About 18 months ago, I purchased a jeep grand cherokee and it had issues with the air shock system. It took Eastgate Chrysler in Indianapolis 6 weeks to get it fixed. This last week the compressor started failing again. I took it to my mechanic and he discovered that Eastgate had not replaced the wheel well that protects the compressor. The wiring was totally corroded, and it was obvious that the compressor was damaged by the weather, with water getting in the air intake hole. The compressor was replaced about 30,000 miles ago, and I don't know how long the warranty is on those parts. In any case, I do not want to pay 2000 for a part that was damaged because of poor service by your mechanics.

So I want the compressor replaced at Chrysler's cost, and preferably not at that same dealership.

I went to dealership for two purpose today.

First, I would like to take a look and test drive the Chrysler Pacifica since I am interested in purchasing the car, I confirmed with the online representative Johnathan the van is in stock. When I went to dealership, there are two female employees with a 4-5 year girl, who refuses to show me the car, states that the van is in storage, not available to show. when I asked further if I can make an appointment to see the van, they said they do not do that.

I took my Chrysler 300 to payne in Rio Grande city tex. with a transmission problem on December of 2019.They still got the car there, it has been almost two months, all we get is a bunch of excuses or promises or what have you. I think it is about time to do something, so I am asking you to do something about it, or I am going to take some legal action and I don't it's going to look to good on them.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. It’s pretty ridiculous that you get notification after notification for a recall and when you bring your car in for your scheduled appointment, they don’t have the parts! This has happen to me more than once.

I will not be purchasing another Chrysler again.

Hello Mr. Manley my name is Nancy Curtis and I’ve been a Chrysler Customer since 2014. I’m currently driving one of 3 Chrysler 300’s that I own. I’ve been waiting over a YEAR for replacement door panels on my third Chrysler 300s and I currently have a open claim #75021057 for the door panels which finally arrived.

During this waiting time my Claims Agent was Ms. Solanch, F. Per our recorded discussion for quality assurance Ms. Solanch stated that since I’ve waited over a YEAR for these door panels to arrive there would be NO CHARGE TO ME for the replacement of the panels, but when I went to pick up my Vehicle this past Friday 2/7/2020 at 12 noon @ Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep in Bakersfield, California on Cattle Dr.

I bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade. Love the vehicle, but on 1/27/2020 driving to work I lost complete control of my car and was all over the road. Luckly, no oncoming traffic was heading my way. Once I came to a stop, I struggled to get my car off to the side of the road. It was undrivable.

Torque steering light was on, uphill assist light was on, pavement light was on. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and was informed that my suspension bolt had snapped. The dealership called me 4 times asking what in the world I had done to cause this, repeating that this isn't supposed to happen. My reply was nothing.

No holes, no running over anything. Being that my vehicle is relatively new I have to say that I am SO unhappy with what happened and of course the unexpected repair bill…

Good morning,

I spoke to your call center on Monday, Jan 27 b/c my 2012 JGC with Hemi stalled on the PA Turnpike after a hard brake. Car has 63K miles. They told me to bring it in for a Recall of the Fuel Pump Relay. I made the appt and brought it in this morning to Norristown Chrysler & Jeep at 610-593-3100. They are telling me the Recall does not exist?? I went on-line and the recall is all over the internet. I told them to replace the part for $100. I expect to get reimbursed for this money. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Wranger in Oct 2019. Since my purchase I’ve had to take it into be serviced 4 times already. The latest problem occurred when my power steering stopped working while driving on the interstate at 79 mph, nearly causing me to crash.

I took it into the service department at Columbia Jeep in Columbia, TN. They claimed it was a bad ground wire and assured me that the problem was fixed. A few days later while my daughter was driving this same issue nearly caused her to crash the vehicle also. Obviously problem NOT fixed.

After calling the same service department in Columbia, TN I ask them to come get the Jeep because it was unsafe to drive. The service representative told me no and to bring it in the following Thursday. So I was told to continue to drive this Jeep…

My jeep has been at the dealer for 9 weeks. I'm 3rd they cannot get the parts needed to make repairs. It only has 35,000 miles on it and now they are saying it need a new cylinder head. I was told by the dealer there are 12,000 nationwide with he same problem but there is mot any recalls.

