I think it is bullshit that you don’t let people reuse a used salad plate the foam plates are just sitting in land fills not breaking down fast enough to keep this earth alive. They need to be biodegradable plates.

extremely disappointed as the restaurant served an ice cream to my kid which was expired 3 months ago. I complained to the Restaurant manager Sam and he argued how okay it is to eat expired ice cream. He asked me to reach out to his head office as he couldn’t help if they are supplied with old stuff.

I am going to raise this to Canada Health agency hoping some action is taken.

I booked a Mega Super Star birthday on 5 November 2019 from 5-7. Got there At 4:30 they hadn’t even begun to set it up & we were the only party there, in fact there were only a couple people there.

There were no 9 balloons & the cups had no straws. In fact the host Jaron Damien wasn’t very knowledgeable & had to ask his manager. Have no idea what 4 B rainbow means because I didn’t see any. I had ordered a medallion & they didn’t have that either.

Called today to dispute a 30 charge for AYCP. 00 each! The manager said it was for 2 all you can play passes. Really! 96 cents which included the 2 passes. The host decided it was time to serve cake so someone started singing Happy Birthday without first lighting the candles.

I have my daughter’s Birthday party at the Lakeland, Fl location on 10-19-2019. It was the worst service and most unorganized event. It ruined it for everyone. The party host had no idea what she was doing. The party didn’t start until 3:30 but the were fast to kick us out at 5:00.

You pay good money for parties and my husband and I will never return. The parents of the other children we had at the party were stressed and frustrated as well. It was embarrassing. Every question I asked the hostess, her response was I don’t know.

I had my son a birthday party here sept 21 2019 @ 12:30 the time management was a mess from the start we were rushed and told to move our gifts to a bench so they could clean up for the next party. So we did as asked....

one of the other customers there almost knocked us down when walking by and said we were in the way... she proceeded to keep coming to where my child was opening gifts and calling my husband names etc the manager watched but never stopped any of it.

I called him and he was quick to give me a corporate number... take in mind my sons 6 and I’m 32 weeks pregnant but yet again manager let the madness go on! Neither of my purchases made it on my rewards app so I'm getting the rewards for the $70+ I spent on Monday!!

15 games were broken and it took them forever to come out of thr back to fix them.

Witnessed an employee Dressed as Chuckee get hit by customers at West St Paul location. We found girl crying in bathroom calling her mom in tears. Overheard her tell her mom that she brought it up to manager and her saying this has happened more than once and that the manager never listens to her or ever does anything of customer harrasment towards employees dressed as chuckee.

We went to ask for manager he refused to talk to us instead asked for another employee to take our complaint. I said nope I need him out here if he doesn’t want me to escalate to corporate. Yesterday I was with my 4 years old son in Chuck e cheeses in Whitehall, PA (1000 Lehigh Valley Mall, Whitehall, PA 18052). We go there frequently, we like this place, we even had my son's 4th birthday there. He enjoys and we, the parents, enjoy.

Yesterday (08/25 at ca 5:40 pm), while we were taking a joined photo in your new machine, our son escaped / disappeared. I was asking staff for help and I was being ignored and saw even some laughter. This was the worst 5-7 minutes of my life when I lost my son and couldn't find it. Staff shall help! I am not normally a person to take the time to make a complaint but in this instance I feel like upper management should be made aware of the blatant lack of customer service in a company that is totally revolved around children and families. Most of the smaller Children’s games were not giving tickets and when we went to cash them in the young lady was on her phone the whole time.

Not paying any attention to her surroundings. What’s crazy is there were lots of people trying to get toys and everyone had to talk to get her attention cause she would not keep her head out of her phone. The manager walked by and saw her and didn’t say anything.

We felt like the employee’s were careless and didn’t care about anyone there.

We took our 6 grandkids to the Chuck e cheese on n Rd. 98 in Lakeland, FL, today 8/4/19. 00, and had the worst experience. So many of the games did not work, others worked, but didn't give tickets. Out of 6 machines to cash in tickets, 2 worked.

Went up to order a drink, and waited 5 minutes while girl behind counter talked to another employee on my side, then she walked around to my side to walk off with him, looked at me finally and said do you need something. Then my daughter took her daughter to get her prises and the girl told her they were done, and she still had 90 points left.

Asked for a manager, and no one ever showed up.

I went in today with a few friends of mine, i used to work there and the district manager definitely used that against my friends. He did not allow them to get any prizes with the tickets they earned with the cards they bought with their own money.

Horrible experience! No one was at door to enter had to wait just to be stamped in. Then waited a while at food counter when someone finally comes to counter they try to serve a family who had just walked up before me.

I was attending a birthday party and an employee called the cops on the host of the party. Completely unprofessional!!!! It seemed like everyone working at Altamonte location was 23 and younger in age with no customer service training at all!

Most employee had very negative attitude. I come from a job of over 13 years of customer service so I know how employees should treat customers. I won’t be back.

Visited your Winchester VA location today and was very disappointed. Me and my wife brought our granddaughter for a day of food and fun. After paying $45 for a day of games and pizza I tried to take advantage of my $10 reward in my app. The guy said he could not give me the $10 off in rewards because there was a problem with the app. I asked him if he could override the problem to give me the reward or ask his manager. I took my kids to Chuck E Cheese on 07/16/2019 wasn't even there for 40 minutes and my daughter ended up hurting her arm from another child tripping and knocking her into one of the machines. Buying time is non since. Children can’t eat in your establishments because they are on a timed schedule can’t dance with the mascot because they also loose time. I have spent up to five hours in here in the past with many hundred dollar a day.

