I work for hardees on wire rd in Auburn al, we have a circle k right in front of us on shug jordan and me and a few coworkers will go there for like ketchup, hot sauce, etc. The general store manager there has a issue with me so she doesn’t sell/give me condiments upon my request but she will give it to the coworkers… i never made a scene there never argued or anything she stated she was going to ban me for absolutely no reason because she has a issue with me

I am a frequent shopper at circle k located at 10790 N. Loop in El Paso Texas I go into the store approximately 4 to 5 times per week. There is an employee by the name of Yvette that works there and she is very rude and condescending.

New Boston Texas Circle K. Your employees are rude obnoxious and need to be replaced. This is probably a management problem for I believe your employees are not managed. If you can’t do better than what you are doing, you should close the business.

You have a racist working for the store on 54th ave north and 66 Street. I am 56 years old and she has waited on me at least 50 times for the same dip I watch her sell beer and cigarettes to Latin people and never once has she asked for their ID all In their early 20s me she IDs every time I have never been asked for my ID from any other worker.

Today I ran to circle K from work. Did not have my ID and could not buy a pack of cigarettes at age 51. Something is wrong here…. I have never complained to a company before but felt it necessary to explain why you’ve lost my business.

I frequented your store at least twice a week and will be hard pressed to ever go back there again. The cashier was probably following some company policy that doesn’t allow for common sense. I have been in there before without an ID and common sense or my gray hair did not prevent my purchase.

I had the worst experience at one of your locations on 16th st and McDowell. I’m assuming this young African American lady was a manager since she said it 20 times to us. She was rude and disrespectful because we caught her in the parking lot next door having sex in a car.

I have been buying gas here thru the Upside App for about 2 2 and a half months now bc it is convenient to where one of my riders go to work…I am an Uber driver. On 10/29/2023 at 0810hrs, At the store located on Watson Road in between the I 10 and Yuma Road, in Buckeye AZ. the store associate is extremely incompetent and extremely rude. While using self check out to alleviate the store associates problems of a busy line, the store associate stopped what she was doing assisting another customer in line and came over to ensure that I was utilizing the self check out properly.

To my surprise, the self check out only scanned two out of the four food items I was purchasing. This was already after I had finalized my transaction, and the receipt had been printed. The store associate proceeded to accuse me of stealing, and I said no I left them up on the scanner for the scanner to scan, and it must not have scanned them.

Every time I come here and I pay at the pump and select car wash. I always have to go inside to get a receipt. Manager wants to claim that corporate refuses to fix the pumps. When you go inside to get a receipt and tell them what pump you were on They seem to not be able to understand and they want you to tell them how much the amount of gas you pumped to get your receipt.

I have never heard of such a thing I should be able to tell them what pump number I pumped on to get a receipt. They always have an attitude about it.

I was at the Circle K off of 969/130 in Austin, Texas The grill the covers the drain hole was missing . I fell in the hole where the grill was missing. I only got scratches and bruises on my right leg I told the people behind the counter she came out and looked, she moved the grill’s but still not covering the hold Someone is going to get hurt badly if it’s not fixed.

Every time I go to this store there's always the "manager" and a few others standing around eating and talking about other employees or customers. There's hardly ever any food on the rollers for 3rd shift employees coming from mtd, flex pack, or any other factor around.

1st shift there's usually a girl busting but to get the food out, but she's always running back and forth. 2nd shift the dark haired girl with nasty teeth is always outside smoking. Hardly ever see her doing much on 2nd.
