I placed my order on 4th October 2023 and waited 9 working days. Spoke to 3 advisers who all said the narrative, "we will look into it". 00 from my account with no products received.

Additionally they use the rubbish delivery Company evri. I will never be ordering from clinique again. 0star rating at this point!!

Bougt clinque elixir from Belks in SC. Paid $109 plus tax for the perfume. Color of perfume lighter scent doesn't last as long I think this is a rip off!!! I want the old clinque elixir BACK! If not at least send refund for the perfume!

I always brought the Bubble bath eye shadow and you switched it to Angel eyes. There was no color and the sparkly stuff in there was making my eyes itch. I tried twice. Took it off. No problem. I loved the Bubble bath color it had a pretty sparkly pink color that would last.

Angel eyes has no pigment it just looked white with to large sparkles. Bring back bubble bath.

Irregularities with the website. Customer being signed off while complaining. During check out they cut off free samples the initially advertised. They have programs to customers like rewards and failed to give accordingly. They make customers wait so long on the chat features in the website.

2 wks ago I bought this quickier for eyes intense eye liner, have only used it about 3x and to my surprise, ithe pencil is all gone and cannot even roll for more. This shouldn't be? I have already thrown away the box and I dont have my receipt any longer but this should be only after 2-3 uses?

I'm a constant user of Clinique and I love your skin care and simple facial make ups but so disappointed with this eye liner? What a waste!

I am furious with Clinique I have loved the muted brown cake eyeliner for over 40 years I struggled through the last time it was discontinued Now it is unavailable again . What is going on That eyeliner is the best product ever I will never buy anything from this company again.

Many of my family and friends loved it too. I have purchased several alternative eyeliners They were put into the trash. At 78 years of age I have stopped using eyeliner Probably no one cares Shame on Clinique.

2022. I open it when i was back home. The smell was terrible. like an Acetone, like nail-polish. I believe, that you should, first, know about this problem, and second, do something about it, in order to make sure i get a proper one instead.

It could harm my very sensitive face, and it is a damage to your good name and reputation. i buy Clinique regularly, so i know that it should not happened. not when you buy in a decent place.

My order was immediately cancelled Clinique blamed PayPal . Pay pal said Clinique never excepted the order and that my money will not be able to go back to my bank for 30 days because of faulty care on Clinique's end.

Clinique costumer service rep was rude I asked to talk to supervisor and did not sent me to one. Very frustrating all Clinique did was blame PayPal instead of sending me to someone who was actually In charge of the accounts.

I have been a Clinique customer for over 30 years. In May 2021 my daughter (who lives in the US) purchased online Clinque gift cards for me for Mother's Day. The only way I can use these receipts is to order online from Clinique.

That is usually not a problem because I do this all the time. The problem is that there is nowhere to input the egift card in the check-out section of the website. I've tried the 'chat' feature several times but they are unable to help me and refer me to someone else.

I've tried the toll free number and they also told me to phone the number back and press another option. I two days ago and actually had a helpful person. They talked to a manager and told them the problem and it was supposed to be fixed within the hour.

I have been a loyal user of Clinique since college (1979) and that's almost 40 years. I want to express how dissatisfied I am with the discontinuation of several products that I use. I understand that you discontinue some products from time to time.

However, today, I found out that you have discontinued three (3) products that I use. This saddens me because now, I have to buy items from another line. I don't understand what marketing goals are going on with Clinique right now but I am being forced to purchase my items from another line now.

50. Where does it say anywhere that if you make a purchase online that you will have 2 separate holds placed on your bank acct for the same transaction? Called and spoke to a supervisor who said the 2nd hold should drop off after my order ships.

How can you people hold double the amount of money for my one order? I'm supposed to be Christmas shopping this weekend and because of this I have almost $100 being held unauthorized and for no reason!! One hold for the transaction should be fine, why 2 holds for the same order? com again! Ever!!

I have used skin products from Clinique for over 40 years. I liked super balanced makeup 02 FAIR [P], Made in Canada 60QH. You have re labelled your products, probably in response to the furor over 'Fair' which has been perceived by some to be racist.

My cultural heritage has given me pale skin. I don't care what you name it, but please send out a chart to all your stores, clearly stating what each former colour is now called. I have been to 3 different stores and no one knows!

00 which was 30% off, I was advised my order was on backorder. Every month I would call in to speak with an agent & they would tell me yes it will eventually arrive. When I called in on October 07th (5 months of calling) I spoke to (Makala) she said it will never arrive as it is discontinued.

Yesterday I went to Dillard’s to buy my foundation Repair and have waited to get the free gift. You had to spend $29 and the lady said I needed to buy another product to get gift. 90. Why would I buy another $30 gift to get a bunch of samples.

I was very very upset and will probably find another product. To me this really is false advertising!

My only complaint is that you’ve changed the lipgloss from a long lasting lip gloss that stayed on better than any other gloss I’ve ever tried! The gloss was the reason I visited the Clinique counter, that and the dramatically difference conditioner!

I tried the short fat gloss that I suppose took the place but its Nothing like the older version! Why would you change something that was so wonderful!

I wrote to you over a week ago informing you of a serious eye infection I contracted from using your product at a Bay Dept. store located at the Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill, ON. I am extremely disappointed that you have not responded to this.

This was a serious eye infection. I want to know what you're going to do about it in terms of what steps you are going to take to ensure others are not infected. If you don't respond, I will begin escalation.

