I had a problem with the store #216, I was a customer there for a good while I knew some of the employees there because my friends worked there. There is a store manager there named Wendy I believe. She is very rude, she would curse in front of customers and spread personal information of employees while customers can hear what she is saying.

I have never ran into this problem til she got hired there. I am disappointed and disgusted with her words and harassment and the embarrassment of her employees. Calling corporate immediately.

19 and three of there game cigars. The cashier told me 14 dollars total. When i asked him about the total he became loud and very rude. He continued my order without fixing out and was repeating rude. I left store still paying to much money..

I was at the store on 3 /16/ 2021 at 700 am in kenniwick wa on dushetues and Clearwater and the manager couldn't get the ebt figured out and getting bitchy and throwing a fit acting like it was my fault and that I did something wrong . She made me feel so uncomfortable.

To think she was a manager is beyond me . They should never have never have someone working like that there.

I would like someone to call me back at 504-421-9219 so that I can explain what has been happening at store 2706819 with employee Yolanda. I tried to upload receipts to show you the money that my finance and I spend at this gas station every day.

It is close to home and sadly we will not be going there anymore. The employee is not just rude but she just stares at me when i ask for tobacco products and throws me my purchased items. She bullys me every time that I come in the store.

I am over it and want to report her. She also has told my finace once theat they don't accept pennies.

Horrible boothbay Harbor maine. No l0nger open 24 hours a day. Suppos4d to open st 5:00 am . Never open on time the parking lot is full waiting for the store to open. Dome days it's been as late as 6:30 am!!! Is there no manager?

Boothbay Harbor maine. They are supposed to open at 5 am. No one is there to open many many times a week . Large tourist town and lobstering community need gas for boats food before hauling. Say they open st 5 am twice this week ot was 6:30 am befote anyone showed up to open Workers waiting to get in to work.

On the evening of 08/07/2020 I stopped at the store in Elkin North Carolina, to purchase gas cash in a lottery ticket and to claim a prize from your scratch and win game. The gentleman that was working the register did not know what to do when I gave him my phone to scan my ID mobile and to claim my prize.

Then told me that I have to do the lottery ticket separate he did not know how to do it with a purchase. Then I put in my ID for my gas discount the gentleman stated that it went through.

First of all I want to say that I've been going to the store for almost 20 years and I go numerous times throughout the day and evening. 50 an hour job ain't worth it. And after the coronavirus is all said and done who's going to pay her mental bills you're all making me gonna have a nervous breakdown from dealing with customers.

Flash Foods - at Nassauville Road in Fernandina Beach is run by a very rude manager, Linda. If you are not being bombed with cigarette smoke or vape as you walk in, from employees smoking at the front door , you’ll get their saliva from the food they’re stuffing in their mouth at the counter and touching your items.

Wadsworth and W Mississippi 303-986-4421. I used to spend $800 a month at this store now no matter what time I arrive there's a note in window saying closed even when someone is inside. I know Landscapers, Business men that live in the mountains that USED to go to this store and now don't because no one is ever there and if they are they are inside with other people with a sign saying were closed sorry.

This is regarding the store located in Stanfield, AZ. I have been going to this store for at least 15 years, twice now I have been yelled at by the day manager regarding wearing a mask. He has signs posted all over the store stating that Local Law mandates the requirement for masks.

This is quite untrue as of June 22, 2020 those individuals and businesses are not under mandate nor required to wear masks in public in unincorporated Pinal County, AZ in which this store resides. Therefore the store is posting information that is not legal but also misleading the public.

While I understand the need for a face mask, I have COPD and find it even harder to breathe with one. Tonight I stopped in the Circle K in Havelock,NC to pick up cigarettes for a neighbor. The clerk told me the policy of wearing a mask.

I explained about breathing problems. He said "then I can't serve you" . I was able to obtain one from another customer. I then asked for the cigarettes. Two cartons. He said "I only have one and I can't sell them to you" . I asked why.

He said "if I have less than two I can't sell them" . I am under the impression that you are in business to sell merchandise in your stores. One carton would have been alright until more came in. m. on 6/24/2020 at the Circle K on 650 East Market Street Akron Ohio. My spouse took three or four big gulps and got sick. It had expired 6/22. So I called the store and thwy offered to exchange it.

I brought the receipt in and was given a replacement which had a 6/26 expiration date. Brought it home- and AGAIN ROTTEN!!! I do not have the time or resources to make 3 trips a day to buy ROTTEN milk. R.

