I own a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Summit. I recently developed a problem with the oil cooler. Oil is leaking underneath the car. I have been in formed that the part is on backorder and no date in site for delivery of same. VIN 1C4RJEJGOEC465820, This is the second time I have been disappointed with getting a part. It took a month to get the shifting module for the car. I heard the parts on back order with no date for it arriving and the dealership Simi Valley, 2350 First Street, Simi Valley, CA

I would think twice about buying another Chrysler product after this experience. How can it take this long to get an oil cooler??

My vehicle has been at Crown Dodge of Fayetteville for 6 days now. This is at least the 5th or 6th time that i had to have my vehicle serviced for the same issue. My 2019 Ram Rebel will shut completely off while I am driving down the road.

This has happened on 3 separate occasions, once while I was alone, once with my wife and I and once with my wife and three young daughters. I have yet to get an official reason on why this happening from the dealership.

We have purchased five new Chrysler Dodge vehicles from Lithia In Kennewick Washington within he last 10 years and the service has gotten extensively worse every time. I just purchased a new pick up a years ago and instead of buying from Lithia Chrysler I purchased it from: Ford.

The service is far more important than what you pay for a vehicle. Over the last three or four years we’ve had to call Lithia several times to get them to set up an appointment for service on our Chrysler products.

And then it takes them forever to get your warranty work completed. We had a Dodge Durango in the shop for a period of three weeks to do a simple repair because they could not get the right part. It was nothing more than replacement of the pressure sensor for one of our tires.

Took my care in with a chirp noise and turns out water got in the transmission which voids my power train warranty which is ludicrous because there is no dip stick for someone to pour water into the transmission so they only way it could is from faulty manufacturer.

I purchased a jeep from Henkel Jeep in Battle Creek, MI in 2017. Shortly after I was made aware that the vehicle was a theft recovery/flood vehicle via Carfax. the dealership assured me this was inaccurate as did our company.

In December I was going to trade my vehicle in only to find out that the information remains and it was indeed a theft recovery, information that was not disclosed by the dealership or by your company. I am now stuck with a vehicle with no value.

I need someone to clarify what is actually happening as your dealer is not being helpful at all.

Hunt chrysler milton sold us a pacifica, '18. Bought the van w/11,000kms on it last Aug. Have put 9,000 kms on it since. REALLY!!! Hunt has offered to replace them at cost. As far as we're concerned the brakes were barely legal when they sold it to us.

I can assure you, that if the brakes aren't fixed properly and at free of cost, we will share this experience with everyone and will never by another Mopar again ever... Your choice. Thx for your time. Mr. R. Murphy.

I'm looking for compensation from Chrysler to reimburse me for 4 months of car payments and Insurance payments I continued to pay but did not have my car due to Chrysler not supplying parts due to back orders and them not making parts. After being patient for 2 months I filed a complaint but Tina (complaint rep) states she cant do anything because I didnt file complaint right away.

I called weekly asking about the part but after 2 months of calling a rep finally suggested I put claim in. WOW poor service. Dealership continuously looked for part reaching out to other dealerships and found part. Drove out of state to get part and repaired my car. Chrysler's service was disappointing.

I leased a 2020 Cherokee limited 11/29/19 and have had the battery replaced once already. I have had to jump start car 7 or 8 times even after battery was replaced. Cueter had the the car for a few days and found nothing.

I am not not getting the service from. The car has 6800 miles and to have this kind of problem is unacceptable. I have had to jump car 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Customer service was supposed to call me 10 days ago and and nothing has happened.

I am not in the best health and need a reliable vehicle and this vehicle is not reliable. I am very dissatisfied with the vehicle and with Cueter Chrysler for poor service. This vehicle is a lemon and I need something done very soon

I've been dealing with claims dept. About my jeep. I'm simply requesting to have have Chrysler reimburse me for 4 months of payments and insurance that I continued to pay while waiting for chrysler to provide parts. The dealership I worked with went above and beyond what the claims dept did as to spending hrs and days searching for a fender at other dealerships.

I have been attempting to order a replacement key with fob since March 2020!

First I was told that because it has to come from Mercedes in Germany it would not ship until the end of June due to COVID. Then the end of July, now end of August due to a supplier issue.

I have contacted a Mercedes dealer and if the car was a Mercedes (that is who made the Crossfire for Chrysler) they could help me. However, they don't have access to Chrysler VIN numbers so they can't help me.

The Chrysler Dealership tells me even if I had them t replace the ignition, they still won't be able to get a key and fob.

