Had a simple question and the (owner) Ramon had picked up and had this to say after I had asked for the email and or phone number to make a customer complaint to. I had asked because he was being very rude, poor attitude, very disrespectful and so upset he was being demeaning. I don't make complaints really ever but this didn't sit with me right.

Called cinnabon at 2:03 pm Saturday February 10. Owner (Ramon) said he's the owner and HR denied me the HR's number and email. He dropped the F bomb "now your being fucking ridiculous" exactly what he said. Also asked for my age then proceeded to say you are acting like a 16 year old. Poor attitude, rude, disrespectful and had no customer satisfaction and very poor Ownership.

Hello While watching Cinnabon on under cover boss, it made me recall the coffees I’ve gotten at 2 Taco Bells bardstown, Ky. I was so disappointed in the coffee or watered down to nothing cinnamon. I dont know if they’ve not followed a recipe or just watering it down to extend it.

But what a bad taste it literally puts in your mouth. It seems that you’re putting the Cinnabon name on products that you’d want to know the quality of what’s being served, Thank you Susie Handy

Worker came from break and immediately handled food without washing hands. Another employee had a pan of Cinnabons just sitting on top of the oven before serving and they were old. They also lied about when more would be ready so they wouldn’t have to stay busy.

In jacksonville florida avenues mall.

Also employee had crumbs around her mouth as if she had just eaten one . It was unsettling.

To whom it may concern,

Tried to attach a short video and picture of the undercooked cinnamon rolls I bought yesterday afternoon at the cinnabon in king of prussia mall pennsylvania.

I did not even get close to the middle of the cinnamon roll and it is pure dough. I'm immunocompromised, and cannot eat that. No one should, but I get sick from that kind of thing really easily.

There's also a picture of the letters and numbers on the back of the box. Hoping the 28 is not the date they were made, which was 3 days prior to the purchase.

I do not live close to this mall to take them back today. It is over an hour driving in non traffic times to get back and forth. Also paid in cash, and was not given a receipt. Know it was $18 and change for the box of 4 and 1 extra icing.

I recently visited a cinnabon shop in Crabtree mall. I purchased your mini cinnabon to eat after school shopping. Apparently these buns had to have been cooked the day before and sold to me today. They were hard and dry.

i was very disappointed in my service and it left me seriously regretting my purchase. i went to cinnabon in tysons corner mall and i had a reward i pictured below the buy one get one free i planned on getting cinnasweeties and a coke and planned on using the bogo for the cinnasweeties- it was the entire point of why i went.

as i go up as ask the cashier and i show her my reward and ask if i can use it-‘she ignores me and types in my order and tell me i have to pay first so i find no issue i pay and she scans my phone and just fully ignores me and gives me my order with no bag or utensils so i ask feo a va and

she gives me one but i still never got my free item it was very disappointing but she seems not in a good mood so i didn’t bother it was just such a wasnt of my money

I visited the lehigh valley store on 6/16 and was charged twice for order. 00 gift card. The cashier swiped it and i thought i was good to go. She said it didnt do through. Card came up that it had a 0 balance. I paid cash.

I later checked the gift card online and found it was charged for my purchase. 00 cash for a 4 pack of cinnabons. I have been in contact with managet heather. Dhe said her boss was putting the money back on the card. Im still waiting. 00 refund. Thank you.

My husband went to buy Cinnabon at the Westfield Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills and Fatima , the store “manager” was pushing day old Cinnabons on him and when he asked for fresh ones she said he had to wait. She started to sell the fresh ones to other people in line completely ignoring the fact that my husband was there first.

When he asked what the problem was she said that the fresh ones were more expensive which we already knew and he told her he didn’t care to just charge him and give him the Cinnabons. She then said she didn’t want ti sell to him.

I am extremely upset!! My family and I made plans to drive 40 minutes to Cinnabon located at 12680 S Kedzie Avenue in Alsip IL. We got here and went inside and stood for 10 minutes and no one never said anything to us!!

Although this location is inside or a Pilot gas station, one of the workers or anyone could have said something!! We go over to the pilot desk and ask if someone can take our order at the Cinnabon desk and they tell us Cinnabon is closed!!

