I bought my Jeep 2019 Sarah unlimited in March of 2019 and now for the last week or so I haven been experiencing a terrible death wobble when driving on the expressway. The only way it goes away is if I show down in the expressway which is the worst thing to do if you don't want to cause an accident.

So disappointed that my $50K Jeep is doing this. I could the dealer about it and they tried to down play what I told them like if it's not a major issue or safety concern. Not happy at all

, which was the result of a previous engine check where i also had lefter problems. when i brought my vehicle in today to have the o2 sensor replaced i was talked to disrespectfully by both the service manager Conrade James and the service person Paulette Davis.

Upon trying to get this work done they ordered the wrong part 3 to 4 times and finally had to cut out my old o2 sensor to get the correct part. This was done very unprofessionally and i truly believe this was personally done by Conrade and Paulette.

They installed a 9-Speed FWD Automatic Transmission in the 2017 Pacifica. And it has been nothing but problems that Chrysler either refuses or can't fix. My car has been to Outten Chrysler in PA 4 times for the same transmission issues.

They even claimed to have given me a new transmission. But I think this is a lie. I am going to have the vin# checked on the so called new garbage transmission. Outten Chrysler even seems like they would rather avoid me then to fix the problem.

Doing some useless computer update (3 times already) that fails every time. I am not the only one. There are many complaints like mines for the same van and same issue. RIP-OFF. Stay away from Chrysler.

This is an issue with a Fiat 500L It may be a good warranty,I don't know...I'm stuck in Palm Desert Calif.My fiat was towed 100 miles to Ontario Calif. a week ago and after a week the service dept.can only say it will be ANOTHER 7 to 10 DAYS BEFORE WE CAN EVEN APPOINTMENT DIAGNOSIS! Stericyle keenus offered me Replacement for my 1 month old used cert preowned 2018 pacifica chrysler lake elsne can't fix it.. and Keenus my case manager told me to find a delaership and choose a vehicle of my choice with same amount not highr than $41K i went to turtle click chrysler irvine on the first day the manager and

the sales guy entertain me and help me choose a car... the next they when i went to process my paperwork... they just ignored me and they said they are not doing a buy back or replacement.. and just ignored me...

also lake elsinore dodge chrysler in main st... after sales according to them i'm on my own and i'm responsible to contact and deal with the lemon replacement offer.... the manager after sales its not their to deal with the damage or lemon car... very rude...…

At 25000 miles, 2017 Jeep Renegade uses 1 quart of oil every 700 miles like clockwork. Fox dealership in Auburn NY gives us a con job every time we contact them. Accused us of not knowing how to check oil, and gave us long story of how using oil is better than not.

They did an oil consumption check and said it was fine. Will contact Chrysler now.

Lacas’s( Service Manager). In short, you don’t tell customer, and in M. Lacas word the following: . « Your not a good customer of ours because you haven’t spent enough with us. » . : I was also told that my rear brakes ( pads & disks) were worn out.

Approximately $1500 to have them done, After a 2nd inspection by a recognized Chrysler garage , I was told my rear brakes were fine with 10-12,000 Kim’s left on them. Regards,

Back in 2018 my extended warranty was removed from my vehicle without my knowledge ( for 6 months ) . I found out my warranty was removed bc there was an issue with my vehicle and call in and was told I didn't have the warranty.

It was add back to my vehicle after numerous of phones calls and talking to different mangers. I was told by Chrysler that there is nothing that can be done bc per their policy they do not have to notify you of any changes to your warranty.

the only thing that I'm asking if for the 6 months that was remove be added at the end of my extended warranty . Can someone please help me with this situation

Very disappointed, my husband picked up our BRAND NEW Jeep Grand Cherokee last Monday evening, come Thursday of the same week a tow truck came to pick it up! Apparently there is a part in the transmission that has a fault, and they haven’t even built the replacement part yet. We have been told it could take up to month before we have our vehicle back. In the mean time we have to start making payments on a vehicle we don’t even have and don’t really know when we will have it back and our compensation is a free rental of a Jeep Wrangler.