I stopped in to use the bathroom facility at the Hampton NB Circle K gas stop on Tuesday June 16th between 3:30-4PM. Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed that the room smelled badly, the floor was very dirty, the sink was unclean, and the toilette was covered in urine.

I proceeded to clean off the toilette before using it. I then reported the poor state of the bathroom to 1 of the cashiers, after which she turned away and she did not respond to my concern. " I also noticed that the tracking sheet used to document when the bathroom was last cleaned had NOT been used.

Circle K stores in the Columbus, Georgia area have incorrect social distancing 6 foot markers that are not 6 foot apart. The first marker for a person standing at the check out counter is not 6 feet away from a person standing behind that person.

Circle K needs to mark 6 feet from a person standing at the check out counter to put their first line and then 6 foot from there for the second line. The lines at Circle K are about 3 to 4 feet from the check out counter.

I live in Pine Mt Ga and frequently shop at Circle K but never will again. The service is usually slow but all I wanted to do was purchase and exchange propane cylinder. Clerk informed me she would be out in a moment to unlock cylinders and get my exchange.

20 minutes later I went in and asked what was wrong, said she had gotten busy and had forgotten about me. I can understand she got busy but the whole time this was going on the manager(I guess cause she wasn’t doing anything ) was talking to a young girl probably about 10 yrs old with a red Circle K jacket on about doing work.

Why wasn’t she helping the clerk with anything. All in all it was a good experience because I got my money back and went down the street to another convenience store and got great service so will be shopping…

My complaint is regarding your station located at 5602 Hey PP in High Ridge Missouri 63049. I have tried three times to contact the manager with no success. As recently as today I was told the manager was to busy to talk to me.

My complaint is that the pumps are out of receipt paper and you have to go inside to get a receipt. If you wanted to go inside you would pay inside to begin with. Always when I mention the pump number and no receipt I'm good they are to busy to take care of the problem.

This has happened on more than one occasion. I would appreciate a response.

Circle K on 5105 W. McDowell Rd. in Phoenix. Time was about 2:40 PM. on Sunday May 10th. I pumped my gas and when I tried to get the receipt it said to go to the cashier. On the way in I was accosted by a homeless guy who asked for money.

I told him I didn't have any change and he said no you just don't want to give me any you MK. When I asked for a receipt the girl told me it would take 10-15 minutes to get it.

; I experienced blatantly in-your-face discrimination! I walked through the front doors and the clerk stopped me in my tracks by hollering out something like "Oh NO YOU WON'T ! NOT WITHOUT A MASK!! I looked around and notice that the two female clerks were black (no face masks) and customer she was gonna help had no face mask on.

The employees need to be wearing masks and gloves. The manager is always outside smoking while on her phone and should be inside cleaning and disinfecting. I know they need a break. This is not a friendly environment and sometimes the managers are rude.

The store is not very clean. I really don't enjoy making a complaint, but I don't think I am the first. This store really needs some work. Literally. Thank you.

My complaint is towards the Circle K Store at 2826 Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto, Canada. The employee Ahmed acted unprofessionally and disrespectfully towards me using a gift prepaid credit card to pay for my goods. After purchasing my goods, Ahmed requested that I sign the receipt for confirmation of proof of purchase. I willingly did so.

On Thursday, Feb 27th went into the Circle K on Broadway in Salem NH. Purchased $15 of gas and a 1/2 gallon of milk. Used by Visa Paycard, and for some reason wouldn't take it. Cashier told me to try it again and hit credit, but it's not a credit card and I knew it wouldn't take it. 89.

On Dec. 21 I stopped at the Circle K on Keith St. in Cleveland, TN to check the air in my tires. 75 for air (ridiculous to have t pay for air. ). The air chuck was missing the "guts" when I tried to air my tires and as a result I could not do so. 75.

Friday january 10 @ approximatly 6am, two employees were smoking by the gas pumps as i and another car were pumping gas. By law they are required to be at least 25 feet away when smoking. I was well in my rights to press charges againstthe employees and the store.

They were only a couple feet away. My kids were in the car as well as several customers in and out side the store . I went inside and told the manager Anna. Nothing was done about these two employees.

We have repeatedly told your representative by phone that the Circle K Fleet program does not offer us any real advantages and therefore we were not interested in it. We had filled out an application as a means of showing our initial interest but when one of your reps contacted us and explained everything, it was clear that the program was not for us. We have now received Invoice 62980517 for a $40.00 set up fee and it appears we have an account number 0481-00-844918-3. We do not feel we should have to pay this charge and we have no cards to use this account and have no intention of requesting cards. Please take whatever action is necessary to credit this account and close it immediately. Thank you,
