Chrysler customers but not of Chrysler Capital. We financed the Jeep thru Chrysler Capital because of an incentive through the dealer and what a mistake!!! 1. We have super excellent credit and pay more each month toward the principal but CC never applys that to reduce the principal and interest no matter how many times we call. They simply hold that extra for the next month and of course that never a lowers the interest. 2. We got a letter in mail that says this is an attempt to collect a debt! Turns out it’s a marketing ploy since we are never late and send more than required!

I received a letter back in Jan/Feb stating that there was a recall on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler on the clutch. On March 11 while driving home from work, my clutch went out. On March 15th I had it towed to the Chrysler dealer that could get it in the soonest.

I was told by the service manager that I dealt with, on the phone and through a text message that I still have, that he and his technician believe it was due to the recall. He also told me that someone from FCA needed to come out and would decide if it was or not.

On May 3rd the service manager told me that the FCA deemed it was not due to the recall but a worn clutch. At this time my Jeep was 2 1/2 years old. I have had 3 manual transmission vehicles and have never had the clutch go out.

I own a 2016 Ram 1c6pr7pt3gs407693 , 69,000 km. It is my second Ram. Both trucks have had air conditioning and both trucks air conditioning broke down. My son has the first truck and he drives it without air conditioning as we gave up on trying to fix it.

Not only is it very expensive to fix, it does not stay fixed. My current truck 's air did not cool at first use this spring. This trucks air conditioning was fixed in 2019 at 43000 km. Brandon Chrysler Dodge has done all the work and I have absolutely no complaint with their service.

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Renegade. Less than a year and 10,000 miles later I hit a pothole and busted a rim. I had my Jeep towed to the dealership. The service department informed me that there wasn't a replacement for my rim.

Unable to comprehend that there wasn't a replacement rim manufactured my husband contacted Chrysler Corporation. A supervisor at Chrysler that would only give the name Darren advised us that we broke the part, it was up to us to fix it.

We have a 2017 dodge Ram that has been at the dealer for 11 weeks. vin:3c6ur5dl 7 hg570116. We need a def pump. We have been told the part is on an engineering hold. -- have had 3 case numbers with absolutely no help.

My husband was not able to have the truck to plow with, and we cannot do any of the normal things we would be doing now such as camping and using the truck to get mulch, etc, we are beside ourselves with frustration and disbelief that this is happening. We continue to make payments and pay insurance and have no vehicle.

My husband had open heart surgery a few months ago and this stress is not good for him, or me. There is no definite date of when this part will be available. This is definitely not encouraging us to ever deal with this company again.

I’ve had to have manifold gasket fixed on both sides now driver side is bad again. They want $500 to fix it again. I had to have my lifters replaced. Thank god it was under warranty. I have had my clockspring go bad twice now and I have to change it again. $700.

There’s obviously an issue and I’m expected to foot out a weeks pay to have something fixed that’s obviously faulty. I’ve never had to change this part on a vehicle and now I’m on number 3. Chrysler does not care for the safety factor.

I’ve been without a horn and airbag for the majority of my ownership of the Ram 1500. Maybe I’ll buy a GMC next time since I cannot get any assistance whatsoever. I used to love my truck now I see a defective vehicle in my driveway.

While driving my 2018 Jeep Wrangler I experienced what is referred tp as the "death wobble". I took the Jeep tp Gillman Chrysler Jeep in Houston and showed them a newspaper article which addressed the issue. In that article, Jeep supposedly sent out mailings to address the problem, instructed owners to take the Jeep to the dealer where a steering damper would be installer free of charge. 00 for the service.

I have a 2009 Town and country. A part was ordered on Feb. 11, 2021. To date, the part still hasn't been shipped to the dealer. Had I not bought another car, I wouldn't have any transportation. My car is at Yark Auto.

Please send them the part so I can get it fixed.

Secondly, I bought a 2018 Grand Caravan with 33,000 miles. It is certified and I bought an extended warranty. On the passenger side back seat the leather is coming pff. I called my service advisor right away. She took pics and submitted it.

I received a recall for a catalytic converter on my 2011 Dodge Journey Vin 2d4pg4fb1bt549323. My wife's car. After a great deal of coordinating I finally arrange an opportunity to book an appointment and get it done. The next morning after dropping it off I get a text telling me it can't be done because it's been replaced by an aftermarket exhaust.

If this is the case why bother to recall 10-year-old cars in the first place as it's probably the exhaust has been replaced by then and if the catalytic converter has failed and been replaced with an aftermarket part then it's probably not up to snuff with your standards and if it failed, it probably had to do with the defect you are replacing in the first place.

That is not the real complaint though! The real problem is the lack of respect…

Five months ago, I went to Mas brothers in Moreno Valley to purchase a ram 2019 Limited addition for $50,000. I trade in my 2016 dodge ram and a. Down payment of $10,000 cash. To purchase this 2019 ram truck that I want it.

The sales manager promise me that anything I needed to be fixed on the truck that all I have to do is bring it to Service department and that they will fix it. Well they were able to fix some things but not everything I spoke with the manager of the service department about the problem with my brakes a week later after I purchase the truck.

Because I heard a squeaky bad sound on my brakes I also spoke with the general manager at the dealer they promised me they were going to fix my brakes. But until now, I’m still have the bad squeaky sound on my brakes, the dealer…

I took my Ram truck in for inspection. They recommend i have a tune up done and the tires rotated. I agreeded. When I got the truck back, I had warning lights for low tire pressure and engine problem. It has been 1 month now and I still have not gotten my truck back.

They have told me they will call when they find things and they never do. I have lost some income because I don't have my truck to do the work. Very frustrating.

About 3 months ago I referred a client to Lakehead Chrysler dealership in thunderbay ontario. I had purchased a vehicle from Lakehead. The persons name I'd graham mekanak of kasabonika lake first nation. Graham put in total 3000.00 and I was used as in him sending the 3000.00 for a hold on a vehicle. In any event the deal went sour for Graham didn't get his funds as he was awaiting a cheque from dayschool compensations.

So nick from Chrysler in thunderbay clearly indicated 6 weeks ago that a cheque in the amount of 3000.00 would be mailed to him to date no cheque has been sent to Graham mekanak. Graham can be reached at 807 738 3680.

38$ took my car straight to the gas station to fill it up, as I was filling up the tank , my wife came over to talk to me and she said what is all of this on my shoes, I look and it was gas leaking from under the car from my gas tank, if it wasn't for my wife I may not be alive today, how can something like this happen?