It is 2:15 pm and the site says it doesnt close until 6pm!! So I'm not understand how they're closed when it smells like Cinnabons were just made but yet we're being told that they are closed!! I'm not only upset because we left with no Cinnabons but also because we wasted our time and gas driving all the way here!!

I visited the store in Wellington mall in Wellington, Florida. The booth was vacant for 20 minutes, I waited as well as other customers. Once the young man (he stated his name was Josh) returned, he was rude and unprofessional. I ordered several items including a pkg of 4 mini cinnabuns. The mini pack had hardly no topping, I asked him kindly to add some, he said if I want more I have to pay extra. I informed him that I wanted at least some topping as it had barely any at all, he would not.

I went to Cinnabon today at the Wellington mall in Wellington, Florida.

First off the booth was empty for at least 20 minutes we waited as well as about six other customers. When the person came back mail key alleged, his name was Josh which I’m not sure if he provided his correct name.

He was extremely rude number one. One of my purchases were a four pack of the mini Cinnabon’s, which hardly had no frosting on it. I asked him kindly to add more frosting. He said no I would have to purchase more.

Dear Representative,

I would like to inform you regarding the mismanagement manager at the Washington Square mall. Simply, she discriminated against me and the African -American customer while she gave a service to the other customer. She denied to give me a cup of a coffee while she gave it to the other customer. She told me we are not open but she gave a service to the other customer with the tip before 10 o'clock.. I would like you to take al look at her unprofessional , very rude behavior towards me and the others, I can take this case to court or simply asking you to terminate her position at this friendly place.

Went to Cinnabon for our Mom on Mothers Day and while we were standing in line we noticed a Lady in the back area rolling doe and then picking up her phone and texting and then back to rolling the dough. The main problem is that she didn't change out her gloves and it was disgusting cause she was touching her phone and right back to rolling the dough.

I told the cashier about it and he told me that she was the manager and was scared to tell her. I am a person who works for OSHA and I believe you have to change out your gloves everytime u change out to do something especially with food. Cross contamation.

Park place mall Store 5870 East Broadway Blvd Tucson az 85711 The manager that everyone calls "DD" is rude to her people and is an inappropriate leader of management. She doesn't help the 2 lads (I think there names are Michael and Chris if I'm not mistaking) I go there quit a bit for bun bites and she's either out doing something outside of her duties of the store.

Leaving the store without a manager precent to run the store. Leaving the lads with a new girl and just expecting them to train her. She goofs off by buying things at other stores, playing on her phone while demanding them to do things.

I feel very sorry for the 2 nice lads up front who took my order and gave me my bun bites. They have very poor management. Which is hard to oversee. I overheard "DD" the other day complaining…

They need customer service training. They are very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to buy 3 Cinnabon 1 with out a icing of my father, which is 82 years old. He loved the cinnamon bun, but he doesn’t like the icing the server told me they cannot sell any Cinnabon without icing.

I don’t see the different it’s not that they cut the price. I’m still paying the same price as the regular cinnamon bun. What is the big deal with that? No hair net are hat of they hair.. They very much unprofessional lneed training well said in is true they Apple doesn’t fall far from they management team .

Yesterday, Valentines day, my son purchased a 15 pk of mini buns for me and a 9 pk for his aunt from the woodbridge location. They were so stale they were unetable. It's an absolute disgrace that someone would actually hand that to a customer and accept their money.

I worked at macys in the same location for 23+ years, and had cinnabon for break 2-3 times a week. I know what a cinnabon is supposed to look like and taste like. I never had it warmed, my preference, and was given plastic utensils, no problem.

The ones I received yesterday I couldn't cut with a serrated steak knife. So today, my son collected them up, called ahead to say he was coming in with them in, and asked them to make fresh ones. He said it went "fine" but had to listen to a lecture about how to eat a cinnabon, heat it…

Dear Respected One of your loyal customers is complaining from mishandling order. Yesterday before 11:00 pm I got the online confirmation on my order. Suddenly after more than an hour the delivery guy called me to delivery it in ALEXANDRIA even the confirmation including my address in Cairo. I expected that I will have an apology for misunderstanding and I will get my order soon. But I found the customer care guy tilling me that he can't send me the order as I order it after 10:00 pm . Ignoring the wronge address mistake and there is nothing to do for me. I visited your store at Great Lakes crossing in Waterford,Michigan to purchase a pecan roll. 00 for the additional topping. oo. 00, I told her that if that were the case it should be clearly stated on the signs. I have worked in business for years and I know that if each were separate that it would be clearly stated on the signs.