But now that you want us on a timed schedule I will not rush my children to eat or rush and teach them to push others to play in a lotted amount of time. I will find other options and have done and posted this to my Facebook as well and encouraging other to look for more positive options as well hope you find children a more positive productive place enteract with others without placing time limits on it.

Don’t need them on their phones and your establishment did give them a out but doesn’t now.

Was very disappointed that you could only pause an hour of unlimited play one time. With food, drinks and bathroom breaks it's a very unfair policy. I then added 45 minutes to the card and it wouldn't allow any pauses.

I think this policy will have me eat someplace else b fore coming to play. It is a kid's place. Show some consideration.

I took my three grandchildren to the Rockwall, Texas location on 7/14/19 at 4:56pm. The cashier was JaQuirra according to my receipt. I was not offered my receipt so I requested one. I am always offered a receipt no matter where I go without having to request it or say please as I was told to do by JaQuirra.

She had to search through a pile of them to find mine. Her mannerism was extremely rude and disrespectful so I asked to speak to a manager. There were two other young women there and no one paid attention to me.

I just came from Chuck E. Cheese ( village center, Herndon) and I have the worst experience there, waiting more than 15 minutes to order food, and on my way out another waiting with my 4 kids for the guy to scan me and

We arrived at the Lexington Kentucky store around 6:30 pm on July 11 and there was no one at the front to stamp our hand, and we had to go to the register to get stamped. We had to wait around five minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order.

While at the register, an employee came in and was talking to the person taking our order, and they were not very pleasant. The employee that came in gave the cashier the finger right in front of everyone. Not a very family oriented gesture.

Our company brought us there today for a group lunch and was disappointed about how our staff got treated by manager Tamara. She would not let me cash in my tickets from our last visit. I am only able to go on outings at my day program and she told me that I would have to come back on my own to cash in tickets.

This is impossible as I can not drive or walk and am in a wheelchair. I will never return there as I didn’t feel welcomed.

Upon visiting the Chuck E Cheese located in Wesley Chapel Florida today we were assisted by Juan at the front. While ordering food drinks and such Juan was playing with his teeth and touching the items he was handing us as well as the computer.

Once Juan started to complete our order he continued to play with his teeth with his finger nails which began to bleed at which this point he handed us a receipt with his blood on it . I immediately asked for a supervisor to come over she did and when she did I advised her what happened she took the receipts got us new cups and sent Juan to apologize.

I call no one pick up, I call the next day and they told me no one turn the charger in, but there was no one else in the building and

that charger with the plug cost me $100 I am very upset how your employees will steal from me. I usually take my kids there every Fridays and my kids school always donate to you guys we usually go there twice a month never again.

After one of the young ladies asked a question about what she saw on YouTube he went off on her. Rude manager unprofessional told us if we didn’t like it to leave. My granddaughter had walked away to use the restroom and he turned to me and asked why I was still there.

I would actually give the establishment 0 stars if I could. The management is poor and they do not care about the experiences of there guests. The food is always slow and the restrooms are DISGUSTING.

However, the main complaint is when I approached a manager after a young female had tried to trip my daughter and was verbal assaulting me the manger simply said he was sorry and did nothing to ensure that the problem was solved. They then other offer to ask the young group of females to leave after me and my family were visibly upset and leaving the establishment.

Came in to Chuck E. Cheese location in Vista off Sycamore with my 2 grandsons, a friend, her husband, and their child today 6/8/19. I purchased 2 large pizzas with all the fixings and 3 play cards with 45 min of playtime.

Terrible experience. My 4 year old grandson wanted Chuck E Cheese today, May 28,2019. We went to the location in Rochester MN and was awful. It was 11:04 am, went to door, turn knob and door open. A young girl at the Counter said come on up when some idiot (yep idiot) of an Asst Manager (can't tell you his name as he refused, he said your company said they didn't have to tell customers their name).

When I ordered a large pizza it came out in all different size slices. I asked it to be remade. Then when the manager brought it out, I said thank you. He turned and walked away without saying your welcome back.

When I confronted him about it he said he did say it but apparently I couldn't hear him with his back to me. I talked to another manager whom basically shook her head the whole time without saying anything. Not even how can we make this right. Nothing at all. Rude service, rude managers.

The staff was friendly but not the higher ups.

I visited location on 10510 coors blvd. And the service was beyond slow. When we finally had waited enough (45+ min) for our wing order we went to ask @ front counter. They informed us that it was given out to wrong table, the manager Cristal handled the situation poorly, never apologizes.

Instead she rudely asked us where we were sitting multiple times with a very rude attitude. When she realized it went to the wrong table she agreed to refund me and cancel my order. Again, no apology and rude attitude.

Management is extremely poor @ this location.

I purchased a 1-hour card and was told it expired 1 hour after you first use it. I was not able to use it that day so I brought it back. I was THEN told it expired the day you purchased it. Card # is 951F040A.

Can you make this right by sending me something to allow the manager to give me a 1-hour pass next time I go in?
