I went to my local Circle K (Chandler AZ 85225, southwest corner of Chandler Blvd & McQueen Rd) where I have purchased an AZ lottery ticket & a scratch card every year for the past 28 years. I am 70 years old & I was asked to show my ID to verify my age before I was allowed to make my lottery purchase.

I was incredulous and asked why. I was told that "corporate" told them that for prior to any "age restricted purchase" being made, an ID had to be shown to verify age. This is beyond ridiculous. Where is the common sense in this decision?

I am bald with patches of white hair & very obviously over the age of 21. I feel personally insulted for being asked for my ID when the clerk can clearly see that I am well over the age of 21!!!!

I was just circle K,which I go to just about every day. There was a supervisor who I talked to and asked him to observe the cashier on my left. Told him she is RUDE to me EVERYDAY AND IT JUST"MAKES THE REST OF MY DAY BEING IN A bad MOOD.

IF, I didn't encounter this girl's attitude EVERY FREAKIN TIME I GO IN" then I wouldn't be going this far as to looking up your number, who to contact and report this. S. ,IS NO EXCUSE. I was actually buying foran event this evening

The big fat lady who works in the morning doesn’t want to work. I have a crawl over the counter to get my purchase. Everything is a big deal to her. Complaining to the store manager does nothing. I’ll buy my stuff somewhere else til fat lady is gone!

I have been a customer at my local circle k located on George Washington Way and Symons in Richland, Wa. Since 2004 when i moved here. For the most part i have had very good customer service from all of the employees that work there and i go to Circle K on a daily basis because i dont drive and the store is within walking distance from my home. Well tonight, Dec.

21 at 1am, i walked to the store with my boyfriend as usual when he got home from work and we went in and i told him to purchase the drinks and milk while i went behind him to purchase my ciggarettes. Mind you we are both almost 50 yrs old but i understand the reason for showing ID so i always have mine with me.

My boyfriend lost his wallet and does not currently have his thus the reason i went behind him to purchase the cigs.…

This store opened about a year ago. I get gas here and buy cigars. They’ve been wishy-washy on their policy of having identification to buy tobacco products. Somewhere near the beginning of December I tried to buy two packs of cigarillos.

, mind you I’m 50 and have a graying beard. D. was in my car at the gas pump. I didn’t have it on me and was not going to run out to get it. I was reasonably disgruntled, because previous clerks just asked me for my birthday and I was out of the store.

I did not treat anyone rudely was obviously not happy. A guy in the next line saw what was happening. I didn’t know him, never saw him, and never said a single word to him. He tried to purchasers the cigarillos for me, but the now clerks would not let him do so.

TODAY AS I WAS LEAVING THE 2 TEENS TRIED TO PULL OUT IN FRONT OF ME AND THEN FLIPPED ME THE MIDDLE FINGER. My husband was in the circle k Day dr/ Ames rd in parma ohio this morning getting me a cup of coffee . We go to this gas station almost everyday for the coffee mostly. As he was checking out he called me at work then put the phone on the counter to continue his purchase.

" I literally could not believe what I just heard! She was soliciting a customer to meet her outside in the parking lot?!? I asked my husband were my ears deceiving me? That was not respect nor have I ever heard anything so vulgar in a public business.

Everytime I go to this circle k 2209 N park rd there shelves are always half empty or empty dont matter what time of day it is there always out of what I drink and when I ask the cashier she grabs me a warm one from the back room that's means there not packing out at that store wish they stayed on top of it

This is for the Circle K located at 5793 Alton Pkwy, Irvine, CA. Last time I went there to get gas, the clerk did not know how to charge the Circle K Easy Pay card. So I went somewhere else.

I played Scratch & Match Sweepstakes and won a polar pop. During the same trip, the clerk did not know how to scan the reward bar code and just said go ahead and take it in a condescending way. Tonight, I went there for gas and a free sea salt roasted peanut that I won from the sweepstakes.

5 oz but the sweepstakes said 2 oz. So he refused to scan the bar code. I even told him if it did not go through, I will pay for it. He said it would probably go through but it's a different item.