I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 from a dealership in Oklahoma. The folks at Fowler Dodge were wonderful. Upon returning home to Alaska, I noticed that the ram boxes were not closing flush and a trim piece on the passenger side was coming off of the door.

I asked Gene’s (the local ram dealer) to order the trim part. I had to call to check on the status of the part. They had the part for over a week and had not contacted me. When I was able to schedule a service appointment, I was told that drop off was at 0730 so I arrived at the appointed time with the vehicle.

ok to start out with there is something wrong with the driver rear rotor and the front passenger still squeels when braking and i was having a problem with taking off some times it would almost have to be shoved to the floor before it would move it didnt happen all the time. so i had to go buy it there.

We purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade new in 2017. We went for all the regular service and oil changes. Our last oil change, the car was 3 quarts low. No leaks anywhere. The service department at my dealership informed me that the Jeeps engine was burning oil excessively and I would need to return every 1000 miles for the next 3000 miles to have the oil checked.

After one of the visits it was down another quart after just 1000 miles. They stated the engine would need to be replaced. It is under warranty but that car will never be the same after the engine is replaced.

Who's to say other things won't start to malfunction? Where is the engine coming from? What kind of warranty would this new engine have? This left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. Our dealership offered to trade the vehicle…

First time I buy a Jeep! I have had very bad experience with this vehicle... and i was in danger someone would hit me from behind. you guys would think we would not have a flat tire. by this time we were out of gas as well, as it was very hot.

Horrible experience with 4 cylinder aka Fiat engine Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Paid over 30,000 for a piece of shit they won’t fix. Sucks up oil worse than our 2001 Mercedes ML 320 and dealer states it’s the piston rings and “common”.

We constantly have to go for oil consumption tests and nothing gets resolved. Chrysler is just biding time until the warranty is up at 36,000 miles. But we won’t let that happen. After 9 months, still no resolution or fix it.

They have cut corners and used cheaper products in the engine per the dealer and it shows. Will file a formal complaint and lemon law soon

If I could read it as zero I would. I brought a 2012 Chrysler 200 in for service to the dealership in Orlando Florida located on colonial Avenue. After dropping the vehicle off I could not reach the service department for two days.

You cannot leave a message. You cannot transfer to an operator. No one picks up the phone. If you try and call through the sales department, they hang up on you twice. I brought the vehicle in for an electrical issue and to see if there’s any recalls.

Because I wasn’t willing to pay the $1600 I was quoted for my electrical problem my recalls were not performed. Beyond horrible customer service. I currently on two Dodge/Chrysler products. I will never purchase one of your products ever again.

15-Jul driving from Milwaukee home to Streetsboro OH, we hydroplaned and went across the turnpike median and back out onto our inside burm. At this time the Temp light flashed on and off quickly. We drove over to the outside berm where we decided to go to the next turnpike exit.

After a few miles the engine stopped stalled During this entire time the temp gauge never moved off of center and the temp light only flashed on and off while crossing from inside berm to the outside berm. Called a tow truck which took us to Charlies Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership in Maumee OH.

We called ahead at 5:45 PM. They were closing at 6PM but said to leave the car and put the key in the overnight drop off, which we did. While we waited for the tow we filed a claim with Grange Insurance.

2007 Jeep Commander V 6 blowout head gasket with a 135,000 miles. Chrysler should not be making the customer to pay a dealership money to verify the issues in order for Chrysler to fix it. I have a 2012 dodge charger SE. The low beam head lights keep overheating and melting the wiring and connectors. There is a recall for the low beam head lights for this model. I have taken my car to the local dealership { Parker-McGill West Point Ms 39773} two time. Each time they said that my vehicle's VIN didn't show the recall, but it showed other like the alternator. April 2018 we took our Dodge Grand Caravan in for a recall problem, they also checked the van, found the rear brakes needed replaced. After having the van 3 weeks, they finally said it was ready and gave us a 612.59 bill. Soon after that a pulsation in the brake pedal when brakes were applied which continued to get worse. The bill showed we were charged for replacement of rear brake pads and rotors. Today, 8/7/19 we had the vehicle checked out and were told that the pads had been replaced but not the rotors. In that time period, 7,700 miles were put on the vehicle.