I've got basically a new jeep, but now, if it gets repaired, it will never be the same. So here I am waiting for Chrysler to try and make repairs. Needless to say I have been patient, and I've not said anything, but my patients is starting to wear thin.

I bought the jeep to drive, not let it set on the lot. I'm very particular with my vehicles and they stay inside all the Tim's, but now mine is sitting outside in all kinds of weather. I've had it, just replace it with another one and let's move on.

6 VVT Motor. Although the truck runs ok, I am losing all the electronics systems one at a time. It started with the cruse control, the the IP/Radio system quit working. Now Both Power Outlets and USB ports have stopped working.

The trailer hook up doesn't work. when I have the headlights on and push the brakes to stop I get a message stating the My Parking Light is out although ALL LIGHTS ARE WORKING. The truck has less than 80,000 miles on it yet the electrical systems are failing one by one.

I have an appointment with the local dodge dealership to get it looked. This is my 3rd Ram truck and 5 Chrysler vehicle I have owned but this one has given me the most headaches.

GPS not working correctly. Took my Jeep renegade for service on Dec 23 2019. They said it needed about 5 updates, took them 6 hours to do this left the building about 1:45 pm mind u was there at 6:30 am for 7:45 appointment time.

explain to them what happen told me I have to make another appointment went Sat Jan 4 2020 at 7:00 am for 8:15 am appointment. Told me that they cant take of me because Detroit in Michigan is CLOSED. Schedule another appoint for this coming Monday Jan 13 2020.

Forgot to mention I went to UCONNECT Said I have 1 update available posted on November 23 2019. I was at Dealership on December 23 for updates it didn't take care of it, all the updates were not installed. Job incomplete

I am happy with the vehicle but I have issue with the Medved Chrysler service department, specifically the Service Manager. I received a notice in the mail that a recall was issued against my vehicle. I decided to schedule an appointment to fix the recall and to get an oil change and tire rotation with the service department for December 20, 2019 at 11:30am. Our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee has had a bad alternator at 4K miles and now several collapsed lifters and damaged roller rockers and camshafts. The vehicle is now at the dealer with 7k miles waiting for a response on if Chrysler will replace the engine that has had metal shavings ran through it.

I own a 2017 Pacifica that currently has 31,000 miles. We purchased the van with around 14,000. Throughout the last 3 months we have barely had our van. We have had our van towed to Bud's in Celina, OH multiple times to be fixed, but it never gets fixed.

Currently, they have had it for 5 weeks. At the end of September the van died on my husband while driving down the road. After waiting for awhile it restarted. We scheduled an appointment to be looked at. Bud's couldn't find anything wrong with it.

I bought the vehicle new in December with a signed we owe for deep scratches on front number. After 5 months of fighting with dealership they chose to have a body shop bondo it instead of replacing the parts. A couple of weeks after purchase the windshield app famously cracked in upper left corner down to the middle of the windshield and dealership refused to look at it and I had to pay 600 to get it replaced..

Cracked again in same place while I wasn't even driving it about 10 inches long and Colorado Springs dodge refused to look at it and will make it around 1200k in repairs I'll have to cover on a brand new vehicle I've for less then a year. I have a 2016 Ram 3500 diesel that I bought new, with the Alpine stereo unit in it. or BOTH, I have had 5 units replaced at the dealership meaning that I am on #6 unit today with it failing.

The last one was installed on May 13 2019 and on June 10th 2019 the backup camera started failing again. I have dated pictures of multiple times when this has happened with different images on the screen at that given time.

As in the past I have to put up with this until it totally fails which hasn't happened yet. I can not express to you the number of hours and inconvenience this has caused me to date. This is a safety issue and a functional issue as far as hooking up to a trailer. YET AGAIN.

I purchased a 2019 Pacifica Limited with 38,489 miles on it from a Chrysler dealer. I was not shown, and did not sign the "Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Checklist". The vehicle was labeled and sold as Certified Pre-Owned. The dealer claims I did not need to sign anything.

I know for a fact there are two copy's of the CPOVC, top white copy is marked "customer" and the other, yellow copy is for the CPO dealer. How can I remedy this situation?

I bought my Jeep 2019 Sarah unlimited in March of 2019 and now for the last week or so I haven been experiencing a terrible death wobble when driving on the expressway. The only way it goes away is if I show down in the expressway which is the worst thing to do if you don't want to cause an accident.