I said why don't you get me the 2 oz bag. He then said we don't have it. Give me a break! It's one of the items shown…

After just having to go through the extremely heartbreaking experience of putting our beloved 18 year old cat to sleep my 65 year old mother and I (43years old) stopped at our local Circle K store for a couple of drinks on our way home. We stopped at store #7084, a place I considered my second home for almost 15 years.

We went and grabbed our items from the cooler and checked out some of the latest upgrades to the store. We then proceeded to the register to cash out. I put my two sodas on the counter and my mother was in line after me with the two beers she was going to purchace separately with her own money.

Hello, this store used to be wonderful, clean, organized and inviting. Tonight when I walked in it was dirty, the creamers were almost empty at the coffee area and the cappuccino machines out of order. I have noticed the uncleanliness in the last few months but tonight was the worst I have seen it.

The clerk was too busy on her cell phone to clean up she was on her cell phone. Very disappointed in the downhill trend this once great store is taking. I hope you make steps to improve it.

I tried to use my $25 Circle K gift card at 2 circle k stores in San Bernardino,California at locations; off of waterman and 3rd street and off of 9th street. They said that they cannot take my card to buy something.

I live in winder ga and i go to the circle k every day right down the road from me. 63r christmas ave Bethlehem ga30620. This one employee has a very nasty attitude she has over charged me afew time on the Icee drinks.

And on this day i got 2 icee and check the thing to get a can of chip for 1$$ and me and her got into that day around bout 1:30 that day she was being very smart and loud so she charged me 6:dollars and something. Like i said i go to this store everyday and her attitude is nasty and talking on the phone alway.

On my visit, this morning (November 2nd at 6:00 am) to your new site in Zolfo Spring had a very disappointing experience. As I can into the parking lot there was trash all over the parking lot, an employee was sitting outside on the tables outside.

When I can in the store found water all over the floor (but was coned off) with a mop bucket blocking the area also. Went to the coffee area and found very little coffee to choose from. Went to pay for my coffee and found a line of guest waiting to pay for there items (please see attached picture).

I was in your St Stephen location and billi devasio not sure if I have spelling corect but she had over heard put of a conversation I was having then she proceeded to repeat what she had heard but she was nice enough to add a bunch of lies to her version of the story.

I spent a lot of money at that location and if something in not done I will take my business elsewhere I visit that location every day . She is there to work not evesdrop and start rumors I personally don't know her and don't want to either

From building your pumps far from the store, not offering receipts at the pump, have to go around the store because even though your store promotes doors on pump side they are always locked, surly person at register who when asked for a receipt half heartedly prints one...

not even thank you, have a good day, no eye contact. I have to use gas receipts for travel and while reconciling receipts noted receipt was printed without date/time stamp which is worthless in getting reimbursed for my company travel.

Stood in line for over 5 minutes to make a tobacco purchase. The cashier was carrying on a conversation with the only other customer in the store fore several minutes. When she was finished with that customer, she walked away as if I wasn't there.

I feel my race was one issue here. My company buys gas here several times a week and when i go inside it's always the same treatment.

I was at the store in Richland on George Washington Avenue. I only wish to buy cigars. I understand your policy of needing to see identification. Your store clerk felt compelled to explain explain corporate policy unnecessarily and was just plain rude.

In addition, Your Swisher sweet product in the two pack is 85% more expensive than most other stores which sell the identical item. I left the store and purchased items elsewhere.

READ IMMEDIATELY!! at around 10:00 pm. on october 3 of 2019 i went to the circle k located at southern and horne in mesa arizona, i had purchased a soda and some jerky sicks and while waiting on my friend i bit into one of the jerky sticks to discover it was rotten and

so looked at the expiration date wich it was long past. so i went back inside and mentioned it the the clerk and she had me get a new one and to my displeasure i discovered that all of the sticks were past thier exiration and

some were even showing signs if fermentation so i metioned it to her and she griped at me that she worked 2 jobs and wasnt in the mood to have to work that hard by pulling all the expired food products off the shelves, wich i then advised her it would be wise…

I went into the store located at6224 Hixson Pike Hixson TN. As always the EBT Snap equipment was not working. I stayed for an hour to help to get it to work. The employee called Bethany the ass. manager when I tried to explain to her what was going on she interrupted me and started to yell.