I also know that sometimes management in an effort to make money, they will change prices to increse profits, knowing that most people will dislike it but buy it anyway. As a business owner I find it repulsive and unethical.

Customer service at the Cinnabon in the Roosevelt Field mall on long island was horrible. While in line at 7:55, they cashier announced he would not ring anyone up bc the store closed at 8. I waited for five minutes to watch him discard food instead of sell it.

Hi, I placed an online order through Cinnabon app/website and it happened that I never received my order. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through Cinnabon, you have the authority to process the refund back to my card.

Yes we were at the Edison mall my girlfriend and I standing in line for over 15 minutes. I wanted to buy two Cinnabon‘s and she wanted one. We were trying to put them all on the same ticket which she then told us we could only do two, which was fine then we would do two separate bills.

I only wanted to and she wanted one. They told us we couldn’t do that we could only have two per group we’re not a group I was going to my house she was going to her house I don’t think that’s fair and

I live in Tampa Fl, and went to the Westfield Brandon mall center at around 4:30pm. I approached the kiosk Cinnabon and I was told that it will take 15 minutes for the classic size cinnamon roll. Left and came back waited in line and as I approached the register I was told they were all out and will not be baking anymore classic rolls and all they had was 3 mini’s and it will be 13min for more mini rolls.

I was highly upset bc that was the only reason I went to the mall was to purchase a classic cinnamon roll. There was a whole hour left to make more classic rolls.

At the Westfields Oakridge Mall location in San Jose CA, I purchased a cinnamon roll for my son and ordered a coffee for myself. The coffee was barely above room temperature, and the staff were unable to provide artificial sweetener when I requested. I require artificial sweetener since I’m an insulin dependent diabetic. I grant that the staff were initially unaware of this, but still take some offense at being offered a “bowl of sugar” to sweeten my coffee. As I said, they were unaware of my medical condition, but it was still inconsiderate to offer someone a bowl of sugar after they request artificial sweetener.

I did not make a scene, I handed back the luke warm coffee, and my son and I left the location. Needless to say I will not be attempting your coffee again anytime soon.

I went to a Cinnabon location at Willowbrook mall Houston Texas and I was going to place an order for 2 dozen large cinnabons. I ask the lady if I can have them hot the ones that were under the lamp or the ones that were coming out she refused to sell me any she told me if I wanted any I'd have to buy the ones that were already packaged in the Box or I can wait 2 hours with an attitude. This was poor customer service.

Bought the new salted caramel chocolate chip cookies, except the cookies were not salted caramel chocolate at all. They were cinnamon. I was incredibly excited for them because all cinnamon items I've seen always had cinnamon read the package and it said nothing about cinnamon.

Wouldn't be a big deal if i wasn't allergic.

Store Hattiesburg, MS Large number of blacks wanted to purchase cinnamon rolls only a few white individuals. The time we were told keep changing as to when the cinnamon rolls would be ready. The ones that were ready was looking old and were still being sold.

There were approximately 10 cinnamon rolls in the oven. Approximately 30 or more people left. Due to the customer service by the workers, a large amount of profit was lost.

Went to Tejon Ranch Outlets location in California. Ordered 10-pc CinnaSweeties, as I walked out noticed it didnt seem like there were 10 pcs in the cup went back and asked- worker said they didnt have 10-pc available while it was on the menu board.

Didnt know what she meant by "dont have the 10-pc" because they had several already on display of the 5-pc. So I ordered another 5-pc and was charged same price as before. 49, why wasnt a 10-pc available? Did they run out of the "10-pc container" perhaps?

I did see some square shaped boxes that could easily fit 10-pcs. I feel that these workers were unprofessional and running a scam.

Me mother and I just went to the cinnabon inside the pilot travel center in Tennessee at 15559 Highway 13 south Hurricane, Mills TN. The lady that worked there wouldn't even acknowledge us. She help the lady in front of us with no problem.

When she got done she walked away while we were asking a question. She never would acknowledge us. I guess because we were black, we weren't worthy of our service. It is a shame that we were treated in such a manner.