Locksmiths tell me it is a laser-cut key and they don't have a way to cut one and because of the antitheft issue - I still need the fob.

We have experienced a problem with our air conditioning in our 2012 Chrysler town and country van. Last year May 2019 the air conditioning completely stopped. We did not have it fixed until the end of August 2019. This year again the air conditioning stopped and we took it in for service in mid-July.

Now, on August 7, 2020 the air stopped again. We called the service department and left a message and finally received a return call at noon on the following Monday, today, August 10, 2020. I also called the Chrsyler complaint department in Auburn Hills but they could not offer me any solutions.

The delearship set an appointment to diagnose the problem but not until August 19 which will be 12 days from the initial date of the latest occurrence. This is unacceptable. Please look into this…

Good afternoon, I called the Dodge dealership In Wesley Chapel, Fl and spoke to Bill. He stated that “ if its not cracked its covered”. I made the appointment and upon arrival I was told its not covered. Please see attached warranty for all information I’m talking about.

Section 10 does not state headlights are not covered and section 12 states that headlight buckets and side lamps are covered. Well the side lights are part of the headlight. There is nothing in section 10 not covering headlights. I paid good money and this is the first dodge I have ever owned, and the first claim its not covered.

Customer Care Manager Kris(3020992) flat out lied to me about my reimbursement. When I asked, he simply said it was his mistake and that I had to live with it. Now I'm out of $700 for a rental and transmission part that should have been covered under the warranty.

Took my 2011 Dodge Journey with 65000 miles to Crossroads Chrysler Jeep Dodge for A/C issue. 09, the A/C still doesn't operate properly. Shortly after receiving my car, it starts overheating. Took car back to Crossroads and after 3 weeks they inform me the engine was damaged due to overheating. 15.

They recommend a replacement engine for $7700. I've been a mechanic in the army for 21 years. I know the signs of a damaged engine. This engine showed none. Car starts and run. There are no oil or coolant leaks.

There is no cross contamination of oil and coolant. The engine doesn't knock or smoke. The temperature just gets above 260 degrees in about 20 minutes. Yet the technician insist it's the engine that causing the problem. I have own 5 Dodge vehicle. Still own two.

I'd like to formally complain about the service website/center. I was mislead to BELEIVE that I could schedule service at 530 pm today and request a loaner due to the fact that my car needs work done that would require several days time.

I own a 2015 Ram EcoDiesel. This truck has been nothing but problems since I bought it. I have done every recall that had been sent out. Before the EGR cooler was replaced the dealership told me to drive it and add coolant as needed until the pats came in.

I was adding coolant every 2-3 days for which was 4 months, and the truck was still running hot. It eventually stopped running and began to smoke. I had to pay to have it towed to the dealership. The EGR was replaced after another 3 weeks.

2 weeks after I took the truck back, the DEF gauge was not working and the message displayed was I only had 500 miles left to drive. I again brought it back to the dealer. I was asked if I wanted an oil change while it was there. I agreed.

We have a 2015 dodge 1500 and we have had it in the service dept twice in a years time for the exhaust manifold bolts being broke. There should be no reason for this to keep happeneing. We took out the lifetime warranty and an extended warranty but I don't feel this is something we should have to continue to pay for so I am asking that you look into a recall for this year model and

It's been 6 months now, and I think it's time to tell the story of my experience at Derrick Dodge here in Edmonton, AB. Shortly before Christmas of last year, 2019. I had a fender bender with my 2005 Dodge Durango.

On June 1st appointment to take my 2017 3500 truck in to have work done on transmission, Water in fuel and rotation of tires. Picked up truck on 06/04/2020. On my way home driving west on Paseo del Norte, 45 mph, some one pulled up to my truck and told me my rear tire was about to fall off.

I pulled over and to my surprise three of the lug nuts were missing and the rest were loose. There was a lot of metal shavings in the rim. I jacked up the truck and I hand tightened the lugs then I used a tire iron.

Dear Chrysler, Want to let you know that my 2007 Aspen saved my life in accident on 10/29/2007. A car hit me head on and the Aspen rolled over 3 times & the glass didn’t break completely & the car’s roof barely suffered damage. Our company purchased a RAM2500 Trademaster Van after 2 years and 105K miles the transmission is shot. Realize this is a fair amount of mileage, but this is a work truck, hopefully designed to perform under commercial applications. We have purchased our second Dodge van, before this occured, and are thinking we will have to add an additional one for our service techs.

We have serious concerns about the ability of these vans to stand up to the needs of our businesses.