At which point I yelled back at her. The employee then called the manager Ii told her no I would pay cash let the manager rest I would speak to her tomorrow. I went into your store located at us 19 and Alderman rd in Palm Harbor Fl. today 9/29/2019 at 9:45 am. I pulled out my debit card for my purchase and the women looked at me and said "can't you read, cash only sign on the door" I told her I didn't see sign and must admit I tossed cash on the desk.

She looked at me and said "I am not a hooker so don't throw money at me. I had no intention of any disregard towards her with the money, but was already upset over her prior comment. I frequent this location but unless she is reprimanded I will take my business elsewhere.

Most of not all the other employees there are very courteous. I don't know her name but you can find out by the date and time. Thank you.

There is a lady that works here that is so rude its not even funny. It is hurting your business. She does not great anyone she does not say may I help the next in line when she is called to the register instead she stands there looking out into space like don't come up here.

I am a former employee of Circle K as of tuesday Sept 17, 2019. I’ve been with this company since Feb 2019. Hired as a Store Assistant. Yesterday I was humiliated, embarrassed and terminated without a given reason. The district manager called the cops on me in front of my customers all because I wanted an understanding on the pay policy and how they go about paying employees.

I stepped down my position when I relocated back in June. So recently, we hired a new assistant manager. (Conflict Of Interest). I felt like it was unfair that she came in making $12 an hour, and I started off at $10.

I frequently stop at a circle k by ware I work and make many purchases this evening on 9_17 I had stopped to rest in my car and was met with nothing but hostility and threats from the same employee who I see frequently smoking and talking about drugs aside the fact she put her hands on my property and said I was a criminal on her property what a laugh that was I'll never be making s purchase at a circle k again.

Their reward app spin a wheel...i have 13 yrs old son who is riding bike just around our area but find out about circle k rewards and now he is getting coffee every now and then to claim his rewards. I dont think thats a good idea for minors having coffee, im ok with sodas but not coffee. Just find out about this app to his cell.

I went and got ice in my Kool-Aid, as I was walking out I told the gentleman I asked him if you guys did it Apple Pay and he looked in my cup and I said it’s just a buddy that I got and he said it looks to me like the Jews and I said that was already in there I brought it in there and

The store at 9157 fm 471 in San Antonio is barely a year old. The place is filthy . The men’s restroom stinks, has no toilet paper and what’s worse is it never has any soap! Not only does it not have any soap, it doesn’t even have a soap dispenser to put soap in.

The sink fixtures are loose and the faucets leak on the floor. I’ve watched employees come out of this restroom and serve the public knowing there is no soap in this restroom. There are seven bays outside and two windshield washer devices that are old and damaged.

This has been going on for almost three weeks. I hope if you actually investigate this complaint you have better luck getting hold of someone than I did your customer service center. Since when is it appropriate to give away a Caribbean cruise when calling a corporate…

Buying cigarette today, lady at register very rude acted like I did something asking her about coupon discount for cigarette. It is against the law to not accept coupon even when they are offered using The store Cash Register. I am reporting this incident to the ATF.

Sunday Morning 8:40 I visited the Circle K on Pleasant st. in concord nh. I live within a half mile and have been a loyal customer for the past 30 years. I visit the store several times a week. A. Brochu inc.

and where a uniform with a hat and shirt with our logo and name on it, Which I was wearing this morning, as well as a company truck with my name all over it. I use a rewards card and charge card which I always do and have had this woman check me out at least 40 times over the past couple of years.

I'm wanting to complain about one of your stores, located in Pensacola, Fl on the crossing of E. 9 mile and University Parkway. It was over all poor customer services. I was yelled at and accused after asking to exchange a product that did not work after three minutes of me buying the product.

I was told I would be made to leave by the cashier and was refused a supervisor. The cashier involved other people into the confrontation and I was accused of being racist. This is just a brief description of what happened.

I am asking that the tape be pulled and for an apology, for the lack of respect I was given just for returning a product. There will soon also be a following letter describing how I was treated and what happened.

very rude customer service at the Wheaton location(on receipt it says #6709). i found expired product on the shelf and i went to the kitchen area and brought it to their attention. they brushed me off and acted like it wasn't a big deal. that's rude.
