I was sitting at the table in subway waiting on my step daughter to get off work and 'Q' was very rude. She yelled at me across the store that I better not make a mess over there. I was a customer as well, I spent money in the store.

I was in line with several customers behind me waiting to check out , when 3 of your cashiers were talking about some one getting a promotion and high fives were exchanged by them while I stood there being ignore.

4th & Eastern in Moore, OK I attempted to purchase a fountain drink, a pack of cigarettes and a pack of Alto pods. I was unsure of the exact name of the pods as my 40yr old husband smokes them.
The clerk refused to sell them to me since "they weren't for me". We are regular customers at this store. This woman had sold the same pods to my husband for quite some time now. This is unacceptable!!!!! I managed a large corporate chain of corner stripes for many years.

Ever since management changed last year this store has been in decline. The employees are trained correctly and do not understand how to provide the store discounts. The soda fountain used to be maintained, it is now in disrepair and disgusting.
I want a refund for the one month soda deal. I have been ripped by your organization. They are unable to full-fill their obligation yet they refuse to refund my money. The employees are rude and undertrained. The facility does not stay open its dedicated hours.

Went to the store on the corner of Williams Blvd. and Veterans in Kenner, La. at 10:40 PM on May 20th. The parking lot is full of trash, the garbage cans are overflowing, there is trash all over the floor in the store, there is spilled liquid all over the floors, none of the cups or coffee supplies have been restocked and are empty.