The bill from Champion Chrysler Jeep of Indianapolis, Indiana showed we were charged for pad kit, 2 rotors, and labor totaling 422.14. Poor customer service, billed for parts and services not received. Service manager that lied…

Since 2002, my loyalty in car purchasing has been solely focused on the Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge brand. In the last couple of days, the service I have received at Chris Myers of Daphne, Alabama has brought that loyalty to a screeching halt.

On Monday, 29 July 2019 at 8:30 AM, I took two vehicles, 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and 2016 Chrysler 200 to the Chris Myers Service Department in Daphne, Alabama. For the Jeep, an oil change and tire rotation; for the Chrysler 200, a tune-up, check engine light (car not starting properly).

Devon Chrysler to address back hatch door operation not operable, showing `function disabled, manually close` and brake lights both sides went out together. Told receiver if can get door open leave for manual as it is a 2009 Aspen and electrical may be the problem, At $150/hr I expect problem to be solved.

Leaving vehicle there, I received 3 calls saying senior mechanic could not determine problem. Asked if they should continue with the issue I was told they could leave it operable manually but not lockable, I said good enough as long as brake lights worked. 40 so i declined.

I have a complaint against Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Little Rock, AR. There is a sales associate named Paige Baird that is sleeping with her married coworkers (including two GSM's; one resulting in a divorce) She is using this tactic to generate more sales for herself and sadly it's working.

No one in a position of power has enough nerve to confront her and put a stop to her unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.

Also is there any kind of dress code in place for the female employees or is it for men only? Ms. Baird wears clothing that is very revealing and honestly the wives of the salesmen at Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep are not comfortable with this continuing to happen.

Twice I've leased vehicles from the Golling dealership on Telegraph in Bloomfield Hills, and neither time would they give me the employee discount. We went through the entire dance of obtaining a number, but they never used it in my deal. I wonder who they did give the discount to.

Right now I know that discount is no longer available to me, but at the time that I leased, it was. I think they were taking advantage of my age. My present lease won't be up until Sept of 2021, and I don't intend to return it to that dealership.

good afternoon, at this moment my car in at Chrysler 5900 Richmond Highway, contact person Mr. Harold White, what happen to have it there is Mopar customer care 1800-399-2668, the information that was given was an extended warranty for fuel tank, and air bags and Ms. Michelle gave us 5900 address so we towed the car there, once Mr. White address the issue he said he didn't have man power to push the car in and that normally the work is done on outside, and cost for labor and parts is, I'm going to buy the fuel pump Mr. White agreed, but he wanted to charge me labor to put the fuel pump on, in which I was told that the labor came with pulling the fuel tank, if he has to pull the old tank to put a new one.

Not a complaint YET, I recently purchased a used 2018 in Dec 2018 with approx 12,000. Current mileage is close to 14,800 During my inspection of all my features recently in my navigator system I located a category that reflected that my car actually shows 20,000 miles driven. The dealership told me that it’s because the navigator includes mileage traveled by shipment. I’m sorry but this does not sound right, please have someone explain this to me.

Per google driving mileage from Detroit Michigan to Placerville Calif is 2,300 How could their explanation be possible?

I purchased a new 2018 Ram 2500 on April 4, 2019. I live in Arizona but purchased the truck on the internet from Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Hemet CA. The vehicle was delivered to me at the AZ-CA border so I would not have to pay CA taxes. A finance person from the dealer met me there.

Every time we contact the dealer delivery dates change and/or parts are not available again. At this rate the summer vacation will be over and I will still have no truck available. How can you produce vehicles without having parts available for repair? Had right wheel bearing replaced at 49K. Now the light for engine, ABS, and shift performance lighting is on. Had same wheel bearing replaced and a wheel sensor. Still same light for engine, ABS, and sift performance lighting is on. Had car towed to dealer and after 1 week they are saying Chrysler Engineering states to replace both wheel bearings an wheel sensors but they still are not sure this will fix the issues. Dealer was adamant that only factory parts will work in this car and refuse to discuss any other issues.