, which was the result of a previous engine check where i also had lefter problems. when i brought my vehicle in today to have the o2 sensor replaced i was talked to disrespectfully by both the service manager Conrade James and the service person Paulette Davis.

They installed a 9-Speed FWD Automatic Transmission in the 2017 Pacifica. And it has been nothing but problems that Chrysler either refuses or can't fix. My car has been to Outten Chrysler in PA 4 times for the same transmission issues.

They even claimed to have given me a new transmission. But I think this is a lie. I am going to have the vin# checked on the so called new garbage transmission. Outten Chrysler even seems like they would rather avoid me then to fix the problem.

Doing some useless computer update (3 times already) that fails every time. I am not the only one. There are many complaints like mines for the same van and same issue. RIP-OFF. Stay away from Chrysler.

At 25000 miles, 2017 Jeep Renegade uses 1 quart of oil every 700 miles like clockwork. Fox dealership in Auburn NY gives us a con job every time we contact them. Accused us of not knowing how to check oil, and gave us long story of how using oil is better than not.

They did an oil consumption check and said it was fine. Will contact Chrysler now.

Lacas’s( Service Manager). In short, you don’t tell customer, and in M. Lacas word the following: . « Your not a good customer of ours because you haven’t spent enough with us. » . : I was also told that my rear brakes ( pads & disks) were worn out.

Approximately $1500 to have them done, After a 2nd inspection by a recognized Chrysler garage , I was told my rear brakes were fine with 10-12,000 Kim’s left on them. Regards,

Back in 2018 my extended warranty was removed from my vehicle without my knowledge ( for 6 months ) . I found out my warranty was removed bc there was an issue with my vehicle and call in and was told I didn't have the warranty.

It was add back to my vehicle after numerous of phones calls and talking to different mangers. I was told by Chrysler that there is nothing that can be done bc per their policy they do not have to notify you of any changes to your warranty.

Very disappointed, my husband picked up our BRAND NEW Jeep Grand Cherokee last Monday evening, come Thursday of the same week a tow truck came to pick it up! Apparently there is a part in the transmission that has a fault, and they haven’t even built the replacement part yet. We have been told it could take up to month before we have our vehicle back. In the mean time we have to start making payments on a vehicle we don’t even have and don’t really know when we will have it back and our compensation is a free rental of a Jeep Wrangler.

I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 from a dealership in Oklahoma. The folks at Fowler Dodge were wonderful. Upon returning home to Alaska, I noticed that the ram boxes were not closing flush and a trim piece on the passenger side was coming off of the door.

I asked Gene’s (the local ram dealer) to order the trim part. I had to call to check on the status of the part. They had the part for over a week and had not contacted me. When I was able to schedule a service appointment, I was told that drop off was at 0730 so I arrived at the appointed time with the vehicle.

ok to start out with there is something wrong with the driver rear rotor and the front passenger still squeels when braking and i was having a problem with taking off some times it would almost have to be shoved to the floor before it would move it didnt happen all the time. so i had to go buy it there.

I spoke to Burns body shop and asked them if it would be possible to replace the hood but with another model ( one less expensive ) they asked me why I would do that if my current hood is more expensive I replied due to the sun glare obstructs my vision with my current hood . We purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade new in 2017. We went for all the regular service and oil changes. Our last oil change, the car was 3 quarts low. No leaks anywhere. The service department at my dealership informed me that the Jeeps engine was burning oil excessively and I would need to return every 1000 miles for the next 3000 miles to have the oil checked.

After one of the visits it was down another quart after just 1000 miles. They stated the engine would need to be replaced. It is under warranty but that car will never be the same after the engine is replaced.

Who's to say other things won't start to malfunction? Where is the engine coming from? What kind of warranty would this new engine have? This left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. Our dealership offered to trade the vehicle…

First time I buy a Jeep! I have had very bad experience with this vehicle... and i was in danger someone would hit me from behind. you guys would think we would not have a flat tire. by this time we were out of gas as well, as it was very hot.

Horrible experience with 4 cylinder aka Fiat engine Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Paid over 30,000 for a piece of shit they won’t fix. Sucks up oil worse than our 2001 Mercedes ML 320 and dealer states it’s the piston rings and “common”.

We constantly have to go for oil consumption tests and nothing gets resolved. Chrysler is just biding time until the warranty is up at 36,000 miles. But we won’t let that happen. After 9 months, still no resolution or fix it.

