Had a simple question and the (owner) Ramon had picked up and had this to say after I had asked for the email and or phone number to make a customer complaint to. I had asked because he was being very rude, poor attitude, very disrespectful and so upset he was being demeaning. I don't make complaints really ever but this didn't sit with me right.
Called cinnabon at 2:03 pm Saturday February 10. Owner (Ramon) said he's the owner and HR denied me the HR's number and email. He dropped the F bomb "now your being fucking ridiculous" exactly what he said. Also asked for my age then proceeded to say you are acting like a 16 year old. Poor attitude, rude, disrespectful and had no customer satisfaction and very poor Ownership.