The cruse control sticks while going down hill and will increase speed. Dealer told me this is normal. Chrysler customer service has also told me this is normal and not to worry about my speed increasing while going down hills.

We leased a Jeep Renegade after having our Jeep Patriot's lease end. The experience in the buying progress was calculated to wear us down until we would sign any thing to leave. The process took 5 hours that included enough time while we waited for the salesman to talk to the manager that was long enough for us to read the front section of the Wall Street Journal.

Also time was used with another time long enough to read the other section of that new paper. That was followed by the manager showing us pictures of he cruise ship. We are angry with our selves for not leaving.

we paid off our 2016 town and country van. on may 6 you cashed the check and we are still waiting for the title papers so we can inspect and register the vehicle that we haven't been able to drive for over a month.

About 2 weeks of owning it we took it to St. Louis had a vibration. Wife called them tires are our responsibility all they could do is give her 2 oil changes. We are diehard GM product customer. 00 on a SUV and in 20 days have to put tires on it Thank You

i bought my 2017 chrysler pacifica new at Winter Haven Chrysler Dodge,twice i have had it in for transmission shifting very rough they tell me the transmission is fine, now i have 20,000 miles on it and it seems to be getting worse ,now sometimes when I go to take off it hesitates ,twice now it almost got me hit because it hesitated.what am i suppose to do wait until it gets me or someone else killed

I have a new 2020 jeep Gladiator That I bought at Yorks in Crawfordsville, Indiana. I have been trying to get the hard tri-fold tonneau cover and keep being told that its on order and that the release date keeps getting pushed back.

I have finally ordered and paid in full for one through Champion Chrysler jeep dealer in Indianapolis, Indiana and still I'm being that don't know when I will get it. I am really hoping that I can get before I go on vacation in two weeks.

I would really like to have it installed so I can place our luggage in the bed and not have to worry about it. This is my 5th jeep and am very disappointed in the way you guys are holding back on releasing the accessories especially since I have paid for it in advance.

I purchased a 2019 truck from Stones Town and Country at Rexburg Id. 10 days after the purchase my XM radio stop working, then I noticed some of my apps also stopped. I notified Stones, they said they would take care of the problem.

Thinking it would be under warranty I was not concerned.

However this has been going on for over three months. Today I went to Stones to find out what they are going to do and I was told that Chrysler will not honor the warranty. Is this the way all Chrysler customers are treated.

What good is your word if you don't stand by it.

Also is this even legal. What am I supposed to do

The service Department of Stoneridge Chrysler, Pleasanton CA is a totally incompetent service. It is obvious that one you have bought a new car - in my case a 2018 Pacifica, in January 2018 - you do not receive any more service.

On my first oil change, 2miles after picking up my car, the red late came on, no more oil in the engin, but yes. oil all over the engin!

In one year of service he battery went dead four time. According to reviews it looks like it is a know issu, but the dealer is not accepting info from Internet, and is now holding my car, not giving any info of what the matter is.

The service department never calls when your car needs to be held over night. The service Department doesn't return cals, and rarely, if ever pick up the phone.

I have been a loyal Chrysler customer for over 35 years and purchased many Chrysler vehicles but I am extremely upset. I currently owned a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with 20,000 miles on it a just had the front headlight quit working. I called to see if this was covered under warranty and was told "no".

It cost me $285 to replace the piece and fix the light. I can't believe that, 1 the light burned out so quick and 2 that you would not cover it under warranty. I can tell you this I will probably not buy another Chrysler product and will make sure all my friends know how disappointed I am.

Went to Falls Jeep, Ram, and Chrysler in OHIO. 00 mile on it so we went through the paperwork and the numbers did not work and that's fine. So here we are in May 2019 I went there 05 - 19 - 19 to purchase a truck that I wanted so I went back to the salesman that I was working with in Feb.

So I let him know that I am pre-approved and all we have to do is the paperwork. He informed me that they'll have to look at my truck again so I thought nothing of it since it spring now and they could see really how nice the truck is.