They have cut corners and used cheaper products in the engine per the dealer and it shows. Will file a formal complaint and lemon law soon

If I could read it as zero I would. I brought a 2012 Chrysler 200 in for service to the dealership in Orlando Florida located on colonial Avenue. After dropping the vehicle off I could not reach the service department for two days.

You cannot leave a message. You cannot transfer to an operator. No one picks up the phone. If you try and call through the sales department, they hang up on you twice. I brought the vehicle in for an electrical issue and to see if there’s any recalls.

Because I wasn’t willing to pay the $1600 I was quoted for my electrical problem my recalls were not performed. Beyond horrible customer service. I currently on two Dodge/Chrysler products. I will never purchase one of your products ever again.

Hi" To whom it may concern, I have the following, with my Chrysler 300s 2017. I am sending copy of JOB, from Cabrera service. I have sent, this unit two time for the same reason, Cabrera told me that the parts are not available. And the problem has not been resolved yet. AS CHRYSLER, Clients ,I Need someone communicate with me or Cabrera service in order to have this unit repaired with out more delay. attach are, copy of two service report. On the beginning the radio presents a line inside the panel, then all apps, disappear , and goin completely dark., Cabrera said the part is not available or not approved from Chrysler yet. , Please contact me or Cabrera service dealer soon as possible,

15-Jul driving from Milwaukee home to Streetsboro OH, we hydroplaned and went across the turnpike median and back out onto our inside burm. At this time the Temp light flashed on and off quickly. We drove over to the outside berm where we decided to go to the next turnpike exit.

After a few miles the engine stopped stalled During this entire time the temp gauge never moved off of center and the temp light only flashed on and off while crossing from inside berm to the outside berm. Called a tow truck which took us to Charlies Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership in Maumee OH.

We called ahead at 5:45 PM. They were closing at 6PM but said to leave the car and put the key in the overnight drop off, which we did. While we waited for the tow we filed a claim with Grange Insurance.

2007 Jeep Commander V 6 blowout head gasket with a 135,000 miles. Chrysler should not be making the customer to pay a dealership money to verify the issues in order for Chrysler to fix it. I have owned Chrysler products for the past 20 year's and if this is the way Chrysler deal's with their customers I will never buy another.

I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income. Chrysler should cover the cost of fixing the vehicle.

I have a 2012 dodge charger SE. The low beam head lights keep overheating and melting the wiring and connectors. There is a recall for the low beam head lights for this model. I have taken my car to the local dealership { Parker-McGill West Point Ms 39773} two time. Each time they said that my vehicle's VIN didn't show the recall, but it showed other like the alternator. They fixed all recall that showed up under the VIN. My low beam lights haven worked properly for the past 3 years. I need help with getting a solution with my vehicle VIN to show the recall. I added the recall info below.

April 2018 we took our Dodge Grand Caravan in for a recall problem, they also checked the van, found the rear brakes needed replaced. After having the van 3 weeks, they finally said it was ready and gave us a 612.59 bill. Soon after that a pulsation in the brake pedal when brakes were applied which continued to get worse. The bill showed we were charged for replacement of rear brake pads and rotors. Today, 8/7/19 we had the vehicle checked out and were told that the pads had been replaced but not the rotors. In that time period, 7,700 miles were put on the vehicle.

The bill from Champion Chrysler Jeep of Indianapolis, Indiana showed we were charged for pad kit, 2 rotors, and labor totaling 422.14. Poor customer service, billed for parts and services not received. Service manager that lied…

Since 2002, my loyalty in car purchasing has been solely focused on the Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge brand. In the last couple of days, the service I have received at Chris Myers of Daphne, Alabama has brought that loyalty to a screeching halt.

On Monday, 29 July 2019 at 8:30 AM, I took two vehicles, 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and 2016 Chrysler 200 to the Chris Myers Service Department in Daphne, Alabama. For the Jeep, an oil change and tire rotation; for the Chrysler 200, a tune-up, check engine light (car not starting properly).

The airbag warning on the Chrysler 200 was also coming on intermittently. The Jeep Cherokee was returned the same day. The Chrysler 200 service request became a nightmare. Unfortunately for me, the nightmare started at AutoNation, 3118 Government Blvd, Mobile, AL 36606…