About 18 months ago, I purchased a jeep grand cherokee and it had issues with the air shock system. It took Eastgate Chrysler in Indianapolis 6 weeks to get it fixed. This last week the compressor started failing again. I took it to my mechanic and he discovered that Eastgate had not replaced the wheel well that protects the compressor. The wiring was totally corroded, and it was obvious that the compressor was damaged by the weather, with water getting in the air intake hole. The compressor was replaced about 30,000 miles ago, and I don't know how long the warranty is on those parts. In any case, I do not want to pay 2000 for a part that was damaged because of poor service by your mechanics.

So I want the compressor replaced at Chrysler's cost, and preferably not at that same dealership.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. It’s pretty ridiculous that you get notification after notification for a recall and when you bring your car in for your scheduled appointment, they don’t have the parts! This has happen to me more than once.

I purchased a 2019 Jeep Wranger in Oct 2019. Since my purchase I’ve had to take it into be serviced 4 times already. The latest problem occurred when my power steering stopped working while driving on the interstate at 79 mph, nearly causing me to crash.

My jeep has been at the dealer for 9 weeks. I'm 3rd they cannot get the parts needed to make repairs. It only has 35,000 miles on it and now they are saying it need a new cylinder head. I was told by the dealer there are 12,000 nationwide with he same problem but there is mot any recalls.

I've got basically a new jeep, but now, if it gets repaired, it will never be the same. So here I am waiting for Chrysler to try and make repairs. Needless to say I have been patient, and I've not said anything, but my patients is starting to wear thin.

I HAVE A 2013 CHRYSLER 200 AND I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH MY WIPERS STALLING. A NEW MOTOR WAS INSTALLED AND I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER FIXED. AS A CONSUMER WHAT CAN I DO. I AM WITHOUT A VEHICLE AND CANNOT HELP IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE.

6 VVT Motor. Although the truck runs ok, I am losing all the electronics systems one at a time. It started with the cruse control, the the IP/Radio system quit working. Now Both Power Outlets and USB ports have stopped working.

The trailer hook up doesn't work. when I have the headlights on and push the brakes to stop I get a message stating the My Parking Light is out although ALL LIGHTS ARE WORKING. The truck has less than 80,000 miles on it yet the electrical systems are failing one by one.

I have an appointment with the local dodge dealership to get it looked. This is my 3rd Ram truck and 5 Chrysler vehicle I have owned but this one has given me the most headaches.

GPS not working correctly. Took my Jeep renegade for service on Dec 23 2019. They said it needed about 5 updates, took them 6 hours to do this left the building about 1:45 pm mind u was there at 6:30 am for 7:45 appointment time.

explain to them what happen told me I have to make another appointment went Sat Jan 4 2020 at 7:00 am for 8:15 am appointment. Told me that they cant take of me because Detroit in Michigan is CLOSED. Schedule another appoint for this coming Monday Jan 13 2020.

Forgot to mention I went to UCONNECT Said I have 1 update available posted on November 23 2019. I was at Dealership on December 23 for updates it didn't take care of it, all the updates were not installed. Job incomplete

To whom it may concern, I am an owner of a 2019 Ram 1500 Bighorn which was purchased from Medved Chrysler in Castle Rock Colorado. I am happy with the vehicle but I have issue with the Medved Chrysler service department, specifically the Service Manager. I received a notice in the mail that a recall was issued against my vehicle. I decided to schedule an appointment to fix the recall and to get an oil change and tire rotation with the service department for December 20, 2019 at 11:30am. When I arrived at my appointed time, I was informed by the service manager that he would need to truck for the ENTIRE day due to the recall. I was never told prior to this that it was a WHOLE DAY job nor was I prepared to leave my vehicle for the entire day. I was passed over to another office…

Our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee has had a bad alternator at 4K miles and now several collapsed lifters and damaged roller rockers and camshafts. The vehicle is now at the dealer with 7k miles waiting for a response on if Chrysler will replace the engine that has had metal shavings ran through it.

I own a 2017 Pacifica that currently has 31,000 miles. We purchased the van with around 14,000. Throughout the last 3 months we have barely had our van. We have had our van towed to Bud's in Celina, OH multiple times to be fixed, but it never gets fixed.

Currently, they have had it for 5 weeks. At the end of September the van died on my husband while driving down the road. After waiting for awhile it restarted. We scheduled an appointment to be looked at. Bud's couldn't find anything wrong with it.

They completed a couple updates and recalls and sent us on our way. That evening the automatic start/stop light came on. We called Bud's again. Since that time, Bud's would have our van and fix something give it back and it would die on us while driving and we would have it towed back. When…