My 30+ year loyalty to Clinique has just ended due to your apparent lack of concern.

clinique moisture surge. 72 hour auto replenishing hydrator . Used it at bedtime. Woke up to a severe reaction. I was so swollen I could barley see . Had to go on medication to help reduce swelling. There were no ingredients listed in bottle .

I could not go to work and would not like this to happen to anyone else . It is frightening not to mention uncomfortable and loosing wages . See picture below .

I visited the Clinque counter at The Bay HillCrest Mall in Richmond Hill, ON, on the afternoon of Saturday, April 20. The representative used your Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm to remove eye shadow she applied on my eye lids.

I had a very significant allergic reaction to the Balm which required a visit to the Hospital Emergency Dept. The reaction has now spread to both eyes. I missed Easter with my family, have so far missed one day of work.

I have been a loyal and long-standing user of Clinque products - 40+ years. What has happened is very surprising and disappointing. I will also say that I'm not certain that the representative used proper procedures to ensure that the product (open jar) was sterile.

I have a Clinique customer for forty years. I have become very disappointed in the gift bags and what is inside the bag is so small and then the last order I purchased was enough to get a bag. Well I am here to tell you, that the bag was terrible.

I am a long time loyal customer of Clinique products, ranging from facial cleansers, moisturizers to make up. This afternoon, I had a terrible experience at the Clinique counter at the Macy's department store at the Park Meadows, Lone Tree Colorado location.

I arrived at the counter, my list in hand, and waited patiently for someone just to acknowledge me. Four women who worked the counter passed me by and without ever looking at me, stated that someone would help me shortly. That "help" never occurred.

I went to the Belk Store in Charleston, SC at the Citadel Mall and was unable to purchase Stay Nutmeg press powder. I spoke directly to the Clinique Manager. I told her Clinique has a history of NOT having supplies in for people of color.

In my opinion, to be Clinique Manager she was TOTALLY unconcerned, she had a " I don't care attitude" the entire time. I tried getting her to explain why her store NEVER Clinique should help her find a job where she can enforce her HATE somewhere else!!!

I would give this manager a ZERO star but your system won't allow me.

I have used Clinique products, specifically, lipstick (Extreme Pink) for about the last 20 years. For the last two years I have coughed up green sputum every night. I was treated for bronchitis, sinusitis etc. with anitbiotics and antibiotic shots. I was just offered the costs of the products and my doctor bills and my medication bills.

Frankly, it is just not enough to make me feel better. The coughing, deep and disgusting, went on every day. In order to see my twin 22 year-old twins in Brooklyn, I always took a round of antibiotics to make sure I did not give them anything. I need several thousand dollars since it hampered my life for so long.

Hi There, I have been using Clinique for about 15 years (SPF50 Sunblock & Moisturizer) My probelm comes in: 1. The MENS Anti-aging mositurizer burns my fathers eyes. So i will have to stop buying this for him. 2. I bought the new GEL moisturizer which i find does not moisturize very well for me, so i was quite upset as it is a lot of money to lay out for something that does not work.

I have used this product for years and has lasted along time. Except this time was a lot less liquid in the bottle. I purchased this at Ultra in Chicago. I only use my foundation 4 times a week . I am so dissatisfied.

My wife, Glenda Cain and I went to Macy’s for the Clinique event that had been on our calendar to do for 2 months. My Wife is 82 years old and afflicted with arthritis to the point of very limited movement with severe pain.

Glenda went up to the counter while I stood by at a distance and waited patiently for the Clinique representative to get free from other customers. When it was her turn the Clinique rep told her that she needed to help a customer behind my wife in line because it was the cosmetic industries policy to wait on people that knew what they wanted.

My complaint is that you are constantly taking good products away. I have used clinique for 20 years now I just buy three things when I run out. I have always loved the blushwear cream stick and since you took it off the market I am forced to buy it from Amazon or ebay who skyrocket the price so much its pitiful.

The applicator on the lash building primer is full of product, I am unable to use. Something must be wrong with the the bottle. (see pic) I purchase two or three at a time, so I'll have it when I need it, Luv Clinque.

I went to exchange this UNUSED lash primer, in the box, to Ulta. I was told to pick out the replacement product then go up to the counter and the cashier will exchange it for you. The cashier refused to exchange the product because it was purchased over 60 days ago.

Hello, I just visited clinique that is located in Dillard's at Perimeter mall, Ga.

Several months ago I had an allergic reaction to a new Clinique lipstick. I called your customer service to ask if the formula might have been changed. I was advised it hadn't.

The only explanation for my problem seemed to be that perhaps you had changed suppliers. I went to my local Belks store and purchased 6 lipsticks that were all supposedly produced in Belgium. I started using 2 of them without a problem. All of a sudden I tried the third and here came trouble. I immediately broke out with a rash on my lips.

It's not really a complaint but a question. I use and love all my Clinique products but have a question about your Self Sun face tint lotion. I purchased one and when I got home with it, it was completely liquid in a tube container which makes me think it should be more like a lotion as in the description on the tube and it smelled horrible.

Several family members commented on the stinky smell. I returned it and the store was very nice in a replacement. I took the second tube home and it was the same watery liquid with a bad smell. Now I am wondering if both tubes were old.

@ Bloomingdales in Willow Grove PA. I requested the option for the gift offered and it was not available. When my transaction was complete I requested the additional gift that requires a purchase of $75 or more. I asked the clerk if she could contact another location to see of they had the additional 9 items.

So my disappointment is I intended to spend enough for the extra perks and left with what I would have gotten for spending $28. Is there some way I can still get those items?
